@CTVNews Fk @Rogers . Everyone who deals with them should cancel all their services and switch to @TELUS. It's better service and it's cheaper

@MyHockeyBurner @Sportsnet650 That's fair, but they're all the same in the end. Telus has been absolute trash to deal with while handling my dad's affairs after he passed. I thought about ditching them, but Rogers or Bell will be just as bad in their own ways.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS if there is a known issue with @SamsungMobile phones not receiving calls, pls issue a statement rather than leave customers with no resolution.

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

@JayJanower @Rogers Same problem with Telus AI does not have the answers Human interaction is key

@Trevor_Neufeld What are people going to switch to? Telus or something else? I need ideas as I am with Rogers and it’s time to switch. I pay for a product and listen to fan 960 and this move has consequences. I have been a Shaw, now Rogers customer for 23 years and I am finally going to switch.

@lesterbenz I was with them before my phone **** the bed and had to get a new one. I loved the $40 plan.. Now I'm paying just over $140 for another year until my phone is paid off with Telus.

@lesterbenz Yes they’re fine. Telus towers / same coverage. More of a self service kind of company.

Not good when you walk into a @TELUS authorized repair shop, tell them the issues & before they even see the phone their first question is "is it the Galaxy S26?" @SamsungMobile just released this phone a few months ago & it's already known to repair shops to have issues 🤦

@TELUS I was told by tech support that its a known issue that some Samsung devices cannot receive calls and the only way to bypass this until @SamsungMobile comes up with a fix in an update is to force LTE not 5G
