    @TELUS You have some of the worst sales tactics I have ever encountered. Call to say you want to upgrade the cables, and then try to issue a new 2yr contract, with no mention of it.

    @SweeneyBuzzzz @tprstly Yeah Telus worked like that. Shows like Game of Thrones only appeared on the streaming service after the 7:00pm debut and then the actual stream quality was terrible. The bit rate they gave was 1/2 of what you’d see anywhere else. I get that they are starting to compete.

    I don’t know when @TELUS made pins for accounts. I don’t remember ever making one but now I can’t access any support over the phone without it.... cooool? Sure just double charge me and not refund it because I can’t remember my pin

    @RogersHelps When are you going to have a feature similar to Telus’s Call Control. I’m getting sick of the 3-5 robocalls I get a day. If you don’t have a solution I may need to jump ship to someone who does
