@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

@evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

@StuporManIsHere @missykender Also I got weird hang up calls one day Called the number back Guy who answered said he worked for Telus as a line worker No he hadn’t called me THAT SAME DAY FROM THAT SAME NUMBER FAKE CRS CALLS I knew immediately these calls were a scam They don’t want you to hang up and check.

A shout out to Telus mobility customers. How is your cell service lately? Mine is borderline abysmal. Long term customer. Zero customer service to say/email updates if there are service disruptions?

@TELUSsupport We use a Telus Hub in the Cultus Lake area during the summer months only which means we pay $500/year for almost nothing. The equipment in the area is inadequate during the summer months. Customer service tells me to keep complaining in hopes an upgrade happens 🤬

@edmontonjournal @TELUS I keep seeing this damn story all over my feed as if it is taunting me. I don’t live in the middle of nowhere and can barely get 25mbps on a good day. Bad day I get nothing. I live 1.5km from a city of 68k. Better off if I lived in the middle of nowhere
