    @turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

    @yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus customer service is non existent. They don’t listen and their service has gone to ****. Furthermore the cell service is sporadic in my area and I’ve never had. So many dropped calls like I have as of late ! Good riddance , on to Rogers I go.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS And yet I've had no issues at all. Literally had no issues with getting my phone at the beginning of the month with bring it back.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Only reason I switched Telus is because of the service..used to call in Nd issues or questions were dealt with immediately. Over the last few years it seems they just took the Bell / Rogers playbook. Foreign customer support. If pay more for good service

    $AMPG I honestly still can't wrap my head around how the market is completely missing what’s happening with this stock right now. We are talking about a company trading under a $200M market cap, yet they casually have NVIDIA, Amazon, NASA, and Lockheed Martin as customers, while quietly sitting on a potential $300M+ Open RAN pipeline with TELUS. With $50M revenue guided for 2026, monster 45-50% gross margins, and profitability just around the corner, this is hands down the most severely mispriced tech stock on my radar

    Today I ended 18 years with @telus as my cell provider. Up until 6 months ago they had always been decent to deal with. Recently they had 3 major strikes against them and with my Bring-it-Back period ending this week, I decided it was time for a change. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a masterclass in Kafkaesque customer service - that will now stretch into tomorrow. If anyone is considering @telus - don't.

    @hughhewitt Who gives a **** about him? Why aren’t you talking about the save act? Why aren’t you calling out your rino friends? Are you used to have Telus and all the others on your program all the time now you don’t talk about them they’re all going to get primary’d

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Years ago after cancelling TELUS cell phone service in the 90s, I had to chase Teleus for a year to get back money they owed me from charging after the fact. Several calls to several levels of help later, I eventually got them to send me a cheque. It seems they didn’t learn.

    @loppydisk @Rogers I'm going to take a look at Telus right now I was avoiding renewing my Shaw value plan cuz if not every year around this time, it's every other year I have equipment issues and this is the 2nd outage in 3 days now

    @RogersHelps It’s Easier to telus and change providers than get service.
