  • sarts81 Troy Sartison (@sarts81) reported

@TELUS St Albert United Church has been waiting for an internet upgrade since Sept. We closed to help keep our community safe but we can't stream services without the upgrade. We haven't heard an update for 2 months. Is this how you support your customers?

@Tchissyy @ManleyJessica If your between Telus and Koodo, Koodo is probably cheaper but with same service

  • Childsmadoran Cindy Gabel (@Childsmadoran) reported

@SAndersonshpk @UbakaOgbogu Hmm I have never had issue with Telus and thier customer service. When I have an issue it is addressed with great customer service . Yes the wait is sometime longer then I would like

  • Nikarax Rick Armstrong (@Nikarax) reported

@Darcy_Lussier All I know is that if I were to switch to a new phone, my $55/mth Telus plan would double to $110/mth after financing was added in. The new structure is horrible.

  • eileenlesko Eileen Lesko (@eileenlesko) reported

@UbakaOgbogu Shaw is horrible and they lie to you. At least Telus prefers not to.

  • fmengo Fabricio Mengo (@fmengo) reported

I talked to the agent number 8. I spent a total of 4 hours chatting during the last 7 days. I still don’t know when someone is coming to connect the service. It looks like the best way to move the Shaw Internet services is contract Telus.

  • tanyathib Tanya JonesThibodeau (@tanyathib) reported

I've been a long time customer of Telus, since before you were Telus. The "people" in support are fabulous - IF you can get through to them. But the Telus automated systems are the worst I've every had to deal with and it's like this EVERY TIME. And the Live Chat bot is useless.

    Telus customer service is assssss

  • BryansHungry Bryan (@BryansHungry) reported

@_b3nts @Tchissyy Bell, telus, Koodo all use the same towers ie exact same signal strength so if you have good service with one you're fine with the other too
