Rob Charron (@Uzarre) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I had the same issue with 1 box , for whatever reason the location it was in had low wifi signal , move it a foot any direction and it was fine. So weird we had to hard wire it in the end as the location for it had to be where it was.

Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I don't know what's going on at your place with Telus but I've got their Pure Fibre and Optic TV here in Marpole in an older building and I've got rock solid service. TV box is wired into the network and any wifi stuff works fine, maybe you have defective hardware or signal.

Bald Guy (@ScruffyNSmooth) reported@TELUSsupport, I can't believe the issues. Telus Fibre operates at 25-50% baseline speeds, Technicians DO NOT show up, and support is nonexistent. I have paid for over 2 years for a premium service and have received TERRIBLE service from tech support, and internet speeds.

You want to finance an expensive device through your plan and that is why you pay over $100. Telus is known to NOT be a budget provider - they have Koodo and Public Mobile you idiot
