  @araghougassian Too bad Freedom is not available in Montreal (at least they don't ship sim cards there) I had 60 gigs for 25 bucks with Telus, but they slapped an extra 5$ on and thought they would get away with it. I lowered it to 1gb with 25gb addon + data rollover and am at 52gb currently lol

  @TELUS $T.TO I hate your company. Truly. Been a business customer for decades just to be treated like ****. Dealing with an issue, a serious mistake on YOUR part, has been gruelling and terrible. The incompetence from your side is inexcusable. Your departments don’t talk to each other leading me to coordinate everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to file a complaint against you with regulators. And you also have a cell tower on our site for which you’re currently asking for a lease extension. That’s gonna cost you big time.

  @araghougassian Yea because their data is ******* horrid, just use Telus or ur not gonna get 5G/LTE anywhere especially with Freedom

  Who else got sucked in to get the Telus TV Mini? My experience has been horrible. Technology should be better but this has seriously digressed #Telus

  @icenineleafs @araghougassian how is the reception and is there ability for wifi calling? My daughter was on Freedom last year, but had poor reception at her school, and in other places she frequents (she's a rep hockey player, lots of arenas), where Telus has been great. It's a bit more money ($37/mth) tho

  My issues are resolved finally, used a second phone to call Telus again while still on hold and in 15 minutes the other guy solved my problems and restored my confidence in Telus. I may have just gotten a bad employee.

  @TELUS Wow! Where was this over a year ago. I lost a number and you guys got to share a three dollar donut. No Dms in person meeting I can go to Prince George. I wasted 3 + hrs on the phone and lose my number because of Telus. Roger never received it basically from Telus and money lost.

  @mikeinthevalley @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was 9 1/2hrs on the phone over 2 days with Telus trying to get my mom’s stuff sorted after my dad passed away. Their customer service is the biggest freakin joke. They also missed multiple scheduled callbacks from customer service agents and “managers”. Never again is to soon!
