  • MichelletypoQ MichelleTypoQueen (@MichelletypoQ) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Air Canada is HQ'd in Montreal.. Westjet in AB.. Westjet pays provincial tax, yet Kenney prefers to play juvenile, passive aggressive games because Westjet doesnt support Wexit... Alberta is doomed. Never say an Albertan company wont move HQ.. Telus did exactly that during Klein.

  • MichelletypoQ MichelleTypoQueen (@MichelletypoQ) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@ThatKevinWoron @JoshuaKnaak @ryanjespersen Let's talk about Telus as an example.. they owned majority share when they merged with BC tel... they opted for Vanvouver as HQ under a very similar government. Never say never, ever.

  • DaveOlecko Dave Olecko (@DaveOlecko) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Its Bell! What would expect! Dropped them years ago Sat TV & Customer Service sucks #telus #rogers pay attention - streaming is coming ... and it’s going to change the landscape #californiatech

  • LovatoVladimir Vladimir Lovato (@LovatoVladimir) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS If you answer a phone call to solve any problems. Because loosing two hours of my time for someone to even answer my call, is not a good customer service!!

  • CrazySteveC Steve (10-7-2) (@CrazySteveC) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Internet in this city is terrible. Shitter shaw and Telus

  • LovatoVladimir Vladimir Lovato (@LovatoVladimir) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUSsupport Sorry I am not going to spend more time trying to do business with TELUS! After 6 years being a @TELUS customer I change to a different company because of your customer service. I came back and still the same service! I will evaluate other options! Thx @TELUSsupport

  • schneidz 𝙲𝚑𝚛𝚒𝚜 𝚂𝚌𝚑𝚗𝚎𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚛 (@schneidz) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@MsYouDoYou I never had any technical/customer service issues when I had Telus when I lived in Van. When my ex screwed me over with the account, Telus was super understanding and helpful, and I loved the "gift" promotions they do. Unfortunately stuck with Shaw here in Calgary.

  • Crackmacs crackmacs (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@mattmcqueen @BradInYYC @_LaineyBoggs_ @telusmobility @koodo Haven't been with Telus but have been with Koodo, virgin, fido, freedom/wind Would never deal with fido, freedom/wind ever again. Rest are all the same. What sets them apart is customer service and pricing

  • NishaJCharlton Nisha J Charlton (@NishaJCharlton) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@buzzbishop Me too please. Still having issues too. @TELUS keeps switching out our equipment to make us feel like they are doing something. It still sucks.

  • aggieloveseggs Aggie (@aggieloveseggs) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@allantaylor Telus Spark in Calgary sucks in comparison to the facility in Edmonton.

  • Skycaptin5 Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Internet has been on and off for like two days, driving me crazy. Then the @telus rep calls offering a higher tier service that can’t physically be given in this area. Madness I say!

  • MichelletypoQ MichelleTypoQueen (@MichelletypoQ) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@UncleRee1 Yes.. My bad.. it's just a pay per use on Shaw and Telus as well. Feel like Netflix might be upping their game soon with more competition closing in.. Apple is coming up with some good series at well.

  • DustinMorris13 DustinΞats (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@mattmcqueen @ShawInfo @TELUS I think it is!! I'd definitely look into it. Maybe @SWCalgaryGuy could be of some help.

  • Goodwill_Carlos Carlos Cuevas (@Goodwill_Carlos) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@mattxdaniel @TELUS If you want, send me a DM - I used to work in wireless. Different provider. I could try and help.

  • leepalisoc Lee Palisoc (@leepalisoc) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

  • destinyscurse garycheung (@destinyscurse) reported from Calgary, Alberta

How does Telus not have a phone support number or their business connect!!! #telus #fail

  • WerdEmUp Drew 🧡 (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@wandabaker_ Public mobile, is on Telus network, my bill is about $40 per month with 4gigs, unlimited ph/txt Canada wide. Plans vary but these are the same as the cheapest one but with good speeds and lots of towers. You get discounts for autobilling, and you can't incur other charges.

  • jlcw08 jlcw08 (@jlcw08) reported from Calgary, Alberta

at @TELUS in @NorthlandMall found a lost cell phone. Stood here for 20min waiting my turn. When I was finally helped I was informed there was absolutely nothing they could do unless this person comes into their store, worst customer service ever! Phone is with Mall security. #yyc

  • scotch_guy Andrew Ferguson (@scotch_guy) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@TELUS @TELUSsupport extremely disappointed by the service I received today. I have been a Telus Mobility and Home Internet/TV customer for over 10 Years. I switched my business services to Telus 4+ years ago. I am ready to walk away from you guys at this point, forever!

@mynamesnotgordy Rogers too, so I hear. Did they find out what it was? I was in a tech shop at the time it happened. Some geek who worked there said 'Something big is going on: Rogers and Telus are down in Ontario!'

  • DerekAlldritt ᗪEᖇEK ᗩᒪᒪᗪᖇITT (@DerekAlldritt) reported

@Bryson_M You bring up an interesting point. I wonder if the CRTC could mandate mobile service/data is so critical to Canadians, Bell, Telus, and Rogers be required to have failover to each others network I mean, we taxpayers subsidize their entire network, why not force their hand at it?

  • StockSniperDrew dias (@StockSniperDrew) reported

I knew there was a reason I stayed with #Telus and over paid for cell service... #StillHaveService

  • ChickFrmOntario @ChickFrmOntario 🇨🇦❤ (@ChickFrmOntario) reported

@MrCanadensis Oh, I'm with Telus, also southern Ontario I don't have any problems with them. I had Freedom when I was living in the city. Moved to a smaller town where it would have been shotty

  • Rainforest2912 Emery A. ✈️🚀🚁 (@Rainforest2912) reported

@NewWestPD Telus (Phone service) has now added Call Control to stop RoboCalls, it may minimize the horrible scams coming in by phone. (Till the scammers find a way around the Call Control).

  • NeelyMosca Neely Mosca (@NeelyMosca) reported

I think y’all Fido users are back in service. It was good being a Telus customer today lol.

  • kevinba19912906 FactsNotOpinions (@kevinba19912906) reported

@rogers, please rethink your choice of CTO. Bad leadership. This will hurt your market share, zero doubt. Fix it, apologize, and invest in your exisiting infrastructure, instead of buying competition. I will switch to Telus tomorrow morning. Along with my business and employees

  • lyndaloulindin Lynda (@lyndaloulindin) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers “Team of network experts” my ***!!! What a joke! I think I’ll be making a call to @telus

  • schiu67_ Sabrina (@schiu67_) reported

@lcfrst2 Lol haven’t you guys been down before many times? Or was that another network? Think Rogers has better signal though. Used to have a work phone that was Telus and it would have no signal at some areas, where Rogers was fine. I’ve been with them a few times for internet and tv,

  • horriblecvnt Horriblecvnt (@horriblecvnt) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Ya, let's just get in line behind everyone on Telus for our vaccine appointments, since we can't get text messages. Nice fail over protection.
