    @jod60 Thanks. As far as I can tell (helping my FIL navigate over phone), there are no subscriptions added. Still, it’s really bad form that Telus inadequately describes the charge. I need to visit him over the weekend to know for sure if any subscription was recently added.

    The worst service @TELUS @TELUSsupport … used 3 technicians and 2 people over phone and jumped for hours from one sept to another and then charge me $150 when the first person couldn’t do it. Awful!

    I give up. Turning the TV off. Every 10-15 minutes it’s a red screen and screeching sound warning me of something happening on the other side of the country. #Telus #fail

    OMG @TELUSsupport @TELUS what a horrible experience trying to find your support business hours. Not on your website (despite clicking for business hours from the chatbot), nor from calling *611... only to be told, call back during normal business hours (but no specifics!)...

    the telus convention center seems like a bad place for an anime con bc it is a maze for rats. but perhaps that is better than we deserve

    @JulieYAli @TELUS Sometimes those to whom you are referred get defensive. Maybe they think they will be blamed or they know that they don't have the answer. Advocate for yourself and if that means cc'ing CEOs then do it. They need to hear what's going on in customer service so they can fix it.
