    @JosephLayne @TELUSsupport I still haven't heard back from Telus.... I am on a chat now with another agent from SportsNet who seems much more helpful than the one I chatted with this morning but we are still not finding a solution. Maybe Telus and SportsNet need to have a talk with each other.

    @JockCartier Its the worst. And if you record on different channel it considers them unique. So you end up with multiple groupings or if in a series both play, multiple recordings in multiple groupings. I think Telus satellite does but that platform is completely different tech.

    @kwardvancouver @TELUS When, after years of no improvement in service that went to hell every time it rained more than two days (—in Vancouver, har!), they decided to get shirty with me over a small balance carried over to the next bill, I dumped them. Screw them and their “retention department.”

    @TELUSsupport I am unable to sign-in with my Telus authentication to SportsNet Now. I contacted them and was told it was your issue and I need to contact you. When I tried to contact Telus I could not reach an agent to resolve the issue. Can you help?
