MindDrift Daily (@minddriftdaily) reported15/ So where do we land? @EconCA and I actually agree more than we disagree. The GOOD: β 5G infrastructure is world-class and genuinely transforming industry β Prices have dropped significantly since 2020 β Tech pivots (Bell's Ateko, TELUS Health) show real innovation intent The BAD: β Still an oligopoly with too much pricing power β Debt-laden companies cutting jobs, not creating them β Rural and Indigenous connectivity gap is a national shame β CRTC regulation is too slow and too cautious #CanadaTelecom #Tech #Economy

Sadiabc (@74Sadiabc) reported@TELUS took almost 3 phone calls since my Dad passed away in August 2025 to get through to a Telus Customer Service rep who could actually help. You should give Carl a RAISE! The rest of your agents are useless. Train them better

Vancity (@Justconstantwon) reported@TELUSsupport My smart wifi hub that was sent out to replace my existing modem after I've upgraded to the gigabit service was sent using incomplete address information and Fedex is saying only Telus can change it. Quite disappointed in the Home internet upgrade process.
