    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Its not even customer service thats outsoirced to india, 90% of their store employees are indian, and if you work for telus, and you call their internal support line, its also 100% indians.

    @TELUSsupport Nothing but trouble with Telus. Internet going out constantly for days. Getting technical support from a real human is impossible. Its stupid AI does not listen.

    @CalgaryDave Actually it was all the Indian Temporary Foreign Workers that popped up about 3 years ago at Rogers, Telus, etc, that were collecting all the phone number info and demographics, whenever they sold a phone or hooked up a new service. The company's only crime was stupidity to hire a bunch of foreigners. The same TFWs moonlighted making spam calls and fraud calls.

    @theecodiva @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus custumer service become a joke,after 3 calls with 3 different people to solve a problem regarding a order i placeed on line for 2 mobile lines witch for some reason was put on hold it still didn't get solved.Finally i just canceled my order.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You wanna pay low mobile rates, talk to the people in India, if not we have the Canadian Cusotmer Service line, but that cost $15 more a month. Your choice.

    Just got a call back. Pressed 1 three separate times to accept the callback and your automated service hung up on me to try again later. This is absolutely a joke at this point. Nothing works at Telus. I can’t cancel my services cleanly. Can’t get thru. Callback not working
