    I've been trying to cancel my @TELUSsupport @TELUS services since Wednesday. I just got told they couldn't authenticate me, with my name & account number. I guess when you make it impossible to cancel, you figure we'll just keep paying, so it doesnt impact our credit.

    @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.

    @HotStoveD I just went through the same problem a few weeks ago. Phone agents were even less helpful and unwilling to retain my business. Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.

    @BoomerDivvies @TELUS They're a nightmare. Say this as a previously frustrated client and shareholder. Hours to get through only for them to spew lies claiming it's smart devices slowing down my Internet and making the TV freeze. 4th repairman told to go to Rogers.
