@CrankyClair @REDBLACKS @TELUS Hard to disagree but hoping you are wrong. Like MTL in 19’, Everyone is writing them off. Fear is if they are that bad MD goes & a new GM comes in cleans house incl. a good coaching staff and the cycle continues. If vets aren’t good enough, bite the bullet and go with rookies.

Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport - this is the FIFTH technician to come to my house to get the initial install that started April 8 done correctly - this tech is rude abrasive and tried to take his mask off upon entering. #Dobetter

@shandro @AB_MD_WarRoom so got an appt tomorrow for my 12 year old son to receive a vaccine. Need a Drs note... Can’t get a Dr appt til June in our northern Alberta community. Just had a Telus Babylon Dr appt and they can’t issue notes. Babylon Dr agrees this process is stupid!!

@Legion2026 @TELUS @TELUSsupport The technician left after I asked him to keep his mask on- and to tell me his name. He was aggressive and I didn't feel safe. But he did manage to make the problem worse before leaving so there is that.

@TELUSsupport I should have stayed with Shaw. Telus have another outage today in Surrey. It's ok I don't really need a service that I'm paying for. Been over a hour now and no internet.
