    @ShawnKing @TELUS Looks like you got the wrong customer care person. Try again :) I know this new call or chat only, no more in person customer service unless you're buying a product in the stores, not buying their service kind of sucks - weird times.

    @Dan_GT2 @BMO Remembering when a cut cable led to landline phone outage. Took about an hour to get thru the various hoops until reaching Telus Customer Service.... in the Philippines!😠
