    @MelissaLMRogers Telus did this, a couple of decades ago, and it almost broke the company. No quality service, no qualified repairs, no experienced executives.

    @TELUSsupport Nothing but trouble with Telus. Internet going out constantly for days. Getting technical support from a real human is impossible. Its stupid AI does not listen.

    After 38 minutes a computer voice came on and advised me they no service was available and they are closed ! You suck @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    The sound is all ****** up on the @TELUS TV app and @Sportsnet plus doesn’t want to work either. For what I pay for this **** I’m very unimpressed

    @JoeC4281 @mindingottawa @CdnHeritage Never got rid of mine. Telus gives me a line, unlimited Canada/US long distance, voicemail, caller-id and call waiting for $10 a month.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Because we have allowed lowest common denominator to be the level for Customer Service because as Canadians we are not demanding more and because #1 reason it's a monopoly & consumers we have zero power. You can thanks CRTC while you are at it.
