I have to work from home and @ShawInfo won’t fix my wifi. @TELUS how long will it take you to hook it up?

  • IanSeggie Ian Seggie 🅙 (@IanSeggie) reported

@LaLaVirtanen18 Shaw sucks. TELUS is being installed on Wednesday. Took 4.5 hours to speak to a human. Missed both hockey games.

@TELUS **** no. No money to you. Ask your MP to demand more from these profiteers and instead nationalize out telecom MSI companies like Telus don’t ignore rural communities.

@BrowntoBure My dilemma is I’ve got Bell Satelite tv. It’s amazing I’ll never give it up. Then I’ve Shaw internet. It’s horrible. But I hear Telus has it’s own issues so for me it’s do I stay with Shaw or gamble and her Telus internet.

@KristinAnneH I had the same experience, but with Rogers. I recently cancelled my service and moved to Telus and got a slew of calls from Rogers offering changes to my plan that weren't available when I was a customer without asking *why* I left in the first place. Ugh!

  • IanSeggie Ian Seggie 🅙 (@IanSeggie) reported

@im_andrewtodd @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Wicked, sorry to hear that. I will say Telus provides a more stable service. I'm going down a few notches in speed and other services just because you can RELY on them. Shaw is like that hemorrhoid that won't go away. I've had enough.

  • Qman604 Qman (@Qman604) reported

@BrowntoBure not that much difference. if you like movies .. shaw bluesky is one voice command search (ie "jaws") ... picks out free-on-demand ones first (telus search is terrible for this) if you watch live tv ... telus cool feature is you can restart most programs from start

@drewfurn @cairns001 @TELUS We are supposed to be shills for a big telecom company, get lost Telus. Go on their FB page and see how they treat their customers.

@TELUS This is to let you know that your Customer Service Representative was so Rude. Glad that I made a switched back to another provider.
