@telusmobility @TELUS @TELUSsupport I made calls clear as day in the middle of nowhere in Serengeti, TZ and in Kenya but cant make a call without every 2nd word cutting out or the call dropping altogether in Paisley in Edmonton. Help me understand.

@Shawhelp Our Internet is terrible, really bad. Been especially bad all week with next to no connection every morning. Ookla finally pushes through after about 10 minutes, tells me I'm connected via Telus. So why are we paying for Shaw?

spent the *entire day* being bounced around by Telus technical/customer support for internet no work. It is finally fixed, and I am EXHAUSTED. Sooo much stress-crying. ****. folks on the phone were all nice at least... those wait times though. man.

@benlucier haha yeah. In favour of the house. The house always wins. And if they can't, they'll file at the CRTC to fix it so they win. The old saying, "in the end, Bell always wins" also applies to Telus :)

@TELUSsupport Hello Telus Since i subscribed to one of your services, its been extremely inconveniencing for me & it's far from what i was told to expect.I've tried to reach out to support severally to no avail. At this point i just have to terminate my services since help is not forth coming.

@ValueNotDeadYet @jim_duffus Looks good to me. I don't see Telus being a tax loss candidate this year.. stock hasn't underperformed as poorly relative to others (like $BCE down 9% YTD, $RCI down 10%), just been flat.

Just spent 1 hour trying to add the 2gb of free Hurricane Data onto my phone Cannot do that because @TELUS creates worst systems where you need to have an account but to create an account you need to have a community account to create a ticket to submit. Your Chatbot is trash
