    @ember_november 4… lawyer send them a demand letter, which ultimately resolved the issue, after 3 f**king years. So, long & short of it, wouldn’t deal with Telus ever if they paid me. Lousy, greedy Co. that punishes its workers for doing the right thing. It’s no surprise they’re tight w/ UCP.

    Signed up for @shawinfo on Wednesday. Service doesn’t work. Technician was 3 hours early yesterday and now was on the phone for 1.5 hours all to say sorry we can’t get a tech out until next Friday. Great start for a new customer. #Bushleague. Maybe @TELUS can provide better care.

    @Shawhelp @ShawDirect @ShawInfo Your update page has said “resolved” twice now and then gone back to “in progress”… can you give an eta because nothing has changed with our cable or internet. Thankfully we haven’t switched to Shaw cellular too.. Thanks for your service #telus

    @TELUSsupport I spoke with a very kind member of your Loyalty Team, who apologised that there just is no similar Telus option to offer. My choice is to keep paying more for less, or switch providers after 23 years of good service. Thanks for the memories. #customerservice #loyalty @cbcgopublic

    @cadburybunny @TELUS @TELUSsupport They don't care. They farm it out to third parties. I had to tell them if they called again other than an actual issue, I was cancelling immediately. Even then, I had to call while in one of their stores.
