    @TELUS @CynthiaMD92 I received a 260$ bill to my cancelled account and telus threatened to take it to collections. I've been on the phone 6 hours and they say they can't waive fees on a cancelled account. but they can certainly apply them. File a complaint with CCTS! #CCTS #Extortion

    @TSComic I pay for 50mbps. I was down to 8mbps. I rebooted the router, and now.. I'm at 2mpbs. It shouldn't happen. Can't convince TELUS of that. So tiring.

    @TELUS Worst network. No service most of the time. Bought a new phone - thought that was the problem. Nope. I pay for service and don't get it. Gonna drop you. Fix the problems in Wellington, Ontario, Prince Edward County. Been to your store, no one can fix your faulty reception.
