Internet painfully slow after mandatory upgrade to fibre optic. Speedtest showed 66% of speed I'm paying for. First solution offered was for me to upgrade to faster internet. I suggested I pay 66% of Telus bill. Troubleshooting and speed is back to normal

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Terrible service, Internet and TV down. Spent 1.5 hours trying to fix it over the phone, can’t resolve the issue. Then offers a technician to show up 3 days later…..😡

@FP_Champagne @CompBureau Neither Telus nor Bell have nationwide spectrum, yet, they network share nationally. Efficient investment by not duplicating networks unnecessarily. Precedent is set to allow Freedom to serve full provinces even if spectrum only in some cities.

My telus voip phone was so bad it's still getting spam calls 5 days after it lost it's phone number. The real calls go to the new cell phone number as they should.

@TELUSsupport If @telus could actually address issues through DM it would be worth having a Twitter account, but I still end up having to go through the chat or waiting for a call back anyway, so I just went there. Your system is so bloated and redundant, it doesn’t work efficiently. Pls fix!

@star2assassin @newfylore @TristinHopper I've used Telus Health four times in Ontario and haven't paid a penny to use it. And when I needed to see a dermatologist I was referred to a busy one who saw me within 10 days. Not too pretty bad, I'm thinkin'.
