So I’m kind of pissed I just changed my server to @TELUS and they don’t have 24 hour customer support or a slot to drop an email and someone will call back page how am I suppose to get help when I work during business hours ??? Stupid.

@TELUSsupport after having fibre optics installed, I now have new terms of service, added cost when it was free, and my TELUS retiree discount is gone. I was told to fix it myself :(

@TELUSsupport hey telus support.. I moved into my new apartment in Canada from the US. I was told that when I get to the apartment I just need to turn on the wifi and connect to telus. I'm not able to connect. Tech support phone line has over an hour waiting. Can someone help?

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.

@SomeCndnSkeptic Don't know who your with but telus has a free service where people calling me have to confirm they are real before it goes through. They only have to do it once for their number and since I've had it I haven't had a single robospammer.

Why ******** is Shaw trying to tell me that I have a cancellation fee from my two-year plan. I've had their **** internet since 2012, that plan has been up. I'm gonna sit here looking at my new Telus tv with gig internet marking their 190$ cancellation email as spam, infinitely.

I have a feeling @telus knows we ordered new internet service because ho-ho-ho-ly-**** theirs is terrible today. Good riddance. Can hardly wait for new provider to get up and running. Just a couple more days.

@eyesplash I used to pay $86 to Telus before I upgraded. I am saving money not going to happy hour etc. I'll drop it back down if this **** ever ends.

@PLDT_Cares the phone number of my account is 89618473 provide by our company telus and its under my name you can check that service is not working for more than 3 weeks...they dont give me the account number but that is under my name imelda L. Babon
