    @TELUSsupport I went phone shopping 1.5 weeks ago and agreed to stay with Telus EPP and agreed on a plan and price. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock so they ordered it nbd not in a hurry. Today they call me to say phone still isn’t in nbd but now the price is $15/mo more. WTF!?

    @EveryAlbertan @jkenney @UCPCaucus I admit that phone appointments for simple things is great with my family doctor but I have no interest in engaging with the apps like Telus Health or whatever else comes along. Ppl crank about a vax passport but no problem with a diff doc every week. Ffs. AB gov sux.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS So true-- I took a course for teaching English online, only to find that my @Telus internet connection has become far too slow and unreliable to use for that!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport you guys have such ****** customer service, I can’t upgrade my phone over the phone which is absolutely ridiculous. I never been frustrated with you guys that I’m at the point of taking my business else where.

    @SurvivedChaos @TELUS Oh wow. That’s terrible. I for one am so tired of the BS we are subjected to here in Canada between Telus, Rogers and Bell. Driven by capitalism and greed. Zero customer service skills. Consumers have no choice.

    @cyberqt Wow! Time to think of switching to Telus. That's extremely awful service. This situation should be deemed "urgent" Shaw is getting worse and worse.
