@erinxo @TELUS They used to be so good and now they’re in the “IDGAF how we treat customers” category. Used to function like a local service business determined to keep your business and now on par with Rogers and Bell in worst customer service titles.

  • faith_hope_TA Kelly Mc (@faith_hope_TA) reported

@telus @TELUSsupport too bad I can't get an appt from ODS to replace my temp line, waiting for almost 5 months. TV freezes daily, if I call its a 3 hour convo with no solution. #poorservice

  • infamouskrob infamouskrob 💜 (@infamouskrob) reported

Telus tech guy is at my place right now. Talked down the first guy a bit ("some are just in gor the job") and then what he thought would be "quick fix" is taking multiple drives to the access point lol. Whoever set this **** up in the first place really ****** these techs over.

  • adifood1234 Adi lally (@adifood1234) reported

@maddyshumi @FitCityJordan @Shawhelp Um Telus is worst it took me 3 hours to reach someone lmao.

  • jeremitis Jeremy (@jeremitis) reported

Why does @Shawhelp have the worst customer service in the world? It’s time to switch to #Telus

  • lux_crk ℓuxury ✨ (@lux_crk) reported

@sabrinapros @Videotron Telus is better . I have never gone over my data since getting my new phone 2 years ago . You should switch providers girl .

  • TracyKo42161423 TK (@TracyKo42161423) reported

@dgidziu @TELUS @shandro Agreed. I stay away from anything with Telus association. Worst customer service/care in the nation. They have no business being in health. Provide tech behind the scene.

  • PrairieAgMF Matt🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@PrairieAgMF) reported

@MdmCurt @RobSomerville1 I'm going to have to look at this a bit more. I need a new phone but currently with Telus. Seems like Rogers might be better service

  • TheKluve Chad K. (@TheKluve) reported

@sameheshak1 @Biz1961 @PierrePoilievre Telus store never closed. They were allowing one customer per employee under guidelines. Which was 2 for 2. How many small businesses that had their doors shut would have benefited from following these guidelines?

  • Bringthemtome Bring It (@Bringthemtome) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz I bet if an investigation happened they would find out a lot of gov heads especially in CRTC own a significantly number of telus / bell / rogers stocks. There's no other explanation why they would want to **** over the smaller guys and be anti-competition.
