If this is an Apt building i bet there is cross line issues and a faulty signal booster somewhere in line. I almost guarantee it, especially if its not Fibre all the way to your modem

Always in a rush, will put you on hold while you are in the middle of the conversation. This is frustrating. And then Telus will charge you premium money for this poor service. Service standards of telecom operators in Canada is the worst. May be at second place after car dealerships.

Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I don't know what's going on at your place with Telus but I've got their Pure Fibre and Optic TV here in Marpole in an older building and I've got rock solid service. TV box is wired into the network and any wifi stuff works fine, maybe you have defective hardware or signal.
