Well @TELUS or @Koodo ?!? 1st time customer experiance is an absolute nightmare.! Who sends out a rep in a Telus shirt, offers a Telus plan, confirms on a Telus number and ships Koodo SIM cards !?! Then doesn’t have live service & takes 2 days for a callback... still waiting

The only reason I’m staying with Shaw cause they have monopoly in my area. How come @TELUS is letting them play like that. Hope @TELUS invests in some infrastructure. Shaw is beyond horrible in terms of service and promise @Shawhelp

@CraveHelp ok TELUS or CRAVE or BELL, I continue to get this damn problem every few days on multiple TVs where I have to log out and log back in just to have access to programming. The issue is when I have to log out because it tells me I have to subscribe to HBO etc..😡😡😡

@Apple is announcing their new products today. I’m verifying if the @TELUS 5G networks hardware aside actually have the bandwidth in place here despite map saying 5G. @financialpost intimated in an article yesterday the bandwidth for it wasn’t being sold to the network yet.

Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

@dl_958 I bring up line-sharing because Canada forces telcos to let resellers sit on their network for cable and DSL. It's a dedicated last mile network but CA facilities based ISPs have to let others connect at the aggregation level. If Telus doesn't have to share FTTH, well...
