@jwsthomson That’s one of the reasons I changed from #telus to #rogers for cell phone service. Very frustrating and costly if you live on a Gulf Island.

@reporteremma Telus, Bell, and Rogers played these games in Windsor, Ontario (where I formerly lived) for years. The only solution I found was them adding a note / rule on my account that I wasn’t liable for roaming in Michigan. But it’s annoying having to call to back out charges. Frustrating

@MsYouDoYou Was with TELUS forever, and so much the same--March 2020 WFH revealed just how terrible they are. Switched to Lightspeed (cable) in November. Seamless switch. DL speed doubled. $45/month. Zero issues. Hate that we waited so long.

@jwsthomson Used to roam onto the US towers all the time... never got a bill... and you get a bunch of texts telling you it happened. Telus has the option to turn the whole thing off though and if you live where this happens, you should turn it off at the carrier.

@MsYouDoYou @toddnickel I was with @TELUS almost two years ago until I moved into my new house. I literally moved 8 houses up the road, and they couldn't connect my service because of old wiring. Said sorry, don't know this type of fiber, call Shaw they will service you. Shaw came out within 24 hours.

@SafetySteveNL @McMudder71 @TELUS Telus is owned by Koodo. The reason Koodo is cheaper because it's mostly self servive vs Telus offers more support in store. I switched ages ago too

Hey @TELUS ....we cancelled our appointment and didn’t reschedule with you and yet we just received an automated call telling us when our appointment is. Maybe as a customer service note a live person could call to see if we need a scheduled appointment.

@TELUSsupport my senior mom is having issues with her migrated email. We are trying to help her remotely. Who do we call if we need Telus help. She is the customer, not us.
