@stickers66 @TELUS The sellers are on a Factory floor, the Telus factory. I have told them over and over that I am maxed out with my Telus bills, they do not listen and want to sell more. Give the sales people an hourly wage instead of this ripping off the customer.

@cinjon5 @lithohedron @GordDawg You should always try to call 911 even if you don't have a signal. 911 calls go to any cell tower in range, not just your network. Ex. you're on Telus -no signal since no Telus towers in range. BUT if there is a Rogers tower in range, you call 911 and you will connect to that one

@TELUSsupport My family and I will be canceling our telus contracts the service is beyond unreliable, like right now at a time when I need it the most. New dad first time alone with my baby. Now I have no phone to call anyone if something happens. Thanks for nothing telus.

@TELUS Ah Telus! What is wrong with your call-center for your corporate accounts? I spent one hour on hold last night I am now onto one hour and 15 minutes today! Do you know what customer service is??? Completely disgusting. Corporate accounts need help on the weekend too!
