@TELUSsupport this is frustrating. For the past few weeks a server is down. No interim solution. Internet goes dwn randomly 4 random period. Messing with my work$$$$. 2 hrs on de ph with Telus "sorry" doesn't pay my bills. Move me/us to a wrkng server! #yyc #helloRogers

@DeondreSmiles We get it back not getting it back* also that’s not a Telus thing. There isn’t the infrastructure in place for anyone to get service on that road. I think they’re fixing that though.

@TELUSsupport I need a support tech call me ASAP! I have been #telus customer for 17 years and have over 10 products as well as 16 cellphone lines… just keep waiting and waiting for a simple task!!

@DeondreSmiles I know Telus used to have pretty bad coverage in rural MB, not sure if their rural coverage is bad in other provinces too?
