    @TELUS terrible care plan offered through Telus. If you need to repair or replace your phone you will pay 400.00 but if you had Apple+ you would pay 129.00! These are the details that Telus does not share with customers! Poor customer service!

    Call to talk about my upcoming phone upgrade & how paying more for less data & cell service that drops calls/cuts out when I’m at home due to an apparent tower outage for over a year, & just told to hope for a promotion. 15 years with @TELUS @TELUSsupport for what? #poorservice

    @TELUS I had your cable and wifi installed just this past Saturday after a five year break. Now here I sit having the exact same issues that I had 5 years ago. Unreliable internet and cable. #telus you are like the bargain airline of cable

    I have been with Bell since 2005 roughly, used to have a cell with them and eventually switched to telus because better price and service. But I kept my turbo hub (internet) because it was the only internet we could get at my house (in the bush). It's 7 years old and sucks.

    @TELUS thanks for the great service. No internet for 2 days, on hold for 12 hours with customer support- they put on hold and disconnect.
