    Our new tenants got Telus but even they couldn't confirm that it was a Telus employee. Does your policy state that it's okay not to carry id? How would customers know that it is Telus installing?? And the technician was rude too. Unbelievable

    Seriously @TELUS @TELUSsupport your app to manage channels has been down all day. Do you not monitor this stuff? Why the heck am I paying for low level service?

    @TELUS has the worst service for internet. I am a loyal customer for 4yrs, and then they take your line for a new client, leaving my family without net for 3days and it’s still counting I’ll change into another ISP if they won’t compensate us for the inconvenience they caused.

    @GangstHannah Uugghhh that sucks I'm sorry! Telus destroyed my credit in my early 20s due to charging me for a service I didn't have. I've been a happy Rogers customer ever since.

    Telus guys is finally here to fix my Internet. They gave a window of 8am to 9 am. It's 930. What's the point of a time window if they don't show up in it? He even called at 830 and said he'd be here in 30 minutes.
