    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    Took the advice from @TELUS to call about my horrible internet for the 4th time. Went through all the tips & tricks. Speed before. 16 MBS (Wow 1999) Speed after their help. 10 MBS Thanks for making it worse and wasting my time, at least you are making another "report". #telus

    @TELUS why is it so hard to get an install booked? Your technician never showed up and said would reschedule. Found out today that the technician actually selected cancel instead of rebook and now customer service is giving me the runaround

    What has been going on with @TELUS internet lately? It’s way too unstable for gaming, and struggles to maintain a ping below 300. When my hobbies rely solely on a decent connection, it’s hard to do anything with it.

    Ok, so I decided I'm just going to cancel my current internet. If they try and give me cancellation fees I'm going to argue that they were never giving me the service I was paying for, and in an entire month couldn't resolve the issue. I ordered Telus fiber internet instead.

    @TELUSsupport Thanks Telus. Yes, the 5G is only occurring on IPhone 11, not my PC or laptop. I shut down VPN, deleted 2579 2.4 n it seems to have solved the dropped issue.

    Just tried calling the @TELUS Cable Locate Support Centre at 1-800-980-0030. Turns out they don't offer support on weekends. Guess I won't be watching the Academy Awards this evening... @TELUSsupport

    @hotstarcanada @Hotstarusa garbage streaming service and garbage app for Android TV. Streaming match highlights happen in only 1 language. Concerns not addressed for over a month, paid subscription to see ads for Telus, Western Union, Xoom etc

    Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.

    @TELUS what is going on!! Can never get through to sort out home phone. Was on hold for 45min only to be disconnected!!! Maybe time to change??

    @TELUSsupport I've been with telus less than a month. This is the 3rd time I've had to call in because of the terrible service. Cable and internet keeps cutting out
