    I'm happy cellular Co's offer "free" data to support people thru these times, but seriously. We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

    @zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    they dont tell you that when you bundle your home & phone services with telus you're actually agreeing to spend about ⅓ of your life on hold with technical support

    When I click on manage service under the Internet tab I get directed to “which services you interested in signing up for today?” And your chat bot is useless. #Telus

    @bruceanderson I packed a bag for jail but they never came and got me. Thinking they've exceeded capacity so they're putting most warrants on hold. Telus and Bell are advising them on customer service.

    Oh, @TELUS. It’s disheartening that a customer’s loyalty (20 yrs) to you is worth only an extra 4 GB a month for a total of 10 GB for a $65 plan. I sometimes get switched to LTE in my own home w/your Wi-Fi. Please do better. I should at least get 20 GB ya cheapskates😒

    @dandoozled @TELUS I'm paying for TV service and a PVR. There are a lot of sports channels I watch, but can't watch live.

    @SoniaSAslam Sometimes I Press 1 and then convince the poor (usually) East Indian person that they are going to jail, hell, or both. But who is running the scam? Yesterday I turned on Telus call control.

    @koodo Terrible service..tells you you to go to digital chat and then telephone hangs up and says good bye. What happens when a customer needs assistance from an agent.?? #Telus #crtc

    @Hannah_Bananaz @diana_murphy613 greed here ...China friendly John Manley on Baord at Telus (and was on board of NT as Huawei stole its IP)...will be jumping up and down...he suggested RCMP should have let Meng "slip" through CDN Airport ..sinful
