  @lynnmercereau I was pissed they took over Shaw. Customer service is now a joke. I got rid of Telus because of their lack of service, and now in the same boat!

  @TELUS We all sitting eating out and 5g or 5g+ and shows no internet. Have to switch to lte. Wtf am I paying for that 5g doesn’t work.

  @TELUSsupport thank you Telus for zero help on my technical issues. Almost 3 hours in hold. Talked to rep. He took my number in case of disconnection. Lost call no call back. I hate Telus. Looking for alternative. Internet, phone, tv. Telus hates customers.

  The other day I had a prickly exchange with a Rogers Wireless phone rep. A couple days later I was renegotiating my Telus Optik TV terms. They dropped a ice promo on me if I switched my mobile over. In the back of my mind I was, **** Rogers man. Sign me up.

  @FringedCanuck @Starlink Interesting as I had Starlink for several years and never an issue. Telus ran fiber optic out past our place and offered a great price.. so we sucked in and got hooked up. We have been having issues with it cutting in and out the past few days. Strange coincidence

  @JustMeJamie64 Telus is the same. And not always do you get impeccable English. The last time it was India & the background noise was so loud I couldn’t make out what the fellow was saying. Horrible.

  Input distribution in the United States is shifting. Last week it was announced that beginning with the 2027 season, Simplot Grower Solutions will no longer distribute or sell Bayer-branded crop protection or seed. And, starting in 2028, WinField United would not be selling Dekalb, Asgrow, and Deltapine seed brands, though it retains Bayer crop protection. Simplot's Innvictis brand retains licensing access to Bayer genetics, and WinField's Croplan and Armor brands keep Bayer traits. A shift was bound to happen and I doubt it's the last announcement we will see. Bayer signaled a change in its May 2025 strategy update, emphasizing new GTM motions with the US called out specifically as a region where shifts would happen. Bayer has forecast a mid-twenties EBITDA margin in Crop Science by 2029, from roughly 20% today, and while new and novel products are one avenue to improve margin, the other requirement is managing costs and working capital on the other end. I wrote a year ago that distributors and retailers should be ready for changes in product access, rebate dollars, and more high-touch demand generation from Bayer. If I'm a retailer, distributor, or manufacturer, there are several different questions that need to be asked and strategic focus needs to be top of mind.   @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled
