@kevinmcdougald @jdobbin @TELUS If I was a benevolent dictator i would not only lower barriers but nationalize telecom infrastructure. I think it's absurd to have cell phone towers in triplicate, and it creates it's own barriers to entry and inhibits service to remote areas

  • mariaspencerr Maria Spencer 👽 (@mariaspencerr) reported

I don’t know when @TELUS made pins for accounts. I don’t remember ever making one but now I can’t access any support over the phone without it.... cooool? Sure just double charge me and not refund it because I can’t remember my pin

@CBCNews @NicoleatCBC Will your next story look that the criminals that are bell and telus. Yes he's famous but it's literary 'some guy' provided internet service to Canada besting the clown car providers here in Canada.

@newbyjr @DonTaylor5 @KarmSumal It's not just the Amateur Hour staff, even the commercials are worse--Questrade, Telus and others pulled straight from TV using a kid level recording device and put on their horrendous quality AM 650 signal. 17 workdays of this crud is too much for me.

  • Pracm Pranav maniar (@Pracm) reported

Such a bad customer service @TELUS @TELUSsupport my internet was supposed to be up from 1st march, its 4th march and its still not activated. When I called customer service they gave me time frame for it to be up after their closing time. horrible experience.

Anyone else in Vancouver having problems with Telus? I'm being told there's an outage in the "area" but I haven't seen or heard any complaints from anyone else...

  • juadog Jua (@juadog) reported

@TELUS You have some of the worst sales tactics I have ever encountered. Call to say you want to upgrade the cables, and then try to issue a new 2yr contract, with no mention of it.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@jfmezei So how will this turn out? Customers are not obligated to remain in a contract after 2 yrs. Telus will want their money. But, customer not obligated to pay after 2 yrs. Will Telus will try to con people into another contract or other?
