@TELUS why is your telephone customer service “closed” at 10:44 am EST on a Monday morning? The toll free number 1-888-811-2323 published on your bills mentions nothing about “open” times. I am calling on behalf of an 82 yo who just signed up for your life support device.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been charged US roaming fees but haven’t been near the US in years. Your online support form isn’t working and I’ve been on hold for hours trying to escalate the issue. Can someone please help me?

@telusmobility I’ve been with Telus Mobility over 20 years, home phone 30, internet for 20+ and Optik for a dozen. Their inability to find a solution to a simple problem may mean they’re going to lose all of them. They’re shrugging shoulders, bizarre customer service philosophy

@PaintedHorse14 @adriandix It's hard not to come to that conclusion, or to the conclusion that deliberately crippling the health system benefits Adrian's Dix's best friend, Telus, and speeds up the stealth privatization. If they don't want us to ask these Qs, they should smarten up and fix the rollout.
