@HoyesMichalos @doughoyes other provider. That's what I'd do to restore service - just start a new one. Telus will never collect the account in your dad's name, I suspect, but that's their problem, not yours.

@TELUS cell service in rural manitoba sucks! Send your peeps to the country and let us show you how bad it is! We pay what everyone else pays. Stop stealing from us! And don’t tell me to DM customer service. Get out to rural areas and try making a call. Brutal

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

@TELUS your virtual appointment tool is 100% USELESS. Not only me but everyone I know is absolutely dissatisfied with the service. This is absurdly disrespectful!

@VA3QV @TELUS Only tv and house internet is with Roger's . My cell phone is with Bell and never gives me problems except in Newfoundland that still has areas with no cell coverage.

Telus pre paid cell is garbage - you get a text saying all topped up then no service until the office turns it on so you wait two hours on the phone for service. Look at other carriers!!!

I feel bad for the young employee at @TELUS who felt like she needed to treat me badly about the question I had on my bill, she's probably had angry customers. I was not angry, but still don't agree to pay roaming charges when not roaming. I feel scammed. @TELUSsupport

  • CliffordDutka Clifford Dutka (@CliffordDutka) reported

So what's wrong? 1) I've never had a bill for $115.40. 2) #Telus has never sent me an email for a payment reminder. 3) I paid my Telus bills at a set time every month and logged in to the Telus portal (by opening a separate tab and browsing the Telus site).

@kirsten__alyssa @TELUS Fun fact Bell and Telus run on the same network for most of western Canada. Currently Shaw is the most reliable however it’s about to be purchased and switched over to Rogers which is the worst company to ever exist.
