Abhishek Sisodia (@abhirb) reported@TELUS sucks. Get your EPP customer service together. I got a plan during black friday to switch from Rogers EPP to Telus EPP. I placed order on Nov 27 and it's dec 10. I haven't received the sim and it is impossible to get in touch with your EPP department.

Can't access their network from new home because of poor cell tower coverage and they offer a pathetic $10/month reduction. Shame on you!!! Looking forward to terminating my 15 years of loyalty today. Adios Telus!!!
