@Rhiannon_Kirton @TELUS Wow, Western can't lay off treating you like crap even at the very end of your enrollment, they're basically kicking you as you're going out the door.

Well.. figured out why I can't seem to get any email support from @TELUS Why disable email support?! Not everyone had an hour to be on hold!! Also the Twitter support is just, we'll call you?! Why can't anyone just answer a simple question?!

  • Stew16art john douglas stewart (@Stew16art) reported

@wdbowkett @TELUS @CityOfVictoria I hope that Stephen Andrew realizes how much is riding on this vote. If he votes in favour of the Telus project and Isitt votes against, it will be hard to support him in his bid for mayor. The good news is the vote will expose the real face of Marianne Alto for all to see.

  • jayeyecue This is Not My Alberta (@jayeyecue) reported

What is with @ShawInfo ? From August to December my monthly bill is up $26 for the same level of service? Maybe should be looking closer at those Telus flyers. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing.

  • HushtonBlock Hushton Block (@HushtonBlock) reported

@RobSomerville1 @TELUS It all depends on the how and where the antenna gets placed... Trick is to have service provider more troubled by the poor service you receive than you are...then they can start owning the problem.

  • slightlycaustic Rachel (@slightlycaustic) reported

@Ell_Chris @lizzyinyyc @TELUSsupport They will not. Telus is the worst company to deal with.

  • mhoskins76 Htweelz 🇨🇦 (@mhoskins76) reported

@boatdocksmith I was with Vivint and switched to Telus. Pretty much the same equipment, however the customer service is much better. Also price is lower with Telus.

@Rogers why it is called MOVE IN service when you need to change and have NEW EQUIPMENT, NEW PLAN And NEW SERVICE. It should be more like new activation!!!!!!! Do you also do the same thing with customers who like to use MOVE IN Service? @Bell @TELUS #rogers #CustomerService
