@TELUS was once the one good mobility company in Canada. I can say that is DEFINITELY no longer the case. Maybe I start looking elsewhere if this issue isn't resolved right away @TELUSsupport

@TELUSsupport #Telus too me i had to do a network reset... because he didn't top off and they automatically stopped his phone because his old 10$ contract is obsolete... no letter in the mail, jus ended it and pitched a 15$ one... Thanks, i think....

Can @telus @TELUSsupport fix their service in Brampton? Like N section, M section all the way to Ching gets spotty/no data at all. This isn’t only me, I’ve spoken to many Telus users facing the same issue!!!!

@TELUS Once your contract ends they do not care to fix any issues or concerns unless you are renewing the contract. How is that service? What I want is not to be charged for the duration I did not use the service and to adjust my current bill.

@TELUSsupport almost 6 years of issues .. many visits from Telus. Its this its that .. Tv loses connectivity at least 4 times a day . .. we gave up calling.
