    @SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

    Want to share that Telus totally came through for me today. Despite the original terrible experience, the people who followed up to remedy things were outstanding, and solved my issues in mere minutes.

    @ambermac @MediaSmarts @TELUS Can we set up a Secure, Starter Social Media for kids only? You have to have a Student ID to set up an account and the Teacher would have to approve it and Child Psychologists could be paid to monitor it to identify needs and issues Early, plus you could have reviews to teach

    @jonincalgary @Kristinnuendo Shaw offers fibre, unless this is a Telus fibre connection that Shaw can't use? Fibre certainly has better up and down speeds, but for most residential connections, non-fibre is fine.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Hey, My sister uses your service and we live on the border near the USA. She keeps getting roaming charges even though she called to have you turn it off and she actively turns off roaming on her phone. You claim she owes $400 in roaming charges. Fix this!

    @TELUSsupport I have a Google email account and I don’t want another one. How do I stop nuisance text messages from TELUS about switching my TELUS email (which I never use).
