  @turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

  Mondays are one of the few good nights for tv viewing on @TELUSsupport satellite. Unfortunately we have no service from Telus, and they said they won't give us any until Feb 1st next year. Sorry, but wtaf is that! That's my idea of NO SERVICE.

  @P_guaped_up @bariweiss Oh man, I'm not sure why this is such a hard concept. In Canada, we have very few internet providers. If Telus decided it didn't like the things you were saying to your mom, you're arguing they're okay in banning you. Nope, they are service providers and if they move 1/2

  So @TELUSsupport said they could help resolve our problem of no tv service and no repairs until Feb 1st if I would DM them. I do so, 6 hrs ago, and have had no reply. Not my idea of how to keep your customers happy @TELUS
