A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

.@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@AboutRogers @Rogers It wasn’t just yesterday the service is ok at best. This past week in general has been the worst. Worst move we made switching from Telus last year.. if it wasn’t for the phone deal we would nt have.

@TELUS over an hour wait time for technical support right now, this is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve called either, technician did not fix the problem. I can’t even get through during my lunch hour. No callback option ...

@Tonygeheran @theJagmeetSingh Yeah we're SUPER interested in what the Chief Customer Officer - Telus Communications thinks about this. Telus surely has our best interests in mind and not their corporate bottom line 🙄💰

All you guys are talking about bell>Rogers or Freedom>Both but, if we’re being real, Telus has always been the real MVP. Best service AND customer service.

Usually great service with @TELUS but super disappointed with last couple of interactions. Maybe time for a change.

@jasonfherring Only if AHS maxes out 6000 shots at the Telus Convention Center today. If not, someone needs to seriously ask "why not?". We have a growing surplus of shots (now about half a million doses). If they're struggling because of staffing issues, that's negligence.

@Tonygeheran @theJagmeetSingh Oh lord. A canned response. If Telus (or any of the other major telecoms) was interested in customer satisfaction you'd be dropping your extortionate prices. But you're not so you'll try to interfere even more in government policy that would benefit all Canadians.
