    The Canada COVid app doesn’t share personal data. That could mess up the data scraping capacity for Telus and impact their business plan. It would also alert the public to COVid positive people & possibly reveal the lack of govt attention to COVid as a public health emergency.

    @as_per_danielle @meghan_why @TELUS but luckily I resolved the issue so my service has been restored but still. They should have just ******* called me for the information if something was incorrect. Fools.

    @as_per_danielle @meghan_why @TELUS Not to mention before that the Internet nor the Optik TV was properly working and had been down for unrelated reasons to that since I've had it. I was stressing out because I had a series of work zoom meetings scheduled today and I really didn't wanna do that in public

    @as_per_danielle @meghan_why @TELUS Shaw has service here but they offered a good discount and less than what i was paying with Shaw. But they've been treating with **** since I swapped. Apparently the guy input incorrect info so they suspended my account.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I do NOT recommend the Telus Booster. My internet worked fine until I installed the booster. Now nothing works!! Worst decision ever!! Waiting for hours to receive Telus technical support

    TELUS! Please kindly stop texting me to ask if I want to add a Venezuelan Long Distance plan to my account. I’ve never phoned Venezuela, I have no desire to phone Venezuela, I don’t know anyone close to Venezuela! Why are you texting me almost weekly about this specific plan!?

    @TELUSsupport Since I'm no longer using my Telus sim card, I want to cancel my pre-paid account, so I won't be charged by the end of the month. But there is no one answering the Telus customer assistance phone number.

    @TELUSsupport is for me to change my phone number. I've had this number for nearly 10 years, changing my number now would be a huge inconvenience. Besides that, I've looked through Telus articles and read that if a new customer wants to transfer their number from another carrier
