@journo_dale A gate keeper is someone who charges you to enter or exit. To exit Loblaws with your groceries you have to pay the cashier. To use Telus's cell network you pay a monthly fee. These are the real gatekeepers. #cdnpoli

@Bell Don’t do it. I live in Vancouver and get 1 bar of service with Bell. They have no infrastructure compared to Telus.

Hey @TELUS. Little confusing how you are doing customer service at your market mall location. 2 customers. 3 visible reps. Only one willing to help. The others just kept referring to the QR code at the front of the store and sitting at their computers. Jerrit S was helpful.

As a Telus Mobile customer, having wifi in the tunnel is a huge plus. You can check bus connections for PoMo or Burquitlam Station without data (which can be spotty after leaving the tunnel).

@ConsumerSOS The inhabitants of Pretty River Valley, near Collingwood, Ontario, kneel before God of Elon because Bell, Rogers, Telus, & Xplornet can not provide cellular/internet service even close to what StarLink Satelite service provides. Yet 🇨🇦’s pay highest fees in world. Good travels!

@Rogers wow. New low in customer service. I had a simple question. Will you match an offer from @TELUS . All you had to say was NO. 2.5hrs, 2 agents, a lot of unnecessary time wasting & "we can get within $5"! OK? - Yes fine. THEN "OPPS! NO!" please add $17 to that. #epicfail

@CraveHelp @masconbytelus Why would Crave not list a service provider that sells your Crave+HBO service? When I signed up, I expected to have access to the vault of movies like I had in the past when I had @TELUS as a service provider but this isn't the case. Why not!? Please fix!
