@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

Two tweets I JUST SENT to Telus Support are visible on my G6 Twitter, but not on my G5 or my iPod touch. The G5 is old and obsolete, but the iPod touch is fairly new. These are important tweets. I need help. They shouldn't be disappearing.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility It may take awhile to get a hold of a customer service representative, but they are pleasant, in Canada (supporting our economy) and were super friendly probably because they weren't 3rd party reps of other companies who have to try and get you off the phone within 3 mins.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I've never had to call them for anything since I switched to them over a year ago.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport The way TELUS is trying to force a customer to switch to PureFibre network is unacceptable. If the existing service doesn’t work, then it is very likely that TELUS will lose the customer.
