Do you think some outfit, let’s say Telus, wants to use your song in an ad campaign for a product you don’t endorse - so they can? Don’t be stupid. Artists own their music. Venues using the music in the background must be registered with Socan.

    @TELUS the loyalty department promised me a deal but accounting department is overcharging me. Call centre guys keep transferring my calls and after prolonged ringing, it gets disconnected. Please help

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Never had a problem with Telus...been using them for years. Had Shaw when I first moved into my current suite, but it was so bad I switched to Telus & landlords did right after. I would never go back.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I left Telus years ago bc of terrible customer service. Went to Shaw...very good. Chat lines very helpful when needed which was rarely required.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was offered $13 as compensation for 1 week of no cell service when your line broke connecting my island. Pathetic.
