  @Bell_Support Mobile data (Telus 5G network). It is working now I am back in Ottawa, but would not work in Toronto on any channel.

  @TELUSsupport I can't stress enough how much BS I've had to deal with when it comes to @TELUS services. After rectifying my mobility issue (painfully), I'm now dealing with a home services bill where I was dbl charged, then spent 2.5 hours on the phone ironing it out (painfully)

  Why, when I call @Telus Customer Service wanting to cancel my internet service, does the phone ring unanswered for 3 minutes before I can’t stand it and hang up? They’re so available when you want to pay them for a service.
