    @DonPaulinNB @TELUS It'll never happen. The cost of installing new infrastructure far outweighs the money they would ever recoup unless the government is going to give them money to do it.

    @TELUSsupport Next question. What's going on with Telus's Norton Security being discontinued? Just got an email telling me I now need to buy Norton LifeLock - for an additional $10/month! Was that basic service not something that Telus included before?

    @TELUS @FriendlyFuture It would be better to celebrate if Telus actually gave a **** about the customers and their customers concerns. As a Telus customer I have tried calling, emailing, talking to them and their service department yet they haven’t done ****. So now I take to social media.

    @TELUSsupport tower has now been taken off the outage map as being fixed, but all Telus clients in this area are still having major issues! Our hub is still unusable &cell service spotty. Can you please advise what is happening? I tried that number &they have no info they said

    Went from internet 50 copper wire at my old building now we are with internet 75 FIBRE OPTIK wired and it’s hard wired to the TV AND TELUS BOX AND ALL IT DOES IS FREEZE AND IS SLOW WHEN I VIDEO MY FAM AND FRIENDS LIKE WTF @TELUSsupport @TELUS

    Have u tried lately to contact tech support from #Shaw? Good luck. U go through layers before Shaw putting you on hold for hour. All bragging from @Shawhelp r bogus. Don't believe. No wonder ppl moving to @Telus. I'm thinking too after 20+ yrs. Not worth my time. @calgaryheralds
