    @CapitalOne @TELUS You both are complete garbage right now. Both blaming the other for a purchase and I am stuck in the middle calling each of you to get nothing. I cannot wait for Costco to be done with Captial One. and Telus you are about to lose a brand new customer.

    @TELUSsupport been a loyal Telus Business customer for 20yrs. on my 5th Samsung Note 6mos old...huge dissapointment, Voice dictatation is terrible, battery life is terrible, screen cracked with very light drop, warranty is void and there is no support. may switch carriers

    @samelaanderson Koodo uses the same network/towers as Telus so shouldnt be affected. I would imagine the other providers are similar

    how do you do it @telus @TELUSsupport ?? 2 weeks for setup..then doesn't work..then no call, just straight to VM as I'm staring at the phone??? 3 times....

    @moodyangela Are you able to switch to Shaw? I had the same issues with Telus - couldn’t stream Netflix, wifi would cut out.
