@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am being fraudulently charged $250 for three months when my bill should be $70-80. Everytime your technical support guy comes for rectifying the internet I am being charged for that. Basically for your fault I am being charged.
