  @BoomerDivvies @TELUS They're a nightmare. Say this as a previously frustrated client and shareholder. Hours to get through only for them to spew lies claiming it's smart devices slowing down my Internet and making the TV freeze. 4th repairman told to go to Rogers.

  @TELUS Don't get involved with this company. They are the worst for customer service. They have apps that don't work and if you ask for a paper bill you get zero information on it. Then you try to leave them and they harass you and charge you hundreds of dollars. Think illegal

I need internet to do my gotdamn job and I needed it for Monday Aug 17...thr solution Janal gives me is a tech to come out randomly for a Wednesday Aug 20, are you mad?

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled

  @TELUS I had to switch one already after they went in store to get new sim. Try to help but it’s just another dead zone in southern Ontario. I have others that drop or silence for 10 seconds in same spots while they driving. It’s useless. 20yrs and worst reception.
