@TELUS Pik TV is so buggy you will go insane trying to keep it going. It boots you out Mid-program won’t start when do you need it to & takes 45 minutes to get it going again. I have had it 2 yrs & 20 or more calls to support that just has you rebooting & logging in & out incessantly.

@TELUSsupport I was promised 900Mbps download speeds when I signed up for Telus Fibre! What’s this? Also your Optic TV platform is garbage! Missing Bell Satellite after only 24hours! I think I made a mistake and got suckered 🤬

@TELUSsupport @TELUS @TELUSsupport Just did the math, over the terms of the contract (started in 2003) this small business has paid approx $114,400 for phone service (not including long distance). Just requesting a price drop and your threatened with a $7700 exit fee. #telus #thefutureisnotfriendly
