Get a call from @TELUS rep telling me to bundle home Internet with mobile. I'll save all sorts of money. I clarify multiple times what's included. Bill arrives before service is active & it's all wrong. Now, I get to call mobile, internet, TV depts to cancel all this **** 👏🏽

@RedeemerBlood @TELUSsupport Firmware updates may cause network devices to start performing poorly. Telus technicians can monitor your modem performance from their back office to see if there are issues somewhere along the way, so a call can be worthwhile.

Call comes from local number but clearly originates in overseas call centre. Callers claims to be calling on behalf of Telus Mobility to offer free device upgrade “for being loyal customer”. Aroused my suspicion bc I’m not telus customer.

@modhaliwal @TELUS I took screen shots of the plan the rep messaged me about when I switched from Shaw to Telus. I never got what was promised. They are all slimy. Check your bills for over charge “errors” regularly.
