  @TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

  @jessicalaura__ No issues for me, but I also have the bottom end 25Mbps. I have seen a few other complaints about Shaw dropping out though, but way more complaints about Telus.

  Guess what @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t do anything right... my 5th appointment to attempt to fix my internet today... they don’t show up in full PPE as promised 😡 now they have had me on the phone with them for 64 minutes trying to figure it out.... NEVER GET TELUS for anything

  @Shawhelp what’s wrong with your employees at Guildford? Drove all the there to replace a defective Shaw modem and they said “it wasn’t their problem.” Really? I think it is. Time to move to @telus after being your customer for over 20 years.
