    @StrategicThghts @TELUS @Shawhelp SHAW tried to do some "trouble shoot" with my mum. 84, dementia , can barely figure out her TV remote. Took over 3 months for SHAW to finally realize that the wires to the house were Olde (1969). They seemed to expect her to climb up the pole herself.

    I've spent hours and hours dealing with @telusmobility and @oneplus and despite this phone being compatible, Telus won't let us use the 5G network and has locked the APN. So my expensive upgrade isn't an upgrade at all. And they're washing their hands of us.

    @nvk Telus smart hub is not bad. I’m getting 25 mbps in the woods. Pricing’s not bad for 1TB/month, either.

    When i talked witu telus tech support they told me that it will take 8 business days to solve your problem. Why is it long wait when the problem is so small. Kindly, help ASAP. #humblerequest @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    I am living in Viking Town. HERE internet facility is under telus. I am an existing Primus customer. My internet is off since 30th May 2021. Primus has already issued a ticket to telus and the ticket number is 1056945286. @TELUS @TELUSsupport
