Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

We get credit down the road sometime, AND we're still forced to pay for more data if we max out. Thanks @koodo @TELUS Not worth being a good customer.

One would think #telus would have better customer service from customers that have no service. My home business has lost a days revenue because #telussupport can't fix the internet.

Mt not-so Pleasant (@JekyllnnHide) reported@GinaEllis4 considering that they LITERALLY left me a vm advising that if me or my home didn't look 'safe enough', the tech could viably refuse to enter? **** that. Which is it @telus mask or no mask. Letting your techs ride roughshod over custs in place of clear policy doesn't work.

After receiving false info from your technical support, I am now in London England and have been on hold for 1 hrs with 4 operators to simply call forward my #. Poor cust. service. Still waiting

Mt not-so Pleasant (@JekyllnnHide) reported@GinaEllis4 that's BS. I had a tech here Thu with a mask. And yeah, I got their 15 calls in the 24 hours before, several advising of masks. And all their techs have to be vaxxed and masked. That was a tech being an *******. Suggest you go the distance to complain to Telus.
