    @WilliamtCatt But that makes even less sense, I've been a (unhappy) Telus customer for years and this email is entirely about them telling me about a change in my service price. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm saying whatever it means, it's deeply stupid.

    @TelusSupport Why is the both the Telus home internet and cell service so consistently terrible in Nordegg? Barely able to use either all summer!

    @Telus, train your front line phone people to listen and not interrupt when someone tries to explain something. All it does is create a tension not needed. The person higher up I talked to at end was way better, knew their stuff, and was more helpful and understanding. All good!

    The internet we get in Canada compared to what we pay isn't even up to par with 3rd world countries. We are paying over $100 per month. Somehow reached monthly "allowance" and download speed is 5 MB/s. And @TELUS @TELUSsupport is pure trash who never even pick up or call back.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    @TELUSsupport 8 hours later, and still no contact. We have spent hours on the phone with you over the past few months, and still nothing works. Why charge for a service if you cannot provide one? @TELUS
