    If @TELUS/@TELUSSupport does not fix the tape, I will contact the RCMP and request a mischief charge be filed against the tech who did it.

    But that's fine. Since @TELUS/@TELUSSupport don't want to cooperate and simply MOVE their vehicle forward SO I CAN GET OUT AND TO MY APPOINTMENT, I will call @ICBC to file a complaint on their driver, as well as call a TOWING COMPANY to have their driver's truck towed away.

    @kirst_alyssa Are you keeping your existing phone number to bring to your new provider? If so, don’t cancel it, as porting it out needs active service, and porting it will automatically cancel it with Telus. Saving you a trip.

    @kelly_ques After one day at Telus company. They were supposed to give e training and the guy who was placed as trainer was under qualified and clueless to every damn question I asked.

    @kirst_alyssa @TELUS @JustinTrudeau promised to lower cellphone bills back in 2019 - I’m still waiting. Never happened, not going to happen.

    @Shawhelp Extremely disappointing. No Internet for 3 days because of outage. Customer service cooly tells to cancel service if that's what we want. Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.

    @TELUSsupport very frustrating dealing with Telus ! Always over an hour wait and the call back never calls you back! How is this possible for a phone company to not answer the phone….

    @B_I_G___D @kirst_alyssa @TELUS You get more than 2 GB but it slows to a crawl. On the plus side you’ll never get overage charges and texts/calls still work fine.

    @TELUS is the worse no cap. Been a customer for years. Go to upgrade my phone they say I can’t. And they don’t know when I can. I said “so if I were to break my phone I can’t come in Telus to buy a new one” they said no not from us…….

    @kirst_alyssa @TELUS Surprised you had this issue, I had it the exact opposite with Shaw not giving me anytging and got a great deal from Telus. End if the day there is no loyalty take the best deal.
