    @TELUS I get put on hold for hours…have to fix and troubleshoot my own internet problems and my internet disconnects constantly…what am I paying you for? .. worst customer service ever 👎

    @TELUSsupport What kind of help does @TELUSsupport offer except to provide more excuses and avoidance for @TELUS and it’s #purefibre team? You told me that it would be resolved by the end of the week. It’s been 🦗 since. I was pessimistic about the response, now it’s just laughable.

    can’t wait to be on hold with @TELUS for ten ******* hours to fix internet that has NEVER been good in the first place!! I love it here!!!
