@TELUS @TELUSsupport way to string your customer along for almost an entire month, only to screw them out of a phone because four separate calls later including one to escalation, I’m out of an iPhone because they’re all out of stock.

  • JennyNorth22 Jenny North (@JennyNorth22) reported

@TELUS I got a new phone on Tuesday. It took over 2 hours to purchase a phone only to find out you screwed up my plans. Spent over 4 hours on the phone with your support trying to get it resolved. Thanks for wasting 6+ hours of my valuable time.

Last Monday after weeks of recording problems with my Telus Optik box a technician came to my home and installed a new one. In and out very quickly, not a Telus employee but rather a contract worker.

@TELUSsupport @hellofisher wait. is this telus stating that a hold time of 4 hours can happen "anytime" ?? because i'm at 49 minutes right now, so i'll just hang up and take the fido offer when they call back

  • riesco_co Riesco & Co. (@riesco_co) reported

@TELUSsupport No, it wasn’t sorted. Tech didn’t show up Saturday, as promised & then I received an email saying a tech would arrive Dec 5th, without any consultation with me as to time & day! After 44 years w/Telus, I cancelled my service and am now with Shaw.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m trying to buy three phones right now two upgrades and one new line. I’ve called earlier today it got dropped. Went into a Telus store but the system went down. I’m calling again now wait time was 30 mins I’m at an hour now. What’s going on here…

@TELUS longtime customer, seeing all the many amazing things Telus is doing, sadly longtime wait for assistance, at 1:20 and holding; item not available online :(

@TELUSsupport just a suggestion Telus - the number you use to call people for support should be different from your telemarketing number. The latter I have blocked and miss calls that are important.

@BradleyFriesen @TELUS @TELUSsupport I love Telus, sorry to here you have problems. Can’t go wrong with gig internet

@perfectrose2011 @ElizabethRBess @richardzussman The quick fix is to fully support our family docs to run proper family medicine clinics & not work for corps like Telus. More local docs will come from Alberta & Ontario
