@TELUS International **** telus day! Suck my nuts you crooked *****. Charging people for paying with a credit card. Notice how I've always paid on time and the full amount? Because it auto bills my credit card to make everyone's life easier. **** you

  • LindsBunny_ Lindsay Almeida (@LindsBunny_) reported

@AndreaLibman That’s awful. I’m happy I’m not with Telus but I am sure other companies will follow suit. I wish we had better options for cell phone/internet/tv carriers and providers.

@nationalpost Telus coerced us into putting down our cards for automatic withdrawal. How do we know these fees aren't already incorporated in the monthly. CRTC will cave just wait and see.

  • WhiteBuffaloSon Heard with Trevor - Buffalo Son (@WhiteBuffaloSon) reported

@CTVNews Telus that paid their board additional compensation nearing $30 million dollars last year. Telus who's CEO an extra $20 million dollars in compensation last year. Telus who charges 6 times more than the most expensive service in the UK.

  • BCReality BC Reality (@BCReality) reported

@tomjbrenner I ditched Telus a number of years ago, when they threatened to charge me for a service call to investigate a poor quality phone line. Not once, not twice, but three times. It was their equipment, dumped them.

  • Elliot_43 Canceled (@Elliot_43) reported

@dragonfly666797 I used Roger's for 14 years. Switched to telus and barely have service half the time. Always says 4 or 5 bars and says unstable connection constantly.

@TELUS will be canceling my service if credit card fees go into effect. These companies are making money hand over fist and then add in pointless additional fees to continually screw the little guy!!

  • anlib83 Andy (@anlib83) reported

@CTVNews Lol, what happened to Sock Boy reducing our cell bills by 25%. Canada has the most expensive cellular data in the entire world, stats prove it. I've been with Telus for 15+ years and always pay on time and my bill has not gone down at all

@HealthierLonger @CityNewsTO I love Telus service and customer service. Never have I ever had any issues with them. It’s just so expensive and passing another fee onto the customer when they make billions in profits? Not too happy about that!

  • livewire898 Bob's your Uncle (@livewire898) reported

@cferlisi @_pandawithavee_ @CityNewsTO Also think about this, Telus already knew they would have processing fees on credit cards so they would of accounted for that in their pricing plans on everyone. Now they are seeking to add that again to their pricing as another service fee.
