    @TELUS I haven’t been advised anything. The customer service rep I spoke to couldn’t answer anything. Mind you I ordered this phone on April 30.

    @BTSypher7 @TELUS You should be able to use wifi while in airplane mode. Airplane mode just prevents connecting to the cellular network.

    @Eric_OTooleMP @MarkJCarney I actually don't have much issue with this confirmation of service demand. It's a yes or no question ... "Hey Telus, do you provide service to 416-555-1212?" Essentially, "if we were to send you a court order about 416-555-1212, are we barking up the wrong tree?"
