  After waiting forever in a line at a @TELUS store to cancel my services I've been unhappy with, I find out their staff can't cancel services in store anymore and am now wasting my time again to speak to an agent over the phone. So happy I switched. Crazy!

  @TELUSsupport regionally blocked from @SportsNetNow when using wifi at my home in Edmonton (no vpn). Your terrible tech support won’t help. When they reset my modem remotely the call dropped because my Telus cell phone has such poor reception (in the city of Edmonton).

  @LaceyLaceyp Did they get in on dental too? If Canada Health Infoway completed patient access 15 years ago, we wouldn’t have some of the issues we do. Seems like Telus was handed a platter to expand their business.

  @Emer_OToole Professor O'Toole: As a doctor, I'm terribly sorry to hear about your ordeal. Have you thought about getting virtual care in this case? Using service like Maple, Telus Myhealth (Babylon), etc. Things are bad in Ontario too.

  Thanks for the amazing support now after I've paid this company for it's overpriced services for years, not to mention the main others in Canada (I see you, Rogers and Bell. Koodo is basically Telus.) In Poland, I paid $10 Canadian per month for 20gbs/unlimited local calling. Huh

  @TELUSsupport i just dont get it. I try to upgrade online through telus site and hit road blocks because im already a customer. Why are deals for non customers better? Why do you block existing customers from upgrading online?
