    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    .@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

    @ShawInfo love your services and product offerings. Would really like for you to be my provider but it’s very difficult when your prices are higher then TELUS and your customer service team aren’t willing to match their pricing or even offer anything to come close.

    I'm gonna ****** snap. We called telus June 22nd for internet, it's not July 26th and we were suppose to have it hooked up today and now we're being told it won't be till August 7th. I am about to go ******** off on Telus.

    Hey @telus if I stop paying my @masconcable will you call us? We need to get a hold of you- but we call and call and then it rings and someone never answers the phone. Its the worst system ever.

    Municipal governments like the ones in Olds and Brooks have done infinitely more to advance broadband access in their communities - and have done it cheaper, faster, and better than the UCP and Telus ever could. Support that model. Don’t give more cash to Telus.

    @TELUSsupport @telus. Where loyalty means more to the customer than the service provider. "Loyalty plan," 13% rate reduction for 40% less data. What a deal.

    @iPhoneinCanada Unable to get a signal or bars with Telus LTE then I switch to 3G get full bars. LTE is not as what they say it is unless you live next to the tower.

    Anyone have issues with Telus TV freezing before? Doesn't matter what we're watching, live or recorded it just freezes eventually.
