@JonFraserTF @TELUS Their voice network simply doesn’t work, I found, and when it did, it was crackly & distorted.

@garymasonglobe @TELUS Telus, worst company ever in the last 3-5 years. All support is AI and from a 3rd world country.

It seems @TELUS is fine with its business clients waiting three weeks to get a problem fixed. Imagine running a business and having to face that situation. Is Telus going to reimburse me for the three weeks I won't have service they are suppose to provide?

@JonFraserTF @TELUS You fell for the "lease phone" trick. It's the same as leasing a car. Get the car, return it when your lease is up, and pay for any damage to the car. I never understood why that lease contract was legal in Canada. Next time only consider contracts where you own the phone.

@jodyvance @TELUS Anybody that allows Telus to abuse them the way their customer service is have to much money or no self pride, it’s disgusting

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Bell, Rogers, and Telus, plus their cheap alternatives, all owned by the big 3... All suck. The Canadian market has no competition. I've used every provider, and have had **** customer service at all of them.

@jodyvance @TELUS Does your video ‘wig out’ (quit!’)? Had that issue for weeks including hockey 🏆 OT! Insisted on a person coming to house! Turned out our WiFi box was broken! ‘Canceling’ threat helps. 🤞🥰

@jodyvance @TELUS We had similar problems and when we contacted the CRTC, suddenly, Telus was moving like lightening to fix every problem and crediting our account.
