Why is it that once I hook my Telus wifi booster back up, the wifi is all wonky and slow again and **** doesn’t load - but for months without a BOOSTER it worked great! I need this booster - fix this issue! @TELUSsupport

@spencerbennett1 @TELUSsupport @TELUS Oh, I wasn't in the waiting queue (I was only in queue for like 2 minutes). It was the actual support call for that whole 2 hours. They finally let me go and are supposed to call me back this hour with a resolution.

I will now be one of those and complain about @TELUS - automated system doesn't work, and when you get to speak to a person they make a mistake and want to take 3-5 days to process money back to my credit card. I now understand why people just use the internet. #fail

@aggieloveseggs There are things I think are valid criticism (which is mostly about communications instead of supply chain) but like that Telus center was very organized chaos. This is a huge project and I think a lot of people will never see a health project on this scale again.

@kaplanmyrth @doctorow Was a super long time @TekSavvyBuzz customer, only recently switched to Telus VERY reluctantly when we moved to an area with Fibre and Tek didn’t have access. Even the corps being forced to lease copper provide crap last mile service to tek customers and its shameful.
