@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

I believe it's related to either traffic congestion on their cell towers, or some other underlying network issue. From my phone I have a hard time getting any response from the Telus default gateway, which would then explain the lack of service. Why does it have to be this way?

@TELUS Why must you be such a garbage company, I pay 100$ a month for internet that doesn't even work. It's day after day of "Connected without internet" like either fix your **** or lose another customer. Worthless garbage.

Questioning @TELUS and their values on customer loyalty. Been with the company 14 yrs and they offer me nothing when it's time to upgrade. Time to shop around.

Unsurprising that sales queues have no wait but service is forever -- I've had the same frustration with Telus. Interesting that Rogers had the only really happy customer at the end (after a long wait). Essential point that annual negotiations shouldn't be necessary. #CTRS
