Hey @koodo @TELUS Mind sharing how you’re cool with taking the money from hundreds of customers in Kelowna BC, who have reported connectivity problems INCLUDING with EMERGENCY SERVICES for YEARS? Your CSR agents say you’re fully aware but refuse to spend the money 2 fix it?!!!

@buoyantbabe @TELUS I'm having the same issue. Haven't been able to access it in almost two weeks. Called in and they said there is an open ticket. Next day they tell me it's resolved. This was 4 days ago. Still doesn't work

@bdanks @Pagmenzies Part of the issue is what people can afford. I mean food is gone up and not stopping, Telus is adding a 1.5% surcharge (2$), and boy, it's one of the largest tariff files I have ever seen over a lousy 2$. El cheapo Canadian site may draw a crowd (like basic TV). Build from there

@TELUS are you actively calling customers attempting to upgrade to iPhone 14? call from 18665582273, when I said no thank you, I'm not looking to upgrade right now, I got an immediate hang up, no "thank you", no "have a good evening" ? your outsourcing hurts your reputation.

@PierB @jon_dewitt_ts Yep! Telus, and Rogers the duopoly of carriers in Canada both have awful SPAs that basically only work if you hard refresh every page. But there's more… I keep a **** list handy. And yes I trace them too because of course I do. No need to framework shame: its very popular.
