Do you think some outfit, let’s say Telus, wants to use your song in an ad campaign for a product you don’t endorse - so they can? Don’t be stupid. Artists own their music. Venues using the music in the background must be registered with Socan.

    @VOCMNEWS letting @TELUS mobile customers in NL know they likely can NOT receive calls from land-lines this morning. Cell to cell service is working and making outbound calls works. 1-866-558-2273 just rings and no answer, so best to call *611 from your Telus phone for tech supt

    @xLiserx I was able to change my settings in my Telus app so that if someone calls, they have to press “1” to proceed. A regular person can do this but a robocaller cannot, and I haven’t had any issues since I set it up.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS it is now more than a week since I started to untangle the mess your staff created when I transferred from @koodo. There is STILL no resolution. There is STILL no callback from your escalation team, as promised Friday last week.

    I have had @telus has my home phone/internet provider for as long as I have had these services. Today I switched for the sole reason that the internet speed is very slow. The service I received switching was nothing but class. @telusmobility made me run away, zero service

    @Shawhelp looks like I'm going to pack up my Shaw stuff and send it back to you tomorrow. Somehow I was not just sent the wrong modem, but when the correct one was shipped and I was ready to install my order is cancelled. Your customer care team did not seem to care. @TELUS help!

    @TELUSsupport I’ve lived in Cookstown Ontario for 10 years i’ve always had Telus but for some reason I have no reception at my house now it started last weekend is there a tower down or what’s wrong?

    @TELUSsupport your DNS is so painfully slow these past couple of days with no one in support able to help. To make matters worse the ability to change DNS servers with the latest firmware on the Telus Wifi Hub has been removed.

    @STAAtalent I'm not sure if it's unique, but for the bronze medal game of the 2019 Telus Cup in Thunder Bay, I had to go to a seat just in front of a camera platform so a broadcast network could prepare for covering the gold medal game later that day.

    @TELUSsupport I have like zero cell phone frequency on my phone. It’s been like this for a year. I call telus but my cell phone has 2 bars at best and the person can’t even hear me. Is there any fix for this? I love telus but might have to switch back to Rogers.
