@jasonpereira @ScottTerrioHMA my loyalty to rogers is really expectation that telus and bell are really just an exchange of different problems/complaints (if not the same) and therefore not worth the hassle of changing - i feel banking is the same, except for saskatchewan pension plan (which i am in)

post 8 am coffee, and stuff... removed the old telus white box, which was a fail, installed a new modem unit.. bridged properly, tv works properly... only took like 3 weeks to solve was -1 at 8 am

@TELUS I CANCELLED MY HOME SECURITY SYSTEM 5 MONTHS AGO HOW COME EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL IN AND RE CANCEL IT BECAUSE YOU KEEP SENDING ME BILLS!!!!

@deanblackskull @TELUSsupport @TELUS I didn’t even see this! I called and complained that we shouldn’t be hit with a cancellation fee if it’s due to them not offering our exact service at the new address. It took reaching a few different people before they set the cancellation and waived the fee
