All I had to do was start typing “Dad” and my service came back; what the heck @TELUSsupport @TELUS why couldn’t my phone receive or make calls or sms for the past 30min?!?!

@SidhuDP I've just had Telus and Rogers. Telus id have to run to the top of my parents house to get reception. I haven't had a problem with Rogers in 11 years.

Not a super day. Shaun is stuck at the plant, technical difficulties & blizzard. Telus is still drilling ******** out of my head, I mean installing cable & not even Tragically Hip drowns out high pitched drilling. Been alone for a week & tired of doing **** all on weekends.

@Crackmacs Shaw Mobile. On Shaw at home as well as Telus has weirdly not installed fibre in our block. We’ve moved around and reconfigured our Shaw Gateway Modem and pods so many times and there’s still problems with the TV and internet in places in our (not gigantic) house.

@_ghostal @TELUSsupport I agree with you. I was a happy Telus customer for over 20 years, started when they were Clearnet. I only switched because Rogers offered me a significantly better deal and Telus wouldn’t match it.
