I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

Harry Jassal (@h_jassal) reported@TELUS can someone please call me ASAP or msg me privately. Over 2.5 hours today back and fourth only for rep to hang up and not call back. Have mobility , home tv, internet, security everything. Will cancel everything and switch over as I'm up for renewal if need be
