    @TELUSsupport Im talking to my roommate about it actually. Its her internet. I told her about my other condo having issues with telus wifi speeds. I cant even do simple things like watch netflix. And i have surgery soon so kinda need wifi for my recovery.... please help

    @TELUSsupport Hello, I m Telus mobility customer. I have current due around 600$ but I didn’t use my connection for last 3 months as I was out of country for some urgent travel and had asked to hold connection by calling customer Care before I left seems which wasn’t taken care.

    @TELUS Been trying to resolve an issue because your agent lied to me when I signed the contract. Called multiple times today to resolve but the right department is not open until Monday. Scam and bad service. Disappointed.

    TELUS done. Great tech dude getting everything done from wiring outside & support to plug and connect devices. Already huge difference in speed. Let’s hope my bill isn’t going to double...

    @smgrinus Yeah I can’t recall the speed but it was slow (not sure how fast internet 300 is but it’s not fibre) and lots of drops and wireless coverage was terrible despite having 3 ‘pods’ TELUS gave us free wifi booster and I’m able to get wifi upstairs whereas previously it kept dropping

    @TELUSsupport Does anyone have the problem you phone TELUS support told the wait will be an hour......use the call back option! Sit & wait phone never rings and like magic you get a notification you have VM & it’s TELUS SAYING THEYLL HAVE TO CALL BACK🤬Major Fail @TELUS
