    @TELUSsupport wish we had more alternative solutions for internet companies. Telus internet sucks ***, I’m sick and tired of having to reboot modem. We do everything they ask, good for a week and starts having ****** connection. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    It would be like Rogers or Telus telling you that you have 5GB of data on your mobile phone plan this month, but that if you use only 4.5GB then your maximum next month is 4.5GB. There’s no way to increase it again once it goes down.

    @TELUSsupport 1/2 Both even tho they have 2 separate account owners. I’ve tried everything recommended to fix the wifi connection for all my devices (3). Modem lights are both green and my Telus wifi app says everything is connected, enabled, not paused or disconnected etc. My iPhone 11 keeps

    @EliseVelaz9 There was the “tired of paying telus hundreds” and “larger faster train travel network” and “ could afford a house” and “ 70c for a loaf of bread” thats been a huge perk. But the not fear of dying in traffic: huge.

    Literally changing providers for my personal line and home account because Telus business has the worst ******* customer service on the planet
