@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

  • TrishaBourque Patricia Bourque (@TrishaBourque) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

Telus seems to be having ongoing trouble with its peering to Twitter or something, because twitter just blackholes for minutes at a time multiple times per day. Not sure if bug or attempt by Telus to make people go outside.

  • glacialtide Queen in the North (@glacialtide) reported

Now @TELUS is down? Will one of the telecom companies please try to provide the bare minimum service @TELUSsupport

Adding to my last comment about @TELUS My bill is due the 25 and if you think I'm paying it if my problem isn't fix by then your mistaken your not the only provider in town

  • Lil_nick_7 Sparkplug Springer (@Lil_nick_7) reported

@Brennan_L_D Yep, same here. Have used SN Now for years (since we get it included with service provider) and it buffers and skips, drops quality on Shaw internet and Telus, across 5 different residences across 3 different cities in Alberta. Watching hockey you can’t even see the puck

  • mcarlos29 Carlos (@mcarlos29) reported

@TELUS Are you still going to charge people that credit card service fee?
