@Wildsau @TELUS It's good most of the time, but the wifi has always been atrocious...likely a hardware issue more than anything. Lately it's been brutal wired as well.

@johnsonbecky @TELUS A friend has been dealing with issues with Telus for well over a month. Shes pretty much lost her mind 🤪

@CFOXvan hey guys! I'm sending g this in hopes we can get the world famous CFOX on our telus optics running again. I have checked with a few other telus users and they have the same issue. Would love to listen to you guys in house.

@TELUSsupport But I'm being told that you've blocked our devices. All your subscribers devices are non Telus devices as you don't rent them out. With BYOD you can't ethically restrict our access to the service and you staff need better training when we choose to sign BYOD deals. Shame.

@PhillenniumLine Kinda like how TELUS refused to enable VoLTE on my account because I didn't waste money on one of their ****** phones. **** Canadian telecos.

@ericpet What are you using for wifi - their router? We have a Telus Boost system (4 nodes) and it is amazing. Our neighbours’ Shaw went down and they “borrowed” our wifi for a couple of days and were getting 160 Mbps at their place.

@ericpet @TELUS I think your experience is an anomaly. We have had Telus fibre for a long time and it has literally never went down in all these years. Same with anyone else we’ve talked to it about. Sucks that it’s not perfect for you. 😔

@CanadianGuy55 My friend lose service with Telus when a crew doing renos next door cut the wrong cable. It took a month for them to fix it and many more for his comic book store to recover.

Hi @Telus, thought setting up a home internet service with you guys was as easy as a phone call. Nope. For days now, been spending hours seeking the “privilege” of speaking with one of your rep to set up a home internet. No luck. @TELUSsupport

How stupid is it that @TELUS / @TELUSsupport doesn’t have anyone I can talk to at 8:30 on a Friday night. Isn’t this partly why I pay so much for internet.
