    .@adriandix up now, says Telus “had a very bad day” - says VAncouver Coastal Health went from 300 appts Monday, 3000 Tuesday, and more than 2500 today so far. Says 34,000 appts booked so far (gov estimates 50,000 eligible this week).

  • RobShaw_BC Rob Shaw (@RobShaw_BC) reported

    .@adriandix has done a 180 on Telus. Yesterday: Company has let British Columbians and seniors down, and failed us all. Deeply dissapointed and frustrated. Today: Why is everyone asking so many Qs about Telus, they have made improvements and lets all just look to the future.

    @acoyne says in today’s G&M that all governments have been lousy at pandemic response. Unanswered is who would be better. Private enterprise hasn’t been great either — Telus call centre in BC registration comes to mind. Real problem is Canadian health care fragmentation.

    @PaulDoroshenko And, sometime you hire Telus despite there past and continuous errors

  • mghnn_jn Meghann McMurray (@mghnn_jn) reported

    Wow @TELUS wonderful customer service that when you call 4 days in a row, with no voicemail left - the one day I pick up and say that I don’t have time to listen to the promos you want to tell me; the person hangs up without so much as single word further. Shame.

    @CTVVancouver Telus sucks

  • KevinSMcArthur Kevin McArthur (@KevinSMcArthur) reported

    Why are the Libs so bad at opposition. There's massive problems with the NDP government and they're trying to get the telus contract as if there's any point in trashing a vendor you dont intend to replace.
