@TELUS My cell under you guys needs reset three times a day to get connected to internet. My home service dies every three months and needs a repair. In the middle of a huge city with tons of towers for connection. Hate having chose you all most days.

How about Telus? Oh, no, seems they're only bothering with 128 GB, and no bonus of any sort. Okay then, what about Shaw? Of course, it'd buying the thing outright like the Google Store because service is non-existent in Manitoba, and damn, they're also only offering 128 GB.

@PaulDoroshenko @jillreports They do this sometimes with rates and I don’t think consumers recognize many times this voids contracts. Question what law would I quote to Telus or Rogers customer service.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS has this issue for 8ths! Told the matter has been escalated but tech team is stumped by the billing problem. Pay they say yet no bill shows in my account. I have no guarantee that payments will also not disappear into a black hole. Surely you can do better than this!

Call into @TELUS, wait on hold for 30 minutes, reach an agent, but they can’t help, so they transfer to another department, wait on hold for several more minutes, and then the system hangs up. FRUSTRATING and BROKEN SUPPORT! 🤬
