  @yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you

  @turr1959 @Terry_Hussey @TELUS @BellAliant basically said they are status quo. Nothing changes. Even tried to help me pay my bill via credit card since I am was on the phone. How nice! :)

  @SilveryCurls @TELUS We had the same thing yesterday - 12 calls bet 4 & 5. They were all listed as Telus land line, New Westminster with no name attached. We never answer a call we don't recognize so I don't know what the automated voice would say. Extremely annoying 😒.

  @TELUSsupport Hey there, I was offered a three month free trial of PikTV when I signed up for telus internet but I haven’t used it and want to cancel. I can’t find a way to do so on the app or online, and haven’t had a chance to call. Can you help me?

  Went for another round with @Koodo today. 1hr48 minutes. I even got transferred to Cantonese @TELUS support when the loyalty rep, Brian, decided he didn't want to deal with me. Good thing another rep documented Brian's name, cause he didn't even leave documentation...
