Patrick GK (@Zerquetch) reported@Martyupnorth 21 years I was with them. They would never call back on my "do you still want my business" calls and e-mails. Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time

AslamS (@aslamsabir9) reportedTelus fraudulent practices. Telus is charging me for home security service which Ido not have. It was cancelled more than a year ago.they are charging me $15.00 plus GST $.75 Hard to get phone connection. They divert you to AI. There should be a person to talk with.

Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

Susanne Bard (@bard_susanne) reported@Nuni_Sas_Yu @_satishiape Getting rid of CRTC starting a phone and internet service would be a great business after Alberta Independence. Competition was supposed to happen 20 years ago but instead Telus and Shaw bought their competitors, and the regulators let them. We need stronger anti-monopoly laws to keep competition going.

CurlyZebra (@CurlyZebra77) reported@ravinispunk @TELUS Thank you for your help. I’ll have to check into this program, to see if it’s a decent speed and unlimited..since we have three disabled folks in the house and when you’re disabled you spend a lot of time at home using internet 😩

Justin R. Melville (@JustinRMelville) reportedIt’s 4am & I’m on the phone to Telus because I have to call in during Canadian office hours to cancel my internet service. It took 12mins for a man in Delhi (not Canada) to cancel my service using a wildly insecure method. This is @TELUSsupport in modern day Canada @CRTCeng.

JKSchooledO'Connor (@TKrayt) reported@TELUSsupport I can't seem to contact anyone about an issue I have with a charge coming from an account that shouldn't be used. Telus has been charging me roughly $80 a month for 18 months and I have no idea why and can't seem to talk to a real human. Please reach out.
