@VOCMNEWS letting @TELUS mobile customers in NL know they likely can NOT receive calls from land-lines this morning. Cell to cell service is working and making outbound calls works. 1-866-558-2273 just rings and no answer, so best to call *611 from your Telus phone for tech supt

@AmyBeeman @TELUS @TELUSsupport We recently cancelled our old Bell satellite TV service because (as we had to tell them 100 times) we don't need satellite TV service for $80. Done. The next day they called my mom trying to talk her into... you guessed it... the same satellite TV service at the same price.

Canada badly needs competition for the @TELUS monopoly; totally unaccountable while scamming customers with bad service. We are on months of them trying to blame anyone but themselves for no access to paid streaming services on proprietary hardware they force us to use.

@TELUSsupport lately having an optic tv glitch/issue whilst actively watching TV the channels will go to the Telus screensaver/green screen around every 15ish mins and we have to click it off to return, it's very frustrating and I can't find a setting to disable this? Help!

@TELUS I hate taking this to social media but after hours of phone support, and getting hung up on…I'm fed up. So this is the outlet I guess. @CBCNews should do a listening tour of customers b/c literally everyone I know experiences this trash w @TELUS.
