    @TELUS internet keeps cutting out and is the third broad outage in a month. Request a callback for third time but no response … what gives?

    @telussupport - being on hold for hours on end just to be tossed back and forth between representatives just to be hung up on is not the best customer service imo. I’ll choose to switch from the rural internet to another service at this post. #telus

    Spent 4 hours trying to get in touch with customer service including on here. When messaging on here the person in charge of Telus Twitter creeped my Twitter snd starting messaging me on a tweet from 3 weeks ago. Honestly the Twitter customer service experience was so wild.

    @treefrogvenom @Zone3Garden @ABDanielleSmith If Smith wants to help people out with sky rocketing everything then mandatory jabs need to stop. How hard is that to put in place while she pushes around paper. There are many big companies that people can’t apply for a job because of jabs. ATCO, Telus, EllisDon, etc.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Does anyone have problem with phone number porting with Telus? Customer service people from store been trying to port a phone number from Bell to Telus since yesterday and apparently the porting service is down.

    having trouble with the smart hub intermittently disconnecting every 40 minutes throughout the day. Would appreciate some insight as to why it’s taken me 10 calls about the situation and still no solution? Waiting on the call back 🙃 #telus @telusmobility @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS I’d love to know why nobody at your loyalty support has called me back for over a month. Sitting on hold for 2 hours to be told I’ll get a call back is unacceptable, so is a $180/month! Why would I agree to double my payment? Get it together, Telus. This is crap.
