@koodo It’s not only my phone. All 4 of our phones have terrible reception all over Beaumont and also on our community FB page it appears to be happening with all Koodo, Telus, and Bell customers.

@dubsndoo I want a refund. Telus, shaw, Rogers does it where they have a day without service and it was their fault. Why did I pay into this system when I was young and not middle aged I may not be able to use it? I don’t care if. Y portion is only $5-$10k I want a refund

The Telus guy goes to leave, then says he has to go help identify his best friends body. Wish I had known prior. I didn't need internet that badly. Coulda waited. 😞
