I see no point paying my @RogersBiz bill if I cannot have a service I am not getting or cannot have. I will go back to @Telus or elsewhere. Pet peeve. The BS lies of great service places offer. When it comes down to it. They cannot deliver. Lies it all be just to get your money.

Worst customer service @telus @TELUSsupport ordered a smartwatch through webstore, first they said they already shipped it and same evening got an email that they cancelled my order and now that same deal is not available. They literally ruined a gift. #worst #customerservice

@wljovan @BellMediaPR Yep me too. It’s sad when they did this. I bet no one would of realized this would of brought the company down on a level they could of never imagine. I heard their bell phone is now 3 when it use to be 1 between Rogers and Telus. Not 100% sure on that

@TELUS Hey, when is fiber getting installed in Thorncliffe? Pretty tired of my low quality internet service. Affects my tv as well as wifi. Also, your tech removed any possibility of switching providers by illegally cutting lines for Shaw. Fiber is needed asap. Hop to it.
