Until their customer service tells you they forgot to tell you about a 39 dollar outstanding bill that is now gone to collections because, well, they just can't be arsed. Canada has the worst telecoms set up in the world.

Their copper to my building doesn't support suitable Internet speeds. The TV freezes, the websites sputter. Customer service is a nightmare.

Lil Whip (@LILWHIPMUSIC) reported@Rogers you need to upgrade your upload speed. telus can go up 10GB Up And Down and you can only do 200MB up like you seriously need to make your upload speed faster. i chose rogers because its more reliable than telus.
