Nothing quite riles me up like dealing with a scam call on my @TELUS landline over breakfast! Network breach my a**!

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@RobinShaban @VivicResearch Rogers Bell and Telus lost the subway contract to BAI who got contract to deploy antennas/service in Toronto subway. So in response they decided to not play ball with BAI, and only Freedom did. When Freedom goes Rogers, odds are Rogers will pull plug on coverage in subway.

@TELUS your service people were 2.5 hours late to set up my home service. Weren’t even able to set it up because the fibre line you ran was faulty… great company

@TELUSsupport I have service again now. But at the time of my first tweet I did restart my device and still didn’t have service and same with 3 other people with me who are all on Telus network as well. And that lasted for about an hour at least

@Shawhelp installed blue curve. should be called brown curve. works like ****. four interactions with shaw to get it to work and today they curve off from support chat.if this message fails to work back to telus which worked flawless.

  • troyred Troy Red (@troyred) reported

@TELUSsupport What kind of help does @TELUSsupport offer except to provide more excuses and avoidance for @TELUS and it’s #purefibre team? You told me that it would be resolved by the end of the week. It’s been 🦗 since. I was pessimistic about the response, now it’s just laughable.

  • Canadian_Guano Nobody's Fool (@Canadian_Guano) reported

@Telus push to hard, finally made the move to Shaw for the home phone. Sounds like the neighbours will be doing the same. These butcher installations for Fibre are not worth the headache & Telus's home phone service is no longer a reliable option.
