@MondoAlberta I got booted from a healthcare worker Facebook group because I "bashed" and employer. But Telus Health is not an employer or a service provider they are a preditor at worst, a parasite at best.

@MondoAlberta Telus notoriously underpays their staff, most of their call centers are in foreign countries to avoid paying a fair, livable wage. How many will be "face time" doctors from foreign clinics? Anyone who thinks this will help wait times has never been on hold with Telus.

@shawnmicallef @TELUS I feel this! Had something similar with my office Bell bill. Took 6 months to resolve and I had to pay $600 while waiting to avoid my phone service being cut off … and then took months to get my money back, but never got back my hours listening to elevator music!
