@TELUS I am setting up an online silent auction to raise money for a Scholarship I've set up in my Dad and Uncle's name. If by chance you read this and have anything you'd be willing to donate, that would mean the world to me. I'd love your help in my mission to reduce these tragedies.

@ShawInfo Hahahaha yeah, right. Your service is terrible, inconsistent and unbelievably slow - even when we’re forking out hundreds of dollars. As soon as Telus is available, I’m out.

@Shawhelp Shaw has the worse customer service i think I've ever come across, 2 hour wait time is ******* bullshit,i can see me switching to telus even though they aren't any better

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

Based on the complaints I have seen over the past 10 days, telus is not only deleting info from peoples posts in relation to this, but Telus is also deleting the Telus Porting help phone number from people helping other people due to lack of help from telus itself. #CRTC

@TELUSsupport Carlos a manager from Telus just called me and offered me a $25 credit for the 3 hours it took for “me” to come with a solution to this issue. I told him no thanks.

@DarciBrianne Mine is up soon and I think I might switch to just internet. If you get a streaming stick you can sign in to sportsnet and tsn apps through your parents cable. I also think telus is better than Shaw fwiw
