But @XploreMobile's solution is to call a client without service to help fix the issue. Once I get back to #winnipeg I plan on switching to @TELUS. I'd steer away from Xplorer Mobile if you plan on checking them out.

  • RockinBluesShow Brent Morrison (@RockinBluesShow) reported

@TELUS requested a call back. Was informed you would try 3 times. 3 voicemails but NO recent calls. You sent 3 “calls” DIRECTLY to voicemail, NO WAY I could answer! Your customer service is STILL terrible! No surprise, I was trying to find out how soon I can cancel my service!!

  • MargolisChuck Chuckylucky 🦄 (@MargolisChuck) reported

@seanorr @TELUS i would have a couple meltdowns and i've got **** tight- housing, food, bills paid, etc ugh

  • ItaliyaPrashant Prashant Italiya (@ItaliyaPrashant) reported

@TELUSsupport you guys should teach you sales guys not to lie to customers, never gonna be with Telus again in my life.

  • eissyrc Cryssie (@eissyrc) reported

@Norma_J_ I need to talk to Telus and tell them to deactivate my VM. I never check it because how could I. It doesnt even do voice to text. Thank you Norma for checking. Sorry for not returning your call. 🙃

@AnthonyLacavera In fact I could not tweet this at you if I was a freedom customer, because they do not have coverage where I am at. Telus does.

  • S4Life7 2 of 2 5G Tracking chips installed. (@S4Life7) reported

@AnthonyLacavera Well, I hope you have billions in capital to spend over/above the purchase price to actually build a rural network. Until a company can provide the capacity(band width) and coverage of Telus, with out resorting to roaming on another network, I'll never leave Telus. 1/

  • Kratzie Mike (@Kratzie) reported

@TELUSsupport Yikes, Telus. My wife waits all afternoon to try and get an issue resolved, escalation team member cuts her off and laughs at her numerous times. All because a free feature got removed when she switched mobile plans and ended up being overcharged. Not great.

  • KimballFinigan Kimball Finigan (He/Him) Your At-Home Trainer 🇺🇦 (@KimballFinigan) reported

@steve_izen @SoniaFurstenau Fee for service is the problem. Docs could have salary if their college would shift from FFS. Telus is pushing a private healthcare business agenda. That is illegal, infringes our Charter Rights, and entrenches two-tier basic healthcare services.

  • roystonbruce Bruce Shearer (@roystonbruce) reported

@SoniaFurstenau @markroseman Telus is offering basic services at no cost to the patient. Their fee for service option are things that users would have paid for under the current BC health system. I don’t have a FD nor access to a UPCC. Walk in clinics here are jammed. Glad the Telus system is available.
