It’s been almost a week when I switched to TELUS Pure Fibre .. nothing but problems.. TV freezes up. Box not working. Not impressed with Telus. No one has contacted me to solve this problem after they mentioned they will contact me.

@notseinfeld01 @TuraEmanuela it's really not. last time i used them they referred me to the physical clinic in victoria because the dr determined i needed to be examined. waited and heard nothing. 8 days later telus emails me saying "sorry our clinic is at capacity, can't help you. try another clinic" lol

Our 800 number is currently down. Our telephony service provider, @Five9 & @TELUS are working on the issue. In the meantime, if you need to #CallBeforeYouDig, pls call 403-302-5812. Thank you.

@elsaasce @RogersHelps IMO Bell is just as bad! They were really horrible providers to our family for so long, it felt amazing to leave when we finally did. Maybe Telus? Or a fourth option?

@erdocmom @TELUS Relying on government and telecom monopolies to provide efficient cheap service is against everything they stand for…

  • dougransom Doug Ransom (@dougransom) reported

@TuraEmanuela @notseinfeld01 If a telus doc has 200 patients and shares that fee with Telus 50% that might not be a terrible income.

So it’s only been a few weeks and my experience with @TELUS so far has been nothing but trouble. @TELUSsupport how come I’m unable to add a data top-up either through the app or website? And how do I get a human being to fix it without wasting half my day on the phone?

  • AvoidAmazon Boycott Evil Amazon - Find Alternatives (@AvoidAmazon) reported

@ParmarNav @CCTS_CPRST @TELUSsupport CCTS won’t help you. They are basically the same as TELUS. Corrupt to the core.

  • brycecampbel Bryce Campbell (@brycecampbel) reported

@moodyangela @SoniaFurstenau @adriandix I won't touch Telus or any other telehealth service. You're jeopardizing access to healthcare once corporations get involved. They're just there for profit, not care.
