@TELUS @TELUSsupport Each agent gives me a different solution regards to my bill. Does it matter from person to person each time? Is this how your customer support works lol once i’m done this bill i am switching to Bell. Worst customer service ever. Nobody is trained.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I live in a city & only get one bar of service from @TELUS for the past six yrs. I get even worse/spotty service when I travel yet we STILL pay the highest rates in the world for substandard service. The collusion between major cell providers is criminal & unacceptable.

@breadwitchery Telus seems to keep giving me discounts and perks without asking, and I can’t remember ever having a problem with their fibre. On the island now, and Telus is still doing fine here.

Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport - I have to bring my phone back and two different stores telling me I need to request a mailer to send it, two call centre operators told me there are no mailers, please get it together. Worst, most disorganized service ever.

@ArmchairGM1 I have no problem with people that disagree, it’s people who actively choose retarded that are the problem. “You’re watching Telus Flames Hockey” exactly what’s said before every commercial, just as SN Pacific says Rogers Canucks or whatever it may be. Very very simple
