@telus. 1 hour and 6 minutes wait. This was the second call to you today. Never did get resolution in the first call or from virtual assistant which you tout as so wonderful!

Does anyone know where I can complaint against Telus? They're jerking my elderly parents around who moved to a condo and for 2 weeks Telus is "trying" to get the landline connected and now say they may have to pay for some connection line. Countless phone calls and tech visits

@scatteredmom @TELUS I'm not sure there's anything about it that qualifies as support. If it gets too stupid, tag me. I'll check & see if I still have the email for the escalation "specialist" I ended up with after all sorts of hassle.

So @LethbridgeCity replaced a power pole in our alley Monday morning. Since then, we have no internet or wifi, no television and no landline ... and @TELUS says we can't get a service call until Saturday. I don't know who screwed up, but I know who's getting f----d.

@TELUSsupport moving Sep 1 & ordered Telus internet & TV. Inexplicably received tracking number indicating things will be delivered in a few days - to the vacant place across the country I won't own until Sep 1. Trying to phone to cancel - wait time 1 hour! Wow - a bad start...

Dear @INTERAC, I wonder if you can help my "friends" here at @FreedomMobile , they seem to be having trouble with their interac on line. So they grossly overcharge people who must come into their stores to pay with interac. $2.00 per interac transaction? Please help them. #Telus?
