Our flight down here was canceled twice, rebooked & then modified 3 times alone. No compensation at all. And now this from Rogers! A ridiculous service debacle!

Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?
