    @TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

    @jodyvance @TELUS all these cable providers are rip offs..... wien your self off their garbage...or if u must call a competitor..they will give u half price off or so to change providers.....

    @UnkleHack69 The problem is that the Canadian market is extremely protectionist of Telus and Rogers. It's not even like telecommunications regulations are more strict in Canada and US telecoms just refuse to meet them because they're actually much more lenient than in the US.

    @Martyupnorth Telus did the same to me but without any notification. Just raised my bill and expected me to pay what they wanted. **** them. Doesn’t matter who you go with, Telus Rogers or any others. They are all terrible and overpriced.

    I don’t know why I continue to give Koodo/Telus money when I consistently have 1 bar of service on my neighbourhood. I’m told that’s normal, though 🙄.

    @ChicomVassalCan @VanIsleInvestor agreed but i would like for there to be more competition to drive prices down. telus rogers etc do **** while literally being a monopoly. total joke
