    @IRPlawyer @TELUSsupport No sarcasm intended, but I feel your pain. Our Telus services noticeably declined after Fibre Optik was introduced in 2019. Quality of customer and technical support also declined. Yesterday, I lost Internet connectivity 10 times. /2

    @TELUSsupport Trying to reactivate my account, My Telus app has me down as Unauthenticated User but when I log into Telus through a web browser it still recognizes me as the name and email used for the account. Would appreciate it if you can direct me to the support I need.

    @Fidomobile I cannot make outgoing calls! I want a refund as this is really terrible service right now. @TELUS is not having this issue I think I will switch to them

    @telus Driver currently northbound on Mavis Rd in @citymississauga driving aggressively, speeding, tailgating and cutting off other vehicles without signalling. Vehicle TAG002, ON license plate CRRL 890. What's the emergency? @PeelPolice don't even drive this fast!

    @TELUS how did your "investigation go" or is there an imposter dressing as Telus and speeding through playground zones in front of special needs schools? Maybe if you were on the bell network you'd be able to find out who it was?

    @IRPlawyer @TELUSsupport We have had nothing but problems with telus internet here on the Sunshine Coast . 5 years of never ending visits and promises to fix . will be leaving telus this year as well .

    @CityNewsVAN Also @TELUS Purefibre is down. Not a wifi problem; I’m wired in and getting connection drops repeatedly.
