Telus tv is such garbage. And they wonder why people cut the cord or pirate stuff. Well just look at Telus tv.

Odd to say but Canada needs to follow the US and force health software vendors to provide open access (API) to platforms like the US is doing now. Looking @ #telushealth specifically. We tried to get access & were told "API wouldn’t be provisioned as TELUS has a solution in place"

@ROWPublicHealth Is the Telus issue fixed entirely?

@TELUS is always like "hey! Thanks for being a great customer for like 14 years, give us more money and add a tablet!" Never "thanks for being a great customer for like 14 years, we're gonna save you some money!"

@dohRG Probably. Telus is upgrading it's network during the coming months. Plenty of time since my 2nd shot will be in August.

Epic four hours with #telus support. I talked to about six different people. They’d call back (that’s good) and ended with waiting on hold and then being hung up on. You have to laugh. So bad.

Yenno what I love, throwing money literally down the drain.. it’s the same as paying for internet from @TELUS. Nothing comes out of it.

@hayu yet AGAIN, the Hayu iPhone app, the Apple TV app, Telus app & the streaming method - NOTHING WORKS. I spend more time fighting with your system than I do watching shows. I'm not paying for this anymore!!!! Worst quality of any streaming service period.

@peternowak This is a bit frustrating to find out. TY for covering this or else I wouldn't have noticed. Given the onslaught of emails asking me to switch to Telus, I'm starting to wonder how the company is performing overall. Which sucks cus I love them and don't want to leave.
