So. #Telus is going to start charging 1.5% fees for each payment you make with your credit card. Nothing like paying for the opportunity to pay for services. Pay your own damn operational costs.

@TELUSsupport What’s going on T Telus? They called me back & put me on hold for 30 minutes, then I speak to someone who only spoke French. She transferred me to another agent, now been told I’ve got over 1 hour to wait. Shocking service. Please respond.

SERVICE RESTORED (Warburton): We've replaced the failed Telus gear with some of ours and they are dispatching replacement equipment which should arrive tomorrow. So far the backbone link is working great and we're back at 100%.

2/2 At least an hour on the phone each time to get through to customer service/tech support, etc. A month after switching I still don’t have reliable tv or internet signal and today it is now 90 minutes past the 2 hour window they were supposed to be here. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@BrattyBekka Hmmm... If your ISP is Shaw, and you have some kind of BlueCurve service, I think they still offer extender pods? I'm not too sure about Telus tho.

@TELUS how do I prevent ALL external billing of ALL vendors to my phone service. I don’t want it available to anyone on my account.

  • runsfrombear Will White (@runsfrombear) reported

I live in Canada near the US border. My TELUS mobile phone picks up US cell towers and I get charged international roaming fees in error. TELUS says this is my problem, not theirs. Giant tech firm can't detect my phone's location and won't refund my money. Yeah, right. @TELUS
