    @TELUSsupport regionally blocked from @SportsNetNow when using wifi at my home in Edmonton (no vpn). Your terrible tech support won’t help. When they reset my modem remotely the call dropped because my Telus cell phone has such poor reception (in the city of Edmonton).

    Tell them you are coming in asking for help looking for meds for your kid or see if they can call Telus using their account to get you timely help you are unable to get at hospital

    @extremeXmetal Where I am it’s literally only service for Bell or Rogers. If you’re on another network, you’re struggling to get bars. A guy came to fix the tractor and couldn’t get enough signal to call his shop, he’s on Telus. It sucks!! I hate the big 3.

    @TELUSsupport And fyi…. You have responded to another tweet and not the one I originally posted. Is it normal for Telus customer service to look through a customers previous tweets? Starting to seem you offer the same service as bell. Maybe I shouldn’t be switching

    @TELUSsupport On the 2nd call was told the shipping order was never sent, so bill would be corrected and devices sent out. Over a week later, still have not seen a device or heard from an installer. I cannot be on hold for another hour, can Telus please call or email me?
