@TELUSBusiness I need someone to fix my phone lines today! It is an emergency as my security system works through those lines. I dont suggest any small businesses rely on Telus if this is the best they can do

  • FahlDesigns Fahl Designs (@FahlDesigns) reported

@TELUSsupport Damn, thank you. Turns out it’s weak connection. Telus said it wouldn’t be too far from the modem but apparently it is

  • HT1047 Honesttrainer (@HT1047) reported

@TELUSsupport Need help gaining access to Telus home wifi app. Credentials entered are correct and work on other services. It says something to the effect of “unable to login to this account due to my account settings.” Disconnected twice from your advisors day already.

@TELUS guess customer retention does mean anything. Hello bell! Peace Telus

@MotorGirl1969 I hear and agree w/ ya. I used to live in D/T Calgary (for 20+ yrs). Out here my cell signal sucks. Telus needs to increase capacity and wont for sometime. Their solution was I spend ~$800 on a cell booster that I would need to put on a tower ($800-1,000) @ my cost.

I've seen some comments that Telus, Bell, and Rogers cell services are all experiencing "network issues" in the Ottawa today. Their websites seem to support "network issues" but can anyone kindly confirm?

@TLemks To install your telus crap, lol

@CTVVancouver I was DT at the Telus Garden building for a meeting (first time in 2 years!) and I was shocked at the GARBAGE. No trash cans, the streets are full of potholes, the sidewalks are trashed and need fixing. Stores bordered up, FOR LEASE signs everywhere, crappy graffiti everywhere🙁

  • OpenMediaOrg OpenMedia (@OpenMediaOrg) reported

@ToferC continued, saying that Telus and @PHAC_GC are being transparent: “But at the end of the day it is up to users of the service to actually make the decision whether or not they would withdraw their consent from Telus.” 🤔 (22/25)

@TELUS my security system is down because you guys cant get a tech out for 2 days. Small business should not rely on Telus unless you want to get robbed
