    Terrible customer experience (scam!) with @Fidomobile ! Is @TELUS or @Videotron looking for a new customer?

  • johnmolloy86 John Molloy (@johnmolloy86) reported

    @Bell_Aliant oh by the way I’m sending these tweets using my Telus cell phone and Telus data because your janky service has left me here with no other options. I can not stress how disappointed I am.

  • SlidThrone Jack (@SlidThrone) reported

    @DROHUNG @RavenSoftware @TELUS Bruh I didnt even know telus offered 1gig up and down. I have a telus plan and I ******* hate them... $100 a month for 90mbps up and down

  • free2choose80 JF Bérubé (@free2choose80) reported

    @RJG989 @Mark_Goldberg @TELUS It is usually rather the opposite. When you subscribe to a service prices generally go up over the years.

  • BrianLaboss Lefty🧡 (@BrianLaboss) reported

    @AlleyDalley @koodo I was having the same issue on Telus and switching to LTE fixed it.

  • twiterchitchat S D (@twiterchitchat) reported

    @TELUS if I can find a worst word than robbery…it is disgusting that Telus would charge same rate for $130 residential (1000mbs internet )(monitor/cameras)(phone) , and $130 business(100mbs internet)(monitor,NO cameras)(basic phone) what a joke it’s a ripoff

  • AFult28 Andrea (@AFult28) reported

    @TELUSsupport We have tried, a tech even split our wifi in two and it’s still not working correctly. This is very disappointing as we’ve been Telus customers for years and just re-signed a two year contract.

  • JunsTako Tako (@JunsTako) reported

    @syraphic I'm still with a normal telus internet. I seem to stream and run games fine. Downloading is a horrid story but optic fiber if you can pay for it is a banger tina

  • StevieC19340592 Stevie Cook (@StevieC19340592) reported

    @therealluxe_ Last time I was in Newfoundland the only Internet service provider was Telus...take it or leave it. Tax payers fund the newly built Networks...then #TrudeauCorruption allows the Big 3 to rob us in return.

  • AlbertaPAH Alberta Political Accountability Hub (APAH) (@AlbertaPAH) reported

    It's also not just poor quality, but high costs - in large part thanks to telecom companies divvying up the province and refusing to compete with one another in rural areas. For example, if you want internet in Camrose, your choice is Telus, or a company leasing Telus' lines.
