    I was a @Shawhelp customer for 5 years, until today. Cancelling my service and going with Telus instead. Don’t use this company for internet services, all you’ll have is regrets and ****** hardware.

    @edmontonjournal @TELUS I keep seeing this damn story all over my feed as if it is taunting me. I don’t live in the middle of nowhere and can barely get 25mbps on a good day. Bad day I get nothing. I live 1.5km from a city of 68k. Better off if I lived in the middle of nowhere

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport today is their day ur internet is down with no ETA and no info of what's gone wrong, it's Monday my wife n I work from home we both have lost a day's because there's no internet, it's unacceptable for downtown Calgary area

    @dinnerwithjulie @TELUS Since we moved to the farm our service has been crap, finally got a Telus Tech on the line and he told me they have literally 0% available bandwidth in my area on most days. Why am I even paying for this? And there are no plans to fix it for at least teo years. 🤬
