lol Telus internet is so bad that I am now getting timed out for 30 minutes in @DeadByBHVR instead of 5 because the game thinks I'm a bad sport and not that my internet is just breaking for no reason, why is Canadian internet so absolutely garbage

Nice. Another bullshit fee associated with paying your goddamn phone bill. 🙄 The regulator shouldn't give a flying **** about Telus/Bell/Rogers having to cover credit card processing fees. Lord knows they already make enough.

Found out why I never get 5g on my phone despite having a 5g phone. Telus wants me to pay $10 more and they will lift the soft block. Or as I like to call it, the microtransaction payment model. Bastards.

Spent the whole afternoon dealing with Rogers and Telus customer service. It should not be this difficult to get a better plan especially for being a loyal customer. I’m not made of money. Refuse to give half my pay check for my cellphone/tv, internet, home phone line.

If your think rogers bad but a least they'll help you telus can't even do that right I cant wait till they get bought out maybe then there costumer services will get a badly needed upgrade man they suck words can't describe this service

@HalifaxReTales @mattdagley I brought my Telus LG to Eastlink iver. Year ago. Absolutely no issues. Coverage is good, customer service good.
