    Realizing they are exactly the same, who is slightly less awful for home internet/tv, Telus or Rogers? My Telus deal is up so I’m trying to decide what to do but I also need someone to tell me what to do.

    Telus Internet has no customer support. On hold for over 2 hours. Placed a callback and it disconnected. Time to go to Starlink

    @TyDaneGonzalez Yeah same. I thankfully realized earlier today so I was able to get my buddy’s Telus login. So stupid though.

    @TELUS I’ve sorted it now cost me time and gas money to pick it up and another hour on the phone! That’s money down the drain

    @TELUS promised a bill credit. Its not applied. 3 calls later. Still no applied. Now I cant get through to solve this. Great service. Remind me why I shouldn't cancel and switch.

    SO TELUS DOWN ANOTHER 5 PERCENT TODAY . HOPE THEY DONT CUT DIVIDENT WHICH IS OVER 9%
