@ShawDirect Haven't had satellite service for 14 days & counting at my cabin, scheduled for July 8 tech visit. The sooner the better. Telus has already installed a fibre drop to the cabin so my patience is running out

@telusmobility - Leaving Bell - looking at Telus. Consumer side agents and plans are fantastic, and may have won a new client. Business agent lost the sale with terrible service/attitude and plan. I recommend more training on business side, customer care is crap.

@MobileSyrup Telus. The customer service is straight out bad. I have never loathed a company as much. Once I bought my house the first thing to go was Telus.
