    @mattmcqueen Yeah they're bad, so is Bell. Telus has wonderful customer service if you feel like switching again haha. Not sure where you were before.

  • oh_shart Vincent Roth (@oh_shart) reported

    @goldenmulletman @Partunia And here I thought it was the typical dogshit @telus network in Red Deer keeping me out.

  • btonita Bill Tonita (@btonita) reported

    @TELUS. Hey Telus. Many people in Aspen Trails/Emerald Hills areas of Sherwood Park tell me about the terrible cell coverage in the area. In a community of 100,000 how is this even possible? #strathco #shpk

  • CrystalAllary_ Crystal🍂 (@CrystalAllary_) reported

    @TELUS would be super awesome if your company could add more towers around the Peachland/West Kelowna area. Probably the most annoying thing in the world to never have service at my own home that isn’t rural! Pay $100+ a month for this horrible quality. Stupid. Will be switching.

  • AbdutheMenace Abdul (@AbdutheMenace) reported

    @ms_oliviiakaay @sabrinay_342 Telus is garbage.

  • shipwrek1 shipwrek 🇨🇦 (he/him) (@shipwrek1) reported

    @Altavistagoogle It doesn't but they gave me that box and pik tv and a bunch of other stuff for free. Telus does that all the time if you've been a customer long enough. Never used the pik service because the major networks are usually free here and really only good for news anyways.

  • deepend_tc deepend (@deepend_tc) reported

    @AlexTheGreatish @nicklmg @SnazzyQ Telus is great for the few areas that support Telus fibre.. but anywhere else Shaw does ok. Telus needs to just speed up the rollout lol

    @KkfromAB @Rogers I've been with Telus since early 90's. I have never had an issue yet.

  • AshfordMurray1 Ashford Murray (@AshfordMurray1) reported

    @Shawhelp @rwittstock Shaw has terrible customer service. I switched my internet and tv to Telus. Way better…

  • Sam_Alexandra23 Stephanie Alexandra (@Sam_Alexandra23) reported

    @bowmancanada Not only that, many can't even choose which rates they can afford - Telus tells customers - oh that's a Shaw building so you can't choose Telus!!! WTF! How is that competitiveness; how do seniors and single parents afford basic internet & not even have access affordable rate?
