@lepp Way over lawyered. Also more engineers doesn't add much except a myopic view of issues. It's takes all disciplines. Reminds when when Telus tried to limit a consultation to eng's only. Think that was the BSO file. Only eng's can say what people need/want. 😬

@NorthEndRick @Bell_MTS BellMTS is the standard bearer for ****** service. Wait until they start charging you to send a technician out to fix their faulty equipment. Should be in about 15 minutes. Look at Telus for cell service, so I hear. Shaw TV can’t be worse. Switch!!!

I was the first mixed dose at Telus. Poor nursing staff thought tomorrow was the day it started so took 10 extra min to get permission from Edmonton. But it’s done! Incredibly fast at Telus otherwise.

@TekSavvyBuzz Rogers, Bell, Shaw and Telus can’t pass the buck, except between Support Tiers. You usually get less than what you pay for with discount/indie ISPs.
