Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

I suggested he get a f’ing clue and not be spamming anyone in the 902 area code and that they are the only carrier throttling data instead of gifting it right now. #fail

I'm unable to communicate with the stupid bot on your website. How do I find out if I have an account or if someone impersonating me opened an account in my name?

Thankfully, a VP at Telus went the extra mile and they were able to send me the recording. I have always thought that my experience was a unique one, but obviously not.
