@jeffspears01 Earlier today, we experienced a service outage in parts of Western Canada. Affecting wireless services and some wireline customers. Our team immediately identified the outage and restored services within an hour. TELUS thanks its customers for their patience and understanding.

@TELUSsupport it’s great having to do schooling online yet the Telus Wi-Fi wants to go offline and no amount of trouble shooting will help it. Glad we’re paying for the “top of the line” for unreliable internet.

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture I just switched to telus mobile, i have so many more charges my number was never switched so frustrating
