@menard_ray @TELUS My phone. When I pull down on the WiFi I'm using its a live output of the speed.

  • justkenking Ken King⚡️ (@justkenking) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS I'm looking to leave my mobile provider after being with them since 2006. Not going to name any names, but about once a year they just fail me and the entire country completely. What can you offer me?

  • everydaytourist richard white (@everydaytourist) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Hey @TELUSsupport having a huge issue with phone service. Now being told may be IOS issues. Spent hours. Trips to Apple and @TELUS store. Still not fixed. Are others having issues with dropped calls?

  • DustinMorris13 dustin spicy noods morris (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Cass403 @SWCalgaryGuy @TELUS Agreed!! I even still have the box because they didn't ship a return address label and they said no problem we'll use it.

  • CanadaP2P Admir (@CanadaP2P) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TSNRyanRishaug @TELUS The sad state of @TELUSsupport when public figures have to tweet out for help! I hope it worked for you, some of us are waiting 10d for service #TelusFail

  • RyanSauve Ryan Sauvé 🇨🇦 🚀💉💉💉 (@RyanSauve) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

  • spooky3369 Spukx3369 (@spooky3369) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Looks like #Telus customer service has gotten bad. Requested a call back, took more than 1hr for the call and was waiting 8mins with the background music. Got tired of waiting for the actual person to talk to me

  • Tracey_YYC Tracey Forbes (@Tracey_YYC) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@CDAinsworth @ShawInfo @TELUS Telus is way better than Shaw. It took 4 years for us to get Telus at our house. I will never go back if I don’t have to.

  • DustinMorris13 dustin spicy noods morris (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Booked my internet (thanks @SWCalgaryGuy) and had the best customer service with @TELUS as usual.

  • ToddSandrelli Todd Sandrelli (@ToddSandrelli) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@cmcalgary Damn good thing I’m with Telus then. ;)

  • JasonPYYC Jason P. (@JasonPYYC) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@wmpdll @Melkorka12 They don’t care about retention really. New customer acquisition is more important for some reason. Long time telus. Have 6 boxes and at time was only one doing wireless. They had a deal and I was on month to month and they wouldn’t give it to me even if I did a contract.

  • HaroldCundal Harold Cundal III (@HaroldCundal) reported from Calgary, Alberta

You know what's super cool? When @TELUS doesn't process your equipment return properly and you end up with a stain on your credit history years later for their blunder. And good luck getting any help from @TELUSsupport. Garbage.

  • Chinook87 Calgaryvoter (@Chinook87) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Can anyone recommend an Internet service besides Telus… tried to switch to them today and it was impossible and painful. Eventually gave up and cancelled the switch

  • UKgeordieColin Colin (@UKgeordieColin) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUSsupport we recently swapped from Shaw to Telus and it is the worst wifi experience we have ever had. It is meant to be the fibre optic super fast and it is terrible. How do we get someone to look at this? Our satisfaction is nil.

  • RichHesketh Rich Hesketh (@RichHesketh) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Is it acceptable @TELUS @TELUSsupport for us to be waiting over 72 hours for our internet to be reconnected? Seems to me that it’s not. We’ve spoken to no less the a dozen agents who claim 2-24 hours to flip that switch. Has anyone else had such bad service?

  • DustinMorris13 dustin spicy noods morris (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Karone81 @TELUS Oh Telus has the best customer service!

  • blatch_daniel Daniel Blatch (@blatch_daniel) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS I am a senior 77yr-old and handicapped, Iam a Telus Customer for many years, today I need your help. Daniel Blatch. 1540 Sherwood Blvd.N W. Apt. 4126

  • The_Rad_Zone rad ♿ (@The_Rad_Zone) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Telus sighed me up for their internet with a free trial month and sent me a bill two weeks later. I called them and told them nicely to come get their ****.

  • JonMartinCalgar Jon Martin (@JonMartinCalgar) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@SingularZeez Telus: The future is outsourced. Their old slogan was The future is friendly. I modified it years ago. It was the first place I was laid off from. They say you never forget your first.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • srperry Steve Perry (@srperry) reported

Shaw and Rogers, two companies with stellar customer service. /s That's why I use Telus. #yyc

  • marialoi maria loi (@marialoi) reported

@cbcnewsbc Never use Rogers, I switched my mobile service to Telus a few years ago because Rogers' staff kept bothering me everyday during dinner time. I told them not too and Rogers fined me even when Rogers's staff was bad when I got out of Rogers! Now they are introducing 5G? I love

  • mike10dude Michael (@mike10dude) reported

@ABfield @CBCAlerts @NahayatT rogers, bell and telus were really freaking out over that idea they were running tons of tv,radio and big full page ads in the newspapers telling us why it would be horrible if that happenned

  • 604atom 604atom (@604atom) reported

@TELUS now I will have to explain my story again for the fourth time. Lost for words. How do they expect customer loyalty when something this simple can not be resolved on one time contact?

  • dgouldca Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported

@XLR8NL @TELUSsupport Unfortunately they all seem to follow the same playbook. Be creative; another provider may be able to help you out with credits against the buy-out. And let Telus know you're planning to leave; that will get you to the retention folks, who can offer better deals.

  • DaniellaVanIsle Daniella (@DaniellaVanIsle) reported

@TELUS help a girl out. Why am I paying almost $300 per month and I can’t watch @CNN . Or you know. Anything else of interest

  • snapthennap Slightly "Sick of These Maskless Idiots" Drowsy (@snapthennap) reported

@ShaneTrain_woot @jkenney I left Calgary...cancelled my cable. Only thing I have right now is streaming. I pay $20 a month for Prime and Netflix, plus all the network apps let you watch new shows the week they come out. Versus Telus TV at $110 a month. I pay way less for way more now.

  • Phazius Phazius | TTRPG grovin' (@Phazius) reported

@RessyM Oh... thats gonna suck. I dont even have Rogers as an option here snd ive heard not great things, but my Shaw service has been great. Telus wasnt really an option either, they didn't have a line in. So sounds like im pretty getting screwed

  • Robbie_J Rob Johnston says "Flatten The Curve!" 🇨🇦🎧🎵 (@Robbie_J) reported

@Jboparai21 I would think the door is open for Bell to take Telus as they have a business and tech sharing relationship. But there still needs to be some competition. Mind you prices are never gonna come down to where they are other countries.

  • MrWhiteAfghan Whiteafghan (@MrWhiteAfghan) reported

@tiffmyoungperry @TELUS Getting a 2 thousand dollar phone and unlimited data is actually an insane bargain, especially with the quality of the service being offered.
