  @TELUS The service was canceled 3 months ago and i got charged with $6.78 and got no refund of $15.68 the account have no number this is ridiculous.

  Finally got through to Bell yesterday afternoon on a Sunday. Had to push tech support hard but respectfully. Thankfully, a manager called me back and pointed out that our original static IP address now belonged to someone else (I figured as much). He said static IPs are in limited supply apparently and it might be hard to get it back?!! 🫨 He promised to send a tech over in the morning to try and fix it (no guarantee we'll get our static IP back and might face more delays to reconnect to Telus Health). The Bell technician will have unlock our phone router to allow SIP lines to by restored. 4 days of lock out is not acceptable for our patients and I will push for better with a guarantee for fast response if our static IP goes down by some tech glitch in the future. Hope this will soon come to an end 🙏

  @FanMontanaro It's worse. I pay for OneSoccer in my Telus subscription, and they didn't have the game. And even tough I've already paid thru Telus, I need a separate login and subscription on their website.

  @VanIsleInvestor @TELUS I signed up a few months ago, no issues, reasonable price. My wife is trying to sign up now. Couple days in and still having issues and the rates are up with less data. New boss man making changes.

  I just walked into a Telus shop looking for a prepaid SIM card for my stay in Quebec. 35$ for 50 Gig... Good deal I thought... + 20 for the SIM card...mmm ok. + 35 if they put in for me (in case there are configuration problems) We're up to 90$. WTF Corporate greed I say. Bye 👋

The CEO: "Yes, absolutely. We're a direct supplier to them". No reseller in between. And Telus now comes to AMPG for NEW product development. More configurations. "Which we'll be announcing". THE NUMBERS. Roughly HALF the $40M LOI equipment already delivered. Orders received now EXCEED the original LOI by $5-7 million. Shipping every day. Most LOIs in telecom die quietly.   @TELUS Can't believe how difficult you make things to get a new phone for a senior on your mobility plan. Went into a store, they can't do anything; called a number, they took 15 mins to say they can't help; called different number, can't help us; sent us to a site we can't figure out!!
