@Catvanzyl @TELUSsupport @TELUS I had cable/internet then was trying to do a smartphone (they lied to me outright about what it could do) so when I got the phone and tried to set it up............massive problems so canceled them all. Took months to sort out including a collection agency ...didn't owe anything

To signup for the Telus internet service? Not that easy. However. The Telus online sales to deal with is like a mission impossible. So far, I have talked to Telus salespeople, which do NOT have adequate information about the sales they provide. Hilarious.

@moodyangela @Almightygoogly @redsnoopy69 Telus does a better job paying physicians than most provinces. If the provinces did a better job covering some of their expenses then Telus would fail. But until they do that Telus health will thrive

I have some good news and some not so good news. The good news is, I'm eligible for TELUS' plan for seniors. The bad news is, I'm still with TELUS.

Telus your customer service is horrible. No one seems to know how to provide a PUK code to unlock a SIM card. Already spent 106 minutes on hold only to get disconnected with no help and no call back. So far have been on hold for 40 minutes with no help. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

Apparently my phone attempting to connect to a network (unsuccessfully) counts as data usage, even though it didn’t work or load and I had to ask people to use their data. Super unprofessional service. Very disappointed @TELUS

@telus who do you get off sending people to my house to ask how much I pay for services Not one person I know that has switched to Telus has stayed because of your poor service- you have to give tv’s away to get customers as @shaw keeps customers with great customer service

@GoldTAnalysis @ronmortgageguy The flip side of this is that as price points move up, competition increases drastically and the level of service increases. Try getting a Realtor to return your call in a $300k avg price point town. It's like trying to get ahold of Telus!
