    @TELUSsupport Ironic that a "how can we assist" reply doesn't reference anything I actually said. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.

    @Frid45 RBC and TD Bank have large investments in the USA. Their brand is everywhere down there. Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Can you really be this stupid?

    How often does everyone else get calls from Telus, or another phone provider? Weekly? I just don't answer anymore. I always told them, don't bother me unless you can give me the same thing I have for less $ or a better plan for the same $. And no, I don't want a new damn phone

    @genymoneyca Have had zero issues with Public Mobile so far with my teens phone. Was looking forward to using my @WealthSimple discount on my contract renewal with Telus in January, I might have to consider Public as well.

    @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.
