@TELUSsupport been with Telus for over 10 years and their customer services has gone to ****… don’t bother calling their customer support you stay on hold for ten years the when you think your getting a live agent the phone rings endlessly until you get fed up and end the call

@KristinAnneH @priyabates They are all the same. Koodo, (Telus subsidiary) is better. No frills = cheaper plans and no one to sell you stuff. The catch: If you need support, it’s harder to get a hold of someone and billing and services is on you to figure out. @JaymeEtc has been w/ Koodo for years.

@IGN If it comes down to $18.99 for ad free ****** content or 16.99 for ad filled ****** content… eh, actually I’m moving and Telus pays for my Netflix. And we’re ditching Telus, so maybe the Netflix button on my remote will become obsolete.
