    @theoriginaljbk @TELUS @TELUSsupport I feel you! Completely. I’ve had it with them too tbh. They don’t even care about their customers anymore. They just want money. Their service they used to be so known for has really gone down last couple years, it’s not even worth it anymore.

    @TELUSsupport I hope so soon because I’m a disabled person that had my service out since around 3PM in midst of a medical emergency. The least Telus can do is provide an update to your customers in a timely manner so we can find alternate means in the interim. This was handled poorly tbh

    @JenLeeCBC The GOA knew this was coming. They know via health care #s who is eligible. All they need to do was take control. Send out notices alphabetically for reservations. Ask for confirmation either by phone, text, or email. Minister and Mr. Entwistle at Telus are manifestly stupid.

    Don’t call anywhere on their launch day. Call Wednesdaor Thursday mornings to any business. That will still **** you, but… less hold music. And, a human that may have had some time to breathe &/or lie ok. There are better playlists than Rogers, Bell, & Telus, via Spotify, etc.
