@decisivegarth I'm tired of beating my head against the wall with non empowered customer service folks that don't know how to solve problems or care. I'm afraid Telus internet is in for a marketshare awakening in rural areas but maybe it's not a big enough market to matter.....

  • justamechanic1 justamechanic (@justamechanic1) reported

@TELUSsupport Yes. It is a product I am very displeased with. And a lack of support to correct the problem. I’ve had service techs here and found the problem but Telus refuses to agree with their service techs assessment

  • metaforager Samuel (@metaforager) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS has acknowledged that there is a known issue with WiFi calling randomly turning off on Samsung phones. I've been reporting this issue for months. Some people for much longer. Can you give us an estimate for when this will be fixed please?

  • byers_judy Judy Byers (@byers_judy) reported

@TELUS Is anyone else having trouble with their personal hotspot not working?

  • huebdaw Hue B. Daw (@huebdaw) reported

@TELUS Hard to support a company that can't even get me 1mb download speeds when I'm only 5km from a tower and doesn't return requests to get something done about it.

  • jimcarrol1964 Jimcarrol1964 (@jimcarrol1964) reported

@Lefty_Mind Why exactly do you think Telus should nationalize itself. Do you think it would bring better service better prices or is it just to serve your far left agenda. you're out of touch of because the only province in Canada is Saskatchewan that has a government own telephone company

  • lindabaileyink Linda Bailey (@lindabaileyink) reported

@Dan__Barel @TELUS Oh no. I’m so sorry, Dan. How awful. I hope there’s a way to retrieve it.

  • OldBrew75 Doug Ellertson 🇨🇦🇳🇴 (@OldBrew75) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta

@TELUS our rural internet via smart hub use to be really good. It’s been crap for the last few months. What happened?

  • TheHuma75098925 TheHuman (@TheHuma75098925) reported

@TELUS I see a lot of unfriendly animals. Don't hippos kill A LOT of people? Especially poor minorities. #canceltelus

In the battle of #Shaw vs @TELUS.... Telus wins everytime... In relation to my work I’ve now been on hold with #Shaw over 25 minutes... after calling the number they gave to us... this is absurd! Telus at least provides a customer based call back service so I’m not stuck!!!
