@TELUSsupport @TELUS Can you please tell me why it is I have to resort to contact you via social media like this. I try to go through the proper Channels w/ your support system but every time I get bounced to 3 or 4 different attendents + w/ at least 50 min wait time. 1/3

@TELUSsupport I was told someone would call me to confirm my installation for today. No one called me and I have no internet, no emails, no calls, no communication from Telus. Please help.

So @TELUS raised my bill by 50% out of nowhere, but meanwhile gives new customers 3x the speed for less than I was originally paying. Geez, thanks for being a long-term Telus customer, eh? :P

Is it just me or has the service at @TELUS seriously deteriorated this year? Wow. Can't get the billing right, hour long waits and disconnected while left on hold. CTTC complaint incoming 🤬

@AlleyDalley @TELUS Yes. You should try and find away to calm your body. Definitely not good if your pains are back! If I can do anything to help, please let me know!

Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

@PacteraEDGE email. He still has not answered my response. The jobs on your webpage seem to be very attractive, but unfortunately, I have the feeling that you are wasting people's time and energy. I have worked/am working with Telus and Appen and never faced this kind of indifference.

Calling tech support is an unacceptable wait. This is absolutely not the service I expect out of Telus. This is what I would expect from one of your crappy cheaper competitors not a premium provider.

@Bryson_M I just dumped TELUS who was charging me $85 a month for a measly 2 GB of data and charged me $40 in overages during the power outage.
