Same thing goes with Telus and Koodo. Koodo is Telus' flanker brand. My guess is that you've probably switched to a BYOD plan by switching to Virgin from Bell. This is how much I pay, on a BYOD plan. I told her to do nothing on my account and today I got a $255 charge that I didn't authorize. I don't want to renew my contract.
