Since this was part of a physical move I tried to cancel svc but was told I had to pay the entire 2 yr contract

Telus asked if I could be ok without, my reply, that is the problem, we don't need them. I only hope for massive cancellations. They will listen then, no more control.

I told her to do nothing on my account and today I got a $255 charge that I didn't authorize. I don't want to renew my contract.
