@telus recently my 87-year-old inlaw was scammed by the overseas people. $170 was her long-distance bill. I took it up with your support. Her billing since well forever hasn't changed. Only because of her long-term client you give a refund of $44 dollars!!!WTF VERYBAD FORM

On March 8th @TELUS @TELUSsupport charged my visa for a phone order (which was good) except that they then cancelled that order (which was bad). Today, two months later, they finally refunded me. After hours on the phone and in store. :-/

@TELUSsupport For the past few days, whenever I go to Netflix or prime from apps on TV, it starts to load and then goes back to app screen. My roommate already had the prime account but got Netflix through telus bundle. Not sure how to fix this issue, very frustrating. Thanks!

@jordanhgreen You will select the port my number when you are ordering the new Telus service online. The KOODO phone will remain active until you go online to activate the new sim card from TELUS :)

So frustrated! How many phone calls, hours of waiting, talking, does it take to get internet and TV installed at LTC for a lifelong @TELUS customer suffering with brain cancer and wanting the distraction of @YouTube and @Netflix. My poor poor friend!

@RogersHelps seems like we're having a lot of connection issues in North York. A lot of people in my son's classroom are having unstable internet errors and my work calls experience the same thing. I can only get around it by tethering via Telus

@TELUS @TELUSsupport @telusmobility 11 spam calls today. Can you not do anything on your network to stop these robotic dialers?
