    Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport Not having a call back option and making customers wait on hold for hours is the reason people leave . Instead of spending money on false ads touting your great customer service it may be better to invest in upgrading your customer support options.

    @iPhoneinCanada All these @TELUS Black Friday promos are only for NEW activations. Current people aren’t allowed to change to these promo plans. Penalize the people that have been long time customers. Shouldn’t be allowed. Customer is a customer.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus how do I contact a manager? This lack of customer service I’m receiving is unacceptable. I have been direct messaging regarding issues with my TV serv. since November 7 and nobody is responding. My next steps are to contact the CRTC asap @CRTCeng

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport - I just had the worst install experience I could imagine. I have a half-installed security system that doesn't work and your guy just left after pissing and moaning the entire time, telling me he "had to get to another job and good luck."

    @etherealexander In Canada we only have 3 phone companies, bell, rogers, and telus, all other companies you hear about are owned by them and exist to give the illusion of more choice. Koodo is owned by telus and tells sucks but so does rogers and bell.
