@TELUS Well after about 20 years your customer service and billing department is losing me as a customer. Too many screw ups and not enough resolution. You used to be the best. Not any longer.

@Shawhelp you’re help isn’t very helpful. A part you supplied malfunctioned and I have to pay to replace it. A service you say you provide doesn’t work and customer service gives me the runaround…. Telus is starting to look like a good option right now.

@JulieMHelps @TELUS It was that call at about 7 am - that the Visa was compromised - but she just hung up on them. I would have thought they would hang up after all this time. They’re going to keep things unplugged and hopefully this will reset itself!

@TELUS we have an older S7. We both need new phones. It's impossible to go to kiosk & get help. I keep my phones 5 yrs so "buy it back" sucks for me. Your website is confusing. The competition offers in-person help. Why should I stay?

@Gab_H_R Easier to privatize and outsource when the system collapses How many aspects of service have they already privatized? In BC they outsourced some services to Telus rather than increasing funding and support for workers

@MizzJackson @TELUS I haven’t heard of it not disconnecting after all of those options are tried. Strange. I do know scammers are looking for ways to keep line active. This allows them to pretend to be your bank or police etc. as you think you are calling someone else but scammers never hung up.

@TELUS are you INSANE? Why are you sending your #Yeg employees door to door in -30° weather? This poor woman just knocked on my door to pitch an updated plan and all I can wonder is if you treat your customers the way you do your hardworking employees. #capitalismsucks

My parents had scam call this am. My mom hung up landline but scammers did not. After unplugging modem + phones, landline still won’t work. @TELUS won’t help them over the phone + are going to charge $150 to come out + reset. Anyone have ideas on how they can reset themselves?
