    Our @Telus cell service is awful (1 bar), which is why I so appreciated this little irony from a cell call just moments ago. Me: Hello. Reply: Hello, this is Jacob from Telus Mobility... ...and the cell service faded out, ending the call.

    @max63094 @TELUS I want to be clear that this has been a problem for YEARS but it was the last straw when I couldn’t even load 1 page to check power outages. Our community has terrible service. I can’t call my mom from my house unless I have wifi enabled calling on. A tech is coming out by Fri.

    @TELUS Your “data for social good” program has been used for evil by allowing a government agency to track Canadians without their consent. Shut it down now or face legal action.

    2/2 everytime u call #Shaw tech. service, they saying 24 to 48 hrs. 24 hrs passed. Still the same message. Seriously considering to switching over to @TELUS today. Our experience with @TELUSsupport so far for land lines has been great. Shaw is falling apart.

    @TELUS After talking to 4 agents many of which were very rude and a manager who was also rude and not getting your issue resolved

    OK, have to admit. Good job, @TELUS . New home connectivity not available because infra issues - marketing rep stopped by to drop off a wireless hotspot at no charge to tide me over. Thanks!

    @gameism I remember once being told that the telus phone system could measure voice stress, and get you to a 'supervisor' directly. it seemed to work when I tried it. getting to a supervisor anyways, not solving the issue.

    @Hannah_Bananaz Huawei already supplies the current Bell & Telus LTE tower network. The question really is how much data that they were tracking made its way to China? The 5G decision is a question of how to prevent Huawei from upgrading the existing towers while continuing LTE service
