@BenKlass @quaid_jennifer The other problem with this expedient decision is it ignores the fact that the number of TSPs competing in Canada will be reduced by one. Given Bell, Telus, & Rogers will control north of 99% of wireline FTTP and wireless 5G, Canadians need more competitive choices, not fewer.

@telus #telus 1 hour and 45 min!! And then they had to transfer me to Support group ensuring me it wouldn’t be a wait and 20 min later I’m waiting!! And there’s NOTHING I can do.

@cathy_fillion @TELUS I did have a brief glitch last night, but it came back quickly. When I’ve had issues like yours in the past a couple of times errors were reset remotely and that fixed things. The online chat actually works well(!) in my experience.
