@TELUS any tips on how an existing customer can get your agents to stop calling me? I’m getting 5-6 calls a week trying to sell me additional devices and services. I’ve asked politely to be off the call list numerous times but it doesn’t seem to work.

Just sitting here, trying to enjoy the birds & bees. Meanwhile @TELUS creating fumes & noise pollution for 8th week in a row. Not overly enjoyable summer while they install fiber optics. No end in site.We’ve have worst internet connection for years due to rotten copper lines...

@ABBestphotos @TELUS I think you’re lucky. We have terrible service from Telus. Got rid of internet because it uses a “hub” connected to cell towers. Cell service is abysmal. (@TELUSsupport says looking in to it now) Copper land lines not maintained, cables even above laid ground in a field verge! 🤯

500 a week, plus commission. In fact, I was told that I would be placed in a store close by to where I live so I wouldn't have to worry about travel. But that was all a lie and I was forced into door to door stuff. So yeah, **** telus lmao.

@koodo Your customer service has become nothing more than a deterrent. You have been steadily increasing rate plans, and now I have to deal with terrible Koodo assist only to wait an hour and a half for a call back? I am advising all friends and family to dump all Telus brands

@nilikm Now is the time to read the fine print on the private services Telus and other companies offer. They promise a doctor in Canada (not Ontario). They offer limited services. We will be spending more to treat colds leaving less for the complex care they won't cover.

@swats24 It's frustrating but I don't know if a switch will help. I had issues with Telus before so I just grin and bear it. Ridiculous, considering the amount we pay for internet services.

@TELUSsupport @koodo I got callback from Koodo that I want to cancel my account but didn't get the confirmation email then a call from Telus but I didn't say hello first then finally agent said something then hanged up. Next then my LTE services for all 3 numbers can't work!

@ADT hey ADT just an alert there is a guy walking around my neighborhood wearing a Telus Polo & ball so saying he works for you & asking if they can put a sign in our yard for a free camera. Think he’s fake as he skipped the next 5 houses when I pointed out my neighbours cameras
