@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

@turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

Each time I deal with the @TELUS escalated incident they insist it is resolved but I always have to wait until the next bill cycle to SEE IT. Four months later, still not right. This is pure incompetence. What are the Telus agents "inputting" when resolving my issue?

@XLR8NL @TELUSsupport Unfortunately they all seem to follow the same playbook. Be creative; another provider may be able to help you out with credits against the buy-out. And let Telus know you're planning to leave; that will get you to the retention folks, who can offer better deals.

But sure let’s amalgamate 2 into 1 and give Rogers even more power over us, soon we won’t need a government, telecom will do it instead

Tony is professional but Jason is not my heat doesn't work! It was not fixed properly because I could not find my cellphone and I called Telus to deactivate my cellphone yesterday. He must have taught I blamed when I didn't. Also, if the Valve is brand new it should last for 4

@RileyinAlberta @youseepeeYYC @kim_siever I told telus to **** off twenty years ago. Never had a problem with Shaw. Not once. Tells was 100% problems with zero customer service.
