    @TELUS can we get coverage underground with the sky train , when going underground near Columbia and new west area it goes dead and there’s no service

    @TELUSsupport I have unsolved issue. I was offered I phone 13 pro by Promoting team but sent Samsung that I had never ordered. I returned that phone however my account is still opened and showing balance to pay whereas I am not using Telus.resolve issue ASAP.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus customer service is non existent. No help is given or offered. Emails are not answered and only wrong information is provided. Not one customer service representative in 10 calls could provide the proper information or resolve any issue.
