    @TELUSsupport Hello Telus Support, I thought my Telus Home Service is taken care but I just got to pay extra $10 and a couple of cent WHEN I OWE $.00! WHY? Your Bal and Candee at Telus Corp in Burnaby took care of it, NOW Telus claims I owe $10.and a few cents! I always pay one

    @TELUS Tried to get ahold of a Representative yesterday but the automated message said it was over an hour wait. Our fibre optik internet was down all day yesterday and I come home after a 12 hour shift and it’s still down. My wife works from home and our twins can’t watch TV..

    @MuskyBrown_ @AnthonyLacavera Yup..Shaw getting sold is bad for all Canadians, they were the only one keeping prices down! Rogers vs Telus will just mean price mark ups for all of us

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport: I have received nonstop fraud calls from a variety of local #’s that all start with the same first 3 digits of my phone number. Can’t block because just call back with slightly different #. Can you not find a way to block this garbage?!

    @TELUS why have I called to cancel 3 times but am still getting billed every month? Then I get kept on hold for 40+ mins everytime while trying to speak to someone about it. I didn’t even activate my services and I’m getting charged, bunch of crooks I swear

    @RGSportsPhysio Some folks may support TELUS and Shaw as health care business in Canada. I don’t. Maybe you do or don’t. But that is what I am talking about. Prior to launching its important to ask.

    @TELUS so if you want to change your PikTV channels you need to use there app. Try to use the app and it crashes. Yes I have the latest app and on android 12. Added and removed app still not working.

    Time to quit @ShawInfo and move back to @TELUS. Shaw has become a bit of a joke with its professional customer service they outsource to god knows what country.
