    2/ Dad calls Telus using his cell phone. After 30 minutes on hold, opts for the "Call Back Service". 2 hours later, he receives a call from the Telus call centre. In the Philippines.

    @telus Your call centre employees are so busy updating our information and saying yes sir no sir, how may I help you sir. But they have not been trained to actually solve any problems.

    @FenellaSung1 @telus tried to offload a Huawei tablet on me when I added another line to my family plan. I told them no way in hell so they gave me some other garbage they can charge me a connection fee on. They have no scruples.

    Not the first, won't be the last... but telus rural internet, their customer service, their prices and the lack of backing for any of their promises makes telus the worst isp on earth.

    @telus why do I have to wait 2.5hours in the middle of the day PST for you to answer my call-your internet keeps dropping-this is the 5th time a service rep has had to come to my house to fix your internet
