    @lllaurenA @TELUSsupport If you’re getting prime through telus, shouldn’t need to sign up for a free trial, but to access your prime go to Ch. 424. To login via prime on your iPad or phone or tv app, you’ll need to use “login with a cable provider option” Then use your telus account info to login.

    @DreifusMontauc You could at least get a quote from TELUS, to have on hand next time you have the tech come out, and explain "Hey, fix it, or I'm swapping, and here's the quote. I mean business." Why yes, I am vindictive like that.

    @TELUS my wife needs to get ahold of your customer service urgently, and has waited on hold for 1 hour + a few times, and hasn’t gotten through to anyone. Help her! This is the most ridiculous reason to lose a client (which is the next step).

    @TELUS I have been trying to get a hold of someone in your sales team by multiple emails and phone for the past 5 days for a time sensitive PS suite EMR matter and no one responded yet !! This is truly a terrible service 👎

    I'm dropping @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I've had nothing but bad service and bad customer service lately. They increase prices without notice or agreement.
