    Tick Tock @TELUSsupport !! Just passed the 2 hour wait... call started at 4:34 p.m. - I just need to access my email. Yes, you sent a code so I could get a new password - but you sent it to email I cannot get into!! I have been a #telus member since 1996, service $uck$. @TELUS

    telus had an issue with their towers last month and sure it wasn't for a whole *** day and it wasn't canada-wide, but there's always room for error. once the issue was brought to attention, it was flagged and fixed within an hour and a half. i know the situation is diff with

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Is there a way to *completely* opt out of TELUS marketing calls? I’ve never had a provider for any service who has such a hard time with “please don’t call for marketing purposes again”.

    Told the ex-wife the #rogers outage was the reason why I was late e-transferring the child support payment this month, but the jokes on her because I'm on a pre-paid plan with Telus.
