  @CTVVancouver Blame Telus ? Of course. Its the Corporate nightmare as far as it comes to delivering quality products. Master at manuplating ordinary customer’s billings. Mr. Entwistle has got lots to do to regain trust in Telus.

  @CHEK_News Lol. Govt should have asked for references before hiring @TELUS to carry out such an important task. It took them 1.5 months, approx 15 phone calls and 40 hrs of my life to get one hole drilled for service installation. True story.

  @Averyflash @RadioNLNews @TELUS This is the Governments fault for not having a proper online system in place and also for not having contracting or having the foresight to have adequate staff to handle the calls. Also the 1.6 million callers who were ineligible didn't help the cause.
