@TELUS @TELUSsupport are without question the biggest monopolizing useless pieces of **** in this country. An entire company based on hour plus hold lines and deflecting any in home help. As soon as your signed up that’s you ******.

I think its time to cancel my @TELUS subscriptions across all of my services. I have been a client for 15+ years, but the company, and their client support have gone completely down hill in recent years.

  • CodyLVLUp Cody Bourassa (@CodyLVLUp) reported

@TELUSsupport Day 2 trying to get ahold of someone without ending up on a transfer that never gets picked up. I have officially wasted over 3.5 hours of time on hold with Telus.

@TELUSsupport not giving me credits that they committed. Also did not refund the charges for the line I returned. Worst customer support. I am getting issues since I have joined TELUS

  • AndyStepaniuk Andy (@AndyStepaniuk) reported

Need some tech support with my @Telus internet. Over an hour wait time on the phone? Pretty weak from a company that posts quarterly profits in the hundreds of millions. Hire more people so that you can provide an acceptable level of service. #TimeToSwitchProviders

@Outdoorbrit1 One last clarification: so when TELUS forces a forecasted overage on the budget, the MOH will use that as an excuse to hunt down and punish other docs in the name of "maintaining the budget"
