Stephen Pate (@sdpate) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward IslandA little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

good grief….i’m so done (@flytnrs) reported@TELUSsupport is there an ongoing issue my telus? Every time i log in to review my optic tv channel choices/bundles it always says there is something wrong, try again later. This has been ongoing for afew weeks.

ASP (@aprad1234) reported@johnston_phil @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've had this happen multiple times. I have had multiple techs come in to assess. For you, the next step will be TELUS telling you they will send a tech at cost of $140. It's all a way for them to leverage poor equipment to then upcharge in other ways. Look for another provider.

Gursimrat saini (@gursimrat_17) reported@TELUSsupport such a worse experience with Telus. No body knows anything about internet. Two guys come to setup and diagnose internet and issue still persists. No one takes issue seriously. I work from home and my work suffers.

Unacceptable Cherie B (@CherieBeneteau) reported@Savage16May My son cracks up at me yelling operator continuously into my phone. AI never understands my problem. Then I start swearing and it hangs up on me 8 months now still can't get my phone to stop dropping calls and my phone won't switch over to wifi calling. But telus only has AI support.
