We have been with Telus for ever but lately are having a problem with them because they raise the price for no apparent reason. Their customer service is horrible and they don,t speak very good english and hard to understand.

Bald Guy (@ScruffyNSmooth) reported@TELUSsupport I also have the pleasure of MANY hours on the phone with Telus, many hours waiting for technicians, taking time off of work, technicians not showing up (the last two appointments in a row) bad product/worse service.
