@TELUS it is amazing how slow and bad your services website is. Take some of the millions you are gouging Canadians for and fix it

@shawhelp your #Kelowna #OrchardParkMall person knew I was an IT guy (she knew me when I worked for Shaw) and treated me like a 3 year old. I was so appalled by this treatment that we're switching everything to Telus. I've been #Shaw customer for tv internet and phone since 1999

@TELUS what horrific service. Booked over a week ago for my move, and now being told 12 hrs before I am moving a tech is required. would not have found this out if the tech who was at my current location installing the next tenants service and disconnecting mine didnt let me know

@TELUSsupport @ISED_CA How is this support? It is simply Telus praising itself. I am tired of you.

@Shawhelp It's a shaw mobile account as per my tweet, the form u sent sent me to my regular shaw account but I filled out a complaint there anyway. If #Telus were available in my building, I'd be switching today. After almost 25 yrs with Shaw. We're going to switch to telus mobile anyway

@_RaymondNoodles Canada is really weird with cellular service. There are four big cellular service companies, Rogers, Telus, Bell, and Shaw. These companies have subsidiaries to seem cheaper and cooler to younger audiences. In this case, Fido is owned by Rogers and uses their services.

@TELUS @telusmobility @TELUSsupport got a call from one of your (prob contracted) sales hacks today. Told them I was not a customer, and was on CRTC Do Not Call list, they told me to fsck off, and that I would be billed $100/mo for not participating in promo. Stay Classy.

Telus mobile internet down for the whole morning for me. Had to reconnect manually (airplane mode on/off) to get connection.
