@GordieLogan Have never had good service from Telus. Shaw works well for us. When we have had issues they are pretty quick to send out a tech. Had an issue with tv service a month ago, had a tech here within 2 days and sorted it out.

Hey, @Telus - I'm unable to send iMessages using cell network in Edmonton (two different iPhones). Only works when connected to wifi. Is there a network issue here?

@hayu_CA @TELUSsupport I found a possible data security issue you should be aware of. I flipped to hayu on my Telus box (I’m not a hayu customer) and was inside a randoms account with their email. Left it and came back and was signed into someone different’s account.

@deaftravel I brought it up in regards to the paper bill file & Telus. Telus wants signed/stamped doctor letters stating & proving your disability/Med issue to get a lousy paper bill. I hit PrivCom with it. Also, many Doc's will charge for such letter. Nailed in more ways than 1 way.
