@TELUS @TELUSsupport I have been a client of yours since 1999. 26 years Now I have to book off an entire evening to get to speak with a rep 54 minutes & nothing yet Our rates are sky high with no service. Other than telus trying to sell us security systems I never hear from them.

@Bell Canada has the best customer service in Canada. Switched from @TELUS and am so happy. I really don’t like to put it on public domain but @telus has the worst customer service I have encountered. Theirs AI customer service is impossible.

@MarkJCarney @bongbongmarcos Money, corporations, businesses, auto, investments, oil and gas leaving the country, may as well add tech support for Bell, Telus & Roger's to that list. Crown royal, furniture companies..all leaving faster than ever. The only thing built up fast is Carney's debt and airmiles

@MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!

@FreedomMobile your shameless lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After 12 years of loyal patronage, I have switched to Telus because of you. You can explain to the CCTS why your staff refused resolution.
