It took @Telus seven months to install my FREE internet as provided by my apartment's lease and now I wake up to them hounding me for $400 in overdue payments.....NEVER deal with Telus...such an incompetent company

@TELUSsupport @TELUS So a download speed of 3.7 and upload of 1.1 and a minimum hour wait. So not providing product that is paid that is paid for and Inexcusably bad service.

Yesterday my phone decided to somehow download 4gb in my pocket while walking to/from my studio (5 min walk each way). Worst part? I’m terrified to call @TELUS to forgive overages bc they’ll blame me. Lost my job a year ago, just making ends meet, $350 phone bill. #friendly!
