    @DTESworksafe @VancouverPD That may be a fair point. I know a mild social housing complex on 2nd into which Telus *may* not be willing to send its service people - but I can't confirm that.

    @TELUS My internet service has been down for 4 hours and counting. I work from home and this outage has severely affected my wages. All Telus offers is a $25 bill credit?! Shame on you Telus! Time to switch providers.

    @TELUSsupport It happens on both mine and my husband’s phones. We haven’t reset anything since a Telus employee came to our house since our boosters weren’t working properly. He fixed the problem and all was fine for months and then we started getting dead spots when speaking on our phones.

    I have faced a strange issue with Telus while they are offering PikTv subscription but the service is completely non operational.I was unable to login with my Telus ID and finally called customer care yesterday to remove. Account#6049958416. Very disappointed.Attention to #telus

    Calling Telus about the only service we have with them, already been on hold for over an hour just waiting to speak to a human being. Outstanding. Hey @TELUS hire more people or get a bigger selection of hold music. Actually... forget the hold music, just hire more people.😒

    @Bell_Aliant FYI, the staff at your store at Halifax Shopping Centre in Halifax, NS, was so rude and disrespectful to my 90- year-old mother and I during our attempt to add an iPad to her Bell Mobility account that we switched as a family to Telus. We’d been with you since Maritime Tel & Tel.

    @TELUSsupport Android App. Now looks like there's only "TELUS TV+" The previous Optik App in GooglePlay no longer exists and last time I used it gave all sorts of "remote host not found" errors. It was my understanding that got discontinued.
