You know what sucks, is @TELUS told me not to worry about November to December’s Bill for either Internet or Mobility because I was a flood victim… but they didn’t cover it. #FeelsBadMan #Telus been on catch up ever since.

@TELUS had me wait on the phone for an hour last night because I got a roaming charge and I haven’t been outside the country. Transferred me to the wrong department only to tell me that I would have to call back again after my next bill for them to fix their mistake.

the reason this is finally easy - the reason i don't need a special machine for it - is that the invention of IP relay services means that i simply applied thru telus' website - the company that owns my cell service provider, public mobile. IP relay means you only need internet.

just remember to put in the name associated w/ your account at your cell service provider & you will be fine hgsjdjdhgsfk! telus gives me an option to put my actual name as well as my legal name in so that is exciting! hopefully the service does not out me to ppl lol
