I’m so tired of the horrendous service from @TELUS @TELUSsupport we’ve spent hours on the phone to have something fixed for a couple hours, then the same problem occurs. They can’t send anyone up for over a week. At this point i think switching is out only option.

@tedcamp I’ll never forget that fact. Reality is, it was all broken before. They just purposely made it worse to introduce a new business model. Virtual healthcare, driven by AI and backed by corporations like Telus (Babylon)

@RealMattHopkins "I'm gonna cancel CTV" is a bullshit threat. You have home TV? They're getting paid. Rogers, Shaw, Telus, you're getting the local CTV channel whether you like it or not. Want HBO? You're paying Bell. Star Trek? Seinfeld? Bell. Friends? Bell. Habs, Leafs or Jays? Bell

@jasonpereira Telus has either been absorbing this fee for years or adjusted their prices to account for credit card fees. This surcharge is 1.5% direct to their bottom line. Also I liked how they compared themselves to essential services. Not sure that's a path they want to go down.
