    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    .@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    @TELUS my mother is being bombarded with calls. The last message on her phone was “to return their call or they’ll notify the @rcmpgrcpolice .... she’s 81 and in Victoria. She needs some help please. She’s also been a @TELUS customer for over 50 years.

    @EvaSiu21 @mtnbvan No way am I cancelling my account with @Telus... the other service providers are GARBAGE. But I DO care about the 5G issue and I bet a lot of other customers do too.

    @Mark_Goldberg @TELUS And not just normalizing for units consumed, either: also reasonable bundle allocation & a dozen other things. Dividing aggregates by aggregates is the worst approach, except all the others -- better would be to opt out of market analysis. Which apparently has perils too. #crtc

    When the time is right I will be switching out of @TELUS due to their poor choice of 5g provider this year 😞
