    On hold with @TELUS, need to switch my internet provider. Nobody in Western Canada should support @Rogers anymore.

    @chooseyourwow You deserve it. That company shouldn’t exist, any canadian name is already dogshit but Telus is actually evil. **** anyone that invests in that disgusting company. They refuse to invest in anything except paying old people dividends. from the top of a mountain: **** TELUS!!

    My dealings with @Rogers & @Telus over the past couple months have made it blatantly obvious that we have a crisis in Canada when it comes to the telecommunications monopoly. Abysmal customer service from both companies. Changing service providers has made no difference.

    @LarryChad19 @LeafRollin Do you think they would care? Check their quarterly earnings report for the last two years- net customer adds is not only positive but it exceeds bell and Telus combined

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been a customer for a whopping 3 months and already hate it. Haven’t had internet in 5 days. Can’t reach a human, chat bot is 💩 and no one has called me back after getting messages of ‘you will get a callback within 15 minutes’

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS cable is still A mess.Going 2 address it or just ignore upset customers and hope they continue to give you their business. @Rogers can you provide cable that doesn’t continually cut out and internet that actually works? And do this without ripping up my lawn?
