@TELUS are you guys doing anything to fix wireless service in Cityscape NE, Calgary? I have been experiencing bad signal in my community for the last year. Have upgraded my devices and changed sim cards. My friends visiting complain about the same thing.

@PeterKellyBC Huh? Emergency alert test is scheduled for today in BC. I have a dual SIM phone, it usually comes twice for me minutes apart. Not sure why I did not happen for me yet, maybe other phone on Rogers but Bell & Telus not tested yet.

Okay @TELUSsupport @telus Our Alarm malfunctioned AGAIN TODAY!!! SIX DAYS IN A ROW!! Technician has been here twice and this issue is still not resolved. I recorded the whole thing this morning...8 MINUTES OF GLARING SIRENS. This must be fixed TODAY!!!

So Telus trying to get me on contract but trustee says no so is this a good thing she aint allowing this I have habit of breaking if the issue not resolved with in a few days LOL

Welp, the @Telus tech has shown us that an External Antenna cant even fix our issue. Their networks are far too overrun with Smarthubs and mobile devices, and cant fix our issues. So they are gonna refund us everything, and We are gonna go Starlink. GG

@TELUS So the Fiber contractors showed up today and told me everything is fine with the Fiber line and that Telus and their technicians messed up pretty bad. I guess that means that I should be expecting a call from Telus pretty soon to apologize for they screw up and waste time.
