    @TELUSsupport has terrible customer service. Automated system keeps returning an error and customer service is "closed" or you sit on hold for hours. My service has been interrupted, without notice, despite paying account. Telus is the biggest rip off yet. #badcustomerservice

    I live in southern communist Ontario where you now have to show photo I.D to enter a #Telus store to buy a new phone charger. This to me is a serious privacy issue. After on the phone with them for an hour, this is a province wide thing. Time to cancel my Telus after 15-20 yrs

    Why? Your agent already told me on the phone there’s no way for her to reach a supervisor - never heard of not being able to reach your own supervisor before - but she submitted a ticket and hopefully someone will call me back in a few days she said 🙄 #Telus #TelusDoesntCare

    @TELUSsupport I have been on hold a total of 4 hours today. I have been passed to 5 different departments. And still trying to find someone to do their job. My Telus Hub has not been working at full speed for about 3weeks. I work from home. Done unplugging,still not working

    Alberta Blue Cross (Private insurance) and AHS (public health authority keep tell me to subscribe to Telus apps after all their questionable moral issues, multiple security failures, numerous privacy law violations and clearly suspicious business practices and I am NOt having it.
