    @TELUSsupport I had and was, that my Telus net work "was down" my bars had no signal for 15 mins. It got triggered when someone texted me and my bars was back normal

    They said we would have to send the phone to Samsung and be without a phone while it is being fixed. They would not even refund the $20 data charge because of this problem. 2 landlines, 3 cell phones are no getting canceled because of this. Thanks Telus, switching to @Bell

    @TELUS since we were in the states. Then last month they tacked on another $120 per line so that now our bill is $706 per month. I have been calling since the 17th to cancel. No response and I get put on hold. Hmm 🧐 so much for Customer service. Sad

    @Dillman_J1 Hi James- This is a scam artist posing as a TELUS team member, we have had a spike in reports of this type of call happening. TELUS will never ask for personal info on an outbound sales call. Please do not provide any information to anyone claiming to be from TELUS.

    So, #FirstWorldProblems. I order a smartwatch through my cellphone provider, @TELUS. They say 3-5 business days that it'll ship out. Today I get an email that it's on backorder 2-3 weeks. This is garbage. If you told me when I had you on the phone YESTERDAY, I wouldn't be angry.

    @TELUS is such a joke of an internet company and none of their agents have any customer service whatsoever. Definitely looking at switching companies after 30 years of being telus customer smh
