    @VanIsleInvestor @TELUS @TELUSsupport No its deplorable! My point is when there are 1 or 2 alternatives and neither pick up the slack,rhats the way the world is going. Normally an upstart would emerge to fix that lack of customer service but red tape et al ruin that.

    BREAKING: $T.TO EARNINGS REPORT: FY26 CAPEX INCREASED FROM $2.3B TO $2.6B. FOCUS ON WIRELESS NETWORKS AND NETWORK INFRA UPGRADES! $AMPG just got best possible news from their biggest client 🔥 Telus just reported their earnings and increased their CAPEX from $2.3B to $2.6B. The old guide implied roughly $970M of H2 spending. The new guide implies roughly $1.27B. And the new CEO listed where money goes from here: the wireless networks, network infrastucture upgades and site enablememt is on the list. Telus just raised the one line that pays its equipment suppliers. I think I know one of those suppliers. Long AmpliTech 🔥🚀

    @TELUS Support team is supposed to be coming out today, but the service was supposed to be activated last Thursday and I’ve ate through my phone data to compensate :(

    @TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as a result, and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

    @wliang is bullish on $AMPG and for a very good reason.     @Rogers You got greedy and claiming GM Place but that wasnt enough you have to overtake Shaw. But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? 🤔
