She needed help to understand the new remote and where her channels were. Simple, right? Nope, their service dept were total jerks to her, more than once.

Lee Townsend (@Beeman1979) reported@ThomsonCam I live 20 minutes from YEG and I have horrid cell service (so I had to install a booster) and am stuck with Telus Hub for internet. Canadian Telecom and all layers of gov keep promising better service that never comes. So off to Starlink I go.
