About 2 p.m., television screen went black, accompanied by messages (from Telus?) that said service would be restored soon. An eight-hour break is long enough to bear out the message was incorrect. Anyone else with similar complaint?

@micaelakimchi @TELUS Can’t win, no matter who is your provider. I’ve been battling shaw with billing issues for the past 4 years. Telus isn’t hooked up in my area so I’m STUCK with shaw.

@TELUSsupport I just got off the phone with one of your techs and he informed he couldn’t help me install my telus email in my new IMac desktop. I keep getting error messages with my telus account but it’s an Apple problem? How am I supposed to get my email then??
