@RTH_Manik @_Rewhan Shaw and Telus here. There are few things frustrating as Telus support when there's a critfail you can clearly identify upstream but "oh no pls disconnect *everything* an plug into modum direk" Your bloody auth is on the fritz again. Nothing local'll help, just. Patch a super?

@NorthEndRick @Bell_MTS BellMTS is the standard bearer for ****** service. Wait until they start charging you to send a technician out to fix their faulty equipment. Should be in about 15 minutes. Look at Telus for cell service, so I hear. Shaw TV can’t be worse. Switch!!!

@PassiveCndIncom It is a program called Virtual Intelligence Briefing (ViB) which is a B2B Marketing Service. To simplify, it includes joining seminars, discussions, writing reviews, etc. This Gift Card was for my 30 minutes phone meeting with a VoIP provider (used by Telus) called Ring Central.

@asadyyc @AHS_media It's a good system. I got in the online queue and got through about 16.00; made an appointment for 17.10 at the Telus Centre for shot #2. I cycled down, went through a very efficient process and was back home by 18.00 including my 15 minute post-shot wait. Well done @AHS_media

@melsm57 @RussRichards9 Thanks for the RT on this. I appreciate it. @TELUS is ruthless in trying to illegally keep refunds/monies owing on an overpayment. They promised to return $125.00. Never has happened in MONTHS

@lepp Way over lawyered. Also more engineers doesn't add much except a myopic view of issues. It's takes all disciplines. Reminds when when Telus tried to limit a consultation to eng's only. Think that was the BSO file. Only eng's can say what people need/want. 😬

@scorpiomom1980 That's not right at all. Call 811 and explain. She's definitely allowed to get it. Someone at Telus had same issue and hadn't been updated on new policy.
