    Notice how Telus Health spokesperson very careful to say their for-fee service doesn’t guarantee faster access to public services like “appointments with specialists or MRIs” Notice they didn’t say anything about not giving faster access to primary care.

    @KimballFinigan @SoniaFurstenau Telus only charges for services MSP does not cover. I would agree that MSP should cover many things like preventative care. But they do not. So how does that infringe charter rights?,..and who is responsible for that. Again the key issue is Family Doctors are grossly under paid.

    The cell service in northern Alberta is horrendous. Pretty embarrassing consider how much we pay for these services. #gettingrippedoff @telus @jkenney

    We pay @TELUS over 300$ a month for the household cellphones so why the hell do I have less actual cell service each week?

    Thanks to @TELUS for their great support this morning. My internet died and after attempting a diagnosis over the phone, a technician was dispatched for Sunday. A few hours later things sprung to life and @TELUS called saying they had cancelled the service call.

    @TELUSsupport just received the best customer support I've ever had from a telus agent! Is there anywhere that I can send an email about the outstanding agent? I did not get their name, but it should be on file from my support ticket.

    @tayswizl FR and she said she wants to go to Telus because their customer service has white people and I’m like: you do know they all have a mix of everyone, you can’t pick and choose which one you want 😭

    @clinty1 The 🤢 was for Telus taking over this huge company. I do not like Telus, except for the consistency of its phone service.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus, such incredibly poor connectivity on #DenmanIsland for me, last few days, especially today, whether via internet or cell network.
