@taimhuynh Agreed, in the meantime why are they not updating customers on the status by region/service via social media asking Bell & Telus clients to update their friends, family and associates.

@sdhalfyard @reannaapril0 @TheBeaverton Telus uses Bell towers. They do not own their own towers. If Bell went down, like Roger's did- Telus would not be available .

@BonnieBonzo1 Agreed, this country needs more providers. And more REAL providers, not just resellers piggybacking on the network backbone provided by Rogers, Telus and bell

@karanwa1ia @PrabSarkaria @rogerrai1 ..companies. It’s so annoying that the plan you buy from koodo is a telus n/w, Fido is Rogers etc, this is how they ensure cheaper cost? Sharing less resources from their main brand.if parent goes down it takes its subsidies with them.Doesn’t seem reasonable..2

@accfanto Switched my land line to VOIP lately. Regretted the decision yesterday. But one family member has a Telus connection and the Car apparently uses Telus service. Which I used for quick browsing to see what is going on.

@CanadensisMax This is what happens when one company gets so big it takes emergency services, government, banking and retail down with it.If there’s ever a cyberattack this is the exact scenario that will occur except it will take Bell, Telus Shaw along with them.Harder to hack 3,000 small ones
