Help @TELUSsupport our biz phones for @dejongdesign have been down since Friday and nobody there is on it. They have cancelled the tickets to fix them. 403-640-9440 is the number. No clients can get thru!!! #telus

@sxedtal I was with Telus for the longest and then someone told me to use Shaw cuz it's faster. Their servers crash like 4x a day, it's so bad.

@TELUS it’s amazing how bad your service is and how hard it is to resolve matters. The wait times are nearly unbearable (perhaps strategy) and the lack of accountability or help when you actually reach a warm body is astonishing.

@TELUSsupport We are experiencing abnormally slow connection speeds for the past month on the Smarthub network. It would seem Telus is intentionally throttling our connection as per their "fair use" policy. So how is it fair to pay 90$/month and get treated like this ?
