@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Telus has recently withdrew $430 from our account for about 300Mb of data out of plan. So disappointed, as Telus committed to help arriving Ukrainians, but now took all our money, even though we are those Ukrainians with 2 little kids fleeing the war in Ukraine

@apihtawikosisan @TELUS We’ve been on Shaw Blue Curve for roughly $80 dollars. It’s been good and serves our purposes. It has been a bit slow these past few days on our phones. But I don’t know how much of that is a network issue or a modem issue. Haven’t had a minute to troubleshoot yet.

@TELUSsupport fix the my telus + app. It is not working neither on my iPhone nor my Android TV. It’s a login issue. Lots of others reported the same issue. Just read your app reviews. Why are you charging us for a service that is not working?

@TELUSsupport Yet you make everyone share the same master password to access your services. Maybe I want to allow someone else in the residence the ability to watch Telus TV on their iPad without being able to change the service.

Home internet plans are a bit bonkers on how much it costs. Didn't notice that my 2yr promotion exprired on my Telus fibre internet and it jumped to $204 after fees & taxes. Logged into online portal and dropped it down to same "new version" plan for $135/month. Feels expensive
