    @jodyvance @TELUS Telus is the worst, And I’m sure this lady has spent hrs on the phone with tech support, but theyre in Siri lanka and don’t speak so good. The reboot is unplug your modem and wait as minute, never works, I gave up, more should

    @lejeunesimon, while you partner with big companies such as TELUS, please also take a chance with smaller ones like Novus (internet provider in Vancouver), Freedom (reason why phone prices have come down), etc. Please also work with American companies that provide daily services

    @jodyvance @TELUS @TELUS is having multiple outages active for a while in Vancouver. They can't fix it apparently. My internet has been going out almost daily/

Ive had 5 come out & try the same thing 5 different times to fix internet until i lost my **** & the last dude finally went up the pole and found a split connection point 😡 after i bought a new modem & ran new line inside my house 🤬
