    @Navin_K_Arora @TELUS Hi Navin. Koodo doesn’t stand or support it’s customers. I ordered an iphone 12 with Koodo but 3 weeks later, am still without a phone. UPS lost the package but blames penguin pickup. Koodo has refused to help me. Is this how koodo treats its customers??

    @TELUSsupport Same error msg. Sorry also got my subsidiaries messed up. Website via laptop links to Koodo but you get the gist of my point. That a previous Telus customer has go thru the hassle of switching providers to Koodo despite being in the same family.

    @elonmusk @crheller @SpaceX I'm in rural interior of BC. Okanagan area. We qualify for Starlink. Currently using Telus Smarthub. It sucks. Someone talk me into switching. Cost is a holdup.

    Had work done in house. All #Telus gear was unplugged. Plugged in again&nothing works. Spent 97 minutes on hold listening to how wonderful they are. Tech on phone couldn't resolve. #Telus, you charge like thieves, your customer support sucks.
