I did and it’s useless. No definitive status. That’s why I called the webstore support line only to get told that it’s been pending all this time and they can’t figure out exactly when it’ll ship. Why is @TELUS actively selling products on its website with a “5-7 business day”

@Rogers Your wireless SUCKS. I live near the Canadian border. I have 2 US cell phones, 1 on ATT and 1 on Cricket. Both allow me to roam in Canada on Rogers, Bell and Telus. Your tower often overpowers the others and while I get 4 bars, I can't even load a webpage. You SUUUUUCK.

@shoffmanAB Someone in our area got paranoid about 5G internet and knocked down the Telus tower. We start online learning on Wednesday & most of our kids won't have any internet service. This should be interesting.

Wanted to give @TELUS a big thank you and a great surprise! Had a call with a customer rep on Dec 10 and in closing asked if there was anything else he could do, jokingly I said you can call me on my #birthday and this morning he did! Now that is #customerexperience

@ShawInfo Shaw sent me a modem in SEPT and it never worked with the current Telus system in my home at the time. We tried trouble shooting with Tech Support and it still didn’t work. Tech support said it was because our home wasn’t set up for it and that it wouldn’t work.

@Shawhelp Planned outage we were not informed about it looks like. Was 24 hours in North Vancouver yesterday. Is that what we can expect? I'll switch to Telus but fire that happens.

@moarbaconz We have Telus Optik and how easy the box is to navigate and get from cable to Netflix to tv shows on demand has been a god send since doing tech support for my mom usually ends in a shouting match.
