@xLiserx I literally just called them to cancel TV and complain as their internet had done nothing but increase in price. Shaw has fibre 8x faster for same price. Telus can't be bothered to bring it to my block. I've been an internet customer since BC Tel days, almost cancelled after 25+

ok so i allowed the telus person to upsell me on a pik tv something or other bc it includes the food network & i was hoping they'd have kids baking championship bc Sinc & i watched it once at a hotel & she asked about it for months afterwards.

@ShawnKing @TELUS @TELUSsupport Yup sucks! I've learned that all companies make mistakes; you have to keep on top of all your accounts constantly. Visa never gets my balance owing correct from one month to the next perhaps because I'm always paying back more than they expect each month haha!

@The280Times @LilHurricaneo @pawprints1986 Might have to check that one out as well. It seems up here I’ll be connected to a partner network but so much cheaper. There’s times I have absolutely no service with Telus or problems for weeks on ends and it’s like why the hell do I pay this for trash
