    @saschasegan Any difference between Bell and Telus can be attributed only to network congestion. You might as well list them as one network, because they are. Exactly the same coverage, bands, and speed.

    I made the mistake of switching my Wife's phone over to @Koodo prepaid from a @TELUS plan. What a nightmare for support. With my Telus prepaid, I easily updated my credit card info. With Koodo, it's a rabbit hole of digital assistants that give you outdated information etc. Argh!

    @koodo Thank you, but the only way I will fix the problem I have is by switching my Wife's account back to Telus. Changing anything on my Telus prepaid account is a breeze and I want the same simplicity for both phones. Don't worry, you don't make that much money from me anyway.

    @TELUS worst customer service. Worst sale reps. We were promised a lower bill by the sales rep who signed us up for telus. We ate paying 100s more.We also wanted to play off our tab for our phones so we setup lumps sum payments ture out we cannot do that.
