Here I am again - FOURTH Sunday in a row, wasting time dealing with the robots at @Telus. They are blaming my BANK for the three Telus withdrawals this month. They want to call me to “discuss the issue”. **** OFF. JUST FIX THE ISSUE.

@TELUS I have had nothing but terrible customer service the last few weeks. Your agents were rude and unhelpful. I have a problem with my bill and the best Ive gotten is, “I’m not taking your word for it. You should have done more if that was true.” I am switching companies today

@heythatsdan I’ve tried the eSIM card and it was less than stellar (rough connections, data slow). On Telus now and have $9/day roaming

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus told me the line I activated on Black Friday was a fraud and they refused to port number over. so I went ahead and canceled all 5 lines + 1 new line + home services for $750/month. 8 years of service and get treated like this.
