@joepolastre The statements from Telus in the article suggest this is quite significant. 5G inside the terminal building could be less of an issue than air side near runways where UAS and AAM may one day routinely operate. I agree there are many factors here; the Canadian news is notable.

Why is @TELUS censoring their customers during Global BC news on the E-Comm 911 emergency call delays? What does Telus not want us to know?

@EveryAlbertan @allisonjade Same here with Telus support. I was mortified as soon as it was out of my mouth but really, the guy fixed a persisent billing issue. I DID love him!

@covie_93 Because they sell a Powerwall off grid / grid supplemental option. Where better to sell it from than where it's needed most? Full disclosure, I'm a #starlink user and may not care for his business practices but anything is better than rural Telus crap net.

The proposed restrictions will be quite strict. For example, at Pearson International Airport in Toronto, the federal government will ban the use of 5G base stations in a vast area around the runways themselves, as a result of which there will be no 5G service in the area. Telus

@JayLaw1 @kavs86 Also of interest, Koodu will let you buy the device outright, but Telus (like Bell) will at most let you pay down 1/2 the device fee, which means higher monthly bills, and I like to hold devices for 3-4 years.
