    @TELUS Damn, so y’all really going out of your way to boost your CEOs bonus eh? Freeing up money here, charging Canadians 2.5% more on some of the worst cell phone service rates in the entire globe when there is record high inflation and a recession. You are literally the worst.

    @katrinazen @TELUS @TELUSsupport Why would I switch when the service is more reliable than the other companies? I just want the pricing for plans they have listed on their website. I’m sick of the ****** loyalty plans they keep offering to keep me as a customer.

    @paigesellis I fired telus because they wanted me to pay their share of credit card transaction fees, so they cut my service early lol. Proving I made the correct choice in firing them

    @cmcalgary if you think they have not been passing those fees to the customer already, you're wrong. They just were not called out. The better way is to **** on Telus and others who are basically double-dipping by NOW passing them to the customer. You know nobody is cutting their revenue

    .@TELUS advising no landline service in some North Island communities incl #OceanFalls #Holberg & #Oweekeno. No ETA for service restoration. Life-threatening emerg? Dial 911 in case service restored. No service? Head to nearest ER/doc or police/fire dept if able. @EmergencyInfoBC

    I don't know who's worse @telus for not informing clients of charges to their CC, or @CIBC transferring me over incorrectly 5 times, disconnecting a call and then additional transfers. In a nut shell please improve your customer service before I go onto choosing violence

    @PeelPolice Goodluck First Responders cos i got new Telus within a week device got bad, (which is OK cos devices can be) but best part is the response from @TELUS which is "return device we will take a look and will send new one and this process can take 5 to 7 business days if in stock".

    @TELUS No luck with customer support. My contract ends next week, if I renew will I be charged the new credit card processing fee? It may inform my decision to remain a @TELUS customer if other providers are not doing so. Thanks.

    @TELUS Funded by my sky-high mobility bills. Telus aught to share the tax write off with customers instead of gouging them for paying with credit. Get in your lane and invest in re-erecting the reception tower taken down near my house so I can get cell service when I leave my home.

    @TELUSsupport why am i still getting a bill for services that were put on hold 2 months ago after my house burned down? Even last month billing said the issue had been resolved. Get your house in order. Don't see coming back to telus when we're back in the house.
