I have been on hold for FIFTY EIGHT minutes with #Telus & I'm not getting any further, but don't want to hang up as that won't sort out the crappy problems. What happened? I remember when Telus was awesome!

@PhilRidinBikes Our solution has been Public Mobile (cheap Koodo/Telus) plus Teksavvy (resold Shaw). Rock solid. Looking at switching to Lightspeed for better speeds/rates.
