  • JruGordon The Real Jrü Gordon (@JruGordon) reported from St. Thomas, Ontario

@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

  • ChesterSzypula Chester Szypula (@ChesterSzypula) reported from London, Ontario

    @TELUS is the network down?

  • Timeafit Timea Janos (@Timeafit) reported from London, Ontario

@TELUSsupport is London Ontario network completely down? Says no service for my entire family? We are all Telus!

  • KeeganGoerz Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario

@evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

  • KeeganGoerz Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario

@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

  • FGluns Frank (@FGluns) reported from London, Ontario

@D420Kato @pokelawls @RogersHelps @Bell Telus only have service on the west coast

  • OriginalGoo22 Gapper Habs Fan 76 (@OriginalGoo22) reported from London, Ontario

@howiethomas @KrisLipscombe @ChristyMin @chevrolet @Nike @TELUS @TSN_Sports They do but it doesn’t mean their sponsor $ is allocated to anyone other than the men’s program. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SodiumBenz Thomas Mickie (@SodiumBenz) reported

@TELUS I requested a quote from an agent, and they signed me up for an install? In addition, to cancel the install, I need to call you and sit on hold for an hour? How is this acceptable?

  • MabonTanis Tanis Mabon (@MabonTanis) reported

@TELUSsupport So 2 weeks without a phone is normal service from telus and not one follow up by anyone? I want a manager to contact me !! This is ridiculous. Having to find my own loaner phone and we are going on 2 weeks I will not be making any more payments for service I am not receiving

  • Jeff0832 Jeff083 (@Jeff0832) reported

@TELUS worst customer service ever. Your payment arrangement department is a complete joke. They don’t care about the customers that have been with the company for years. They are eating on the phone. They put you on mute when your trying to talk to them.

  • RachelDoesThis Rachel B (@RachelDoesThis) reported

Anyone else in #yql having issues with their internet today? I’ve been without internet since I got home from work. Tried all the troubleshooting but no dice. #Telus @TELUSsupport

  • LoriAnnPratt Lori Pratt (@LoriAnnPratt) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Just spent over 2 hours on hold with customer service, through 3 depts to get disconnected by your team. Have joined the queue again.. sigh.

  • doc_synic vicV (@doc_synic) reported

@ToewsforAlberta Watch me fix the stuff I blew up with Kenney and Shandro. Also what about urban family practices, or are you just proceeding to replace the many clinics that went out of business with Telus as per the original plan.

  • Jon2211 Jonny Fazzani (@Jon2211) reported

@TELUS totally finished with your useless Hub. I am on the 100gb plan. Haven't managed to use 100gb total in 2 years because the service is so bad. The only thing worse is the wait for customer service. I guess that way no one can complain

  • dunner888 Steve (@dunner888) reported

@TELUS How about you fix the crap cell service in Waterdown

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

My #CRTC Prediction: Bell, Rogers & Telus will get millions $$ more to make their network what it should already be, what they already got paid for, and continued to be paid for.

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@askmewhatdeezis @LFalasca @FreedomMobile If you're talking about the outage, that I can understand. One removes the key (sim) to the network from the slot, and then you *can* call 9-1-1, since it'll connect to any available working network, that being bell or telus in that case.
