-
Robert Occhiuto CPA CA (@RobertOcchiuto) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus went downhill. They donβt want business. Their rates are not competitive with Bell. Customer service all overseas. I stopped supporting companies that donβt hire Canadians.
-
VernThurston (@VernThurston) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Yes, you have to book an appointment to cancel. Every option imaginable to manage your account online except cancelling. I switched to Virgin, no complaints. Koodo is owned by Telus. Star Link is going to provide phone service eventually.
-
Spaced Alien (@VedderFreddy) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I ditched them over 20 years ago and told them I would never go back.
-
ShredderCowboy (@PaulB527811000) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Interesting I was with Bell up until 7 years ago when Telus offered better service and lower costs and then slowly went down hill in customer service and my bills are always wrong.
-
Ben Leonard (@dailygallows) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Had the same issue with Rogers last month. It ended with me uttering the words βIβve been a customer for 13 years and donβt want to leave, do you not see how insane this is?β
-
Frankie (@HRH_Frankie) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Jon, try Public Mobile a division within Telus. Way cheaper than big 3 for same service
-
Leigh Clarkeππ (@LeighCl68689106) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Itβs the worst experience Iβve ever encountered. Worst then a cavity dental appointment! Two things I only ever do online, buy a vehicle and update my phone plan. Buy your phone outright and pay $65 for phone and internet!

PsudoMike π¨π¦ (@PsudoMike) reportedCRTC fee ban is live. No more $80 activation fees from Bell, Rogers, or Telus. Canadians paid those fees for years because there was nowhere better to go. Three carriers. Same infrastructure. Prices in lockstep. Killing the fee is fair. The oligopoly is the actual problem.

Chauncey Beggs (@chaunceybeggs) reported@AgeNuclear @KeldonB Agreed. Telus never misses an opportunity to charge more fees, especially hidden ones.
