I miss being able to watch CPAC 🙃 And also why does Telus give you the option to record shows on your PVR if you can't even watch the recordings without having service 🤔 kinda pointless if you think about it....

  • darrylosmith Master of Swears (@darrylosmith) reported

So against my better judgment I agreed to give #Telus a try at my home tv/internet service. Only said yes if I can cancel within 30 days no charges. Let’s see what happens

@TELUSsupport I already had called into technical support,I am not sure why I have to DM as well? I know exactly why, Telus does not want their issues on social media for everyone to see. Why is Telus relying on Bell towers?

@YegAndre @TELUSsupport @TELUS Wow... That's so pathetic. I'll never be getting Telus internet that's for sure

  • jordanneran Jay Stahl (@jordanneran) reported

Who does @TELUS think is going from using a payphone to being a 5G customer? When displaced people get their things stolen, how are they supposed to access services?

  • theflatlands barrypartington (@theflatlands) reported

So, @TELUS, you're a phone company that I can't pick up the phone and call. What's up with that? The only way to reach you is through this app of yours that doesn't work? What kind of service is that anyway, scheduling a time to call me that is convenient for YOU? WTF?

  • gregoire_brett Brett Gregoire (@gregoire_brett) reported

@TELUS have been speaking to Paul Jeon regarding my account. I am looking for a call back from Customer loyalty. The wait time is over an hour. Please have them call me. Account: 38062921

  • MeghanFowler Meghan Fowler (@MeghanFowler) reported

@TELUSsupport A phone 5 days old that will only hold a charge for a few hours, with locations off, Notifications off, brightness down. And the phone is so hot. Clearly something wrong. Hours on hold, hung up on and still can't get ahold of anyone to help. My patience with Telus

  • tw2009fa ITC (@tw2009fa) reported

@TELUSsupport I spoke with Tech Support and apparently there is an issue with Bell towers and this is out of Telus' control. Why is my Telus service being affected by Bell towers? Also why am I being denied compensation? I am not receiving services that I am paying for.
