@TELUSsupport Looks like @TELUS disconnected my internet before my move date. It never happened before and the technical support mentioned they don't have permissions to change that and it's another department. Why would you disconnect before move date?

It's now been over 48 hours since I requested a callback "within 15 minutes" from @TELUSsupport. I am now preparing a complaint to @CRTCeng for @TELUS failure to meet contracted service requirements. Telecom's failure to provide basic customer service is an ongoing national issue

@SoMersVick Shaw here too,dont want rogers telus or bell. This is a win for greedy corporations and a huge loss for Canadians.We now have 3providers and no competition. It should have never happened to much power will be corrupted its inevitable.

@JayIsPainting @1loriking I have Telus fibre - bc - it is really quite good. No issues and if there is a bit of a glitch I just restart the whole thing.

@JayIsPainting I've been getting screwed by Comwave, last 3 years. Contract is up this January, I'm definitely going back to Telus. *warning!* Comwave is the WORST connection since dial-up. Interruptions every day.
