@CRTCeng I am asking that you deny Telus request for a 1% surcharge on cell phone bills as this is unnecessary and increases the price of cell phone service for people when it is not necessary

@SmatthewAF @TELUS When I got this email I switched over to Telus' "generic brand" Koodo, on same network. I got the same plan for 40$ less per month than Telus. Telus' proposed cell phone bill increase cost Telus my $700 annually.

@CBCToronto Funny enough Telus is involved in a class action lawsuit for over charging their customers on a min basis. Pretty disgusting that they would now do this. Always a way to steal. As a long time customer since they were Clearnet, I’m now considering moving.

@TELUS Dig under the surface and you will find 5G contracts....tied to WEF. Take your lines off my property, I do not want your Telus service. The Canadian public deserves uncurrupt Health Care delivery. Conflicts of interest exist

so I spent 87 min on the phone on a sunny Sunday to make it right. by the time I hung up they refunded me 267$ - can you imagine???? I *had* been a happy @TELUS for many years, but now, this has soured me. This is how you treat loyal customers who bring a new client?

@telus @TELUSsupport why the hell don't you have callback service for mobility customers instead of making people wait on hold for 2 or 3 hours?!? It's 2022 for crissakes and some things can't be done online

@Bell Its now been 4 days and still limited / no data in the Orangeville, Ontario area. Many friends on @Telus and Bell getting no info and Tech support still can’t even confirm if an outage was identified. Shame!

@mynlcorner @koodo I'm with koodo and have had more calls dropping in the past few weeks, but not nearly what you're describing. There's only one Telus tower near you. I wonder if it's down?
