@turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

@mummaquilts @TELUS Sounds funny but we had an issue a few years ago that out sensor in our basement had dust and a spider resident that kept setting it off. Once it was cleaned no more issues.

Day Five. I’m a prisoner in my own home. My @telus alarm system mysteriously goes off every morning, without reason. The company now tells me they can’t even come out with a tech until tomorrow! FIVE DAYS IN A ROW! Glaring alarms going off!! Terrorizing! HELP

@wesley_davidson @JustinTrudeau Unless he's looking at the new(ish) prepaid plans that Bell, Telus and Rogers have, none of them. And the prepaid plans are ****. Lower cost but throttled service everywhere you go. **** boy just wants to play the hero. He's lying.

@TELUS Switching my internet service. Registered as PureFiber, but got Bonded ADSL installed instead. Called number to move service, got PureFiber team. They need to transfer me to the Copper team. Now on hold. This is ridiculous. Please unify your support teams!
