  @Alan_B_Happy @TELUS Bad press is better than no press. Aqualini might hate getting bad press, but having nobody talk about your team at all besides game broadcasts? Thats much worse. Sure WE have Twitter, but the average fan? They still tune in during drive time to get their team updates.

  @TheRiversEdgeAB Moved to an acreage in 2024...got starlink as no other option Everything about it is vastly superior to the service thru either telus or shaw. Like not even close

  @EPCOR @TELUSsupport Service out due to lightning strike. All telus land services and epcor power services are out. 130 Ave and 127 street, west side.

  @TELUS Yes. There is simply no service in east central Alberta. I’ve called support twice and after very long calls nothing improved.

  Has anyone’s data not been working with Telus lately? We switched back from Virgin because virgin was garbage, and now I’m having issues with Telus again. 🙄

  Finally got through to Bell yesterday afternoon on a Sunday. Had to push tech support hard but respectfully. Thankfully, a manager called me back and pointed out that our original static IP address now belonged to someone else (I figured as much). He said static IPs are in limited supply apparently and it might be hard to get it back?!! 🫨 He promised to send a tech over in the morning to try and fix it (no guarantee we'll get our static IP back and might face more delays to reconnect to Telus Health). The Bell technician will have unlock our phone router to allow SIP lines to by restored. 4 days of lock out is not acceptable for our patients and I will push for better with a guarantee for fast response if our static IP goes down by some tech glitch in the future. Hope this will soon come to an end 🙏

  @olanshiley_211 @TELUS @TELUSsupport And finding a customer service agent you can understand is almost impossible, I called so many times and there is such a language barrier I needed to turn on google translate......and interference sounds like they are taking calls from home or another country....

  @rmmh1898 I get daily spam calls from “local numbers” on my @Telus phone line. I even have call screening, it never ends. Telus could put a stop to it but they don’t.
