  @Shawhelp Extremely disappointing. No Internet for 3 days because of outage. Customer service cooly tells to cancel service if that's what we want. Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.

  @Scott_Gilmore The broken part is capitalism. Let's say Bell, Rogers and Telus get half their revenue from wireless. Cel market is saturated. If cel plans in CA dropped 30%, what does that do to share prices?

  @Justin_Nomura_ We have a Can/Us plan with Telus. Plan works the same down there as it does up here… 40 or 45GB I believe it is.

  At the recommendation of @ICBC, I have just filed a report with the RCMP regarding the driving/parking of the @TELUS/@TELUSSupport technician, and have forwarded the file # + copy of incident report to a TELUS manager I was in communication with.

  @kirst_alyssa @TELUS I recently left Shaw after 10 yrs of loyal service. My issue is they have way too many service outages while my mother had 2 in 1 year. I was averaging 3-4 per month. And Shaw’s outages happened during peak usage. I hate having no internet in the middle of a “The Boys” episode!

  The only other offer I will accept is a 50% discount. I will NOT negotiate. I will expect a response from you by end of day Tuesday, or I will move ahead with CCTS and OIPC complaints (in addition to the RCMP complaint already filed.) @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TonyGeheran
