@ChlanJen @SpaceX We ordered online, they have a special for Canadians as of this post, and it arrived by Purolator BEFORE our Telus installer arrived. Of course we cancelled the Telus. I mean, 290 mbps compared to 25 by Telus??? The Canadian internet groups should just close down.

Ottawa hydro sent email Thanking us for being patient with them during the recent ice storm. Telus and other companies did not charge us for service for the amount of time we were out.  Will Hydro Ottawa be reimbursing us for that time? @hydroottawa

To telus I am paying for not connecting to your service with my mobile phone. I keep getting the nuisance messages to connect to your service. It is a redirect message and you should be able to stop the redirect to telus msg. Please fix this and stop sending me to support.

@JudyMaxB9632935 It sounds a lot to small fry like us but in fact it's less than $40/person/year. That's not a lot of money when you consider that it costs 5 times that/month for TELUS to send me a signal that allows me to access the 'net & watch RW TV stations, which they select. e.g. Fox.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I referred my parents to Telus but somehow your agents booked me for their appointment & I can’t cancel the appointment.

@brad_mccrea @PrimalComm I’m on Telus, and for about 1 hour of the ferry I had little to no service and tether didn’t work. I wish it did!
