How much did @telusmobility pull down last year that they pass along credit card fees now? Gsad telus, you stink

  • goldenmulletman Greg (@goldenmulletman) reported

You miserable piles of human garbage @TELUS you have terrible customer service, awful products, and now you're charging me to pay my bill. You're CEO made $19M last year. Pound sand!

  • alviepalvie Alva (@alviepalvie) reported

@TELUSsupport trying to make a change to my mobile account. Won’t allow me to do it on line and have been on hold for 1:30. This isn’t the kind of support I’ve had in past from Telus. As a loyal customer for 15+ years you need to do better.

  • denisewithers Denise Withers (@denisewithers) reported

Really? @TELUS gross profit last year was $8.345B, up 11.29% over last year - and they're adding a surcharge to my bill if I pay by credit card? When inflation's soaring? Where's the love for a 20+ year customer? #brutal

  • FrivYeti Misha Handman (@FrivYeti) reported

Well, @TELUS doesn't have a direct email so I guess this gets to be a public complaint. I just received a lovely little email from Telus informing me that they were arbitrarily applying a 1.5% fee, plus *tax*, to automated credit card payments for all accounts. (🧵1/X)

  • Nottheboss3 Nottheboss (@Nottheboss3) reported

@CanmoreRobb @TELUSsupport @CRTCeng I am going to ask to pay my bills with a check. Checks are free - stamps aren’t- would rather support Canada Post than give Telus another dime!

@MoistlySpeaking The Shaw deal was 1000Mbps down, 100Mbps up for the $80/mo deal on a 2-year. They were charging me $130/mo on a 2-year. I went with Lightspeed, no BS contract, $80/mo for 750/100. I also have TELUS which is $90/mo for 1000/1000.
