@TELUS @PCMag repeatedly I attempt to engage Telus for a solution to our phone troubles. Despite being in view of a cell tower...I seldom can phone patients anymore w my Telus phone (esp if call is launched from Telus's mobile health app). And, my children can't get urgent calls through to me.

Hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS me again! No improvement on the service issue & now one of your stores completely ripped us off on a warranty issue. #fraud Funny no one from Telus ever followed up. I’ve wasted hours on hold & $1000’s for crappy service. #CRTC so much for loyalty.

@weaverdarryl @TELUS Ya no. Lol. We've been with them over 10 years and I flat out asked Telus about a long term customer deal and they flat out said no.

@TELUS Perhaps use some of the savings and profit to put in a service that works on the East Coast of Vancouver Island. Specifically the Comox Valley to Nanaimo.

I tried @TELUSsupport @TELUS I really wanted to be your customer. You provide superior service to your competitors but, with costs rising, I must choose wisely. If I bundle my home package (cable, internet, home phone) & our cell phones, u are at least $75 more per month. 😧🥹😢

@rentomega @sjcalgary @RachelNotley We already have a private/public system and it causes headaches for everyone involved. For example, private organizations generally go with Telus Health, which would be fine except AHS doesn't use Telus as their ISP causing all sorts of unnecessary network issues.

It’s these Telus employees being so damn inconsistent. How can one offer to waive an activation fee but when I call back the other employee cannot. Make it make sense.
