    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

    @a_picazo If you’re with telus they offer a free service that’ll block all of them. Haven’t had a single one since I had it added to my number over a year ago.

    @TELUSsupport DM’s sent two days ago. No reply. And we’ve still had to coordinate the different contractors. Today was their second failed attempt. We’re still without internet. No idea what happens next. No responsibility or help from #telus
