@Diver_Doc @DrNoelGrisdale @GoAHealth I was on hold for 46 minutes for Telus home phone tech and listened to the same ad. After multiple calls and texts confirming they would be coming to my house today to fix my phone service...crickets. No one showed up. I cancelled my telephone service after 40 years with them.

@hanshaneson I can't stand bad anything. I'm slowly undoing a bunch of hack jobs that were done by either my step-father or crap handy men while I was in LA. Which reminds me, I need to get a telecom friend over to help undo the mess some Telus guy did. *sigh*

So, out Internet is ****. Called @telus and they said “Just don’t use it when you know other people are gonna be using it in town.” Thanks @TELUSsupport happy I pay 100$ a month for that! Here, take more ******* money.

Fun with @Telus today... 20+ min wait to talk to someone, get a call back. Get put to retention (40 mins in) they won't help. Get to wait on hold to be transferred to a diff department that can't help. To get on hold for retention. Now 1.5 hours waiting. FIGURE YOUR STUFF OUT

@Brownsfan791 @Rogers Telus will never get me as a internet user unless they upgrade in my area(i use them for cell service though). They want the same as shaw for way slower speeds. I just hope rogers dosent jack up tje price of my internet.

@RogersHelps @ConnorA60206269 Was a 20 year customer. At the end you were gouging my family $375 per month for 4 phones. Eventually said screw this. Went to Telus. Still getting screwed but $225 per month. Not a peep from Rogers. Joke of a company.
