@TELUS The internet outage affecting 8 zip codes in Vancouver Island that started oct 31 at 6:50 am is not solved yet!!! at least 250 households (mine included) are still OFFLINE, TELUS says nothing useful and silences the issue. Canada pays the most costly phone service....

The situation appeared to have been fixed, but then I checked my credit bureau and over $120, Telus reported that I was 30/60/90 days late. It gave my otherwise unblemished credit history a 200 point hit. I called thinking that this would be a simple fix.

@mariancanchica @TELUSsupport Sage Hill, close to 4 hours of down time now. Spoke to Telus after waiting more than an hour, CSR had no clue. Worse still, tried using my phone as a Hotspot so I can at least reply work emails, it won't connect. Only switched to Telus mobility 3 weeks age, regretting already

@TELUSsupport My Telus Optik TV has been down since early Monday morning. I have called Telus three times and no one is willing to do anything or offer any explanation. My only recourse is to cancel Telus TV as it makes no sense to pay for something that doesn’t work.

I was incredulous as that device is incapable of sending or receiving text messages. I asked why they did not contact me via my cell phone (since I am a Telus customer) or via email and he said CRTC rules prevented them from doing so.
