A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@KX947 We do not have anything with Rogers. Switched years ago due to issues. Internet with Virgin Plus. Phones with Virgin, Telus and Koodo. We were all up and running.

@charlesadler @Rogers An outage at a phone company shouldn’t have catastrophic national fallout. I was grateful for my Shaw internet connection and Telus phone service on Friday.

@davidcheyne We know this was something nefarious. I know this was practice run for what is coming. Like you said I am sure it will be telus, Bell next, this is bigger than just a regular outage. Rogers is owned by Blackrock and Vanguard what does that tell you?

The social cry about moving out of Rogers to bell or Telus is again going to monopoly the market. Hope Rogers issues public statement on the real issue and their plan to prevent this from happening again. #isupportrogers #rogersoutage

@tcheramy Agreed. But that won't happen internally. Great pressure needs to happen on the outside so that this *never* happens again. Not only with Rogers, but wit the rest of the Big Three that are Telus and Bell. But I have no hopes of that happening, especially with a gutless CRTC.
