Air Canada is HQ'd in Montreal.. Westjet in AB.. Westjet pays provincial tax, yet Kenney prefers to play juvenile, passive aggressive games because Westjet doesnt support Wexit... Alberta is doomed. Never say an Albertan company wont move HQ.. Telus did exactly that during Klein.

at @TELUS in @NorthlandMall found a lost cell phone. Stood here for 20min waiting my turn. When I was finally helped I was informed there was absolutely nothing they could do unless this person comes into their store, worst customer service ever! Phone is with Mall security. #yyc

@allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

@MsYouDoYou I never had any technical/customer service issues when I had Telus when I lived in Van. When my ex screwed me over with the account, Telus was super understanding and helpful, and I loved the "gift" promotions they do. Unfortunately stuck with Shaw here in Calgary.

The problem is, there is no regulation (and I’m not suggesting a regulated solution) for what they do on the retail side. They can sell you whatever speed or channel they want. If they don’t deliver there is no recourse at all.

From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.
