Middle of a board meeting at noon today: 1. Zoom crashed, 2. Telus crashed, 3. my cell phone crashed as I was texting my board chair to try and figure out a solution. Solution: went home to finish work, bought new phone this evening, opened cold beer before supper.

So much for customer loyalty. I would figure that in the middle of a pandemic a company like @bell would be true to their word. It might now be time for my family to switch to @telus after over 20 years as a client #wehavebeenloyal

@TELUS Last Summer I joined Telus. The process was frustrating. Someone set up two accounts. I keep getting threatening letters about collection of overdue payments on an account you told me was closed! Threats to my credit rating. Customer service much?

@timnguyen_co @TELUS Dude, ISPs only ever have incentives for NEW customers. They've never cared about current customers. Its why we all jump ship when our 'new customer' offer expires.

Classic @TELUS your sales agents lied to me about my move and about being able to setup things on the other end. Now I'm stuck on hold with people who have no answers other than that's too bad. Why are you allowed to use shady business practices to lock people into contracts?

@Bell_Support can’t believe your phone agent Christopher recommended that I switch to Telus. You can’t match their offer! I will be transferring my phones after being a loyal customer for 25 years!
