    @TELUSsupport @TELUS @TELUS Loyal for 15 years. Finally got a callback—agent had a child crying nearby, then hung up and never called back. This is not acceptable. Escalate to a manager or retention team or I will consider switching.

    @TELUS is your data coverage from Squamish to Whistler down? No data at all. Restarted phone. Spoke to other customers they are all having the same issue.

    @TELUSsupport When I try it tells me to add directly from the channel. Its ok tho. I've has such issues with telus this past week so im going to look for another provider thank you

    Telus Internet has no customer support. On hold for over 2 hours. Placed a callback and it disconnected. Time to go to Starlink

    @TELUS Your AI system when I try to call and talk to a human ******* sucks so much!! Please make it easier to talk to a person. Bonus points if I can understand the person when I finally talk to one.

    What the heck is going on @TELUSsupport ? Haven't been able to make a call all day on Telus mobile, still not working at 10pm. "All circuits busy" message all day. When will this be fixed? I'm in Vancouver.

    @Savage16May My son cracks up at me yelling operator continuously into my phone. AI never understands my problem. Then I start swearing and it hangs up on me 8 months now still can't get my phone to stop dropping calls and my phone won't switch over to wifi calling. But telus only has AI support.
