Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

Telus raises issue of Gameplus (available only on Rogers Cable). #CRTC ruled on that issue that it wasn’t “television programming” because users could choose camera to view and thus got raw feet instead of a produced show.

Why ******** does telus keep calling me at 745pm every night and hanging up? Get real.

  • jamthefed Joe Martin (@jamthefed) reported

@lindork @WestJet Not sure if DMing them here will be faster, I know I've done that with Telus and what not and usually try and help quicker

@ryanod9 @SonyaSharpYYC @CGYFireFighters Staying closer to the Front Lines is Leadership. My concern is that a City has 5 tiered Beauacracy that has mangers managing managers; redundant and overkill. At Telus we got down to 4 tier. 15,000 City employees to run Calgary. Same for Telus across Canada. Sleek + efficient.

Telus sending me a survey asking for my feedback on their service. Ha ha ha ha. Sure I’ll give feedback. 5 paragraph rant later ending with “HUGE FAIL” Not that I expect jack shet to result from it. Worst experience.

Hi ,@TELUSsupport I have closed Telus connection 3 years ago, returned device, made payment full, still getting undue request for payments, despite contacting multiple time, nobody is resolving issue,on top I am getting threatening emails from your contracting agencies. Not good.

  • BenKlass Ben Klass (@BenKlass) reported

Telus outlining its “headline view” that focusing on ensuring that the most durable solution for producing beneficial policy outcomes is to address structural issues. I wish they were consistent with this message across the regulatory files in which they’re involved. #CRTC

@TELUSsupport I have had a lot of trouble with Telus in the last few months. Please look at my file Phone # 236-591-1960 115 1655 Martin Dr. I had no choice but to cancel as I was loosing at least $100 per day as I rely on my internet connection for work. I had given Telus 3 weeks to fix it.

  • PaulEAndrews Paul Andrews (@PaulEAndrews) reported

@theBurlyChef @Shawhelp It is hot garbage. Even @TELUS migrated their users over to Google Mail and mothballed their internal servers. Shaw’s probably not doing anything more than keeping the lights on until Rogers merger is approved or not.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

CCSA, representing smaller BDUs provides more “real life” examples of their problems batting the big guys. Telus/Bell: we’d prefer it if Rogers were not stronger. Small guys: we need competitive access to survive. #CRTC
