    Only @TELUS would cancel your order without notifying you the reason. They also ignored to address the issue, not to mention the amount of times I’ve tried to contact them regarding the status of my order for 3 weeks.

    @JDylanBurke I imagine they would look something like the Telus logo slapped on Canada’s World Jr helmets. If that’s the case, not terrible

    @TELUS @TELUS sucks. Get your EPP customer service together. I got a plan during black friday to switch from Rogers EPP to Telus EPP. I placed order on Nov 27 and it's dec 10. I haven't received the sim and it is impossible to get in touch with your EPP department.

    @LouisPhilSluggr @Shawhelp @TELUS Same, almost 6 hours no service. Talked to a rep and they said “keep an eye on our service outages updates page.” The same one that has said the same thing for 5+ hours? Thanks. I’m working from home, you think Shaw is going to reimburse me lost wages for a whole day?? Lol
