@TELUSsupport @TELUS very POOR customer service being promised AirPods and now being told I will not get them and if I want to buy out of my own pocket I will get credit for two months worth or service This is horrible service and after 20 years as a customer, I’m done

LOL guess when I pay off my credit card hopefully around mid-late Spring/early-mid Summer this year in 2021 it looks like I'm going to be buying Telus Optik TV and their Internet service myself. I already have a BCTel/Telus mobile account with them so I should get a deal.

@PatBulmer1 A few months before my mom died, she switched from Shaw back to Telus. She was 79 and had bad eyesight. She needed help to understand the new remote and where her channels were. Simple, right? Nope, their service dept were total jerks to her, more than once.

I don't get how telus has become the least annoying/to me as an individual the least evil out of cell and internet providers. Cuz ****.

@ThomsonCam I live 20 minutes from YEG and I have horrid cell service (so I had to install a booster) and am stuck with Telus Hub for internet. Canadian Telecom and all layers of gov keep promising better service that never comes. So off to Starlink I go.

@Rogers You guys really need to fire your PR. Increased competition and choice? You just have such a low opinion of people. Also, Rogers ******* sucks. Your customers service is rotten, and I will go to Telus in a second if this gets approved.

How much will Bell/Telus want out of this? (aka, spectrum, perhaps some customer transferred to Bell/Telus).
