We've had a nightmarish 15 months of added costs, Telus' errors, 4 account reps and have literally been told by Telus' reps that their priority is no longer the client and their internal policies show that.

I try a new service every year, Rogers/Fido, Virgin/Bell, there's no tower within signal range and none added in 20 years. And none will be, yet Telus and Rogers sell extended coverage in the area using Bell imaginary towers? #CRTC needs to validate claims
