@TELUSsupport I'm sure you know this, but it's impossible to find any help on your webpage. All I want to do is buy 2 cell phones, and I want to see if there's a discount because I use Telus for internet. But wow...gong show.

He was very unapologetic. And extremely rude. Telus use to have great customer service, especially for loyal business customers. Over the past few years, it has declined incredibly. I’m severely disappointed in my @TELUSBusiness experience.

@brentashley @mgeist To protect Bell, Telus & Rogers. Instead of forcing the Big 3 to make sure ALL people in Canada have access to advanced telecommunications networks (per the Yale report) the gov't put forth rules that help to protect the Big 3 by forcing Netflix & Youtube to contribute to CanCon.

@TELUSBusiness I was speaking with a rep online this evening about how the TELUS bring it back works. And inquiring if I could upgrade two months early or not. Especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for years now. After the rep explained that I would have to pay to cancel.

@Dgmckee1 @mgeist We've benefitted so far with lower telecom pricing in Sask because of the crown corps and Bell/Telus/Rogers piggy backing off Sasktel's towers. I expect as they build their own tower networks we will see the prices soar and sasktel will match. Doesn't help sasktel sold off assets

They claim Telus tampered with their lines when they installed the new wiring, but they were with Shaw when the lines were installed and never had issues.🙄 Telus pulled up their lawn and didn't leave THIS mess.

You know things are bad when sites will not load & you are sitting less than one metre from the router. #Telus

@MobileSyrup We're transferring our small business mobility account AWAY from Telus. We've had a nightmarish 15 months of added costs, Telus' errors, 4 account reps and have literally been told by Telus' reps that their priority is no longer the client and their internal policies show that.

@readthepeak today highlighted rural connectivity issues through a sponsorship with @TELUS featuring a Telus + Alberta library’s program, which loans internet connectivity to local residents. 🤯 This would have been a great solution for when we had no internet for a few weeks.
