@TELUSsupport the fourth rescheduled appt all because we are outside?Ur working hours. We called ever time, told that we could do it they a “note”on the file and every time no show and no internet or tv for us. Looking after the customer 🤥🤔🙄😮 are you @TELUS ?

@telus I've got internet + mobile with you but now I'm over $100 in data charges because I've been waiting for a tech since DEC 1 to set up/fix my home internet. Missed appts, no callbacks, and I'm using my mobile data to work from home. How are you gonna make this right?

@mebuell But Bell and Telus pricing things $1 cheaper than the customer building it themselves is killing rural/remote Internet. Competition is a farce and somebody needs to step in.
