KrysticMystic (@KristicMystic) reportedOMG! Telus is the most awful company. It often takes an hour with dropped calls to get to talk to someone who can't always deal with your issue. They want 2 year contracts with shady rules or they hike your overpriced plan without warning. And then they continuously call you to try to give you deals instead of being upfront etc..etc...

R 8 T N (@ther8tnfiles) reported@rory_mg I'm on one of these plans right now and couldn't be happier. I'm with Public Mobile which runs on Telus/Bell network. I pay $20 a month (fixed price for the next 2 years btw) for 60 GB US/CAN/MEX. Its pretty neat, can't beat it.

heiba9866 (@heiba986627073) reported@FoodSighman @WestJet The issue is they hire call centers and the call center in Telus El Salvador is made up of STUUUUPID EMPLOYEES, They don't Know what they are doing or saying they think they will fix everything with BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE QUOTES, their staff and employees can't speak even English

I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.
