On hold with @TELUS for 62 minutes trying to get email migration done. Agent disconnected and doesn’t call back. #frustrated #telus #service

Shout out to Telus btw. 5 weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 12. Last week I inquired about the shipping delay. Agent on the phone said he could cancel my order and get me the pro max instead. Said he would call back. Never did. Canceled my 5 week old order and didn’t make a new one👌🏻

@RadAssJen I've had it for a 2 years now. I like it and for the money it's worth it to me. Outside the cities is fine unless you're really remote. Generally you'll have service wherever Telus is, data is good enough for lite stuff like navigation and messaging but not large images/video

As a content creator/gamer that uses my phone to upload edit and download (due to connection limitations) @TELUS you are my service provider, what’s it going to take to partner to alleviate my data cap and cell phone bill. Would love to talk about this..

  • spasz7 spasz (@spasz7) reported

@RearView4U @TELUS @TELUSsupport Once my phone number was in their control they used it to access my email, and then PayPal. Made approx $400 in purchases to some garbage scam site. Also forwarded emails in my account, so once I regained control, I still wasn’t getting recovery emails.

  • LawyerBuchanan Dennis Buchanan (@LawyerBuchanan) reported

@BridgieCasey @TELUS I don't know how to get them to stop calling you while you're a subscriber. If you cancel, however, then after a time they're going to start calling you again to try to get you back...and THAT can be stopped with a PIPEDA notice to get rid of your personal information.

  • GemmaRyhanen Gemma (@GemmaRyhanen) reported

@BridgieCasey @TELUS Yep is the worst. Switch providers.

  • rogerdoger991 Roger Marple (@rogerdoger991) reported

@BridgieCasey @TELUS I had the same problem. Been a @Telus customer for a long time and over all I'm very pleased with them. I suggest emailing their customer service and mention if they wish to keep you as a customer to remove your name from their marketing people. Worked for me...

  • lappy55 Martin Lapointe (@lappy55) reported

Well, after being a loyal customer with @Bell since 2001, it’s seems as though the time has come to change and make the jump with @TELUS. Loyalty isn’t a thing anymore in 2020 with big corporations.

  • dave316 dave316 (@dave316) reported

I am so fed up with @Telus. All I get is telemarketing calls on my landline & a lot of them are from @Telus. Tell them to quit calling & a couple of months later they are back. Time to cancel my landline of 60 years.
