    @jabo_vancouver @TELUS I had picture but no sound. Had to reboot digital box to fix. Happened at the very start of the Cda-BHG game.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Only reason I switched Telus is because of the service..used to call in Nd issues or questions were dealt with immediately. Over the last few years it seems they just took the Bell / Rogers playbook. Foreign customer support. If pay more for good service

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Biggest regret going with them. Also Price Alarm sold to Telus and service what’s never been the same

    @PsudoMike Okay. Although I guess I'd say there is no longer an incentive to buy hardware from Telus. Telus's best customer retention pricing is still worse than BestBuy, let alone other places.

    @KerrGordon Not typically β€” SIM cards are separate from the device. The phone connects to the network via the SIM (or eSIM). Telus framing it as hardware doesn't change that it's a mandatory access fee.
