    @dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

    @strategyrick @steeletalk That’s fair. I have no services with Rogers or Shaw. I’m with Telus for Internet and cell phones. I’ve always thought they had amazing customer care over the years. And while, yes, Telus also outsourced a lot of reps across the world, I’ve had some amazing service from them.

    @CompBullSheet @patriciaannmcd2 @CalamityJayne4 Telus International has call centres elsewhere.. mostly used as a service to other corps is my understanding ie ATCO, Enmax, etc.. Havent paid much attention to that division of their business.. Im not a client lol

    @AkinLynooo It feels like my pet died to be honest. It is terrible news. Rogers are expensive and slow for no good reason. Telus and Bell aren't any better. There is a reason some of us avoid these guys. But their web of influence is just too strong. Na jeje we kuku dey.

    @OilBeak I had to call Telus the other week and at the end the guy had to tell me about Babylon. 🙄 I know that’s his job but Telus can **** off with that ****.

    @business Shaw never recovered from its early failure to invest in wireless, letting Telus, Bell and Rogers dominate the wireless market. Freedom Mobile was a case of too little, too late.

    I hate to give Bell credit for something but amount of issues we have faced since switching over internet (from Shaw) and TV (from Bell) are absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend Telus to anyone.

    If you look at the numbers Canada wide, the acquisition of Shaw Communications would increase Rogers customer base by about 18%. It would put them about 2M customers above Telus and Bell.

    @neekers_92 @OilBeak After almost 25 yrs with Telus /Cell and for the last few Internet Cable etc ,Recently cut ties terrible TV reception (mickey mouse Service suggestions way too many times High Cell rates and Poor Loyalty benefits ) Gonna give Shaw a go Will keep you posted
