    @TELUS you've sent 4 techs to my home in the past 2 mos. Nothing is fixed, yet my bill has increased. I just purchased 3 new phones for my family, activated 2 online and was charged 3 activation fees. The security cams record parked cars and use up video storage ewrly ea mo. HELP

    @TELUSsupport As was predicted, the Telus support was less help than their representative, they just prolonged communications and had no solution. If you are looking for corporate plan, there are more choices out there trust me. I had a disturbing experience.

    @TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth On Saturday Peter from escalation team suggested that they reduce my data by two gigs and that will reduce my monthly bill by five dollars. I asked him how is that going to improve my cell phone service? His responses it’s not, you’ll have a cheaper bill. Not helpful whatsoever

    Another fake text on my cell phone telling me my Amazon account is suspended for too many log on attempts. The other day it was Netflix. Sick of Telus not being able to control this crap. I've unplugged my house phone for the same reason

    Hey @Telus we have Pik TV and the sound and video just don’t sync up! This isn’t 1980. What’s the problem? Our TV is only a year old and Netflix and Disney+ don’t have an issue. It’s a distracting problem.

    My service provider Telus has advised me that has been a security breach potentially affecting 5.4 million Twitter accounts. I haven’t seen any any communication Twiter.

    @TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth Their own investigation as they had many customers coming in with the same problem I am having. Telus didn’t even have the courtesy of letting people in the area know that the tower was down. Terrible service if you’re trying to use your cell phone

When I went to the Telus store at hillside mall they told me that a new phone wouldn’t help that the tower was down. And they had to do
