Cell to cell service is working and making outbound calls works. 1-866-558-2273 just rings and no answer, so best to call *611 from your Telus phone for tech supt

Imagine being threatened with a 250$ bill, by a member at a foreign call centre if I'm not home to fix your terribel services. Most of the calls- unintelligible!

Telus is focused on the current quarter, and screws itself over for the long term. The future is friendly, but today isn't.

If I call them & get a foreigner I ask for a supervisor. Supervisors speak proper English. I think when you ask for a supervisor it gets transferred back to someone in Canada.

They admit to not sending the contract, but they just say we said yes, yet no recording of this conversation exists #terrible
