@koodo Just a heads up to anyone considering switching to koodo from Telus. Be prepared to be charged three times for the same service period. You lr process is garbage.

@OSiggie There's cell service and we are using Telus Hub wifi which works off the cell tower. Satellite internet is also an option but needs a dish set up and is more expensive. The hub option is fairly new and is such a good deal!

So @koodo @TELUS - Nice to know that the stupid chat-bot that takes 5 times to book a callout... Is backed by people who don't answer those callouts. This is frustrating as hell. I didn't get the phone I ordered... FOR the second time. Now I'm being ignored.
