    @islandviewag Oh I know it - dropped Bell like a bad habit and went with Telus many years ago… marginally better coverage and a good plan for when you skip off US towers while along the St. Lawrence River…. We have abysmal and expensive cell coverage in this country….

    Still unsatisfied @TELUS . It's taken over a year to resolve a billing issue. I call, they credit. They reset my plan to cancel this issue. Still seeing "additional email". Support's key line: I understand your frustration. I've heard it so often, I know it's part of training.

    @Frid45 Half this stuff is not available to EU tho. Like how are they going to support Shaw, Rogers, Telus? Or Canadian Tire, Loblaws, etc?

    Who else got sucked in to get the Telus TV Mini? My experience has been horrible. Technology should be better but this has seriously digressed #Telus

    The 'priced in' narrative was always lazy. Telus has a leverage problem and fiber build costs that a dividend cut doesn't fix. The 17% spread vs BCE and Rogers is the market repricing fundamentals

    @EPCOR Why? Are you going to repair my telephone line now? Telus is already on it. I told them to send the bill to you. Your garbage trucks are constantly hitting lower telephone/cable lines in the alley when dumping carts. I see it all the time. I'm positive this isn't the first time

    @HotStoveD I just went through the same problem a few weeks ago. Phone agents were even less helpful and unwilling to retain my business. Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.
