@RogersHelps I tried. But you @RogersBiz have crappy service for cell out where I am. I live on Cooke Armstrong rd. Your coverage map says 4g/LTE. BUT I DON'T with constant disconnection. @Telus has better cell reception when hot spotting & it's little slower.

@dyountmusic @TELUS honestly carriers should invest tons in making it as easy as possible for device owners to manage accounts and self solve issues. Call centers are expensive!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Seriously, if all the gouging is not enough, now it's Credit card fees. If you are going to behave like #nofrills, then your price needs to come down. You can't be both!

The inane @TELUS 1.5% credit card bill charge is just another gouge. I pay them so much money already; it’s time to look elsewhere. Also, my actual cell phone coverage is pretty terrible even in my apartment. #CashGrab

@TELUS a 1.5% credit card fee? So that means we’re paying 1.5% more on our current contract also! The contract that we signed isn’t respected at the end. I will fill a complaint with @CRTCeng

Called into @TELUS to activate a new phone on their network here in Vancouver, waited 40 min to be connected to someone who immediately connected me to “tech support” which was 15 minutes of hold music and then 4 minutes of ringing before the call abruptly ended. So, not great.

Hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS I think you starting to charge 1.5% PLUS TAX on my bill if I use my credit card 💳 after Oct 1st is a RIP OFF!!! And I’ve been a loyal customer over 15 years but you suck! #smallbizowner

i guess Telus is trying to take advantage of their situation of them having a "service failure " (in Aug 2022) by instilling a 1.5% service fee on top of your credit card bill payment.?? What happens in the situation that you have a 2 year service contract with Telus???

@TELUS what the fresh hell! Been on hold for two hours to talk to your reps about a mistake you guys made !!! Also why don’t you have the service to phone clients back as to not waste their time, and for the love of all things holy, change the hold music 🤬🤬🤬🤬
