@Quea_Ali @RyanGrieveAB I switched my home services from Shaw to Telus because their service was overpriced and intermittent. I switched cell services from Rogers to Telus because their services aren't great in rural areas. I actually had no service when I visited family in SK.

@TELUSsupport I'm a Telus Mobility customer and want to change plans when I buy a new phone (BYOD). If I call support, can they give me info about Koodo and Public plans as well or do I have to call each one separately?

@TELUSsupport The second time we just dealt with a Telus support member. Both times we were the victims of poor connectivity based on oxidized copper. Instead of getting our full amount if bandwidth we were getting half.

I swear to **** telus if my phone doesnt go out for shipping today i will have a fit every other time i order a phone from yall it starts shipping the next day and now its been almost a week it better not sit in a warehouse for 6 days like last time too
