@TELUS my mother's home phone and cable are down. Cannot call @TELUSsupport . How can we fix this?

  • Caution2010 Meghan Valli (she/her) (@Caution2010) reported

@steeletalk @TELUS If someone is trying to contact your for an emergency from police etc.. it will not got through. Can create a problem especially for those who only have cell phones. It’s a good idea but it has drawbacks as well.

@steeletalk @TELUS I enjoy messing with and wasting the scammers time. They usually swear at me then hang up

@MorgannaJoyce @ShadowOctavia @vampirekitty109 People like this guy have issues, usually it starts parental. Im sure his ex is White and Canadian, as he is also Canadian. His telly is Koodo owned by Telus. You can get him banned off twitch, then go to work on his local police department.

Gotta love your new phone finally showing up, only to open an empty box. @TELUS after all the bullshit I've gone through to order this phone, I think you guys just lost a customer.

Once my plan with @TELUS is over I will NEVER switch back to them ever again. How does one get charged $400+ overage fees if THE ACCOUNT DATA IS BLOCKED?! And on top of that the audacity of them calling me to ask if I want to buy a new phone with them today? Telus is trash. 🤢

  • dutchessnini Nneka (@dutchessnini) reported

@9mobilengCare Telus and Bell are the only two network is see the 9mobile sim is picking up . I have tried to make or receive calls using both but no success

  • liissm_ 𝓲𝓵 (@liissm_) reported

Seriously @Shawhelp i’m this close 👌🏼 to going back to Telus after 15 years. Internet is always down in T2Y.

  • auxonic Eric Goodwin (@auxonic) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@human3500 @ALL_CAPS Lol... do we have an approach? Other than telus/bell looking for handouts to marginally improve poor service

  • ve7wnk Bob Holowenko (@ve7wnk) reported

@jasonmanning Oh, well, hello there only other person I know who used it! I grew up in a small market and cable FM gave me access to stations hundreds of KMs away. TELUS TV has a pretty damn good line up, but lacks the feeling of using a real tuner to bring it in.
