    So I guess the folks @TELUSsupport are really behind. My scheduled appointment for yesterday has come and gone and all I’m hearing is crickets. Calls to Telus Support get lost in the phone system ether. Hoping contact via Twitter DM will be better... ＨᏜ℘℘Ꮍ Ｈolidays!

    @MO190221 shaw you pay for certain upload speeds but you never get them. but telus I always get what I pay for. Maybe its because I am so public on twitter who knows.. hehe

    Been holding for 2.25 hours with Telus as they transferred me to Optic Solutions. Do yourself a huge favour and never sign up for this garbage! @TELUS
