@TELUSsupport Your Telus TV+ site is not recognizing that I have a Crave subscription. Your chatbot is not helpful, and can’t connect me with a team member because none are available. May I have the service I’m paying for, please?

@BCKenzee @TELUS @ShawInfo Shaw is the worst. Called and closed my services. They then screwed up, didn't do what was asked of them and they sent my account to collections for internet and phone services not cancelled. I found out called and said they'd have a mgr call still waiting 1yr+🙄

The only problem with this wedding is that when Mr Shaw throws the bouquet, there is no mystery on who will catch it: Telus. It is a given that Telus and Bell will eventually want to consume their relationship into a wedding, especially with precedent set by Rogers-Shaw. #CRTC

@Amangrewal1000 @goodkarma4344 Drop calls all last two weeks on Telus. You would think I live in rural lands I had to convert over to wifi calls, as it was getting really bad. No issue with my Rogers or Bell lines though, makes sense since Telus is really a western focused company that wants into the east

Why is @TELUSsupport @TELUS the most godawful company in the world to deal with?!?!?! … they could learn customer service from @AirCanada

@TELUSsupport is a joy. 1st 30 minutes with someone who couldn't find what I was asking about ON THE TELUS SUPPORT WEB PAGE. Then forwarded to customer care. Waiting 1/2 hour now to talk to someone. Their hold music is not wonderful, fyi. No offer to call me when they are free.

@TELUSsupport Yes, the Crave website has its own issues. Can’t even access a login page, which is why we were trying to go in via Telus+. Never mind, we are going to find something else to do.

Since the storm down here in Fort Erie we haven't had internet service. Between @telus and @cogeco I pay over $350 a month. Telus coverage is brutal by the border and Cogeco can't seem to get a tech out. A lot of $$ to put out every month to not have services when you need them

The one advantage of the Bell-Telus wedding will be that it will require structural separation with the merged cellular network unable to sell retail and forced to only deal with real MVNOs. (not the fake ones that #CRTC has decided on)
