Telus already has "tens of thousands" of customers running live on this core network. Impressive.

@TELUSsupport Wtf is going on at @TELUS right now!?!? Can barely get a signal on my phone, my hub is absolutely useless with speeds that would be considered obsolete 15 years ago and took me ten mins just to send this tweet.

And shocking no one, the technician marked the job as complete. Thankfully this has been the first bad experience I've had with @TELUS, but boy was it a doozy. Go big or go home I guess eh?

@CButterfly84 @TELUS No. It absolutely is not. There were accessibility problems when they were working in front of my house, too. But apparently if you're a huge company, you just get to do whatever you want and too bad for the ppl you harm. #ableism #accessibilityfail #disablednotdisposable

Hey @TELUSsupport, my home internet signal is so poor that I can’t even open the support chat in my Telus wifi app to complain. With my Telus “great” fiber optic service, I can’t watch Netflix, browse on my phone or check Instagram!!! Can you believe that!?

@iamwandasykes @usopen Too bad here in 🇨🇦 on the west coast we pay through the nose to Shaw and Telus for nothing, even basic cable which delivers nothing. 100$ per month just for wifi. Basic cell phone plan = 50$. Landline (yes, need it) is 15$ per month. We are so ripped off.

PSA - anyone with Telus can turn on call control (free service) and every time someone calls you, they’ll need to press a number to continue. It’ll filter out all the robot spam calls!

@TELUSBusiness Telus still owes me over $1000 for overbilling. I’ve had several invitations to provide the paperwork, which I have done. Your latest response? The person who is looking after my file had a “medical emergency”. Three months ago. I’ll never buy anything from Telus again.

@samifouad @JonnKmech Anyone know if Telus is investing in ambulances, cause for well over a year they've been texting me to use the teledoc service they invested in (uhhm, no thanks your standard telecom services are ****** and monopolistic)
