@ShawInfo there is something seriously wrong with your customer service reps. Everytime I go on to chat it takes 5+min to respond to each line of text. Just to get past the authorization took over 25 min. Maybe @telus can do better.

@pewpewpew Call @TELUS customer care at 1-866-558-2273 if this doesn’t work, I can dm you another # We’ve been with #Telus for almost 19 years. We’ve had issues throughout the years & they have fixed every concern that we have had. DM them first, they should honour what you signed up for.

@NWOntDoctor Yep. One example would be that Telus bought Medisys. Also, there are groups that are actively reattaching “orphan” patients. So you go to the virtual service and then they attach you when availability opens up. So many models!!
