@TELUSsupport Bell is down as well so this is not only a Telus problem. Customers have a right to be concerned for something that is integral to today's world. It's not like Shaw going down. We don't use Shaw when we call for a tow truck or run to the non-existent pay phone for an emergency.

  • MobiFraser Mobilicity Fraser (@MobiFraser) reported

@MacIntoshEddie @set921 @TELUSsupport Just Telus mobility is not working. Home services are fine.

  • kylefossett Kyle Fossett (@kylefossett) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport just saw a news website stating system issues in BC and Alberts.

  • GrampaD2 Grampa D (@GrampaD2) reported

@BuppiChow @TELUSsupport Koodo is owned and operated by Telus, using same towers and facilities, ergo Telus Issues become Koodo issues. It's annoying but there we are.

  • uselessappever earl (@uselessappever) reported

@Bell_Support any outages at the moment in the western (AB/BC) area? Telus has posted they have outage but no statement from Bell yet
