@TELUS Home phone is not working. Set up with a technician ticket #1058298619 for service today. No one has shown up. Poor service, indeed!

@althiaraj All government of Ontario offices, if signal strength allowed, use a 3G wireless router as back up/back door for their LAN and WAN equipment, now being replaced with 4G/LTE, which contacts Telus's Huawei network, so, Gov' ON backdoor Huawei bad.

@jkenney I had a Telus hub and it was usually too slow to do anything useful. Have Starlink now and it’s amazing. Just hope this money isn’t going towards the 90’s equivalent of trenching phone lines to farm houses. Maybe talk to @elonmusk before @TELUS

@Norlaine @Cat74458367 @jkenney Telus usually has Smart Hub service. $60 for 25/25 speed for 500Gb. How was your cellular 4G service before 5G came out?

That, in turn, will have negative effects on cable TV & Internet access markets. The # of large cablecos for rights holders in Eng-language markets will drop from 3 to 2 while Shaw's tendency to offer more attractive Internet service relative to Rogers, Bell & Telus will be lost.

@DavidTaylorNYC @Cat74458367 @jkenney Where we are, Telus only offers internet service via the phone lines. Think about that. Dial-up speeds. And we are pretty close to a major city. They aren't properly servicing our area, how bad can it be in remote communities?

In particular, it notes that TELUS never provided a technical briefing to the Commissioner’s office despite one being welcomed. Nor did TELUS work with the Commissioner’s ‘Business Advisory Directorate’ to obtain advice on its Data For Good program.

@codster_ @lenderonabender It won’t happen. In MTL, clinics that are under the WELL umbrella have opened right across clinics under the Telus umbrella. I was part of a private clinic that was bought by Telus. It turned into a **** show. My doc left to a clinic that is in WELL’S network. I’m very impressed

There is definitely something happening between the TELUS tv box and the modem as every time a scheduled recording started the internet cut out and the recording was also wrecked.
