    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    @TELUS Strange. It happens every hockey game on most of the @Sportsnet channels (west, pacific, etc.) but only on the telus tv app for my tv. It never occurred when I had optik.

    @Han4p5wx9hdz2 Ours in south Surrey has been out all day… and yet the @telus outage map says there are no reports of outages in our area (we have reported it).

    @TELUS why do I never have any service? It’s constant dropped calls and 1 bar on the west end of yeg and spruce area. What am I paying for?

    @TELUSBusiness Telus is not the company, it used to be, it's gone into the drain, no one should trust Telus customers service and loyalty reps. They don't have answers and they hang up. You lost the respect, period

    @rizalhashim_ @aminfuad_10 Memang kena telus dan jujur. And with the rampant and shameless occurrences of dual contracts, salary cap doesn’t seem to be the most amicable solution.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport just ridiculous. So much waste of time. Basically a ghost company. Bill me wrongly and then nobody can fix it. Stores won't help either saying it's a customer service issue. So glad I left telus. Been a loyal customer for a decade. But never again. Painful.

    @TELUS so your incompetence created great damage to me. I need to work from home and I have no internet and no mobile Internet as well... And nothing will happen to you and I will have to go to a cafe in order to work until another company come in here. I m so disappointed.
