    @TELUS Hi @telus internet service I am really fed up with your billing process. You kept on sending one sided new contract every month sometime multiple times in a month. Please assign some senior executives who can analyze my case and resolve the issue and refund over payments.

    @JasonPYYC While I 100% agree they should pay it back, at least telus didn’t lay people off, let those with immune issues work from home, take quarantine leave if exposed, and paid them. Slightly misleading too. Telus got 38.6, Rogers 82.3 and bell 122.9.

    @TELUS I have been trying to get a hold of someone in your sales team by multiple emails and phone for the past 5 days for a time sensitive PS suite EMR matter and no one responded yet !! This is truly a terrible service 👎

    @TELUS Hi. I just waited over an hour to speak to someone. This is after a callback. Please don't treat your customers this way. Have to go to work, else I'd probably still be on the line. Not cool

    @Grolsch02 @JasonOnTheDrums @UCPCaucus 2/2 Before that happened, the clinic took 25% of poor people (I’m on AISH, and my family dr moved there). The seller had it worked out in the contract that they had to keep us. Telus wiggled out of it somehow; my dr got sick and I was booted. Have you called a news station?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport the worst customer service, I ordered iphone14 online and was billed for it,then was told the order didn’t go through,1 phone, shipped to wrong address, then TELUS error caused #2 now I have 3 coming and no resolution 4hr call later no resolution
