    Very much frustrated with @TELUSsupport & @TELUS ! Using this service for my business, home and everything. But their support & customer service for business is too bad! Remaining on call for 1 hr - no solution to my problem! Sending wrong bills everytime! Need new suggestion

    @sophiebaybey i know my speeds should be 100+ for upload because they always have been until today after a power outage, it's also convenient that telus installed fibre in my building yesterday, I'm just wondering why ALWAYS ME AND MY INTERNET, like idk if telus ****** something up or what

    Called @TELUS @TELUSsupport for internet issue. 90mins! Tech1: Documented the issue and trasnsferred me to another 2nd Support. 2nd support told me that the Tech Support can provide me boosters free for charge are transferrd me to 3rd TechGuy. 3rd Tech: I can't help you.
