@Questrade Apparently it’s a Telus issue…. I’ve found in several forums Telus bc customers in particular are having trouble only with Questrade on their browser. All my other browsing is fine it’s just the Telus service communication issue with Questrade.

@LanceStorm @TELUS @TSN_Sports you can download TBS or TNT app. Sign in with your cable info and watch them there. I had to do that once.

@TELUSsupport It'd be great if @Telus would increase the max speed of smarthubs to 50 Mbps. I know it's possible as we've done it on tech support calls, but only temporarily. Now with competition offering 50-100 Mbps.

@TELUS I get called once every 3 months or so in an effort to sell me TV services. The agent can never figure out what to say when I tell them I don't want TV shows. They just launch in to what TV shows I could be watching with Optik or Pik. But I don't watch TV.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m a little puzzled about one other thing. I’m supposed to be signing up for a certain internet speed for a certain price. The earlier support person confirmed I would be paying the price for the 25 mb speed. Why would he do that if I can only get 2.5 mb speed in my condo?

Every time the weather gets a little damp, my elderly parents' phone stops working. They live in a cellular dead zone, so their only option is the landline. @TELUS says they can't get anyone out until Friday. What if there's an emergency, @TELUSsupport? How is this acceptable?

@MobileSyrup @iPhoneinCanada icloud issue, unable to open icloud settings in iOS. icloud storage not showing up, Hide My Email menu not loading in Settings. Same issue on LTE. Telus provider.
