@twodimes @googlenews I need @TELUS to do work in Eden Mills or I'm cancelling my service. I can't have two dead zones on a 20 minute commute... and I'm taking my 7 contracts with me.

  • ccmreid Craig Reid (@ccmreid) reported

@fvkasm2x @TELUSsupport You should cancel your Telus account. I have been much happier since I cancelled mine. Not even close to fair value. They just gauge you and gauge you. The only thing that important to them is $.

@TELUSsupport has terrible customer service. Automated system keeps returning an error and customer service is "closed" or you sit on hold for hours. My service has been interrupted, without notice, despite paying account. Telus is the biggest rip off yet. #badcustomerservice

  • WundringCruiser Sabrina McDonald (@WundringCruiser) reported

@TELUS annoyed at you guys. 1st U send me a phone without a SIM, requiring me 2 drive 60kms 2 closest Telus 2 get one, then they inactivate my husband's current SIM, not old one, resulting in his phone having no service. And I call to resolve the issue but u r closed. So fed up

  • fvkasm2x Mike (@fvkasm2x) reported

If I ever get through to a human @TELUSsupport I can't wait to cancel my @TELUS account. You haven't sent me my hardware for 2 months. You disconnected me yesterday while I was with an agent. I was #1 in the queue and then randomly bumped to 10, then as #8, bumped to 15.

Apparently, three guys with shovels in my yard today. They are laying Telus Fibre to the houses in my area. That's fine... but I am a Shaw customer. So, thanks, but no thanks?

@CBCQueensPark Read the fine print on new Tele health services backed by for-profit companies like Telus. They offer limited services, it is not family practice. People who need additional services offered by fam. practice will end up in emerg. Making it easy to see a Dr for a cold won't help
