    Anyway Telus said they'd try to schedule something for me this week - then scheduled my appointment for NEXT TUESDAY after failing to show up for my appointment this morning But I went onto their app and was able to reschedule for tomorrow morning? **** all of this

    @twotonetulip @telusmobility Can’t you get on with Virgin? I ditched Telus for my cell phone and internet. Telus is expensive and the CS sucks

    @TELUS congrats you’ve lost customer. Bill was due today and you disconnected my service this morning without any warning.…I paid my Bill in full this morning, today was pay day. I spent most of my evening trying to reach a rep and now I have to pay the reconnection fee 😡

    @TELUS @TELUSBusiness @TELUSsupport I got my internet back up because an actual Telus Technician fixed the problem and provided a way more better service than the one who installed my modem. You guys had cost me $5000 of lost profit!

    I’ve seriously tried to set up Pre authorized pay for Telus with my new credit card TWICE and it still doesnt work I’m gonna lose it
