I should add that I had been with Shaw for like 10 years prior to this. I saw a Telus ad and I figured there was no way Shaw wouldn't match for a long-time customer. I was wrong. The moral of the story: these companies rarely give a **** about you.

Apparently my phone attempting to connect to a network (unsuccessfully) counts as data usage, even though it didn’t work or load and I had to ask people to use their data. Super unprofessional service. Very disappointed @TELUS

If you know someone that has a dispute with any canadian bill, rogers, telus, bell, utilities, credit card, refer them to me. I give a free consult. There is a dispute and resolution process, and they do not need to suffer it alone.

@TELUSsupport Not so sure your suggestions will work. Now I'm getting more mesages about not being registered on the network. As a long long customer of Telus I am starting to wonder what benefit I am getting from my US plan if I have to stand on roadways and hope to catch signals.

Heads up. The EPS 911 Dispatch Centre says TELUS Mobility customers calling 911 can't hear operators. Operators can hear the caller, but not the other way around. People who call 911 will be called back, or can continue calling if the emergency remains. #yeg #yegcc
