@TELUSsupport I'm 1 hour and 20 min waiting for a salesperson to help fix my prepaid billing. Unacceptable. No sign that that anyone will pickup soon, no callback offer horrible service and not the first time my phone stopped working without notice due to TELUS billing issue

@cmcalgary Some guys from a Telus reseller came to my door offering some promotional deals. They never told me what they had for internet/tv bundles as I only have basic cable from Tek-Savvy. (Tends to be lower in price than shaw, and no contracts). They had a good deal on phones though.

@telus @telussupport Been a customer for 20 years faithfully. After you trying to Nicole and dime customers with this new credit card fee I will forever be removing my services and you will lose out on thousands over a 1.5% fee. Good job on your business sense.

Lack of incentive to stick with @telusmobility @TELUSsupport @TELUS Staff in Loyalty dept. respond politely nonetheless with underlying bitchiness that actually says FU & **** off! Erin in particular. Cost only increased after many years loyalty. Looking at cheaper options. #Fido
