I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Welcome to Telus where customers feel entitled to a phone line and will throw accusations at you when they fail a credit check.

@my_name_here85 Rogers is garbage. I did 20 years in telco and would recommend Koodo. Parent is Telus so you are on a strong network.

@bakerofbytes @TELUS My guess is problems with the new privacy relay feature in iOS 15. I’ve turned it off entirely.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Your customer support is pathetic. You overcharge your customers. I was just on phone first with your customer support and then with your loyalty department. They overcharged me for my services that I disconnected in the month of August. Both time after an average wait time of +1

@Shawhelp worst service. Can’t wait for Telus install.

@TELUSsupport how the hell is is supposed to take nearly 3 weeks to receive a new phone, and be getting billed for something I don't even have? I don't even know why I stay with Telus, but I guess it's bad service across the board, so why bother trying.

@HeidiPCTV @CTVAtlantic @CTVMorningAtl Not an issue with type of phone, it’s an issue with carrier. Telus is fine but Bell is 1 hour behind. A few employees arrived late unaware of problem

@ow Looks like it’s just a Bell customer thing. Made for an interesting argument with my wife this morning (I’m a Telus customer, she’s a Bell customer).

After updating to iOS 15.X my iPhone can barely use LTE. It takes several minutes to load a web page, if it loads at all. Im on iOS 15.1 on the @TELUS network. Anybody else experience this? It’s been like this for a week and no solution seems to work.
