@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

@SandyPembroke Husband worked down there for a few years and had no issues with Telus, which runs on Bell. Just say no to Rogers anywhere in NS. My friend works for them in ON and is very sad by her lack of coverage when she visits.

My @TELUS internet sucks, just in time for the Stanley Cup playoffs. Works - doesn't work. Really appreciate the garbage high priced service right when I really want it to work

once my contract is done with telus i am never renewing it or ever going with them again or ever recommending them to anyone. i’m paying hundreds for this plan just to have my data NEVER WORK. their service already called me multiple times and still no solution. screw telus.

@wallamitt Telus Sourcing Solutions took over Calgary AHS’s Human Resources and OH&S depts about 15 years ago. Their office was in Burnaby and services outsourced offshore. Service was awful, as is everything Telus. I’m sure if that agreement is still in place. Lots of grift afoot.

It appears it's time for my bi-weekly complaint to @TELUS I'm back on high speed... Internet is still "sticking" on *everything*. Have to keep turning Airplane Mode on and off to clear it. Do you have any suggestions??!

@_Raninn Telus, the network coverage is really good, good customer service, and they offer 30 gb of high speed unlimited data. Or u could do Koodo their prices are lower usually

@Hippydiopydood1 @FidoSolutions Fido is so bad. I honestly feel for you. I’ve been trying to set up a phone with them for 2 weeks and they just cant get it right. The guy on the phone now just told me to go to the store to transfer my telus number to fido. Worst experience ive ever had
