I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

I haven't had internet service since 3:30pm Pacific today. I call tech support, Manny said there's an outage my area, he say check the outage website, a couple hours later I checked the website and there's nothing showing, and I still have no service. @TELUSsupport @TELUS wtf??

Shocking service from @TELUS. Internet and optik tv go down without warning (no one in my home, power never went out, all bills payed on time and in full) only to be told I need to wait over a week to have a tech come to see if I need new hardware (current hardware only 4y old)

@regdns @Kayeishness @Roscopcoletrain Do NOT cancel your numbers with Telus before you get an answer. Call the CRTC as well. It could be that the new place isn't up to date on rulings and procedure. They should be, but it's possible a new person may not know. I don't think carriers get bonuses for new numbers...
