    If @TELUS closes or makes retail sales difficult at the dealership level, their entire company is going to fall apart. Their corporate stores are awful. If they lose their dealers, this company is dead in the water. They're pressuring them right now. #Short. #Telus

    @TELUS what happened to your call-back option? Does that not count for *611 callers? I've been on hold for over an hour [the estimated wait time] and now I'm stuck with the dilemma of "stay on forever" or "hang up right before your turn."
