    Hi @TELUS - I experienced the worst customer support yesterday. You sent my new iPhone to the wrong address and I was told that I need to wait for the iPhone to not be claimed before Telus can do anything. As a customer for 8 yrs, I’m not sure why I should stay with #telus

    @TELUS This company is snakes and will **** you over and when you prove its their fault they don't answer phones are even chats online and the useless emt manager I been dealing with is incompetent!

    Don’t you just love @TELUS @TELUSsupport customer service! They tell you they will contact you in 1 business day for an already escalated issue and you’re still waiting at 4:45 on a Friday...Now that’s what I call GREAT customer service! 👎

    @TELUS @lanemerrifield If they want the product back they need to pay for shipping. This is nice and easy: You get to keep it and you paying for their mistake/shipping it back out of your wallet is not an option. "You also can't be charged for receiving an item or service that you did not required

    @D4V Is Telus network. Freedom was only Urban. PM was ok for further out. basically a poor man’s Telus.
