I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Anyone received unsolicited charge ~ $48 on cell phone bill for "Application Purchase"? I called @TELUS yesterday, they said it was from Voxtel Services and to call them. Only auto message at Voxtel, doesn't allow to connect with customer service rep. Another scam, no recourse.

Anyone on a Telus Wifi hub? I've been looking high and low for info on changing the 2.4ghz and 5ghz SSIDS to separate network names? Auto routing isn't ideal sometimes. Even on the hub admin UI, it doesn't appear you can separate the band SSIDs at all. Utterly ridiculous if so.

@Victoria59L Yes 15min from the Calgary city limits yet at times my cell service is 1/2 to 1 bar We live in the shadow of the foothills Satellite tv is flawless though expensive Telus hub was working until they loaded up their network So wifi is sketchy Waiting on a satellite

What the heck is going on at @TELUSsupport tonight. An outrageous $1000 unknown charge on my bill. The my Telus website is down. I have been getting weird run around on the phone. Have they succumbed to the full moon or something.
