A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

.@TELUS called me to chat about switching my business account to them. WTF?!? Calling from Montreal! I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@TELUSsupport I am totally exhausted after dealing with Telus to transfer business accounts after 3 months. I don't understand why it is so difficult at Telus just for transferring ownership. We are still using Telus services and paying over $10k per month, I wish someone can help us!

I would like to upgrade my phone soon, but the plans you have to get to have a new phone is ridiculous. I don’t need 25gbs of data.. & being a long time customer doesn’t matter these days. #Telus #annoyed

Telus has been down for much of today, both cell and wifi, and those ******* have the audacity to say to me that they can’t possibly have system failures or malfunctions ever. Good thing starlink is usable!

@makieruu Im not quite sure. If your're with Telus, their customer support might be able to help you out. I dont recommend calling the line though, they were quite useless. I did the live chat function on their site and asked for an agent

2/2 I will start calling at 8 am when they begin answering their phones. Telus telemedicine has a two-week wait time. TWO WEEKS. Is it this difficult on the mainland to see a doctor? I know it's bad in BC in general but I wonder if the Island is much worse. #yyj #healthcare

Waited on phone for 45 min with @TELUS, transferred 4 times when I said I wanted to cancel my TV service and still wasn’t able to do what I wanted to do. Nothing like trying to wait you out, I’m still gonna cancel one way or another!! #stopdodgingme!!

@VirginPlus I left your because you lied to me in your emails. You promised me things and never delivered (against Quebec laws btw). But it's okay, I went back to @TELUS and they gave me almost 10x the data for practically that price... I made the right choice leaving you.
