My daughter was on Freedom last year, but had poor reception at her school, and in other places she frequents (she's a rep hockey player, lots of arenas), where Telus has been great. It's a bit more money ($37/mth) tho

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend TELUS based on the service I’ve received.

Marv Brown (@grizbro) reportedTelus responded. I got a call from a tech within 2 hours. He has set up an appt with a service person to come tomorrow morning. He says my modem is a couple Generations old. Fingers crossed this fixes the problem. Thank you Joe from Telus Power of internet.

If you're currently off your home Wi-Fi (on mobile data or another network), those live channels automatically hide in the app lineup. Due to content provider broadcast restrictions, live NFL Sunday Ticket channels (1501-1516) on the TELUS TV+ app are strictly locked to your TELUS Home Internet connection.

Bobster Claws (@bob_claws) reported@OILanatude @Rogers @telusmobility Yessssss! Mysteriously my Roger’s bill jumped $5 a few months ago and has stayed there for that time. Telus used to do this too. It’s so shady and more people need to call them out on it. It never happened with Shaw. 👀
