Why is it that telus doesn't know what it's doing. I pay money to block my phone going out to the internet, except using my own wifi. Then I get repeated emails, texts to connect to telus internet. I guess they just pocket the money as a bonus for themselves. Fix your problem.

They already have the notification system in place, but there is no way to receive a notification at 100%? There also isn't any way for me to set a data block at 100%. The big 3 (rogers, bell, telus) have avoided this problem by throttling speeds at data limits..

Hey @TELUS is it normal we have barely any reception in our house while the map is showing we should get high-speed 5G. Even across the #GTA we have difficulty to get consistent network coverage. We have 2 lines both with iPhone 13 Pro Max…

Telus support. I have tried but since you control my phone you can make it look like I am not replying. I already know that you control most of what I see and do. When I look at a site and can go get a coffee before it opens makes me very suspicious about your intentions.

@cogman_bryan Ps. I have hbo and therefore the crave app (I sign in with my Telus account on my phone or on my Roku). I’m in Canada and I can watch it on demand.

@PublicMobile why is your website always trash? 9/10 times you go to sign in there's an error on your self serve site, only stayed happening with your switch to Telus ID login, and the new awful website design. Fix it.
