@keanbirch @theyoungjoo At least when it comes to mobile plans I feel my plan in the USA was free compared to what we pay for Telus. And the service is, for most part, substandard.

These carriers would basically rent network space from Bell, Rogers and Telus at regulated rates and then sell services to customers as Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). New competition would mean more choice, lower prices. 3/12

@TELUSsupport Telus internet service has been flaky for several weeks now. Wifi connections dropping frequently where signal is “strong”. Surrey 185 street

@Jenfeds73 @TELUS_Spark I would insist that the music be turned down for any child who needed it. My child has severe sound sensitivity/anxiety and doesn’t do well in similar situations, she usually flees. I think most people wouldn’t care And Telus should be ashamed of their response

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I had to speak to too many people and departments who each had to read through pages of “notes” and *still* couldn’t answer the question “Is service available at my address”. Three weeks I waited! Two guarantees of callbacks within a day with an answer, and nothing, both times!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Terrible service, Internet and TV down. Spent 1.5 hours trying to fix it over the phone, can’t resolve the issue. Then offers a technician to show up 3 days later…..😡
