    That is the TELUS map of cell service, and I would argue that's the best service offered currently compared to other providers. Rogers is pitching in $4.5 million of the total $11.5 million to fill the current gaps.

    @TheBreakdownAB There was a complaint about @TELUS fibre optic sales people in my yyc community group today too... ignoring no soliciting signs, leaving gates open, door knocking.

    @ECityMom @newfangl3d I don't think it's people trying to book that's the problem. Clearly not enough spots to book; failures in distribution across the province; complications navigating the dozens of pharmacies to find spots; etc... Opening up the Telus centre should help somewhat.

    you think you're doing the right thing by praising the telus customer service person when answering online survey but the next thing you're being inundated by calls from Telus with.... who knows what. Go away, leave me alone or I will cancel this new service. So that's my answer!

    So done dealing with @Bell_Support - they call me to ask about my service. I have issues and they tell me to call 1-800 number after 1-800 number. After 4 reps, they can't do anything. Totally transferring my cell to @telus and my internet to @VMediaTV

    @ADT ADT/Telus emails increase in monthly fee by $5 if contract for 3 years not signed. Called to cancel as not happy. Telus has the nerve to charge the increase even when the service has been cancelled. Nickle and diming customers just because you can is not good.
