@MarkBourrie If you think Telus is the answer, think again . I got a better deal through my union. Cancelled Bell. Telus set me up with 2 accounts, one phone and started sending me past due notices on the 2nd account . That took weeks to fix.

Hey @TELUS why is it that when I call for customer support on my new service I immediately get someone in sales and they send me to customer service and I'm on hold for 20min? Hire more customer service people or make sales people able to handle service calls. #DoBetter
