    @marty_mart_bel @LeaStreliski J’ai flushé fido/rogers pcq ça marchait zero en Gaspesie ni sur la côte-nord. Je prends Telus qui marche partout j’arrive au Nunavik: pas de réseau c’est juste fido. 😭

    Lack of incentive to stick with @telusmobility @TELUSsupport @TELUS Staff in Loyalty dept. respond politely nonetheless with underlying bitchiness that actually says FU & **** off! Erin in particular. Cost only increased after many years loyalty. Looking at cheaper options. #Fido

    Been trying to call @TELUSsupport @TELUS for days, get put on hold as I wait for an agent for 90mins until the call cuts out. Being told I will be given over to a collections agency for billing on a service I never received nor used.

    @TELUS Every other week TELUS promotes some social initiative, my bill goes up $10 every other year. Canadians demand cheaper cell service. At least donate to existing organizations instead of funding these projects internally, TELUS billing is getting out of hand.

    @TELUSsupport Why have I only had 1 bar of service for months, same with everyone I know on Telus’s Server.. I have always loved Telus but I pay over $100 a month and my service is extremely slow and phone calls are cutting out.. so frustrating! #telusserviceissues #iPhone13Pro

    @telus @telussupport Been a customer for 20 years faithfully. After you trying to nickel and dime customers with this new credit card fee I will forever be removing my services and you will lose out on thousands over a 1.5% fee. Good job on your business sense.

    P.S @telusmobility Erin wouldn't even agree to what @TELUS gave me 2yrs ago. Erin, in no uncertain terms, & no room for negotiation, expected me to agree to a bill that was $23.56 per month more than I already paid to sign with them again. How is this incentive? Appalling service
