@JonFraserTF @TELUS Yes, you have to book an appointment to cancel. Every option imaginable to manage your account online except cancelling. I switched to Virgin, no complaints. Koodo is owned by Telus. Star Link is going to provide phone service eventually.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS It’s the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Worst then a cavity dental appointment! Two things I only ever do online, buy a vehicle and update my phone plan. Buy your phone outright and pay $65 for phone and internet!

$AMPG up 20% while the market sells off. Every TELUS Open RAN site features AMPG antennas. 5 radios per sector. 2 FDD mid-band radios from AmpliTech per site. Real deployed revenue, not LOIs. Then this week Amazon and Nvidia appeared on the customer wall for the first time. Then the CEO started posting about milestones and hinting at contracts coming soon. $130M market cap. Zero debt. 48% margins. $140M in LOIs. Amazon. Nvidia. IBM. NASA. Lockheed. Boeing. US Air Force. The market is just starting to understand what this company actually is, that’s all this is. Like I said, when I found it, fair value $9-10.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Ever since their customer service switched to 100% AI it’s useless; going to switch soon too

$AMPG I honestly still can't wrap my head around how the market is completely missing what’s happening with this stock right now. We are talking about a company trading under a $200M market cap, yet they casually have NVIDIA, Amazon, NASA, and Lockheed Martin as customers, while quietly sitting on a potential $300M+ Open RAN pipeline with TELUS. With $50M revenue guided for 2026, monster 45-50% gross margins, and profitability just around the corner, this is hands down the most severely mispriced tech stock on my radar

@JonFraserTF @TELUS @TELUSBusiness has charged me $220 to break my contract after 7 years and still haven’t cancelled my service or the fees. I haven’t been in my business space since April. I’m certainly going to reconsider my other business contract with them

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Only reason I switched Telus is because of the service..used to call in Nd issues or questions were dealt with immediately. Over the last few years it seems they just took the Bell / Rogers playbook. Foreign customer support. If pay more for good service

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Rogers is the worst Victor Dodig is the new CEO interesting to see if he can turn this company around as CIBC did very well under his leadership

@JonFraserTF @TELUS They are all terrible. Bell, Rogers (blech)...now you are telling us Telus. Videotron in QC is ok, not the best deals, but business line service is decent.

Update: 1H16M IN and we got a $15 / month discount for a service which is LITERALLY CUT IN HALF (Telus Internet 150 plan (40 up), I now get 74mpbs down and 20 up. #telus should commit to their infrastructure and upkeep copper service where fiber is not available.
