They also provide the ~worst telecom service in the entire developed world at the most expensive rates. So yeah, I expect it to be done similarly poorly

Had to fight for a month to get it back. Also told me I owed $900 for my iPhone still, it was half that. Terrible company. Switched to Rogers, half the price, better service.
