@SojuggaLo @kristalynnterry @comradevero They are a joke that puts people in jail and freezes bank accounts. And says on you with the help of Telus. And that's what we know. It may not be legal but it can require going to court. They would definitely freeze accounts over a fine.

@TELUS just wanted to say **** you and your ****** services 5g is a ******* joke I live literally 20 meters from the tower and I can't even get a 100mbps 5g router... what a joke seriously you guys ******* suck

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

This entire of the #CRTC leadership is failing at the pillar of protection (s.7 of the Act), putting people in harms way, ignoring basic service (universal comm's) & rights for the financial benefit of... Rogers & Telus. People don't see this. They don't know. *shakes head*

  • Mike91636925 Mike (@Mike91636925) reported

@TELUS would have been great if the tech that was here checked wifi strength yesterday sobi didn't have to spend half of my day off trying to get service.

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUSsupport Oh hey still nothing from Telus. This is how they actually treat their customers. 3 weeks trying to get a hold of support for my broken phone and I can't get anyone to even read my messages.

  • TheBeardoTweets The Beardo🆒 (@TheBeardoTweets) reported

Just had a fella from Telus come by and lure me over to their freshly installed fiber optic internet. I’ll get the same gig service on a dedicated not shared line. Best part is that I’ll save $30/month on my bill. Thanks! 🙏

  • BirdmanWeldCo Birdman the Welder (@BirdmanWeldCo) reported

@TELUSsupport will you be addressing the outage that some of us are experiencing with our Telus Secure business? Can't log in to the app to allow remote entry for employees and clients for over 24hrs now.

is Telus internet absolutely horrible for y’all too? Shaw had me so good in my last place 😫

  • seanybabes the artist formally known as seanybabes (@seanybabes) reported

Who's got Telus phone service and does it suck or nah?

  • MilnerMarkus Markus Milner 🇺🇦 (@MilnerMarkus) reported

@David_Moscrop Yes, well. I once had a Shaw technician ask if I'd considered switching to Telus. Happily, there's a smaller, independent provider where I live, with its own network, who provide better internet service for less money than any of the big telcos.
