    @TELUSsupport absolute bullshit service. I’m done with Telus. Cancelling everything. Over a month & at least a dozen agents & 2 home visits to transfer an account. Was assured I could keep home phone number & keep email addresses. Account finally transferred & lost it all. 🖕🏼🖕🏼

    @TELUS @mmabrey1 Absolutely losing my mind with TELUS right now. We have been completely without internet service for over 30 hours and counting. To make matters worse, the level of misinformation and runarounds from customer service has been completely unacceptable:

    Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

    Haven’t had a family doctor for over five years now. 🇨🇦 Try to sign up with some online company called Maple: sure no problem, take all my info….then they hit you with “join for $85 / mth.” Try sign up with Telus MyHealth: sure no problem, take all your info…no appointments available. Checked three months out. Canadian health care is so bad. Our BC government runs >$10B deficit, yet outcomes are simply terrible. Luckily, I live near Washington USA. Maybe I’ll just get a doctor down there to finally see how expensive it really is (or is not).

    @DarrenJMoots I posted on my old account that I was selling telus at 20 in January Mty why has been a real dog but it's very short sightedness They're closing down all their crap businesses basically Papa Murphy's and they're going to come out way better Short-term pain long-term gain It's a huge holding of mine like top 10
