@Apple is announcing their new products today. I’m verifying if the @TELUS 5G networks hardware aside actually have the bandwidth in place here despite map saying 5G. @financialpost intimated in an article yesterday the bandwidth for it wasn’t being sold to the network yet.

Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

@CraveHelp ok TELUS or CRAVE or BELL, I continue to get this damn problem every few days on multiple TVs where I have to log out and log back in just to have access to programming. The issue is when I have to log out because it tells me I have to subscribe to HBO etc..😡😡😡

Well @TELUS or @Koodo ?!? 1st time customer experiance is an absolute nightmare.! Who sends out a rep in a Telus shirt, offers a Telus plan, confirms on a Telus number and ships Koodo SIM cards !?! Then doesn’t have live service & takes 2 days for a callback... still waiting

@L82be Yep, I did read that. But I still don't see how it's privatized. In a privatized system, individuals pay extra for a service. In this, they don't. Telus is providing the technology and get paid for it, yes. But I would assume any doctor using technology will be paying for it?

@koodo @nealjennings @nealjennings Exactly this problem. Telus store on Robson informed me that there was some maintenance ongoing. Lots of people went to the store enquiring yesterday. Nothing was communicated to users or customer support though.

@TELUS IVR ... integrated voice response is a BIG problem. Needs to be programmed so I don't have my time wasted each time I call. I ALWAYS get funnelled to Fiber instead of Copper. This means my time is wasted over and over. I'M PISSED OFF!!!!! FIX THIS!!!!!
