  @MobileSyrup Telus. I have a corporate plan. So for me my pricing is good. But service, like every other carrier in my area is weak. Many spots on the Trans Canada Highway drop calls or have little to no service.

  @Fidomobile why isn't Fido introducing service where it asks caller to press random number to connect to call to user? Telus has this feature and it stops spam calls from getting thru.

  @TELUSsupport My PVR has not been working since Sunday. Everything is gone and can't record. I have reset, unplugged, etc, many times. Telus Assist Chat is awful and no help. Could I please have a phone number to talk to a human?

  @TELUSsupport is your service broken? Optik tv not working and the Telus assist/support seem to just be spinning too so I can't troubleshoot.

  Also people are saying that BCTel/Telus put something on the table the other day that maybe scaring the **** out of Steel Workers, namely their OptikTV platform is going to become self-install/no-install soon that all you overall need to do is download the app to your Apple TV.

  Everytime I have to speak to one of the tyrants of Canada, @TELUS @Bell or @rogers I remember what happens under monopolies, horrible customer service, horrible prices and just a general rage in the public for being trapped
