  The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.   Trying to move my Telus internet to a new apartment. Customer service quotes some absurd price. Mention I'm looking at their website and it says same service is $70/m for that location. "Thats for new customers". Telus charges more for being an existing customer?!?

  @BarbaraDoduk @jodyvance @TELUS When I cancelled my mom's service after she passed away, I packaged up the equipment and went to the post office. The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.

Ive had 5 come out & try the same thing 5 different times to fix internet until i lost my **** & the last dude finally went up the pole and found a split connection point 😡 after i bought a new modem & ran new line inside my house 🤬

  Am I stupid and naive for being annoyed at the nimbyism here Telus' data centre will be powered by 98% renewables (hydro) and use 90% less water than traditional data centres And how are we supposed to have sovereign cloud capacity if we don't have the data centres for it

  @jodyvance @TELUS I don't know what's going on at your place with Telus but I've got their Pure Fibre and Optic TV here in Marpole in an older building and I've got rock solid service. TV box is wired into the network and any wifi stuff works fine, maybe you have defective hardware or signal.

  @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport first of all the $25 is USD, and you can find plenty of very cheap cellphone plans in Canada. You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
