Has anyone had a problem with paying a #Telus bill & payment not showing up on the file? I can see I made the payment in my online banking to the correct account number (same as always) but it doesn’t show in the my Telus app and my bill doesnt reflect the payment. @TELUSsupport

  • JonDurnin Jon of the Shore (@JonDurnin) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport if you have been absorbing the credit card fee all these years and are now claiming a need to pass it through to your customer, it only makes sense to cut your rates the same amount first. Is there a # for #greed? #CorporateGreed oh look there is!

  • mcweeeeeee mcweeeeeee (@mcweeeeeee) reported

@TELUS not understanding why, after 4 months and several calls into you, I still haven’t received my replacement boosters?! I work from home- reliable internet is a must and this is unacceptable! Time to make a move to Shaw. Also- will be moving my cell service after 20+ years

  • mildlycorrosive Rachel (@mildlycorrosive) reported

@YYCBoarder It’s ridiculous how much of a deal. Internet is under 70 a month. And our 18 is on his games whenever he’s home and no lag. We had pretty awful internet from Telus too because now 6 years later they are finally upgrading our neighbourhood to even be able to have fibre.

  • Jake20113880 Jake (@Jake20113880) reported

@TELUS I can’t believe how greedy Telus is getting they are know charges fees for customers paying their bill I think it time I cancel my Telus accounts

  • editorinblog Wayne Moriarty (@editorinblog) reported

@TELUS your credit card fee deeply sucks. Think I’m going to start paying by cheque and will drop my home and mobile accounts as soon as the terms end

  • douglasr Douglas Robertson (@douglasr) reported

@JonDurnin @TELUS Like the Easy Roam fees, which have somehow magically gone up from $5/day for USA to $12/day while the cost to get a local SIM card from a US provider like @Mintmobile has gone down over that same time period? Yeah, poor TELUS indeed.
