Frank (@lastofthefranks) reportedI've never repeated the phrase "I don't want TV, I don't watch TV" more times in my life than when talking to Telus customer service. It does nothing to stop them. I just want internet, stop talking to me about television. TV is for seniors who are scared of the internet.

Derek Cockroft (@derekcockroft) reported@RodAVanier So even worse. The CTRC (run by Roger’s and Telus) is now making the competitive environment in Canada worse. Who ******* wants this? It’s not good for consumer choice, it’s not good for trade relations, and it creates uncertainty for content providers in Canada. **** THE CTRC

capt_Ivan_Danko (@Capt_Ivan_Danko) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $36 for 100gb through freedom. Left Telus when they said I owed nearly $800 though I never missed a payment . Said it was an accident on their part but the collection calls keep coming .

Jan 🇨🇦🇺🇦💙🧡 (@jnbella) reported@Social_Moi @TELUS I have internet 75 and with promotion I pay 65 a month. My contract ends next year but I’ll shopping around before it ends. You literally have to threaten to cancel services to even get a decent discount or price. We are so limited to our options which sucks.

Debbie (@Cleosmahm) reported@jcorriv35 @jodyvance @TELUS I had one show up in a tesla. Then he had to call someone to talk him through Everything! He ruined my wall outlet. After several hours I said Enough! Get out. There was a mess left in the two areas he worked at I’m still waiting for them to repair the damage

Frank (@lastofthefranks) reportedTrying to move my Telus internet to a new apartment. Customer service quotes some absurd price. Mention I'm looking at their website and it says same service is $70/m for that location. "Thats for new customers". Telus charges more for being an existing customer?!?
