    @TELUSsupport Yes! It is very insufficient. Instagram struggles to load, google speaker stops playing music intermittently or can't answer, hardwired computer can't load home Depot webpage to look at lighting..... None of the issues are my devices. All of the issues are bad Telus service

    I really like TCM underground…usually later night on ch 462 telus provider….it’s older movies sometimes B movies from 50-60-70-80s u where told not to watch or got a bad review …fun

    @kirsten__alyssa It’s weird to hear all these terrible Telus experiences. Been with them for 10 years and they’re still offering me discounts and free stuff.

    @TELUSsupport Yes the issue is what your sales rep claimed when offering the service is not the service I am paying for..Backdoor sensor issues mostly but I am not a tech employed by Telus yet they want me to work through problems I pay your team to solve and pay for a service I am not getting

    @emd @TELUSsupport I’ve never seen ISP provided hardware preform well. Taking the Telus router out of my stack improved my latency by about a factor of ten.

    @TELUSsupport I have been a telus customer over 6 years, My rural internet service has been around 1mbs download, my plan is 25mbs. I have made multiple attempts to reach support to resolve my terrible service. Spending 6hrs on hold with zero solutions. Is #starlink my solution?
