@TELUS 2 years ago I had to switch to Shaw for better speed internet after being a Telus customer for over 25 years. Please replace the copper in my neighborhood so I can come back. Heritage area in Lethbridge Alberta.

@menard_ray @TELUS I had such a bad experience with TELUS that I switched back to Shaw. TELUS was slightly cheaper, but the poor customer service & connectivity weren’t worth it.

@skypierce_ @TELUS Yup internet in Canada is **** I’m outside of calgary and it’s either Telus dial up or Shaw supposed high speed but it never comes close to their speeds on a speed test

@TELUSsupport I have been charged for something I certainly didn’t spend and the Telus website is saying ‘We are unable to retrieve your info at the moment’ when I go to usage!!! Help it cancelled my 40 plan because my account went under 40 dollars for no reason!!

@Bell_LetsTalk @Bell Get your service from a better place like Roger's or telus you'll thank me. The lack of customer service here is disgusting. The charges I've recieved for returning a phone upgrade is ******* pathetic
