    @TELUS @TELUSsupport can I get someone to help me out? Set up an account for 7 cell phones, been a nightmare so far. 20+ hours on the phone, missing 1 order, have 4 extra phone numbers on my bill and my bills are all more expensive than I was promised. No one helps…

    @MyBillsAreHigh @TELUS @TELUSBusiness I agree they service has gone down hill huge. I mean I did get a call almost an hour after publicly complaining about it and got everything resolved; I’m sure just a coincidence but still.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am trying to add a new line to my plan. Going in circles with for days with support. Chat tells me it can't schedule callback. Call centre drops cals and, I get a text saying I will be prioritized next time I call. Then I am in massive wait times again.

    @BenKlass @CANADALAND The end result is that Bell and Telus decided to build cellular in MB to compete against telco incumbent MTS. This is what drove prices down because Bell/Telus were out o hurt MTS by lowering prices to gain market share (they started with 0%). MTS has always been the incumbent.

    @TELUSsupport Yes i am still having trouble. Did Telus make it so you cannot access telus+ outside of the country?
