Questions now. @KevinCTV asking about parking tickets at the Telus Convention Centre for people who wanted vaccines. Nenshi wasn't aware of this, must be because you have to register your plate when you sign in and then you get 90 free minutes.

@Sassazz This is a valid Telus Number. please note: our outbound sales team will never ask for your personal info or credit info over the phone. If you are not sure of the validity of the call in the future feel free to reach out to us here :)

That said. Telus is still the best home services provider of the big two where I live. Their technical support (19 times out of 20 in a sample size of 20 years of calls) is second to none.

@Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to telus one by one

I’m so confused on who’s not paying the Telus bill...there’s always $50-90 missing. I’m just so confused because it happens every month and now I’m getting to the point where I’m just going to cancel the cable all together.

@dustinchip96 #eastCentralAlberta We have service most of the time in our house. Step out of the house, there is none. We need to keep our land lines because cell service is so poor. Our Internet is with the cell phone, very expensive. We are a low population area, not a priority for @TELUS

  • so_sofia_rm Ornella😷 (@so_sofia_rm) reported

Did @TELUS just call ME to ask ME to verify my address and other details? I will NEVER give ANY details over the phone unless I myself call the number listed on the official site. I am too paranoid for that. This is my second call since yesterday. Be careful people.

  • zzyzyman Bruce Payan (@zzyzyman) reported

Gotta love a telecom that removes service previously included as part of an internet plan because it's "no longer able to maintain the infrastructure required to support the service"... without any pricing differential or offer of a replacement service. @TELUS

  • mufarina Virgil Visan (@mufarina) reported

@jasonfherring @calgaryherald @calgarysun He's like Telus technical support, they give you the window of arrival with 2h buffer

  • Dan65354331 Dan (@Dan65354331) reported

The Telus mail to Gmail change - although it demonstrates a clear lack of understanding of their users - at least had some proper warning. Plus it's a non-destructive change. Simply ending the personal webspace service should have come with more warning.
