I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

It lasted about a day and a half and left 13 million people without internet or phone service. Anyone who had Bell or Telus or any of the small carriers that don’t piggyback on Rogers towers not affected

@TELUSsupport called the loyalty line months ago and was after moving our cell service over to bundle with out TV. Guy asked if we wanted to get Telus Optical, which we already had. After a game of telephone tag, I was left hanging with no loyalty at all.
