    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You wanna pay low mobile rates, talk to the people in India, if not we have the Canadian Cusotmer Service line, but that cost $15 more a month. Your choice.

    @ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

    @ryangerritsen I just canceled Telus internet yesterday (contract over) and I’m so relieved to be free from their overpriced garbage service. I would’ve much preferred the online route had it been available. They offered me same service at half price locked in for 5 years. *******.

    @FLEXjss Get a better camera than the Telus garbage . I install ones with a red and blue strobe light and a siren when anyone enters a certain area you set up at a schedule time perameter . Also has bulky in Ai human notifications

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport They just imported all the call centers here now. So if you call for support you still get Indian. Just Brampton living now

    So here goes again, @TELUSsupport @TELUS If my contract ends on April 22, 2026, why would you charge me the full price of the service before the contract ends ? For example, if I pay $65, the service should be $113 after April 22, not before. You’re breaking the contract??
