my tv still isn't working i'm pissed . i'm calling telus tomorrow they gotta fix this ****

  • Aquakitty_ Aquakitty (@Aquakitty_) reported

@TELUS I never use twitter, but I came on here just to tell you guys can shove your bandwidth overage emails up your butt. If I get charged a dime I'll be switching. I'd rather have slower internet than get extorted for arbitrary bandwidth limits.

  • poli_sci_guy Mark Johnson (@poli_sci_guy) reported

@b1keridingpinko @TELUS Nah, I never do that. Roaming is only around $2.50 - $3 a minute, and for most trips I don't use it at all. For me, just using it for emergencies, I think it's cheaper to just roam. If I was going to talk/text a lot, I'd definitely get a SIM locally though!

@jasonowen7937 @TELUS Oh i know they don't, I've worked in that industry before, it has to be their loyalty people that fix the problem, which i managed to get through to, so we'll see next month how it goes lol

  • jimmy_oil Jimmy the Oil Man (@jimmy_oil) reported

@KolbyRizzo In the Oil Industry I have always had to change phone numbers regularly. Telus only provides if they were my carrier. I have to change carriers regularly. I went to Gmail and got slapped by CBC. So I use Hotmail and Proton Mail. No problems there so far.

  • Jessie42292067 Jessie (@Jessie42292067) reported

@Rootbrian_ @TELUS No, it's not my ISP. I figure it's these shitty routers. I've read the same complaint coming from tons and tons of other telus users.

  • Rootbrian_ The Rooty's Tweeties (@Rootbrian_) reported

@Jessie42292067 @TELUS That would also depend on your internet service provider AND the modem/router combination they provide. Has nothing to do with the isp or the carrier for that matter.

  • jasonowen7937 jasonowen (@jasonowen7937) reported

@JtotheEVON @TELUS Can you go down to Telus in Vancouver and deal with them face to face?

  • brigrigg Brian Grigg (@brigrigg) reported

@NVIDIASHIELD @TELUS Any chance you could convince @amazon to fix their Music app so that it actually works on the Shield?! HD would be nice too.

  • JtotheEVON The Artist Formerly Known As (@JtotheEVON) reported

I don't even understand how @TELUS can just continually screw things up on my account, like i've worked in that world before, this shouldn't be this complicated. Now they're even charging me for a "Promotional Gift Early Termination Fee", even though i never got a gift lol
