@mapleservo @acwbraveheart Freedom is a sub corp of Telus ... same network, less customer service, same performance

  • SkyboxWriter SkyboxWriter (@SkyboxWriter) reported

Well it’s not quite the miracle of miracles but despite the water damage completely turning it off the modem turned itself back on again half an hour ago and is actually fully functioning! (But definitely still “hosed” (ZING!) ergo probably dead soon anyway so Telus is replacing)

  • BunnyEared bunnyeared (@BunnyEared) reported

I spent 2+ hours on the phone with @TELUSsupport for an issue caused by Telus, only to be told there was nothing to be done, and any ‘helpful’ solutions were worse then what I’m currently dealing with. How is @TELUS generating new clients when the retention is insulting.

  • Farzan738823678 Farzan (@Farzan738823678) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS lots of customer complaining about $14.99 In App Purchase charges and can be consistently seen in many accounts of Koodo cx Note: I am a Sales Rep for Telus/Koodo

  • ve7ncd Nick VE7NCD✌️ (@ve7ncd) reported

@33dBm Here in Canada, Telus and Bell have been sharing base station infrastructure (with separate back-haul and core networks) since they built out their 3G infrastructure, while Rogers runs an independent network (they had the only GSM network, Bell/Telus did CDMA)

  • DawnCMW SkariMari (@DawnCMW) reported

@JanisIrwin Then there's healthcare. Where to even start? Are we going to have to pay Telus to see a doctor? Is there a recruitment plan? Is there a plan to rehab people after we've burnt them down? Is there a plan to get delayed care back on track?

  • iSlymee Slyme (@iSlymee) reported

@bpierson35 @TELUSsupport Welcome to the pit, Brad. 7 year telus customer here and I requested 4+ weeks ago to have fibre installed and setup at my new construction home for when I move in. • wager_colin Colin Wager (@wager_colin) reported

@AlbertKamps I'm on bell. Nothing bad to say. Uses the same towers as Telus in rural areas but along #2 there is probably bell towers. I changed companies because of poor customer service
