  @ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

  @Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

  @peternowak WOW. And I thought it was bad, years ago, when the Telus tech support robot stayed on script for asking a home consumer q's when he's talking to a business with a server room.

  @Malor77 @DanMazierMP Telus and Health Canada, both answered all the questions and the CEO of PrescribeIT didn’t have the information on hand but will hand in all the documents and information. The PBO was on a 6 month contract and his term ended. Trudeau was never a drama teacher.

  A fibre cut has left Telus customers in several northern B.C. communities without internet, TV, home phone, and wireless services. The outage, affecting areas such as Masset and Prince Rupert, is due to vandalism, according to Telus. The company has not yet provided an estimated time of repair.
