    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    @TELUS @BlackHealthCAN any try even look in the customer's eyes just to avoid the problems or to listen to the situation. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the Telus team, wish I can switch the company ASAP. Please, who is reading this, go to another store. Don’t be as foolish as me!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I just need to know when to expect internet, which seems reasonable. We have two people trying to work from home with no internet right now. Can someone please help? We're incurring huge charges by tethering for weeks to our cell phones.

    @TELUSsupport after waiting on hold for 15 minutes to continue with my already-long service phone call, the agent disconnected me. Now I have to start again. Sometimes I hate Telus.

    .@TELUSsupport @TELUS Unacceptable standards of customer support 2022. Agent states "I will be right back at 42 minutes into call. Call at 1 hour and 25 minutes and agent hasn't returned.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I have been waiting for home internet for weeks now. Technicians don't show up. I have tried phoning and no one has any information on when we can expect internet; they just apply credits and move on. I'm trying to exchange money for your primary service.

    @TELUS @BlackHealthCAN Worst experience ever so far in Canada! First of all Atel lied for me and my husband just to hit his goal for the day. After that we came back to store at least 2 more times and feel like been completely a fool for him. Elizabeth (manager) is aware of EVERYTHING and does nothing
