So far, we have cancelled my laptop insurance, cut down our tv with Telus, paid off my car. Next month we are changing our phone plans and leaving Telus. I can’t wait until we have more money that can go to savings and “fun” things

@iPhoneinCanada All these @TELUS Black Friday promos are only for NEW activations. Current people aren’t allowed to change to these promo plans. Penalize the people that have been long time customers. Shouldn’t be allowed. Customer is a customer.

@MondeeRedman Techs explained it to me back then. I expect some Rogers customers ran into similar problems. I've always stuck with Telus out of loyalty to good ole BCTel.

@etherealexander In Canada we only have 3 phone companies, bell, rogers, and telus, all other companies you hear about are owned by them and exist to give the illusion of more choice. Koodo is owned by telus and tells sucks but so does rogers and bell.

@spencerkyte What I do is choose to login "via cable provider" and it redirects me to a shaw login page. I've used it for several years. I suppose if you have something like telus' piktv (not optik tv) that may not be an available option for you. Kind of brutal if the case.

Hey @TELUS , Why do you keep calling me and as soon as I say hello, you hang up. I've gotten 4 calls like this in the last 3 days. Incredibly annoying.

Now, the physicians involved had likely trusted that Telus Babylon had done their due diligence. It's important that folks see where the problem here lies.
