@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

FYI to anyone trying to get through to our office today - our phones and internet are down. @TELUS is having technical problems & won’t send a technician to site until tomorrow at the soonest. In the meantime, please call our alternate number at 604-388-6626.

@ShawInfo restore internet in #WalnutGrove #Langley. People have online exams, assignments, and need the internet. I called customer service 6 times yesterday and nobody knew anything. Never expected Shaw to be so slow in repairing our connectivity. I will change to Telus now.

@MobileSyrup I’m porting my line to Telus today. This was a disastrous fail and Rogers clearly doesn’t have the correct failsafes to prevent this from happening. This is going to cost Rogers a LOT.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS - I am on call with customer service and I asked about installation and he said, trust me it will be installed. I asked when and he said he cannot commit. Can you stop my billing because I have not received devices? he said NO.

@janetwagner21 In the 48 hours when I was getting my phone unlocked, and leaving Telus, I heard from them more than in the preceding 20 years. Then, after leaving, ....I heard from a third party doing a survey for Telus to evaluate how they did at trying to retain me as a customer.
