@MandyCroning @teach_n_travel All of them are bad. But learning that so much relies on just one of them is terrifying. (That said, if the Telus network went down, medical clinics/hospitals across Canada would go with them)

@joshreimer55 I certainly was. Telus also shipped most of their customer service over to India in the early 2000s. I actually worked for AGT before the sale.

@HollieFelix @TekSavvyCSR I asked about switching to DSL which is slower than what I have, but it would need to be setup as a new service. Telus has no internet where I live and Bell has the same speed limits as what TS has on offer. (Makes sense as they resell it.) Going month to month with Rogers.

@Graham_DrinkBox Have some redundancy like you do now though. Bell and Telus aren't imune to outages. A local outage is just as annoying to an affected customer.

@222Minutes @Freedom_Yeti You are paying for a service that is not secure that’s it that’s all you didn’t agree to privacy when you signed up with Telus Bell or Rogers they sell your **** all the time. That’s why criminals never say **** on their cell phones

What bugs me most about @Rogers meltdown is having no choice but to remain a customer. Not moving mobile to @Bell because I keep mobile/internet with separate carriers precisely for outage events. And @TELUS is useless on int’l service. So I have to put up with Rogers’s crap.🤬

@NancyMartin2021 Switched my cell phones to Telus 3 weeks ago. Good thing! Had Bell Satellite before Rogers and wasn't fond of that. Everyone I know that has had Fibe weren't impressed with their service and switched to some else. Rogers is my only choice where I am

@msjs2021 We are with Telus for cell service. So yes, we are burning up our data plans. Rogers will give probably gives us $10 back though for our suffering so it's all good.

@Gracie39324786 @MRecreate @ps9714 Three hold the majority of the market in Canada (Shaw, Telus, Rogers). No wonder we have the most expensive cell service in the world.🙄 Canada needs to invoke our anti trust laws - the way we did with Bell back in the day.
