I think the people at Rogers knew I was going to use my day off to finally switch my phone provider to Telus, that’s why it’s down across the country. Sorry everyone 🙈🙈

@adolwyn I’m with Telus but the my colleague is in Rogers & has had service all morning. Others in the office have had intermittent issues.

@rogers Rogers Live Chat is also offline, a web based solution, trust is totally lost, and I can't call support because my phone service also doesn't work. Amateur hour Rogers!!I'm going with @TELUS

@EmersonByy @jeeesre @nick_detroit Exactly.. A lot of ways to work around this little issue. But if you want to go to Bell or Telus, I can tell you from experience, all 3 companies customer service is the same. Lousy! Blame goes to CRTC for allowing this virtual monopoly. that is bullshit and why rates are high
