@buzzbishop @WestJet . @TELUS has this service (call back) too. Wish more companies used it.

  • JoanneV1961 Joanne (@JoanneV1961) reported

@TELUSsupport extremely disappointed in Telus customer service. Have been trying for 12 days to open up a new business account for a company that has been in business for over 30 years. I need to be contacted by upper level management at 905 632 8503 ext 204

@billplein .@Telus doesn't _have_ any competition out here. Except from Starlink. And Telus knows that Starlink can't service enough customers to be a real threat. So I am unlikely to see fibre deployed here in my lifetime.

I’ve literally always said Telus was the best network, and I’ve switched countless people over. But these last few months have me wondering what the heck I’m paying top dollar for

  • MichealJRTaylor Michéal Taylor 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@MichealJRTaylor) reported

I think my favourite part about @TELUS internet is having to reset the whole system after a power outage. Or just randomly when it stops working. Sometimes a new SSID, sometimes new hardware. It's always a fun adventure 😶

  • dreamsandcolour Melissa (@dreamsandcolour) reported

. @TELUSsupport why am I being told by customer service that there isn’t a customer service rep that I can speak to? @TELUS

  • hlftonhlfshell ½🦈 (@hlftonhlfshell) reported

that said, we will return to teksavvy in a year when we purchase a house in this province because honestly **** bell, **** rogers and **** telus. ******* hate telecom in this country.

  • nicolagavins ni-chola (@nicolagavins) reported

@TELUSsupport So far, everyone agent on the phone admits it’s a Telus error. On March 4 alone, we spent 4hrs on the phone with agents. This was after multiple calls where we’d be told a representative would call us back. No one would, so we opted to hold while each level was unable to help.

  • Rethirded Renato Lizardo (@Rethirded) reported

Never had problems with @TELUS now i ******* regret switching to @ShawDirect

@Nerdrotics Let me tell you a story of the Canadian big 3. Telus, Bell and Roger's. - poor service - high prices - bandwidth limits. Among other things that will overfill a tweet. Americans still have it good.
