    @Trainwreckstv Telus is the only one in Canada that’s gonna give you a fighting chance for upload speed. But unless you can get the fiber package it’s all garbage

    Need to vent. Am so tired of @TELUS and their poor customer service and reliability of tv and internet. Just spent another hour and a quarter on the line when promised I wouldn't be. Other providers are starting to look very good if things can be made to be reliable.

    It doesn’t matter if it’s the first day in my billing cycle and my data is completely full or it’s the last day in my cycle and I’ve been out of high speed for a week, Telus is slow and patchy and ******* awful.

    They claim Telus tampered with their lines when they installed the new wiring, but they were with Shaw when the lines were installed and never had issues.🙄 Telus pulled up their lawn and didn't leave THIS mess.

    @YouarewhatyouK Telus has terrible customer service so that people are just like **** it I’ll just pay the Bill, instead of waiting on hold. Bastards.

    @_valeriei We just use the Telus wifi extenders (we didn't have to buy them). We have 3 floors and have struggled in the past. I think our problem might be more that my device is recognizing 21 wifi networks right now, so lots of interference in a townhouse. We just got upgraded to fibre

    He was very unapologetic. And extremely rude. Telus use to have great customer service, especially for loyal business customers. Over the past few years, it has declined incredibly. I’m severely disappointed in my @TELUSBusiness experience.
