I purchased a phone from @TELUSsupport on Jul 21 and @UPS said they delivered, but that never happened. I complained with Telus, filled a Police report, UPS did an investigation. I just received a mail that I acked receiving package which is a lie from @UPS! That's ridiculous!

So ADT was bought out by #Telus. We had our system changed over and so far nothing is working properly. I have NEVER experienced such a poor job by a company. They don't make appts. They don't follow instructions. They don't care. Sadly, they are useless.

@urbanehillbilly Is it depressing though? Mine did not match the Telus (fibre) speeds I get in Van, but I was seriously impressed nonetheless. In the space of 3-4 years we went from dial up to Netflix in high definition (brutal satellite service in between).

If your solution to “telecom sucks and is very expensive” is “screw you, got mine” to rural people instead of wanting to take telecom out of the for-profit hands of predatory companies like Telus, it’s time for you to ask whether you wanna fix a problem or just feel superior.
