@TELUS let's make the future friendly by charging our clients more even though they already have a contract after you just announced a 21% rise in profits! You sound so friendly! I'd drop you in a heartbeat. I will never use you

@SmartCellWI Pre-ordered this phone last week and haven’t received any updates. What is the point of preordering if you have no timeframes to give your customer? Very disappointing @TELUSsupport @TELUS

@GailVazOxlade @TELUSsupport Telus Support is the worst example I've experienced about seeing the delivery of truly poor customer service. They stood me up two onsite appointments last week and now are taking away my home phone of 31 years saying they don't support copper anymore. I'm not using their Optic

@CTVVancouver Every business accepting credit cards is charged by their bank percentage of the transaction. Telus is recovering this fee. Why is this an issue?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we are not under contract. Have been with you for over 25 years. You are going to lose us over this credit Baer payment fee. Care to do something about it or we walk. Never even had a late payment in a quarter century. We pay with our card for the points.

Okay super uncomfortable with @TELUS spending people around our condo building talking about their promotional event yesterday. If I was interested I would have stopped by yesterday, since I didn't, I clearly don't need your service. 😳

@TELUSsupport @TELUS you automated your customer support into "self-serve" and "Neighbourhood Knowledge Base", and now you have the audacity to charge a payment processing fee just because you can? you were able to absorb it in the past, why not continue? Sounds like greed IMO

@DividendCovered I’m still a hold on Telus. Not that it’s a bad investment. Just think the market can drag that price down a little more. The banks however….

@yorkie_daisy @CTVVancouver Because as a consumer you are processing 1 bill a month which Telus should consider to subsidize on the consumers behalf. It only promotes a better client relationship and therefore loyalty to there company. This stinks of another cash grab into an already inflated economy. Fail
