Bob Bunting (@imaginet) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS First rule is never talk to customer service, ever! Call the Telus Loyalty department directly. They will help you with whatever issue you have and you will probably end up with a better plan for cheaper as a result. This is common knowledge. Spewing on X will do zero for you.

Timothy Ellenbroek (@TimothyEllenbr1) reported@AlbertaSask @JonFraserTF @TELUS Roger's is awful been with them 27 years and treated like dirt and lied to. Due opoly

ShredderCowboy (@PaulB527811000) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Interesting I was with Bell up until 7 years ago when Telus offered better service and lower costs and then slowly went down hill in customer service and my bills are always wrong.

Lucid Bull (@lucidbull69) reported@TELUS I sent you a dm and still no phone call. You continue to charge me when I haven’t lived there for months. No wonder everyone hates you. I’ve been a loyal customer for 26 years this is insane

Marco Niese (@marconiese) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS You fell for the "lease phone" trick. It's the same as leasing a car. Get the car, return it when your lease is up, and pay for any damage to the car. I never understood why that lease contract was legal in Canada. Next time only consider contracts where you own the phone.

PG (@gramm76) reported@JonFraserTF @PaulB527811000 @TELUS When I switched to Bell from Rogers it was a very pleasant experience, but I caution you, fee creep is a real thing and their service standards have dropped off in the last little while. Still better than Rogers by a mile, but I find they are not as committed to excellent service

enzo (@CityBoyz10k) reported@diviinevoice I don’t use Telus I use starlink and it’s still down for me
-
JayFarms🚜 (@JayFarmsSK) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Had to do the same thing with Sasktel a couple years ago. **** service and sky high prices - gouging for all their products - not sure why people continue to patronize them! Telus has been good to me but I am keeping a close watch on them as they silently creep their prices up
