  • nuxx007 🏒 Hockey Guy 🏒 (@nuxx007) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport been on hold for a period of 3 hours for 3 days, trying to find out the status of my order which said it would ship out by now but still no communication or update. Awful

  • Twittwalk Tracy Walker (@Twittwalk) reported

@SrsAdvocateBC This link requires you to have the knowledge to connect your email to a Telus Thunderbird Mail account. This means seniors must have more than just a passing knowledge of their email client if they use, say, gmail or some other popular service.I haven't been able to do it so far.

  • VSB39 SD 39 Vancouver (@VSB39) reported

UPDATE: Unfortunately the internet issue affecting the District and schools remains. Telus is on site looking to resolve. More info as it becomes available.

  • tewha Steve (@tewha) reported

Looks like the monstrosity that is @TELUS / @BellMediaPR authentication is down again.

@JimJohannsson @Citizen004 It's just an 'operational' question I have. There's no feeling of this gov 'hearing' concerns of ABns. No response to us. If I phoned Telus b/c I had an internet problem, it was never fixed, never heard back, I'd wonder what was going on, want to hear fr Boss.

  • pauldhobson Paul Hobson (@pauldhobson) reported

@Telus account help quest continues. Almost out of Elven bread and starting to become emaciated. Corporate on-hold times now measure in complete orbits and handset turning to dust. I blame @VancityReynolds for not being disruptive enough in the .ca market.

  • TheHighCapper The High Capper (@TheHighCapper) reported

WTF is up with my internet @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • auxonic Eric Goodwin (@auxonic) reported

@laura_shantz @DvdHam @OttSnowCyclist My work phone (Bell) didn’t get it. My personal cell (Telus) did. Work phone has never been to QC, personal was there a month ago. Total mystery system.

  • JMkennedy03 Mike kennedy (@JMkennedy03) reported

I had to get a new phone, my contract ended and my iPhone turned itself into a brick. Telus will only waive the activation fee if I order my phone online. Do I order a new one online and return the one I just bought or should @TELUS serve their customer and just waive the fee?

@loxyisme @as_per_danielle I do already follow a lot of small brands just for support because I like their products/services. I mean more the big players like Best Buy and Telus. I don't need that in my feed but I decided this year I would give it a shot. I don't normally, but I've got nothing but time...
