@elmor_e I was like, my husband and I both work from home full time. We cannot be without service for 2 weeks. They shrugged again and said that was the best they could do. Telus came out and got us switched over in 36 hours. I'm also paying $60 less a month.

@TELUSsupport this is to get everyone to never use Telus in Edmonton. They’ll waste your time by not sending installers for your internet and when YOU chase them down after 4 hrs of calls, they’ll tell you ‘sorry we don’t have fiber in you’re area until next month. Shaw does

@TELUS Been on the phone for 2 hours & provided proof of purchase from Apple. Yet, being billed as if I purchased it from TELUS. This all happened because I tried to hook up my watch to the TELUS network and they must have miscoded it on my account as a purchase.

@koodo Raymond Gordon - 780-490-9308 he bought American minutes and txt yet his phone keeps saying he has to buy some and thus is not allowing him to txt or call - he has plenty in his account. Phone myself, since my phone works at 780-231-7959 (Telus, and having no issues).
