    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You wanna pay low mobile rates, talk to the people in India, if not we have the Canadian Cusotmer Service line, but that cost $15 more a month. Your choice.

    @telus you really need to either hire better door to door salesman or just stop the practice all together. They are rude, misogynist, refuse to listen and don’t under the words “not interested” and “no”. You’re a massive company, find a less intrusive way to get new customers.

    @nenshi When I was working on 5G towers the Filipino Temporary Foreign Workers were falling off of the Towers and dying. Rogers and Telus did not pay out compensation because they were sub contracted to the projects for 50 cents on the dollar. Also the Temporary workers brought down wages of Canadians. Is this the society we want? Cheap and disposable labor? Canada is not as good as the 1980s and 1990s and 2000s.

    The sound is all ****** up on the @TELUS TV app and @Sportsnet plus doesn’t want to work either. For what I pay for this **** I’m very unimpressed

    @TELUSsupport Appreciate any updates, I have already sent the DM. 1. I have the equipment but no way to send it. But being charged. 2. Not got the refund promised yet. Cancelled the account due to trust issues, now struck with trust issues in refund. @TELUSsupport @TELUS #scams

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Oh we know. They have a cartel in Canada, need to pay out their retiring CEO and pay signing bonus to new CEO. It's all about profit for them, not service. But to be fair, I talking to someone from Guatemala and it was great interaction.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport they did this years ago. The only company that stopped this was Rogers back in early 2018. I believe it was then, they had so many complaints about overseas, when Guy Lawrence took over he made all these jobs come back to Canada. Bell Media and Telus have always had overseas support. That's why I never dealt with them.
