TELUS manages my patient's WSIB submissions. This is a public service. "TELUS revenue for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 was $3.424B, a 2.36% increase year-over-year." WSIB should be wholly publicly managed.

people are super quick to sh*t on bad customer service - well I just went to @TELUS to upgrade 3 phones and the guy was so unbelievably good, quick, polite and all around just the kind of person you want to have serving you, so well done Telus Dude at Angrignon!

@TELUSsupport Unfortunately @TELUS and @TELUSsupport lacks 'will' to resolve the issue and there is no escalation matrix policy. Since 5 months, its repetitive excercise to call, HOLD the phone for hours, promise and forget. Such bad experience with TELUS. Its really awful customer service!!

@CarolineWangMD @markroseman For thousands of us w/o an FD, the non fee service offered by Telus Health is our only option. I’ve had 2 contacts with the and am very satisfied. No chg to me. Would much prefer a FD, but ‘til then. Telus non-fee service it is. Don’t care about the review of the fee services.

@carlycampkin89 I’ve found Telus by far the worst. Animated things that doesn’t work to then sit on hold for 45min to then talk to someone who can’t solve your problem to then restart from the beginning

Another example of Canadian Telecom rich companies. TELUS CEO Entwistle’s salary $1,375.000 + Compensation-$11,689.00 would never understand the telecom charges his company place on Canadians in general and the less fortunate. Maybe we could give poor Darren a bonus!

@CBCNews @JustinTrudeau perhaps we should open the borders to true competition. This is as bad as the Bell Telus Rogers cell/internet fiasco which is broken too. OUTSIDE COMPETITION WILL FIX ALL THIS

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport what is going on with your fiber optics technology. Since switching over our internet (in fact all home services) have gone downhill. We have the worst internet connection and in the past 3 weeks we have lost home phone line, cable, &internet 3X....
