@Bell_Aliant oh by the way I’m sending these tweets using my Telus cell phone and Telus data because your janky service has left me here with no other options. I can not stress how disappointed I am.

@RJG989 @Mark_Goldberg @TELUS It is usually rather the opposite. When you subscribe to a service prices generally go up over the years.

@TELUS if I can find a worst word than robbery…it is disgusting that Telus would charge same rate for $130 residential (1000mbs internet )(monitor/cameras)(phone) , and $130 business(100mbs internet)(monitor,NO cameras)(basic phone) what a joke it’s a ripoff

@TELUSsupport We have tried, a tech even split our wifi in two and it’s still not working correctly. This is very disappointing as we’ve been Telus customers for years and just re-signed a two year contract.

@therealluxe_ Last time I was in Newfoundland the only Internet service provider was Telus...take it or leave it. Tax payers fund the newly built Networks...then #TrudeauCorruption allows the Big 3 to rob us in return.

It's also not just poor quality, but high costs - in large part thanks to telecom companies divvying up the province and refusing to compete with one another in rural areas. For example, if you want internet in Camrose, your choice is Telus, or a company leasing Telus' lines.
