A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

I get healthcare professionals, I am more talking about corporations, Telus, ATCO, municipalities etc. No vaxx schedule for any disease as ever mattered in that scenario. @koodo @telus disabled my international calling without any notice or reason. I have spoken to a customer service agent who claimed to have restored it but did nothing. Messages to your dm is unanswered. Do you delight in frustrating your customers???

@telussupport - being on hold for hours on end just to be tossed back and forth between representatives just to be hung up on is not the best customer service imo. I’ll choose to switch from the rural internet to another service at this post. #telus

Spent 4 hours trying to get in touch with customer service including on here. When messaging on here the person in charge of Telus Twitter creeped my Twitter snd starting messaging me on a tweet from 3 weeks ago. Honestly the Twitter customer service experience was so wild.
