Darcie Lanthier (@DarcieLanthier) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail
-
Stephen Pate (@sdpate) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward IslandA little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.
-
Laura Lindsay (@MsLindss) reported from Miltonvale Park, Prince Edward Island@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too
-
Patricia Bourque (@TrishaBourque) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward IslandI'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

ShredderCowboy (@PaulB527811000) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Interesting I was with Bell up until 7 years ago when Telus offered better service and lower costs and then slowly went down hill in customer service and my bills are always wrong.
-
Matthew (@MPK527) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus customer service is brutal. As soon as I hear the thick accent of the foreign call center person I know I’m going to be frustrated. They are going a similar direction as Tim Hortons. Would not recommend.
-
Granite1996 (@GraniteAB1996) reported@TELUS Fix the internet
-
J S (@JS8534259318363) reported@JonFraserTF @Ingemar4910 @TELUS Ya. Let me assure you that Roger’s and Bell are both *very* capable of kafkaesque customer service.
-
Craig (@Craig391913943) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Curios to know what happened with the bring it back. We had horrible experience with that as well
-
Bob Bunting (@imaginet) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS First rule is never talk to customer service, ever! Call the Telus Loyalty department directly. They will help you with whatever issue you have and you will probably end up with a better plan for cheaper as a result. This is common knowledge. Spewing on X will do zero for you.
-
Haeven??? - Nanami's Gay Lover (@hyunibiii) reported@Teena_tina_ Its literally just the wifi that it doesnt work on, why is telus targetting discord bro
-
Salman (@salmanesmaili) reportedHey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Today I spent over 50 minutes on the phone just to add ONE channel to my TV package. It’s 2026. We have AI agents, autonomous vehicles, and instant digital banking. Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problem—it’s a customer experience problem. Do better. #TelecomMonopoly #LackOfCompetition Cc: @CRTCeng

R J Harley (@dr_r_j_harley) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I could say similar things about Bell. Our oligopolies provide terrible service across the board.
-
Spaced Alien (@VedderFreddy) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I ditched them over 20 years ago and told them I would never go back.
