    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Sadly they are pretty much all the same. Ok if you are a new customer, get a deal, then start raising the price till you call. It all falls apart after that.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Canadian businesses suck on customer service , maybe because people have not learnt how to fight for their rights, they just vote silently with their feet. Sometimes you need to bang the table to reset their business brains

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Had to do the same thing with Sasktel a couple years ago. **** service and sky high prices - gouging for all their products - not sure why people continue to patronize them! Telus has been good to me but I am keeping a close watch on them as they silently creep their prices up

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They all bad. Took me exactly 12 months to close my satellite TV account with bell. They demanded return of already paid off obsolete receiver or pay $600 for it. Glad I did not toss it away after service was terminated.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Im going to dump them soon also Jon. Same as you. Been with them probably even longer. Let me know if you find a decent provider or who you are thinking of going with? I wish X made a privacy focused phone and offered service via starlink dtc.
