    @TELUS @TELUSsupport, do not annoy grieving widowers. They are already mad at the world, and have ample time to, and no restraints any more to prevent them from, writing the most detailed and damaging reviews of your service, or lack thereof.

    @TELUSsupport When on airplane mode, you can’t access wifi to send any messages. That is non-scensical. Unless Telus is attempting to cause users to incur roaming charges, a solution should be provided.

    Been with @TELUS for a month. 99% of the phone calls I’ve received are automated scam calls pre-recorded in both English and an Asian language. I had never experienced this with other carriers, not even with Koodo, until the day I transferred. Care to explain? @TELUSsupport
