    My internet got cut out for the moment, I was like "Oh no, Was I late on payment?" To realize the light on my telus machinery went out. It was easily fixed, All I needed to do is restart it.

  • abrexta AbrextaTheGaul (@abrexta) reported

    @dnick96 @CTVNews Dean N, not sure if that specific app is involved, but TELUS and other Canadian mobile carrier are selling your data, including location tracking to interested parties. Look into Data Brokerage, its a big issue in Privacy/Ethics right now

    @brittca Talking to myself and thinking out loud, I would still go for the cheaper bill. It sucks that they want to stack another two years on your existing contract but a cheaper bill with Telus is better (they 'spensive, I prefer Fido).

  • Kaaaymariee -km (@Kaaaymariee) reported

    @entwistled so you cut off peoples phones they use for work and school and have been a loyal customer since young and have been working through this pandemic since 2020... this is how you run a company? #telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • cakeis_not_alie Trevor Pott(); (@cakeis_not_alie) reported

    @virtualizecr @TELUS It's not that Starlink is the best way to solve the problem. It's literally the stupidest, most unbelievably wasteful approach to the problem. But it's also literally the only hope most of us have, because companies like @Telus won't connect us, no matter how much we pay.

  • adrianchamber Adrian "Smells Like Teen Spirit" Chamberlain (@adrianchamber) reported

    @TELUSsupport Pretty pathetic 'support' Telus.

  • Hrbngr_of_btfl Gen_Grevious ∞ (@Hrbngr_of_btfl) reported

    Sitting right beside the internet and still a slow af connection.. Seriously, why am I paying 112$ a month for this? @Telus #LowerInternetCosts

  • Nikorp NiKO Malp (@Nikorp) reported

    Know what sucks? When your Telus internet bill goes up $60, so you boot up the My Telus app to slash/reduce the tv channels you get to save money, but your previously mentioned expensive internet keeps dropping like always and you keep getting error messages and change nothing.

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

    @TELUSsupport I don't need assistance. Telus Mobility service is unreliable here in my block. A $5 increase with no change in service does not seem appropriate.

  • poolq1984 Paul (@poolq1984) reported

    @OccTranspo Probably ripped through is 20gb from Telus and is now on the slow data connection of his unlimited plan.
