  A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

  I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

  @BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada I bought a Best Buy Geek Squad Verified open box iPhone 12 Pro Max as a gift for my wife, and when I inserted the Sim, there was no signal detected. Called my carrier, Telus, and they said the IMEI is blacklisted. Extremely shocking and upsetting!!

  @steeletalk @TELUS TD was great and reimbursed me with a couple weeks. I still don’t know how they got my info. They had my address too. Last week I had a fraudulent charge from a food delivery place I never used. Immediately canceled card! Always pay attention to bills and bank daily nowadays!

  @McCueChris @Shawhelp @TELUS I have Telus internet as well. I got Shaw as a backup when I had a 16 hr outage with Telus and had to wait 2 hrs on hold before giving up and bothering friends that work there. Telus service is way better than Shaw. Hands down better network. Coaxial can't compete with fibre.
