    Adding 1.5% for cc processing fees @Telus is straight up gouging your customers. For a company that was so focused on customer experiences, this is a negative one. Anti-consumer move.

    Telus sighed me up for their internet with a free trial month and sent me a bill two weeks later. I called them and told them nicely to come get their ****.

    Telus let me know that as a valued customer my monthly phone bill will increase $7. Yeah, telecoms isn’t a criminal racket in Canada.

    The #transcanada highway drive between #Manitoba and #Ontario already has spotty cell service. Neither @Bell @Rogers nor @TELUS have announced news to upgrade, only plans to eliminate service.
