The front line person I received - I don’t know what she did - but it didn’t help so tonight I went through ChatGPT and it helped me step-by-step and I fixed my own email problem!!!

Same thing goes with Telus and Koodo. Koodo is Telus' flanker brand. My guess is that you've probably switched to a BYOD plan by switching to Virgin from Bell. This is how much I pay, on a BYOD plan. Just a disclaimer, this is a business / corporate account.

I've had agents diarize to call me back as follow up ... nothing. Any other business working like this would be bankrupt. Telus is the worst provider choice !!!
