    @marty_mart_bel @LeaStreliski J’ai flushé fido/rogers pcq ça marchait zero en Gaspesie ni sur la côte-nord. Je prends Telus qui marche partout j’arrive au Nunavik: pas de réseau c’est juste fido. 😭

    In all this talk of new “models” and “mechanisms”, does anyone see a solution that front-line family docs are likely to buy into (not just go through the motions to get paid… Telus Health does that fine) and that is truly scalable? Let alone affordable? Because I sure don’t.

    @TELUS I requested a quote from an agent, and they signed me up for an install? In addition, to cancel the install, I need to call you and sit on hold for an hour? How is this acceptable?

    Land line has been down since this Sunday. Called @TELUSsupport and troubleshooted their little white Nokia box. Confirmed it's pooched and needs to be replaced. Tech informed me that Telus will charge me $150 if they send someone and they find it's our fault but /1

    "speak with agent" after every prompt until a person picked up the phone and explained what had occurred. She was nice and asked why I had to create the service call as was I with my responses because, after all, it's not her fault Telus has grown into a bloated /5

    @TELUSsupport So 2 weeks without a phone is normal service from telus and not one follow up by anyone? I want a manager to contact me !! This is ridiculous. Having to find my own loaner phone and we are going on 2 weeks I will not be making any more payments for service I am not receiving

    Just got my Telus bill, I have been charges over 350 dollars for cancelling, yet I never cancelled my service. I have just spent 37 minutes on hold with Telus only to have the computer voice chirp in that the office is now closed and to call back another time. Really impressed.

    Had to get in my truck and drive 3 miles out of town today to make a cell phone call @TELUS your service sucks! God hope I never need 911.

    @zephryus47 @TELUS He never was capable of accurately explaining the difference. I asked to be transferred to loyalty or I’d drop their “service”.

    @TELUS your service vehicles this morning rolled through 2 red lights turning right with no stopping whatsoever. Happened on 96th Avenue in Surrey KK 7839. At 7:10am

    @TELUS worst customer service ever. Your payment arrangement department is a complete joke. They don’t care about the customers that have been with the company for years. They are eating on the phone. They put you on mute when your trying to talk to them.
