    @yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

    @turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

    @Lidsville @TELUSsupport It’s been happening all day in Nanaimo too. Security company said 15 other Telus users called just before I did. Obviously a wider issue happening with Telus and so rather mystifying that Telus Support has not tweeted out any information about what’s happening.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS (I’ve already got an outrageous life or death vet bill to pay down, and just for fun, my windshield crack repair just failed and is cracking straight into my line of sight. On top of, you know, in general *everything being drastically more expensive now*. Life is fun.)

    And did not know for how long. Most customer oriented companies would phone to cancel a service call instead of you wasting time. If you don’t cancel & not there - they will CHARGE. @Telus - poor customer service & crackly phone lines.

    @brianlilley @TheTorontoSun Here's one question that's never been asked-Jean Charest got Huawei 5G in at Telus nationwide-Health Canada used Telus(Huawei) network to collect all of our Cell #'s-but NO ONE ASKED what else did they collect? Emails and email address books? Cloud email storage? Document files?

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS …not to disconnect prior service until new services are connected,” the tech who came out made it sound like a simple hookup delay and we’d be on our way. And my old contract was expiring and I *really* don’t need to pay “extra fees and charges” right now, hence the Int 4 Good.

    @TELUS needs to go **** themselves I have to call them every month because all their agents are liars and it's now time to go and report their incompetent asses. Literally brought 4 lines over from Rogers and ended up canceling one paying hundreds in fees, **** u.

    @mattgurney @MeeganReadCBC @judyatrinh I had to use one two years ago to figure out a problem with calls coming into work from Telus phone lines -- took me forever to find one. And now that one, too, has been removed.
