  @Ayan604 That is completely unacceptable, and I am sorry you had that experience Andy. This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS.   Haven’t had a family doctor for over five years now. 🇨🇦 Try to sign up with some online company called Maple: sure no problem, take all my info….then they hit you with “join for $85 / mth.” Try sign up with Telus MyHealth: sure no problem, take all your info…no appointments available. Checked three months out. Canadian health care is so bad. Our BC government runs >$10B deficit, yet outcomes are simply terrible. Luckily, I live near Washington USA. Maybe I’ll just get a doctor down there to finally see how expensive it really is (or is not).

  @CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.

  Input distribution in the United States is shifting. Last week it was announced that beginning with the 2027 season, Simplot Grower Solutions will no longer distribute or sell Bayer-branded crop protection or seed. And, starting in 2028, WinField United would not be selling Dekalb, Asgrow, and Deltapine seed brands, though it retains Bayer crop protection. Simplot's Innvictis brand retains licensing access to Bayer genetics, and WinField's Croplan and Armor brands keep Bayer traits. A shift was bound to happen and I doubt it's the last announcement we will see. Bayer signaled a change in its May 2025 strategy update, emphasizing new GTM motions with the US called out specifically as a region where shifts would happen. Bayer has forecast a mid-twenties EBITDA margin in Crop Science by 2029, from roughly 20% today, and while new and novel products are one avenue to improve margin, the other requirement is managing costs and working capital on the other end. I wrote a year ago that distributors and retailers should be ready for changes in product access, rebate dollars, and more high-touch demand generation from Bayer. If I'm a retailer, distributor, or manufacturer, there are several different questions that need to be asked and strategic focus needs to be top of mind.   @TELUS That’s what I thought. Reddit post said it was a recognized Telus number but spam at the same time. Obviously if it comes from you, no issues getting past call screening. It appears this number did not get past it. Thanks for getting back and confirming.

  @redrock1867 @Rogers If there’s a major Canadian Corporation with worse customer service and communication than Rogers please drop a name. @TELUS has a great opportunity to raid Business market share in Calgary right now.
