@svenskaflickan1 @Lytzki @TELUS And something that very publicly happened. What do they need proof for? We know all of Lytton burned. They have the capacity to see usage/connection to the network. They know who likely lost a device without any sort of proof being returned.

Hey @rogershelps since you dinged me for a cancellation fee can we agree that you owe me a refund because your service was unusable in half of my town for almost eight months? No? Didn’t think so. I’ll make sure everyone in town knows @telus works though so they’ll leave you too.

@TELUS Yes...phone your service line and reflect as you listen to the same 5 songs and prompts over and over for hours... Higher vs usual calltimes? How many times have i been randomly transfered or disconnecting when speaking to telus...less calltimes less disconnects

@TELUS is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. The lack of organization and communication, along with their pathetic excuse for customer service makes me livid. And this is before my internet had even had a chance to be INSTALLED. Off to a great start, losers.

@SurvivedChaos @TELUS Oh wow. That’s terrible. I for one am so tired of the BS we are subjected to here in Canada between Telus, Rogers and Bell. Driven by capitalism and greed. Zero customer service skills. Consumers have no choice.
