    @Habs_Fan_NJ I once had a customer come into Telus when I worked there telling me she quit chemo to use CBD to cure her cancer... This lady looked like death and we all just sat there not knowing what to say. Take CBD for the pain sure, but she quit chemo thinking it was going to cure her...

    Who would’ve thought simply moving internet service to a new address would take 4 hours of talking 6 different agents, losing my internet, misplace my account, and being bounced around like a ball from department to department. @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness

    Stuck in a @Shawhelp & @Telus she said he said **** show. One of them screwed up, just want the phone to work & after 3-4hrs on the phone with Shaw. Don't know what to believe, heard 3 different stories. Shut the cell off not in the mode for anymore BS tonight.

    Great job @tsn and @telus. Six #tsn channels and FOUR are blacked out in #YEG. You've managed to take our money while providing less value, it's clear that customer needs are not a priority. I was just talking about cutting cable, this does not help your case. #telus @CRTCeng

    @rainboe9000 I like the way you talk! Damn girl you single? 😜 Seriously though, Im really looking forward to it. Telus doesnt get bogged down by traffic from other people at peak times too. Im gonna make sure everything is maxxed before the tech leaves for sure.

    @GlobalCalgary Telus can be total intransigent asshats. It does not surprise me that another person has had a serious problem with that company. Their employees must be trained to say '**** you' in seven different ways. Telus is, bar none, the worst company to deal with when they **** up.

    @GlobalCalgary If we as customers don't do or due diligence and pursue these mistakes companies such as @TELUS wouldn't care less, it's all bonus money for the executives, im surprised they gave the money back because they wouldn't have gone looking for extra billing to return to the customer

    @Leenerrr We’re in Calgary but used to live in a house with Telus fibre and now live in a house without it and we hate the downgrade. I’m not sure how it would feel switching the other way but we had no issues with quality and wish we could change back.
