    @allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

    @wandabaker_ Public mobile, is on Telus network, my bill is about $40 per month with 4gigs, unlimited ph/txt Canada wide. Plans vary but these are the same as the cheapest one but with good speeds and lots of towers. You get discounts for autobilling, and you can't incur other charges.

My sons on TELUS and the interruptions are just the same! last time this happened thieves tried to steal wire (for copper) and cut Shaw’s fibre optics while doing so. Really sucks but that’s not Shaw’s fault but they should’ve worked through the night in my opinion.

    Telus the worst company I have recently dealt with. Agent would not give me a supervisor. Telus will no longer give detail bills. As of Oct 21, 2018As a consumer you are entitled to a full detailed bill. They do not want to do this. Get in touch with CRTC and complain.
