Who could trust TELUS ever again, when they gave their customers' information to Trudeau & his zombie cabinet were paid for it and never got consent from customers! That is a breach of privacy and integrity. Telus has put themselves in a position to be sued.

No excuse for this crap company to put people on hold for an hour to speak to their billing for their mistake. EVERY TIME. Then they are before the CRTC to ask to charge customers to pay by credit card. Prediction: @Telus bankruptcy in 5 years. They are clueless.

@TELUS Anybody else feel your Device Care plan is just a way to rob your customers? I have this plan and @Asurion is unable to do anything via @mobileklinik ...3 days of the black screen and countless hours getting the worst service. My only option "offered" is to pay $400+ !!!!!

@merry123459 @Gray_Mackenzie The private interests must be putting extreme pressure on the governments(fed & prov) of Canada to let them help out. Some are likely amenable to this. Telus already owns clinics in BC. Big money wants for profit healthcare in Canada. Rogers could be your Drs boss.

@TELUSsupport I have been trying all day to get my account reactivated only to be bumped back in the Que for Telus assist. So please improve your service. Waiting over an hour when there is only 2 in front of you is ridiculous.

@RedToryFan @CBCToronto In BC, Telus is charging people thousands of dollars for a service that will allow them to access a family doctor, which more and more people don’t have. How, exactly, is adding more bureaucracy (insurance paperwork, etc) going to improve what ought to be a public good?
