Mamma Bear🇨🇦 (@islgalwrites) reported@ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

Peter the dim (@Peter69906073) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Telus. Told them the PVR was the problem. Several looong calls with Guatemala, Philippines, India, each with a "FIX". Stopped one problem, caused another. Finally they did what I told them needed to be done. Sent a tech with a new modem. WASTED many hours of my time.

Ive had 5 come out & try the same thing 5 different times to fix internet until i lost my **** & the last dude finally went up the pole and found a split connection point 😡 after i bought a new modem & ran new line inside my house 🤬

After several hours I said Enough! Get out. There was a mess left in the two areas he worked at I’m still waiting for them to repair the damage

The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.
