    Whenever #Telus called the person on the other end spoke no bloody English so I kept telling them to take me to court but I guess that meant nothing to them like wtf how do you get $11,000 from $800 this has to be the new definition of retarded

    @entwistled got charged more than double with none of the discounts applied for home service. Called when first got bill. The rep said it'll be taken care of. I still got charged. Tried calling back. Nobody available. Terrible service. Looking to leave Telus. Very upsetting 😞

    @Pagmenzies I find it in poor taste to be honest. Telus cut off critical comm's to the North affecting people in the North badly. It's too bad this guy chose a Telus branded building for his "Northern Lights arts display". Poor taste.

    @danisu87 I got rid of telus and went to shaw... telus's modem is garbage and we had the same issue we were paying for the fastest internet but only got half the speed... @TELUS are bunch of shiesters

    @TELUSsupport I went to Rogers immediately after I was treated the way I was. Gathered information from them and then decided to go Telus at the Boardwalk where I was treated the way a customer should be treated. Ana was great. She’s the reason I didn’t make that final leap to Rogers.

    Further more I just looked and telus is saying my current plan is the pure fiber 75 plan but when I look up if there is fiber internet it says not in my area. Telus, you better fix this, because charging me for a service I cannot physically have is not cool.

    .I got a great new plan at @telus for a selfmonitored alarm with @AlarmDotCom .. But I have a problem. Its @TELUSsupport , They are unreachable, it is 10:38 on sunday. I needed the SVR feature on my account. I already agreed 10dollars more, I already called 9 times. Wat the heck

    @Shawhelp I pay a lot of money for my invoice plus the WWE network. Just got home to find that Shaw ****** up and my recording of Hell in a Cell PPV didn't successfully record. 100% Shaw's fault, gonna have to look up Telus' number. Myself and kids are super choked. Bullshit.

    @GlobalCalgary I don’t believe this is a good use of all of the Telus subscribers who pay considerable dollars to their coffers . We are in a pandemic., not a visual display. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on service.. i wish I had options.. I would gladly subscribe to another provider .
