@Bell I have had one of your staff hang up on me and now been on Hold with another for 30mins. What is going on with the customer service here? Just wondering if I should go back to @TELUS now.

  • Pizza711 Matt (@Pizza711) reported

Shoutout to @TELUS customer service. Always hate having to call anywhere but I actually don’t mind calling them because it’s always quick and super helpful. Love the service.

  • JasonPeattie Jason Peattie (@JasonPeattie) reported

@LeftCoastLeafs I am having the same issue. Just tweeted at telus

  • ladymysticriver Wanda P-A (@ladymysticriver) reported

Really @TELUS?? Door to door harassing me at my home on a holiday Monday, during an ongoing pandemic? And then when I tell the guy, through the screen door I'm not interested in changing my current cell provider, I get a snarky rude response? Way to not EVER get my business

  • bree_foxx Bree Foxx 🦊 (@bree_foxx) reported

Second time getting someone to fix my internet and he did it in less than an hour. @TELUS if you trained your people correctly I wouldn’t have had a bad 5 1/2 hour install the first time. Thank god for this second guy.

  • DKomarniski Del Komarniski (@DKomarniski) reported

@TELUS just so you know... your internet service is really really really bad. Did I emphasize how bad? I got many flights of stairs in the past few days unplugging power cords and then plugging them back in. We’d be a healthier nation of everyone relied on you for cable service.

  • taxbuster88 ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported

@lswong @TELUSsupport Yes. They're lazy and don't want to spend the whole loonie it costs to mail. They've downloaded the responsibility to you but haven't cut prices or produced greater service. Right @telus? #Seniors are the most impacted. Telus doesn't care. They have cute animal ads instead.

  • DomaLady LooksLike (@DomaLady) reported

@stevenchase @globeandmail My question stands why is Canada providing financial support for research institutes that support Beijing's positions? Esp. when Telus has yet to remove its (huawei) equipment, which has now been installed on some 80 towers and sites in the national capital region.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

@Bryson_M Telus is also a much younger company (created from AGT, Edmonton Tel and BC Tel) and with one CEO (forget which) decided to become more customer friendly. (which is why they adopted the Clearnet ad campaign with animals when they bought Clearnet).

  • SherryElls Sherry Ells (@SherryElls) reported

@rfs7 Awww thank you Roberta. It never fails. I get the cable included in my rent so I can’t phone Telus. I have to get my landlord to deal with it. Today I managed to get it working again.
