Fido really sold out of iPhones and told me I gotta wait 4+ weeks to get a new phone. Plz fix this or I’m going to Telus

  • PeddleChris Chris Peddle (@PeddleChris) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Your handling of the Canadian @VivintHome customers is an absolute disaster. I'll likely cancel my family's cell service with you over this. Telus customer of 20 years.

  • yaynewfriend @Daria@Equestria.social (@yaynewfriend) reported

@buggy37622447 @shakepay Koodo might not work with it, given that Koodo has abysmal phone support, they're the cheapass Telus brand and Telus needs to be called to manually add your card. But once they do that, you can use it going forward. :)

  • Spell_boundd Spellbound (@Spell_boundd) reported

@ItsSamG @Bell I ended up switching to telus last year because their customer service went to absolute ****. It's sad.

  • nzcdn Kim 🏳️‍🌈🇳🇿🇨🇦 (@nzcdn) reported

@Bell_MTS Yea, no thanks. After 20+ years as a customer, moved to @TELUS. The eyeroll when being asked to help us and the repeated "sorry we can't do that" and finally the "go ahead and move" attitude, zero customer service from the store we visited, it was a lovely welcome to Telus.

  • enron_musket flo (@enron_musket) reported

@EndWokeness This, in addition to the fact that most premiers are corrupt and trying to dismantle the system to help their privatization friends like Galen Weston and Telus means that universal healthcare in Canada has officially broken for good.

  • Michicooks Michelle Young (@Michicooks) reported

@TeresaSpinelli @shawcable This happened with me last year with a Telus scam. Gave them so much info but no credit so terrible. Glad everything is okay

  • CountryMusicEmo EMO LEBLANC™©®🎙️ RECORDING ARTIST 🇺🇸 (@CountryMusicEmo) reported

Well I was going to upgrade my @TELUSsupport plan (internet & add TV) so I could get the 55" Samsung TV but it seems like the rep that was helping ghost'd me. Great Customer Service @TELUS

  • poneilinOttawa Peter O'Neil (@poneilinOttawa) reported

Hey, people who know way more than me about mobile data plans since I always had a company phone: I found an apparently gr8 deal with Virgin. I'm often getting 1 or 2 bars -- in the centre of Ottawa! Big mistake? I got that kind of signal with Telus at the cottage.

@Koleffwest @TELUS I can only imagine what it is like for people on the border. If you haven't already, turn off roaming - at least that will help going forward. They should also be sending a text whenever you go onto a foreign network. At least that is what Rogers does.
