For a communication company, it’s has been absolute nightmare trying to connect with someone @TELUS or @TELUSsupport Five phone calls, each time on hold 30-45 minutes - still no resolution with our billing. I believe it’s time to switch all our @telus services. #disappointed

Funny how my @TELUS account has no issues and my @Rogers account is spluttering. I am lucky enough to have two mobile services but what about those who aren't?

We decided to come home. I didn’t have any cell service until we got to the 407. I guess the Telus network got hammered.

@DrStephanieCoo1 We have looked into this claim & it can't be substantiated. 911 services are the responsibility of Telus. If @TELUSsupport has an outage, it affects those calling 911. There is NO RECORD of an EMS dispatch outage. There are triple redundancies with EMS servers.

@Bell_Support Another reminder, minimum 75 stations are having malfunctions across Ontario (as reported by a phone agent, and not @Bell publicly here or on website.) The towers themselves are not down, @Telus services are fine. Malfunctions are effecting all internet access.

@msav86 @TELUSsupport @TELUS I called them and they said “we are not experiencing an outage” clearly there is an outage

@TELUSsupport If Telus isn’t responsible for this charge, then you shouldn’t allow such services to conveniently charge your customers through their Telus bill. Had this service required your customer (my FIL) to enter his credit card information, this would never have happened.

@Bell_Support @Bell @TELUS This “outage” has been ongoing for close to a month now effecting data access, with zero acknowledgement publicly. Customers receiving speeds of a whopping 5kbps. This is also effecting other companies and other customers who operate on Bell hardware, not just Bell customers.
