    @vancolour @steeletalk @TELUSsupport Telus Optik TV - as soon as we switched over to fibre - box set of super hero movies to own started showing up & multiple movies rented within seconds of each other & never watched - because we never bought or rented them! Hours on the phone to get charges reversed!

    @steeletalk @TELUS TD was great and reimbursed me with a couple weeks. I still don’t know how they got my info. They had my address too. Last week I had a fraudulent charge from a food delivery place I never used. Immediately canceled card! Always pay attention to bills and bank daily nowadays!

    @TELUSsupport how can I get support with business email. Since migrating email I can no longer access Google Docs or Drive as Telus is now managing my account. I can’t accept customer files anymore. Frustrating!

    The Telus Final Reply to the #CRTC case where they blocked phone calls to grandmothers dying of cancer is in. Telus wants the CRTC to think of, & portray Telus as the poor victim. Not that grandmother who died. Not any other people that had calls blocked. Only poor Telus matters
