@Shawhelp Re-booted 4 times. Was on with Tech-support chat. Went through the whole process. Disconnected only to have a new guy want to start over. Still not working. Off for 10 days holidays. When we return, switching to Telus.

This company called @TELUS is tearing up our entire neighborhood, for a service I wont even use. #YYC
