    @smith_noreen @sarobertson_ His only work experience is a service rep for Telus. He only knows to call his manager - and unfortunately - he is the manager. Dude is lost.

    @TELUS Yes, finally. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

    @jkenney Why are people so hell bent on trying to get Healthcare™ brought to you by Telus, Bell, Rogers, and Loblaws? These are objectively **** companies who exist in part because of government protections against fair competition. Fair to look at their track records and say "nope".

    @Frid45 Half this stuff is not available to EU tho. Like how are they going to support Shaw, Rogers, Telus? Or Canadian Tire, Loblaws, etc?

    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.
