    @yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

    @turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

    @TELUSsupport why do I suddenly need to pay $1400 for a phone when I had it zero down a week ago? I just rejoined Telus and I think this will be the fastest I ever leave.

    I spoke with a rep from @Rogers Customer **Retention** Services today who was rude, laughed & treated me like I was dumb, & at one point said, “I let you talk, now it’s your turn to let me talk.” I’ve been with Rogers for 13 yrs with MANY issues. Switching to @TELUS this week 👋

    @TELUS any chance you could run a special for @Eastlink users to make a switch? @Eastlink has had service issues all week and now, no internet all day today. We need something more reliable.

    @jasonfherring @calgaryherald @nenshi Why is zoo lights not shut down. There were more than a thousand cars in the parking lot last night. Why isn't Olympic Plaza not shut down. You are encouraging people to congregate. Why is Telus Spark open? MIXED MESSAGES BY THE AUTHORITIES.

    @TELUSsupport Also for home service switch over to @Shawhelp. I’m on Shaw never had an issue tv is the best bluecurve. And I got internet 300 never had an issue or drop. With Telus I always had issues
