@Shawhelp when I told them my problem has been not resolved for 6 months, they said not our problem you have to pay, they don't give a sh, and they don't care about the customer. Don't go with them telus is the best.

@TELUS I just got a call from your ADT team and want to cancel. Then they dropped me into a phone queue. I thought customer service was your bag? #badservice now I’m taking to someone else about my account with no intro.

@TELUS Just received my 2nd horrendous example of customer service from Telus in the last week. Installer was a no show last week. Re-booked. Today's installer called today after 11 and said he'd be there in 30. No show again! Just brutal and disruptive.
