@JayWll Nice! I was hesitant about the drive thru one but thinking back should have just done that one, I have to go down to Telus Convention centre and that took forever last time haha

Our phone line is down, there’s no cell service where we live, and @TELUS won’t come out to fix til July 7. I’m on the chat function with @TELUSsupport and she says to phone to speak to someone. WOW, how can you possibly be that stunned? #pathetic

  • KennyJmacco56 Jason Kenny (@KennyJmacco56) reported

@TELUS absolute worst internet provider. You have lost a customer, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to switch providers.

  • KeepTryna JustTrynaKeepUp (@KeepTryna) reported

@TELUS convinced me to leave Shaw after almost 20 years. Worst mistake ever. You can take your equipment and your $1000 cancellation fee and jam it. While I wait on hold. Again. For a supervisor. Oh also you owe me two days vacation since I have no service

  • AlleyDalley Allison (@AlleyDalley) reported

@hamstra16 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Has it always been like that for you or is it worse the last couple days? Maybe Telus is having issues all over

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

Got woken up by phone call @TELUS before 7am! Morons! Claims to be figuring out the ****** Telus Optik TV signal - again! Says the tech who came out last Sunday and told us to buy our own wire to change back to hardwire instead of digital is full of ****.

  • Blondie333 Karen (@Blondie333) reported

@TELUSsupport My phone is paid off and I would now like my bill adjusted to show it. Thanks.. Im a life long Telus customer. Started when it was clearnet.

  • bdogginit Bernie (@bdogginit) reported

@VancouverSun @TELUS How much of that is tax dollars?!!! Then Telus owns the fibre and dictates who can access the service. Meanwhile Indigenous communities are left behind having to apply for grants just to get low bandwidth connection. Embarrassing!!!!! Tell the whole story
