@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

All I want for Christmas is for @TELUS @TELUSsupport to fix the network issues me and others had in Cape Breton for over 3.5 mths. Ever since @Bell did 5 g upgrades. Telus still has no eta on fixing issue. Numerous complaints issued no repair no eta.

@TELUSint Please Pay Our payments. My brother worked for more thn 3 months on your Al Community Projects but only 2 months nominal amount was paid. Large amount is still pending. You have shut down all the ways to communicate except PDO support. Which seems to be useless. @TELUS

@AdaRoseCannon True story. 50KB/sec nowhere near enough for our kids. 10x what I had tho. And my damn hotspot works after my soft cap reset. So the lady at Telus knew it wouldn't work, and she sort of told me that once, by actually very casually saying they stop hotspots, then continuing.

@TELUSsupport Without the free ear buds and the doubled data, I probably don't get a new phone. So there's that. But, I will say, minus the plans, never a problem with Telus otherwise in over 15 years.

@TELUSsupport Worked out a deal for home internet, got a call back saying we can't have fibre at our address. We've already had fibre with Telus 3 year ago. I said as much, and was told I would receive another call. Never got it. Mobility plan is also up. No retention call.
