I have a limited data plan on my Telus phone. Just received a text from @telus waiving overages for the next 2 weeks. I assume because I live close to where the tornado touched down in Barrie. I’m ok but thanks Telus. Worth a shout out to you.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS So, when did your "24/7 technical support" home internet become business hours only? It's not particularly confidence inspiring to see 24/7 on the site but get a "we're closed" message when calling in.

NEVER had such an issue when I was originally with Telus, sure speeds weren't comparable, but my ping was never this horrific.

@crystalmundypsy If this is handled the way Telus handles anything you can be assured you will be on hold forever, told you need to pay more for getting less, forced into crazy contracts that only benefit Telus and good luck getting any help from them.
