Can this be for real ? #iOS has had PiP capabilities since iOS 14 yet provider apps such as @TELUS #OptikTV & @CTVNews #CTV apps, just to name a few, don’t yet support this feature ? Get with the program.

Let’s see… @TELUS customer since 2001 - I pay 200$ plus monthly for my bill… I can’t get early renewal for my phone without paying out of the ***..I can’t change my plan without there being a $15 fee…wtf am I actually paying for? Crap that’s what. @TELUSsupport

@TELUS why should I update my credit card info 5 times, for each account I hold (just got penalized for not missing one). Where is your IT team?, this is 2022, technology has advanced.....integrate and learn to provide better customer experience

@jagbsn they imitate numbers for me which is the worst. i get fake city of edmonton calls on my work phone and fake ones from the telus 1800 on my personal phone. hope it slows down for me soon too.

@Matthew09460812 @LunarArchivist Calgary is definitely the more touristey of the two big cities here thanks to the Stampede lol Beyond that we don’t have all that much tho - I guess the Zoo and Telus Spark exist but Spark sucks and a Zoo isn’t a particularly unique attraction.

@TELUS I have just endured the worst customer service of my entire life. Today was my 5th postponement and I was just repeated lied to and offered $50 for my 4 days of waiting and 5 hours on the phone. Worst of all time.

I was supposed to have a Modem mailed to me a month ago & nothing has arrived. My internet has been dropping out for months now. Dude in the Phillippines part of Telus tech support & a supervisor called me & said it would be mailed to me.
