    @SweetGeorgia_77 We had a year of issues when finally TELUS buckled and sent us their new PVR. No problems now.

    @TELUS I was an ADT customer and called to move service to new address what amazing is that 3 different ppl call me 9 times in span of 50 mins asking same information geez how many ppl does it take to move one account extremely poor service very dissatisfied

    Trying IPV6, nothing. Proxy out of the loop, nothing. Strangeness. Any other Canadians having issues connecting to Telegram at the moment, particularly through Telus infrastructure? :P

    @telus Why is my Telus Hub so bad now? Live in the Cariboo and can’t even stream a show without 20 resets per episode. Arrrrgggghhh!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS you cancelled my installation and now I can’t get an appointment until September 7. I work from home, am I supposed to tell my employer I need the next 10 days off and expect to get paid? Fix your mistake @ShawDirect have any openings?

    @OilBeak Shaw would have to give me free service to go back to them. At least when Telus messes up I get an apology and some compensation. Shaw doesn’t even apologize to their mistakes.

    @SweetGeorgia_77 Unplug everything, it will reset everything. Maybe plug in something different where the Telus is plugged into the tv to determine if it is the Telus Box or he TV. If it is the Telus Box call tech support they are actually good. Had my fair share of issues and they are good.

    @RajuSinngh @TheSpecialist4 @TELUS Yeah, the customer service is a little lacking on both. Basically just go where the best deal is and hope nothing goes wrong. They don't really care about loyalty anymore, so switching back and forth is always an option too.

    @TELUSsupport - we're trying to watch a Telus VOD movie and it has skipped, stuttered, and kicked us back to the main menu over a dozen times tonight. It's gotten so bad we've given up watching the movie we rented.

    @JtotheEVON @TELUS They sent two different techs to our house to fix our internet. Both said “sorry the only fix will be to switch to fibre”. My father-in-law is a retired Telus executive. He came and took a look, changed one cable and our internet is better than its ever been.
