@TELUS - I’m sorry, but I’ve just had to hang up on one of your guys twice after he kept calling me by the wrong name, even after I corrected him.

@TheMomoftheHour @ELewarne But I heard Telus has similar problems. It's a real problem if you work from home. I guess we are stuck until the contract expires. We will reevaluate in August.

  • jamthefed Joe Martin (@jamthefed) reported

@eissyrc Maybe check out koodo. They are Telus value company so still on their network. They are usually cheaper than the parent company.

@KingSerpentico As a Canadian, the message behind this is good, but you should know that Bell is a -horrible- company that is holding Canadians hostage with the other two monsters known as Telus and Rogers. We pay INSANE prices in telecomms because of the monopoly.

  • HardBackStrider Michael (@HardBackStrider) reported

Before going to crtc I do want to give Telus the opportunity to comment or correct this issue.

  • RobertBobPhippe Robert (Bob) Phippen (@RobertBobPhippe) reported

@HearnDavid Keep records of the conversations David, I'm in Baja for the winter and had issues with them in my 1st year as my new provider. They did credit me for the billing and finally put my phone on a vacation stop until I notify them I want it reactivated. Telus was even worse.

  • FernwoodPDChief Chief C. Robinson (@FernwoodPDChief) reported

@TELUS @langernutrition You should replace her, she's a horrible person

I'm sick of getting nightly spam calls from @TELUS I decided to call them back and get off their "list" and their phone system just about broke me. So so bad.
