I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

Was skeptical about the #purefibre from @TELUS from friends’ experience. Sure enough after the tech leaves, it’s not working. Was nice and fast for 10 mins. Give me my old internet back...or maybe time for Shaw or an independent. @TELUSsupport

@BridgieCasey @TELUS I don't know how to get them to stop calling you while you're a subscriber. If you cancel, however, then after a time they're going to start calling you again to try to get you back...and THAT can be stopped with a PIPEDA notice to get rid of your personal information.

@BridgieCasey @TELUS Once had same issue with Fido. Use your inner Karen and call customer service to be removed from all marketing, if agent pushes back get an escalation. Put me through to retention works as well.

@BridgieCasey @TELUS I had the same problem. Been a @Telus customer for a long time and over all I'm very pleased with them. I suggest emailing their customer service and mention if they wish to keep you as a customer to remove your name from their marketing people. Worked for me...
