Hey @Telus. We’ve been in our new home since just before XMas and still can’t get our Internet, wifi, TV service sorted (so it actually works). Trying this as repeated service calls have resolved nothing. I suppose complaining on social media is a last ditch effort.

I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

So what's wrong? 1) I've never had a bill for $115.40. 2) #Telus has never sent me an email for a payment reminder. 3) I paid my Telus bills at a set time every month and logged in to the Telus portal (by opening a separate tab and browsing the Telus site).

My frsit sin card was my only frist sin card as it's telus as i had no service in apirl 2022. Got my second sin card though.why people are who they are and stole from me? Delt with hate ever since. Because I am different and special to anyone? Should treat me like peace of crap.

I am a Telus customer (great Fiber service :)), the to and from email looks legit, the account number's last 4 digit is correct, and the link to #clik2pay really goes to clik2pay and it looks like a legit #Canadian business.

Telus pre paid cell is garbage - you get a text saying all topped up then no service until the office turns it on so you wait two hours on the phone for service. Look at other carriers!!!
