    @my_bijutsu @TELUS This is so exhausting and disrespectful, I’m sorry you have to deal with this. When I was managing my mom’s estate, I was shocked at the awful, stupid, incompetent way I was treated by large corporations while closing up various accounts (while tender and grieving, of course).

    Should note this was never as bad until we account changed with @TELUSsupport and they clearly sold my information. Never had spam issues prior. I put this on Telus.

    Our @Telus satellite tv is not working. We’ve been told they can’t get a technician here to fix it until Feb 1st next year.We’ll be writing to the CRTC about this because this is totally unacceptable. @TELUSsupport

    Mondays are one of the few good nights for tv viewing on @TELUSsupport satellite. Unfortunately we have no service from Telus, and they said they won't give us any until Feb 1st next year. Sorry, but wtaf is that! That's my idea of NO SERVICE.

    @SeditiousMe It’s beyond ridiculous. If she could have simply deleted service for my dads cellphone online and kept the same account it would have been fine. So now a woman with ample money has to have her cell plan on my account (happy to do it). Joke’s on Telus though . .
