My phone can't send texts and the hardware has been hacked. You have time to tweet and I'm isolated in the pandemic.

Agreeable๐Contrarian (@AgreeContrarian) reported@TELUS Our internet is down. Wait 30 mins for someone. They can't find my account. They said "Oh it's because you are on fiber. I am from Copper Dept". OK. "I will fast trasfer you". It's been 20 mins and still on hold. Incompetence at best.
