  @RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

  @TELUS That’s what I thought. Reddit post said it was a recognized Telus number but spam at the same time. Obviously if it comes from you, no issues getting past call screening. It appears this number did not get past it. Thanks for getting back and confirming.

  My issues are resolved finally, used a second phone to call Telus again while still on hold and in 15 minutes the other guy solved my problems and restored my confidence in Telus. I may have just gotten a bad employee.

  @Frid45 RBC and TD Bank have large investments in the USA. Their brand is everywhere down there. Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Can you really be this stupid?

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.

  @HotStoveD I just went through the same problem a few weeks ago. Phone agents were even less helpful and unwilling to retain my business. Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.

  @Frid45 Yea buy some Canadian Tire? Or if you're able buy Bombardier Challenger Jet. Support Cameco by getting your very own ton of Uranium. Better yet sign up for a 2 year cell plan with Telus, wont work in Europe but who cares if it means helping 'elbows up' idiots with their ridiculous virtuous posts

  @MPelletierCIO I cut my Telus bill by 50%, got rid of the cable boxes and all the specialty channels and packages, now I just stream what I want to see on AMZN, APPL, etc. Telus has problems bigger than customer growth, it's guys like me staying with them, but dumping half the services.
