@TELUS not happy with your customer service. You shipped me an invalid sim card and wasted 5+ hours of my weekend. Then your support staff disconnects from the discussion before it can be fully resolved. Poor first impression

How come when I use my @TELUSsupport home wifi my connection SUCKS ? Is it because I have @TELUS "Pure Fibre" ? Which is Pure Crap !!!! Dial up would be faster or using my neighbor's @ShawInfo wifi !!!

  • pcmwave Erhan Atesoglu (@pcmwave) reported

@Telus "99 per cent of households in TELUS' territory already have access to the PureFibre network for work, education, entertainment and virtual healthcare" You guys just bullshit all day every day don't you? Please define "households" thanks.

@HurleyOCHUCUPE Good thing we gave Telus shareholders $38 million in taxpayer funded CEWS. And $82 million to Rogers shareholders. And $122 million to Bell shareholders. Love it when governments side with corporate power. It’s not like anything bad will happen.

@TheShoeLady33 @shazmamithani @cpsbc_ca I understand where your thinking is coming from, but I’ve been stable on the exact same dose for 14 yrs. No other walk in has had issue as I do regular blood work. The Telus doc wanted to give me my usual year supply but Telus doesn’t let them. not the dr didn’t want, but Telus

  • jamiebillingham Jamie Billingham (@jamiebillingham) reported

@TELUSsupport and the billing issue that was fixed last week has returned. For some reason Telus now thinks for the third time that I’m moving in June when I moved in May - they are trying to bill me for an address that I move from in May plus services at new address.

@jo_is_jo @MGHToronto This is awful. I will say Telus Health has existed and provided telehealth services for a very long time including the systems used in pharmacies. Our public healthcare has been at risk for a very long time.
