@Breeze_CA @TELUS I changed my senior parents plan & I was promised by the agent that it wouldn’t change for 2 Yrs. Less than a year it changed - bill went up. I phoned and they said they never said such a thing. So I am going to tape every phone call with Telus going forward.

The performance I'm getting with @TELUS internet is really embarassing. Don't ever get the smart hub, it's not worth your time or money and that thing can hardly keep a stable download speed or ping, and to top it all of its restricted to Nat type 3 as well. $100 for garbage

@Hollymcc3 @TELUS Took almost 20 hours on the phone a while ago just to get services to fix their messes during sign up. Then got billed almost $50 for cancelling a service I never signed up for because of a mistake made by their agent. Seriously almost 20 hours in a course of just over a week.

@ShawnKing Got Boosts as a cheap mesh setup instead of more expensive mesh at Costco..works w/any ISP is why. Telus routers has always been bad-- (needs hard reset every 2 days). Went back ol' reliable Apple Extreme + 2 Boosts; L-shape home. I get wifi in park across street now & back alley

@IGrudco go onto the Telus-koodo. Victims of sim-swap being told to call the emergency #, but it's closed. Have to wait 12-hrs for it to re-open, the latest Telus-koodo victim lost 1200$ in her paypal account.
