Air Canada is HQ'd in Montreal.. Westjet in AB.. Westjet pays provincial tax, yet Kenney prefers to play juvenile, passive aggressive games because Westjet doesnt support Wexit... Alberta is doomed. Never say an Albertan company wont move HQ.. Telus did exactly that during Klein.

  • CrazySteveC Steve (10-7-2) (@CrazySteveC) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Internet in this city is terrible. Shitter shaw and Telus

  • NishaJCharlton Nisha J Charlton (@NishaJCharlton) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@buzzbishop Me too please. Still having issues too. @TELUS keeps switching out our equipment to make us feel like they are doing something. It still sucks.

  • bartgrover Bart Grover (@bartgrover) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@morningshowmatt @TELUS @Netflix_CA Good to see you’re back on your feet after this terrible experience. Can’t say we all weren’t a little worried for you but you did it #OurLittleTrooper

  • leepalisoc Lee Palisoc (@leepalisoc) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

  • WerdEmUp Drew 🧡 (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@wandabaker_ Public mobile, is on Telus network, my bill is about $40 per month with 4gigs, unlimited ph/txt Canada wide. Plans vary but these are the same as the cheapest one but with good speeds and lots of towers. You get discounts for autobilling, and you can't incur other charges.

  • aggieloveseggs Aggie (@aggieloveseggs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@allantaylor Telus Spark in Calgary sucks in comparison to the facility in Edmonton.

  • LovatoVladimir Vladimir Lovato (@LovatoVladimir) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS If you answer a phone call to solve any problems. Because loosing two hours of my time for someone to even answer my call, is not a good customer service!!

  • scotch_guy Andrew Ferguson (@scotch_guy) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS @TELUSsupport extremely disappointed by the service I received today. I have been a Telus Mobility and Home Internet/TV customer for over 10 Years. I switched my business services to Telus 4+ years ago. I am ready to walk away from you guys at this point, forever!

  • schneidz 𝙲𝚑𝚛𝚒𝚜 𝚂𝚌𝚑𝚗𝚎𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚛 (@schneidz) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@MsYouDoYou I never had any technical/customer service issues when I had Telus when I lived in Van. When my ex screwed me over with the account, Telus was super understanding and helpful, and I loved the "gift" promotions they do. Unfortunately stuck with Shaw here in Calgary.

  • Goodwill_Carlos Carlos Cuevas (@Goodwill_Carlos) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@mattxdaniel @TELUS If you want, send me a DM - I used to work in wireless. Different provider. I could try and help.

@nemki @telus has always been the worst service at the highest price.

  • Skycaptin5 Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Internet has been on and off for like two days, driving me crazy. Then the @telus rep calls offering a higher tier service that can’t physically be given in this area. Madness I say!

  • merleun64233098 Merle Underwood (@merleun64233098) reported from Calgary, Alberta

The Telus webhosting SSL manager is a legit nightmare, this is the most frustrating ssl experience i’ve ever had. Will suggest all stay away from this hosting service

  • Crackmacs crackmacs (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@mattmcqueen @BradInYYC @_LaineyBoggs_ @telusmobility @koodo Haven't been with Telus but have been with Koodo, virgin, fido, freedom/wind Would never deal with fido, freedom/wind ever again. Rest are all the same. What sets them apart is customer service and pricing

  • LovatoVladimir Vladimir Lovato (@LovatoVladimir) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUSsupport Sorry I am not going to spend more time trying to do business with TELUS! After 6 years being a @TELUS customer I change to a different company because of your customer service. I came back and still the same service! I will evaluate other options! Thx @TELUSsupport

  • jlcw08 jlcw08 (@jlcw08) reported from Calgary, Alberta

  • WhoTrollsTrolls He Who Trolls The Trolls (@WhoTrollsTrolls) reported

@TELUS International **** telus day! Suck my nuts you crooked *****. Charging people for paying with a credit card. Notice how I've always paid on time and the full amount? Because it auto bills my credit card to make everyone's life easier. **** you

  • tina_j_ TinaJ (@tina_j_) reported

@connordpeters @gar21_s @CBCNews and which company would that be, i pay telus ,shaw , rogers never any trouble, so which company?

  • pfak Peter Kieser 🍁 (@pfak) reported

@chex383pub @Speedtest It's 2 links. 1 TELUS Fibre and 1 Shaw. Both 1Gbit/s. My internal network is actually my limit. Shaw has up to 1.5Gbit/s now, I believe. IIRC. Have 2 1GigE Links in LACP to my server, and 2 1GigE LACP links from my router to my network.

  • ladybuggyal SᗩᗰIᖇᗩᕼ 🐞🇨🇦🇬🇾 (@ladybuggyal) reported

@HealthierLonger @CityNewsTO I love Telus service and customer service. Never have I ever had any issues with them. It’s just so expensive and passing another fee onto the customer when they make billions in profits? Not too happy about that!

  • BiGMiKe_05 Kwaku Mike (@BiGMiKe_05) reported

Telus is fried! Charging customers a surcharge for paying bills with a credit card 🤮. That **** better not get approve!

  • livewire898 Bob's your Uncle (@livewire898) reported

@cferlisi @_pandawithavee_ @CityNewsTO Also think about this, Telus already knew they would have processing fees on credit cards so they would of accounted for that in their pricing plans on everyone. Now they are seeking to add that again to their pricing as another service fee.

  • saskryan Ryan M. (@saskryan) reported

Dear @CRTCeng please do not let @TELUS charge their users a credit card processing fee. They make enough off users, and it all balances out. My plan just went up $15/month, yes it's for twice the data but I never maxed out my data before so I'm paying for a service I don't use.

  • HealthierLonger James Wells (@HealthierLonger) reported

@ladybuggyal @CityNewsTO Ya. I just switched to Telus because they offer better international roaming locations that Freedom. But my $55 government rate pales in comparison to Freedoms new $40 plans. Ugh! Freedom just has very crappy service in remote locations.

  • disco_hits Hillary 🇺🇦 (@disco_hits) reported

WOW - My contract is up with my current provider and not wanting to be part Rogers or Bell, @Telus was my #1 option for a new provider... damn. Not anymore. You can afford the 1.5% if I choose to pay by credit card. Can you imagine if all retailers charged this?

  • Sockboy_ Sockboy Must H@ng (@Sockboy_) reported

@CTVNews Death by 1000 cuts. It's the corporate way! Just cancel your account and move on. @TELUS will lose far more in cancellations than they make on this scam.
