    @telus 4phone calls, 2telus agent. 5hrs hold time. No resolution. Very disappointed of this experience today!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've had the worst customer service experience in the last couple of days. Imagine calling your call centre to patronize @TELUS with my hard earned money and be treated like ****..

    @TELUSsupport @hellofisher wait. is this telus stating that a hold time of 4 hours can happen "anytime" ?? because i'm at 49 minutes right now, so i'll just hang up and take the fido offer when they call back

    I was told it was "******" of me to not call her JUST BECAUSE she's a loyal Telus customer. Well, sorry to say, but I'm not the CEO of Telus. I'm a working class citizien and I only have so much power. Just out of both the hospital for surgeries, and the mental ward. So sad.

    For 🇨🇦, I just did A BIG THING. I left Bell Mobility after >20 yrs, went to Telus. Black Friday deals great at both, I compared. Telus has a better, cheaper 🇨🇦🇺🇸 plan. Excellent sales rep, sold me. Best customer service I've had in years, w/follow-ups, no pressure.

    @Telus I’ve been a customer for over 13 years. I’m so disappointed in how I’ve been treated today. I was able to do the exact thing with @virginmobile in 5 minutes. I’m at 3+ hours with Telus.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m trying to buy three phones right now two upgrades and one new line. I’ve called earlier today it got dropped. Went into a Telus store but the system went down. I’m calling again now wait time was 30 mins I’m at an hour now. What’s going on here…
