@VancouverSun @TELUS You know where the absolute WORST cell service is in Hanna, Alberta? At the hospital. @TELUS has been advised of this for years and has done nothing to mitigate.

@TELUS you have the absolute worst customer service on earth. When we schedule a “call back” for services, i really dont expect to sit on hold waiting for 29 minutes before being cut off. Unacceptable.

@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS I immediately felt this was abuse. It triggered me. Looking deeper I know why. PWD , myself included mostly live in shared spaces where internet is included. Real help would be reduced cell prices. Nice gif.

@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS 2/ since Telus says they want to help PWD, may I suggest they offer a similar deal for our personal cell phones. Most people actually have one of these. That would be helpful. That is what an actual low barrier offer would be.

Is @Shawhelp’s refusal to support Outlook any more just a clever strategy to make people want to move to @TELUS ?

@modotjh @HEART10DOORP @TELUS I don’t think it’s completely stopped like this but for everyone the internet has been very slow I’m fairly certain

@DHandspikerWade @Wealthsimple I completely agree, which is why I hope people start using cash. Interac and the banks have it so locked down that they don't really have to do anything because there is no competition. Same issue with Bell, Telus, etc.

And it took about two minutes to take my business to @Distributel. Tired of the endless upsells from @TELUS and their failure to just maintain a simple, basic service. That's all I want. Not a spammy sales army that uses tricky pricing as a weapon against old customers.

@MrMdc1964 @azimuthex @TELUS You do realize what the costs of building a nationwide network costs right?
