    @KyleGunderson Let me tell you about my TELUS experience this month. I’ve called in three times, each being on hold for over an hour before having them hang up on me. When you finally do get through, you get transferred all over for a couple more hours because their automated systems suck.

    @TELUS @ExcellenceCan Gold medal??? I've been waiting almost a month, 5 appointments 6 calls with loyalty in order for your technical team come an plug my internet!!! this company is an absolute joke and mocks the clients cause they have a monopoly for now, But hey at least you treat your workers ok.

    @TELUS I just had to wait over an hour to get support with my bill. When I finally got someone, they could not help me with multiple issues due to your horrible policies. Hire more people! I don't care if it's that time of years, hire more people. 1/4

    @Haleyp34 @TELUS But when Rebecca tried to get to a rep the call back system was having issues and now I don’t know if the appointment will be kept or not. It’s a whole thing, now I’m waiting to get someone on the phone myself.
