@envirosly @heidi12312345 Yup. I just switched. It is still Telus you know. So I'm on the same network as before. Had unlimited data but I only use 1 GB pm. So, I have new 5G phone with 10GB. $65 per month is $20 less. Plus, I got a $200 gift certificate from seller. Goes back to $60 after 2 years.📲🍻

Been on hold with Telus for 33 minutes so far. And my internet has cut out 26 times in that 33 minutes. But yesterday Telus told me they don’t believe me lol

It's unacceptable that a brand new phone (esp. an $1,800 one) would conk out after a couple of weeks & there's no support. TELUS and Samsung better get busy making this right for you, otherwise they will lose customers (me included).

@mirgray Both my wife and I have iPhone8’s...neither of us get updates from Koodo or Telus directly. We do tend to get them from the Weather Network app, but it always seems to be delayed compared to others around us who receive the notifications directly from their providers...

@heidi12312345 @Telus rates do not live up to Internet speed and their TV service is absolute crap. Pre recorded repeat showings at $75 month!
