@TELUSsupport Hey Telus 👋🏽 I am no longer a customer but keep getting a monthly statement with a negative balance. Any way to stop this?

  • JennSj Jennajay (@JennSj) reported

@TELUS Telus has the worst customer service I have ever had…if they bother to even talk to you after putting you on hold for hours.. and forget about understanding what they say..no one speaks English ..geesh Telus ..do better

  • infil00p Joe Bowser (@infil00p) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @TELUS Do we have proof that it benefits @TELUS? I believe that Norton gets 15% of the cut as per the Terms of Service.

  • JoelJohnson666 Joel Johnson (@JoelJohnson666) reported

How ******** do you get ahold of @TELUS when your phone has no service? All they do is ask to schedule a call back? Call me on what? My phone is not working……. This is getting stupid.

  • shadore66 Scott Gray (@shadore66) reported

@TELUSsupport hi my iPhone has been unable to make or receive calls all day. I chatted online with a Rep, did all the resets, went into the Telus store and even got a Sim card change and the issue is ongoing. The store Rep had 3 other customers reporting the same issue. Help?

  • JennSj Jennajay (@JennSj) reported

@TELUSsupport also..why can’t Telus afford real agents? They rob us blind on our bills..yet when I call I get put on hold for hours..not minutes..hours.. what kind of crap company is Telus.. worst ever

@rebmunroe @TELUS @TELUSsupport I switched from Telus to Videotron years ago for the same issues. Pricing was never the concern, service was, and the corporate account folks at Vidoetron have been superb. #videotron #telus

  • JoeBoss Joe Boss (@JoeBoss) reported

@Telus If my bill isn't reset to the beginning of the term when I activate my new phone and am actually able to use the service I'm being charged for, I will cancel my account and not go with Telus. I'm not paying for a service I'm not using because phones were out of stock.

  • infil00p Joe Bowser (@infil00p) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @TELUS Yes, it definitely is. I'm messing around with the damn thing now. It's pretty terrible, and my office is now 25 degrees. It seems to only run on modern NVidia GPUs, so that's a thing. The biggest red flag is how it determines all other miners are malware!

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@infil00p @TELUS Then yes. I would write a CASL complaint. I'd also write a PrivCom complaint about deception (But deception is also part of CASL). I'd do both.
