    @TELUSsupport Worst service ever I mean this year's Telus is way worse than a year ago. Not comparing to other providers. Wait a minute it's monopoly between you and Shaw This is the second day I don't have internet. Just because your billing team made a mistake and disconnected me.

    A portion of DSL customers are likely offline this morning due to a network infrastructure issue within Telus's network. We are working with them to resolve the issue and bring customers back online as soon as possible.

    @LaurenMentiplay I actually did, they offered me a terrible discount at first. So I priced out Telus and called back saying I'd like to cancel and that rep helped a lot. I ended up getting a much better discount and have decided to stay with SaskTel and buy am unlocked phone.

    @TELUSsupport I called in but never given what was promised. She told me 3 times that 'she' is a consumer too & maybe best to return to Shaw! You folks came to MY door 4 times to get me to switch service providers then 100% let me down! Lump of coal for sneaky door Telus sales people!

    The hearings at C-11 & C-18 saw Lib & NDP MP's state, "trust the CRTC". They are idiots. All of them. This entire #CRTC leadership is horrible. They allowed Telus to kill grandmothers.

    Wow what crooks! I have officially just switched back to Shaw! Damn Telus for making promises they would NOT uphold! What stress & confusion they left in their wake! Curses for offering me a Visa gift card & then reneging! I bought stuff 'knowing' I had that $400 card coming! Grr
