@turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

  • bcb490 Bev Bursey (@bcb490) reported from Massey Drive, Newfoundland and Labrador

@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

  • bartkolounger Julie B (@bartkolounger) reported

@TELUS Is this why my rates are so damn high? How about you stop trying to play social Justice warriors with client money and do something that would really help Canadians? Cut your rates! Stop gouging customers!

  • DanyLektro Memechurian Candidate (@DanyLektro) reported

@WLDB1988 @CanadianPolling Bell/Rogers/Telus currently provide absolutely huge networks and get absolutely huge profits out of it. Breaking into that market is extremely expensive. The three would be willing to lower their rates - but if they do so, they're going to cut service to compete with newcomers.

  • Vee__Writes Victoria Grant (@Vee__Writes) reported

Pretty sure they still owe Telus money from their Winter Olympics HSPA+ network migration

  • Tranter5 Scott Tranter (@Tranter5) reported

@telusmobility @TELUS @TELUSsupport I made calls clear as day in the middle of nowhere in Serengeti, TZ and in Kenya but cant make a call without every 2nd word cutting out or the call dropping altogether in Paisley in Edmonton. Help me understand.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@benlucier haha yeah. In favour of the house. The house always wins. And if they can't, they'll file at the CRTC to fix it so they win. The old saying, "in the end, Bell always wins" also applies to Telus :)

  • Rob03959236 Rob (@Rob03959236) reported

  • ReoRaugust Reo (@ReoRaugust) reported

@ShawInfo could you start providing fibre optic internet to more small communities in Alberta? Telus basically has a monopoly and they’re the worst to deal with. Thanks.

  • lothrazar Lothrazar (@lothrazar) reported

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Dont forget to cancel all pre authorized credit card payments to @TELUS otherwise they will scam you with a 1.5% fee for no reason

  • macjbby Jeffrey Beatty Ⓐccessibility Ⓛens (@macjbby) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @jfmezei I have seen their mobile emergency deployment AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Impressive, One of my friends who work on AT&T Mobile emergency deployment. They already have designation connect at a specific location. Investment pays off! 911 connect remains. Bell, Rogers, Telus???

  • RoyalNigerOla Oladimeji Victor (@RoyalNigerOla) reported

Hello @TELUSsupport @TELUS, why should I, a new customer, be the one to connect the outside fibre cable (drop) to my home before my inside service installation appointment?
