I HATE #Telus right now and how poorly they treat their paying customers. For the three near hour long phone calls, the one I’m about to make, and the unecessary stress @TELUS has put me through, I should be billing them for my hours! I don’t have all day to call @TELUSsupport.

@steeletalk @TELUSsupport Let us know how you make out with Telus. A similar thing happened with me with bogus data charges and they tried to stiff me. I had to make a complaint to the CCTC before they would do anything.

My ‘loyalty’ plan is now over as well. Not related, but for the absolutely shitty service I’ve received since I signed on, the cost is unbelievable. I will never recommend #Telus @TELUS to anyone, & am looking to switch at this point. This has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

@lcfrst2 I dont have a family doctor anymore, but the last time I saw one was via Telus's Babylon health a couple weeks ago when I was dealing with some terrible migraines. The doctor was probably the friendliest one I've ever dealt with. Overall a great experience.
