    the way telus just forced me to stop setting up my account today by not being available to call at 8pm was actually a powermove as I was getting so angry and so heated that I would've been such a weird customer to help ajsksksdkdk

    @SamsungMobile @TELUS message 1 of 3 - i recently bought the #Galaxy Z Flip about 6 months ago which started falling apart. I went through telus who offered little help - but in fairness to you telus you are not the manufacturer. Samsung. I gave up after many phone calls. 1/3

    @SamsungMobile @TELUS 3/3 it. not great situation for a professional - and then on me i dropped the damn thing so that was probably off the table. so fine. still unhappy but lost all my credibility. but now. the latest thing my phone now gets so hot it only charges on wireless

    Where’s the value to me as a consumer to be loyal, when you offers are insulting at best and straight pathetic at worst. @Bell has the best price (for me) but @TELUS has that nifty call screening feature. Telus also gives me a proper 30% EPP.

    @TELUS just got off the phone with Miggy in ur customer service department.I listened to him raise his voice with me, talk over me and try to intimidate me.his abusive behaviour should be dealt with.I have been trying to deal with an issue for 2 months now.

    @Shawhelp I genuinely believe Shaw cannot go a week without having an outage in YEG. Telus fibre optic is looking really good right about now
