    @turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

    @yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

    @TELUSsupport I already have been reporting to 7726 to no avail. I even called Telus support when I accidentally replied back to the spammers when 7726 wanted me to reply back with the email addresses. It’s an awkward process as forwarding only forwards msg content without original addresses.

    I have been a @TELUS customer for 15 years. Why?! I am paying too much monthly. I suppose if you can never get through to them, you can never end your contract.

    One agent just told me to "ignore further calls from Telus today" because other's would keep contacting me not knowing he was working on a quote. Another said once the sales query was in it's just a "free for all" of agents to contact the customer.

    Confirmed rogers outage for my area, all services...thank you telus cellular service for not being absolute garbage like Rogers 🙏

    @ClaytonBurnsPhD @DeltaBCDad I use Rogers mobile because my calling plan is "grandfathered" and although I detest their business practices I won't be switching. Haven't used Bell. My kids use Telus mobile. If you are lucky enough to contact a local Telus agent, your problems get resolved satisfactorily.

    @DeltaBCDad Telus has outsourced most sales and servicing support to another country (likely the Philippines). You might have better luck at a mall Telus outlet.

    I know we’re all dealing with a lot right now but what’s the story @TELUS @TELUSsupport with the absurdly sketchy data connections? You’re my lifeline to work and family and service has not improved since the storm ended.
