Rogers internet services in Alberta are a JOKE for customer service -DO NOT GET ROGERS INTERNET (SHAW ) - there is no customer service - get Telus or TEKSAVVY #rogers

@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport If you have home issues, call 310-MYTV. For mobility issues, dial 611 from a TELUS cell phone. If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).

@gator_gum I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Telus "customer service" and death sounds like an upgrade. But totally vaccinated and still alive.

@TELUS Still upset about the price I pay/month, just for wifi. Loyal customer for years and my monthly payment goes up over $20 because a two year contract expires?

@yegwave Now they just need to lower there rates for data and phone usage. Telus and rogers have a monopoly up here. Im paying almost 600 a month for a family of 5 to have phones with basic plans. Where you get the same down in the states for 200 or less. No competition up here.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS how long does a customer need to wait on line for the next available team member? I think an hour is way too long! Do better

This is what @MarkJCarney @TELUS and people like Kevin O'Leary are planning to do to Canada in Vancouver, Alberta and other provinces. AI datafactories are detrimental to our health and the environment and are not worth it. This AI boom will fail leaving people and the earth sick

@JamesMac_Fit I scrapped my Telus router for Unifi gear. Created a separate WiFi network for the kids' devices, which shuts off a couple of hours before bedtime. Content filters at the router, not on devices. We collected their devices when the network dropped, and I read to them every night.

@ElizabethRBess Yup, that is so very common a complaint after folks calling Rogers customer service have happen. Makes you want to switch service provide but Telus is no better really. Customers don't count, can't go to a real office ever now.

@CanadianPro2 @MarkJCarney You can even technically use black water by transfering heat to sewage lines which would also facilitate district heating probably even more than the steam tunnels will in the downtown Telus building. But then that fosters bad bacteria.
