@Social_Moi @TELUS So funny. People have become slaves to the service and expect it for pennies on the dollar. For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport My suspicion is maybe you called mobility support instead of home support, since TELUS doesn't have home service (except for their City Place contract) in Ontario.

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport Not sure why they couldn't help with Alberta accounts unless yours was somehow in the "old stack" but those were all migrated to the new system probably over a decade ago. I don't think there's any legislation requiring only Albertans open these files as TELUS Intl is around.

@MelissaLMRogers @JasminLaine_ @TELUSsupport Public Mobile is owned by Telus and uses the same network but is much cheaper. If you own your phone it is a better option. $40 a month gets you a lot of data. They have family plans as well.

@HMcPhersonNDP The CRTC already gave Bell, Rogers & Telus an oligopoly so they can charge us the highest rates in the world. They give CBC 1.5 billion of our tax dollars for **** no one watches. Now they want to tax streaming services a tax that will get passed on to us? Get Ottawa my pocket!!

@VanIsleInvestor Will the new ceo fix the culture at telus? Remove all the management that believe they can manage without a deep understand of what they manage? Maybe? please? Someone needs to actually captain this aimless ship. time will tell. Low expectations from me.

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay 60/month for 100gb from Telus. Call them and tell them you’ll cancel

📱 Starting June 12, CRTC says no more activation fees, plan modification fees, or most early cancellation fees. Let’s see how long it takes them to comply with this… Spoiler: They won’t. Bell, Rogers, Telus and the rest will just hike base monthly rates, push harder on device contracts to keep cancellation fees alive, and invent shiny new “admin” or “service” fees with different names. Same game. Different rules. Regulating junk fees is cute. Breaking up the oligopoly and letting real competition in is what actually lowers prices for Canadians. How creative do you think they’ll get? Drop your predictions below. #cdnpoli #CRTC #Telecom

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

@BenoHr80463 I don't know if its for engagement or what, we all know Telus doesn't work in Nigeria. Even if u have VPN, you will need strong id verfication. Yet people will come and still post about it. Nigerians are there own problem TBVH
