@Coelasquid I liked it when Telus had actual offices in our small town and I could walk down and pay my bill and local people had jobs. If you had a problem there would be an actual person you could speak to. I’m sure farming it all out to call centres overseas improved profits.

@TELUS @uBreakiFix @mobileklinik ubreakifix has the worst customer service. You damaged my phone when i gave in for repair. You put in duplicate parts and extremely rude employees. Merivale location and case mgr are constantly lying for a month now. Had enuf chasing you guys.

I’m disgusted with the service at @TELUS and @ADT home security. Why receive a callback when there’s no one on the other end to speak to when they call you back. A 15 minute wait time is now 1 hour.

@RogersHelps saw a package I wanted but can’t get why because I am an old customer!! Walking over to Telus as they have the same package! Guess #loyalty doesn’t matter anymore. Great service and great retention #not!

@CailinasEirinn I think Telus is in on it. Now my internet is horribly slow. Maybe if I call their online doctors they can remove the virus.

@tedwoodhead Mr. Davies is discussing a specific change that Rogers plans to make to its network that is [REDACTED]. Apparently Bell and Telus networks are already set up in this way, he says. “Candidly, I was surprised to see that this was not already in place” at Rogers. #CTRS #telecom

@BenKlass Easy for #CRTC to forebear a service when its only users are “customers”. (eg: banks). When competitors (eg cellular carrier) needs the service, no longer obvious. When you’re a competitor to both Telus and Rogers, chances are you can’t negotiate competitor wireline rates.

I LOATHE @TELUS with all capital letters. Canadian college students DO NOT sign on for Telus if you want good internet that will allow you to do your homework uninterrupted. Box you will fail. It’s been 3 days since my apartment has had no internet, I have assignments for today!
