    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I then speak to Janal from "loyalty" who isn't a manager who literally tells me he cannot do anything for me... I need internet to do my gotdamn job and I needed it for Monday Aug 17...thr solution Janal gives me is a tech to come out randomly for a Wednesday Aug 20, are you mad?

    @araghougassian Yea because their data is ******* horrid, just use Telus or ur not gonna get 5G/LTE anywhere especially with Freedom

    @TELUS We all sitting eating out and 5g or 5g+ and shows no internet. Have to switch to lte. Wtf am I paying for that 5g doesn’t work.

    @mikeinthevalley @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was 9 1/2hrs on the phone over 2 days with Telus trying to get my mom’s stuff sorted after my dad passed away. Their customer service is the biggest freakin joke. They also missed multiple scheduled callbacks from customer service agents and “managers”. Never again is to soon!
