Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

@TELUSsupport keeps sending me emails about my account but makes it impossible to send emails or texts or even worse to speak to a live agent. I cannot find my account info so I am in Telus jail. Anyone else with same issue?

A word of advice.. If you are dealing with Telus for your cell service, get out if you can. Their cute hippos and kittens in the ads are NOT what their service dept is. They treat me like garbage.

@TELUSsupport my modem short surged during the storm and is dead I'm waiting for a new one. Meanwhile data is racking up and Telus informed me they can't help refund. 😔

@RogersHelps I spoke with Anna (Nicole in Moncton) who also had the problem on her personal cell phone and she suggested we use the 1-866-408-5465 line. A Kodo/Telus customer was not having the issue.

@TheoWerewolf Well if this is how the Roger’s/Shaw merger works…we will be canceling 15 years of service next week!!!! Shaw has been without any service for more than 10 hours with nothing other than “our technicians are working on it”. Future is looking friendly TELUS

Name a network that refuse you to use it from inside or outside countries I'll go first, inside: Orange Outside: Fido, NTT Docomo, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Bell, Telus, au by KDDI, China Unicom and wana Too many networks from outside countries refused me TOO MUCH
