    @TELUSsupport 4 out of 5 days when the router is going off line numerous times during the day, restarting requires re login on most devices. Your last reply implied Telus is aware but I’d like an explanation and why 10 years with Shaw was never this bad.

    @theflow_6 If you're with Telus. You can usually call to get one. No cost. Just say the internet doesn't work In a section of your place

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility It may take awhile to get a hold of a customer service representative, but they are pleasant, in Canada (supporting our economy) and were super friendly probably because they weren't 3rd party reps of other companies who have to try and get you off the phone within 3 mins.

    @dean_burner Who are you with? Out this way we don't get much. Bell, Telus, and Koodo. I had Roger's out here for a bit and I hardly ever had signal
