@TheBreakdownAB @1carolynt That's a big UCP promise that went **** all. The county where I live made a deal with Telus for fibre but they deliberately passed the hamlets and other rural residential areas so the existing wifi companies cld continue to gouge us for sub par wireless internet.

Just a heads up, @TELUS mobility is increasing their plan prices by $7/ month, on top of charging a 1.5% credit card processing fee. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and asked them to match another company’s plan to which they declined. Who is the best alternative?

@tedmccoy Not sure what's going on there. 9-1-1 will go through even if the carrier is having issues of their own. It'll first try on Telus' network, then roll onto others and get you in touch with 9-1-1. Imperceptible delay to the caller.
