Jon Fraser (@JonFraserTF) reported@marconiese @TELUS I didn't fall for anything. I weighed the options and at the time it worked for me. My company wouldn't reimburse me for a new phone outright, but they had not issue with the lease.

HIMARSovich 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@Lelik73154638) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS They all bad. Took me exactly 12 months to close my satellite TV account with bell. They demanded return of already paid off obsolete receiver or pay $600 for it. Glad I did not toss it away after service was terminated.

Cindy O 🇨🇦❤️ 🖖 (@Ceiba59Co) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Yeah, I disengaged from Telus about 20 years ago - landline and internet. Customer 'service' was beyond dismal.
-
Mia (@Marielaina3) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I couldn't believe how difficult they made it for us to stop our services with them. Never again. They still call us. My husband swore at them last time telling them to quit calling us & hire someone who can speak english.

TMN (@themainnetwork) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I say this only bc I’ve been with them all over the years. @FreedomMobile has been the best I’ve ever had in terms of pricing and support. Just my take.

TypeVFuture (@TypeVFuture) reportedThe BC government is investing 63 million to provide high-speed internet to 4,000 rural homes? It is planning to go through Telus which uses Starlink for in-flight services on Westjet. Why doesn't government directly contract Starlink to provide those 4,000 homes the most reliable internet service on the planet for a fraction of the cost? No logic. We need to change that. 63 million is nuts!

HiggyTiggy (@HiggyTiggy) reported@neuroticbob Yeah I do have telus wtf

Brookfield👁️❤️🇨🇦💵💦scheme 👉 carneywatch.ca (@kicknsass) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I cut the cord about a year ago. Was a mobile customer for 20 years. Couldn’t take them anymore. The overseas service or lack there of, the reception was terrible, wouldn’t work with me on pricing. Very happy with the change. @Starlink next year when contract is up.
-
Jason 🇨🇦 (@JasonCraigBrown) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS They are horrible now! I recently fought with them over a returned Bring it Back phone. Between the AI gatekeepers and the foreign service reps, I'm ready to leave when my contract is up late this summer. I filed a complaint with the CCTS. It's they only way I got any response!

PsudoMike 🇨🇦 (@PsudoMike) reportedCRTC fee ban is live. No more $80 activation fees from Bell, Rogers, or Telus. Canadians paid those fees for years because there was nowhere better to go. Three carriers. Same infrastructure. Prices in lockstep. Killing the fee is fair. The oligopoly is the actual problem.
