Well @TELUS or @Koodo ?!? 1st time customer experiance is an absolute nightmare.! Who sends out a rep in a Telus shirt, offers a Telus plan, confirms on a Telus number and ships Koodo SIM cards !?! Then doesn’t have live service & takes 2 days for a callback... still waiting

Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

@Apple is announcing their new products today. I’m verifying if the @TELUS 5G networks hardware aside actually have the bandwidth in place here despite map saying 5G. @financialpost intimated in an article yesterday the bandwidth for it wasn’t being sold to the network yet.

Time and time again I’ve reached out, only to be told I’d be contacted, just to waste my own time waiting. I’ve filed a complaint with the CRTC and will be pursuing any and all legal action against Telus and any individuals responsible wether it be directly or indirectly.
