Found out that I am paying $80/month more than my coworker for the same #Telus service bundle and we live in the same city. Anyone else had a similar experience and how did it get resolved?

Now for the fun part returning the damn phone to get the rebate. 1st I was told to return it to Canada Post then they go "oh no you have to take it to an UPS office' then I was told I could take it to Telus store & drop it off but that was all wrong information. 5/

@star2assassin @newfylore @TristinHopper I've used Telus Health four times in Ontario and haven't paid a penny to use it. And when I needed to see a dermatologist I was referred to a busy one who saw me within 10 days. Not too pretty bad, I'm thinkin'.

So how do you actually ‘speak’ to a billing agent @TELUS I’ve called 4 different times and 3 times they never called back like they said they would and once they just flatly hung up on me. Worse customer service I’ve seen in a long time. #Mayswitchcableproviders
