    @telussupport - being on hold for hours on end just to be tossed back and forth between representatives just to be hung up on is not the best customer service imo. I’ll choose to switch from the rural internet to another service at this post. #telus

    @danee_bourgeois @TELUS No, they outsourced the call centre to save money and not provide better service. I'm leaving Telus. I'm done with this company!

    @TELUSsupport Keep announcing more stuff that you cannot support. Telus can't even get internet services working in Calgary on a regular basis. It's pathetic.

    @GlobalCalgary Twice in 2 days while placing a cell phone call on Telus network, my call went through to 911. I dialed a residential 10digit number. I reported the problem and was told that it would be escalated. I have not heard back from Telus. Had many calls drop, even using wifi calling

    @treefrogvenom @Zone3Garden @ABDanielleSmith If Smith wants to help people out with sky rocketing everything then mandatory jabs need to stop. How hard is that to put in place while she pushes around paper. There are many big companies that people can’t apply for a job because of jabs. ATCO, Telus, EllisDon, etc.

    @koodo @telus disabled my international calling without any notice or reason. I have spoken to a customer service agent who claimed to have restored it but did nothing. Messages to your dm is unanswered. Do you delight in frustrating your customers???
