@UbakaOgbogu What the **** is an "oncology navigator"? How is this allowed? They are distracting with us with all the other bullshit and Telus and Loblaws and ex oil companies are worming their way in to our healthcare.

So Telus was finally able to chase me away as a customer. I stuck it out as long as I could but paying $15 a month more than what a competitor offers was a bridge too far. I tire of the foolish games we have to play due to the lack of competition against these monoliths.

@teririch @tlshields85 I had to phone Telus for my reduction - they did not contact me, and were quite happy to continue to charge the max for my phone service.

@PeterKellyBC Huh? Emergency alert test is scheduled for today in BC. I have a dual SIM phone, it usually comes twice for me minutes apart. Not sure why I did not happen for me yet, maybe other phone on Rogers but Bell & Telus not tested yet.

Can we do some government research into what @Starbucks is using for their Wi-Fi signal? Telus can barely get me a couple bars of cell reception most of the time but meanwhile my phone reconnects to the SB Wi-Fi portal every time I drive within 50km of an espresso bean. 🤔

@TELUS Switching my internet service. Registered as PureFiber, but got Bonded ADSL installed instead. Called number to move service, got PureFiber team. They need to transfer me to the Copper team. Now on hold. This is ridiculous. Please unify your support teams!

@TELUSsupport you have the absolute worst telephone system for support I have ever encountered. You won’t even put me in touch with a human being. #failure #TelusFail #Telus

@CHEK_News Nope, using Telus network. Volume on my phone was turned off but no text message received either. I did get alerted that it is recycling day, however.
