I couldn’t be less happy with @TELUS - I booked internet for my new home 2 months ago and no one showed up - waited 3 hours on hold no solution. Had to drop call to go to work, looking forward to waiting 3 hours tmrw just to try again. Shaw anyone?

Been without cell service all day! Yeah so my contract is ending next month I foresee myself leaving @RogersHelps going back to Telus 🤔. Seriously this is outrageous.

Oddly telus was the only call that made it through. They offered 30gb of data and all the normal stuff for $65. After this horrible day of trying to call home its hard to say no. Can you do better? I dont know why I'm giving you a chance to make this up.

@Topsy55555 I had Telus and absolutely hated it... mostly because of their customer service, price-gouging and an extremely rude store manager at the Champlain Mall. So I went to Fido not knowing its network was run by Rogers. May have to move again.
