I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Does anyone know how to get service from @TELUS @TELUSsupport? Multiple times on hold for ½ hour then cut off. I have emailed and left vm, asking for call. Trying to help our non-English speaking student. Now finished work ‘til Mon and have been trying for 10 DAYS TO GET HELP!

This new "Easy Payment" plan by @TELUS is a joke. They say it's to lower your monthly plans now that the plan doesn't include a subsidy for the phone. BUT my plan increased, plus now I need to pay monthly for the damn phone. My bill went from $86 to $123. How is that better?

@debutton Try communicating with a communication firm, like Telus or Shaw. Absolute nightmare! Somehow bad service & long wait times have become standard. This is NOT OK, and we need to tell our service companies, including government agencies, that this is not acceptable.
