@TELUS @TELUSsupport your customer service never ceases to amaze me. How hard is it to understand that I need a new 310-xxxx number. Yet I get passed around 4 times. Unbelievable.

@TacoPoss @chaotic_kat Telus gave me the 25$ no data plan, unlimited nationwide calling. but i had to talk to an agent they told me the low cost data plan was via Koodo, a subsidiary (all online, no customer service line)

@TylerGalpin @PublicMobile Right! What are they thinking? Fortunately, I’m locked in to having LTE on my existing plan, so I get the benefit of Telus’ fast network (fastest in Ontario?)

@TELUSsupport Howdy Telus Support please give me back my 5G I pay for that service, now I am getting 4G because your staff could not fix my TV problem, Mayuri another staff fix the video problem, she did brought back my 5G but I did not boot up my computer till a few minutes ago and I got 4G!

@TylerGalpin I love my plan from @PublicMobile (now owned by Telus and on their network). I save by paying tri-monthly; plus mix and match data+voice quantities. BUT, they nerfed their offerings for newbies, and are now shittier than other telcos: Only offer 3G (WTF) and no mix-and-match

@TylerGalpin Rogers and Bell are the WORST. Having dealt with them both before: never again. I’d probably go with Telus, even though it’s likely more of the same crap.

@knugent4118 @RosieBarton They will allow more US ownership of Canadian health care companies adopting the US corporate model of health care. The fight will be over virtual health care. Telus, Rexall other companies launching for profit service funded by taxpayers. This needs more attention
