Every month Telus charges for a service that’s not being used. Every month I call to get it removed. Every month it’s somehow on my bill @TELUS you guys can’t be this incompetent

@FRPC_FRPC Reminds me of the wireless code (if I recall right). Was a fight about the word "customer versus consumer". Audience encompasses all for the Bell/Rogers/Telus/Videotron AdTech industry, not necessarily broadcast objectives... IMO, off the top of my head.

@mcdoidge I think that’s what mine probably are doing too. Just sucks that I asked the Telus Health doctor to get me an ultrasound to see what was up and they refused because there’s just not “enough.” Thank god I actually have a family doctor, tho him being in Ladner is inconvenient.
