@ShawnKing @TELUS @TELUSsupport This is the point where I would just stop paying them. I’ve found that to be a remarkable way to get the attention of a service business who is no longer providing a service I care about. Stop sending the check, turn off auto pay, tell the bank to reject requests. Buh-bye now🖕

@AlbertKamps I'm on bell. Nothing bad to say. Uses the same towers as Telus in rural areas but along #2 there is probably bell towers. I changed companies because of poor customer service

With all the trouble Telus is causing me for my data and wifi, they better not charge me this month for the wifi, nor should the charge me now for data! I NEED MY WIFI!!! IT'S TOO SLOW!!! THEY NO LONGER DESERVE MY MONEY!!! I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CALL TODAY TO RESCHEDULE!!!

@GirlOnAnIsland @B_E_Bishop Oops! Just remembered that the last time I visited their kiosk, Telus had better deals so they switched our 4 phones. Bell/Telus/Koodo all use Bell's infrastructure, so service is the same.
