    @TELUS not impressed. 1. Bought new phone from you and am client. Telus kiosk wouldn't help me set up new phone if I didn't pay $50. Assumed I bought phone at LDrugs. 2. TV loses signal. 3. Phone calls drop . 4. Cannot change my pik tv channels. Ready to move on.

    @TELUSsupport No one from Telus has reached out since I opened the ticket in January. I was told they would send a technician out to look at the tower but never got a follow up.

    @magsispunk Better than Telus claiming I can have wifi calling because I live in the middle of nowhere. Yet instead, it very often doesn't work. And is set to mobile network preferred. AND I DON'T LIVE NEAR A RELIABLE TOWER SO I NEED WIFI CALLING!!!

    @TELUSsupport 19 years with Telus Mobility and they tell me no more deals what a slap in the face! And they call me a loyal customer LOL
