@TELUSsupport Considering with the situation in Iran escalating every day and the internet still being shut down, we would appreciate it if Telus would extend the waive fee for Iran. During this we were able to talk to our families all thanks to Telus please consider an extension. Thanks

@CBCAlerts I will order cheques and pay that way. Or take my bill and pay it at the bank. Wait. I dropped Telus when their customer service sucked. No problem until Shaw does this…or gets taken over by Rogers. Then…move to Mexico I guess. *sigh*

@UniMatrixZ0 @TELUS Yep. It’s a capitalist race at the moment - which of the local service providers connects me first wins the contract.

@DocMcConks @TELUS As they already account for this in their expenditures, it is passed on to the customer already. Now that it is a line item, will they take it out of the initial cost? Or are they now profiting from this?

Are there any carriers other than Telus that have the Call Control option? I'm so tired of spam calls that I'd switch carriers to get that feature! I'm on Android and have my "suspected spam" feature on, but the problem is that these calls come from spoofed legitimate numbers.

I'm really losing all my patience with telecommunications companies such as @TELUS I was charged a $50 reconnection fee when I went in to upgrade my phone. Was still on a plan and resigned a new contract but nooooo I have to give them $50 for the privilege to be their customer 🙄
