3/ We decided to go talk to Telus/Koodo. Within minutes we were offered a plan that was half the price of the #bell offer, with more Gigs and no contract. We then called bell back to cancel our plans as we weren’t under contract anymore. That’s when #bell showed their nature.

But if you suggest that a tech needs to come out to do a hands-on inspection, @Telus will threaten you with a $50 charge if they don’t find anything wrong, which has me thinking they’re going to turn up the speed while that tech comes so they won’t find any problems. #trustissues

@CompleteHkyNews I decided about 9 years ago Bell, Rogers & Telus were charging too much. Cancelled my home phone, went to Freedom Mobile & never looked back. For internet I chose Teksavvy, even for my gamer daughter its fast enough. We're still with them & happy customers!

Have @Telus coming in on Wednesday to install my new service. After hearing how @Bell informed the 1040 staff that they were losing their jobs I could not consciously remain a customer. Really makes the lets talk tag seem like a cheap advertising ploy #BellLetsCut

@TELUS Is it too much Telus? Because the way I see it, my wife and I have been paying Telus for a year and a half for zero service. Anyone else have this issue?

@telus - Wow! After maxing out my 10G “unlimited” data - you really slow my phone down, making almost unusable. I think an Etcha Sketch is faster!! After almost 30yrs of being a customer - I may have to shop around in a couple months for a better alternative. #smh

@tc_dw I will never ever give Telus my $ for personal reasons, but I always considered Bell as a "if I get frustrated with Rogers I'll go to them" company.... but I am really just disgusted with everything I've been hearing about them lately.

Pretty bad on Telus' part......I ordered a new phone on Feb 4th (2 week shipping) and already got a monthly bill on Feb 8th. Don't even have the ****** phone yet.

@BuresBlades Sadly, the same thing happened when I switched from Rogers/Fido to Telus. As soon as I left, they came calling back with a much better offer. But I told them to **** off. Same as when I left Shaw internet/cable. Too little too late.
