Jim McLellan (@jimmclellan23) reported@nogoodboyo_yvr @TELUS TELUS is so poorly run. They couldn’t organize how to get out of a paper bag without 4-6 “deep dives”. Trust me I spent 15 years there. So running a football club would never be sustainable

Beatsie1 (@Beatsie1) reported@Kapur_AK in Calgary we have Rogers or Telus. we used to have Shaw. we have NO competition now. the costs keep going up. the service is disgusting. before the Libs did this i had Shaw internet/TV & my cell with Rogers. Both were excellent then. now it's a horror story. Champagne.

SLXL-51 (@ScumLeague) reported@AmazingZoltan @RightHereEh Telus has NEVER given me a problem. I've stayed with them for years.
-
Janet S. (@Jes_561) reported@GG37374104 Wow really !? I still have my landline with Telus and have never had them ask me to give it up. People wonder why I keep it but I find it way better sound quality than any cell phone I’ve ever had.

seb (@SebsShoes) reported@Tablesalt13 Telus customer service: [English accent] "Hello, what you are wanting for help today?"
-
NoneOfYourBusiness (@RightHereEh) reported@AmazingZoltan I used to think it was Telus customer non-service but since I inherited Rogers non-service through the Shaw takeover, I would have to agree with you. Gonna be a lot of crying in call centres in India today.

Ichnos Maris (@ichnosmaris) reportedDealing with @premium is like dealing with Customer Service from @TELUS and @Bell - useless.
-
Christopher Wilson (@chrisw_ottawa) reported@Harryslaststand @marlene4719 Nope. Not any more than other public assets like Air Canada, CNR, Petro Canada, Telus, BC Rail, Hwy 407 in ON, the Canadian Wheat Board, etc. etc. The public gets higher prices & poorer service. But a handful get very wealthy.

-BL4CK0UT- (@WAC_Blackout) reported@anthony604 @TELUS @WhitecapsFC Because it boils down to having control of the stadium. The land value is too high to privately build anywhere that makes sense, sadly Canadas economy is ****, plus the taxes.

Pepperfly (@Pepperfly228975) reportedSo get this, Telus is using masking technology (AI) to hide the fact their Call Centre employees have accents coming from places such as India - so they are deceiving customers that they employee Canadians and are not - they are deceiving their entire customer base.
