    Ok so no wifi/Internet at the new home until @TELUS can get someone in to do something with the line I guessM tech who came out said "the ends are different than the ones in Calgary" or something. It's weird too because can see about 20 neighbors ALL with Telus internet. This REALLY sucks and I hope doesn't take 2+ weeks 😢

    @TELUS LMFAO. cute response. Yes. You've responded. I've now gone 9 days, unable to get someone to actually process the claim. My last phone, I was told I had to go INTO a telus location, to verify my identity, and they wouldn't transfer or do anything for me. Fix your broken system.

    @islandviewag Oh I know it - dropped Bell like a bad habit and went with Telus many years ago… marginally better coverage and a good plan for when you skip off US towers while along the St. Lawrence River…. We have abysmal and expensive cell coverage in this country….

    @cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.
