  Have missed 2 full days if work now waiting on @telus installation after moving. First day they weren't able to do anything because the tech was unable to fix a broken line. That got repaired and today the installer just didn't even bother to show up. As of Monday it will be 7 days (because I can get installers don't work weekends) with zero service and needing to use the public wifi in town just to communicate with anyone. This is entirely unacceptable. At least with other services I had the ability to hookup the damned modem and receivers myself, and not have to book off an entire day from work just to wait around for nothing at all. And no, I don't want to "DM" you Telus, it's kind of difficult when don't have any services at all. The LEAST your employees could do is keep their appointments, instead all I get is a text message at 5pm stating my "outside service has been completed". The outside service was done yesterday ffs. Likely because the actual linemen you have ARE competent. 16 hours of work and pay missed and zero compensation because customers time and livelihoods obviously don't matter.

  @big_fan2019 Are you connected to your home Wi-Fi when looking? If you're currently off your home Wi-Fi (on mobile data or another network), those live channels automatically hide in the app lineup. Due to content provider broadcast restrictions, live NFL Sunday Ticket channels (1501-1516) on the TELUS TV+ app are strictly locked to your TELUS Home Internet connection.

  @VanRothnRoll @BrettBitches Life's gonna get tough when I ditch my email and my bank/facebook/x/telus can no longer 'send a code to my email' to complete my login, or send me my bill. I have fking passwords for a REASON!

  @Frid45 RBC and TD Bank have large investments in the USA. Their brand is everywhere down there. Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Can you really be this stupid?

  @jkenney Why are people so hell bent on trying to get Healthcare™ brought to you by Telus, Bell, Rogers, and Loblaws? These are objectively **** companies who exist in part because of government protections against fair competition. Fair to look at their track records and say "nope".

  Today an @EPCOR garbage truck took out my phone landline in the back alley. I've witnessed them striking the overhead cables before, but today they broke one. Went through a rigamarole explaining to @telus to send a technician tomorrow. I loath both of these companies, BTW.🤬
