@LeftCoastLeafs I am having the same issue. Just tweeted at telus

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I had an appointment this morning for a repair. Your man arrives maskless and when I call him out he could care less. WTF is wrong with your employees. You send me text about protocol for Covid appointments and your man is maskless at my door.

@stevenchase @globeandmail My question stands why is Canada providing financial support for research institutes that support Beijing's positions? Esp. when Telus has yet to remove its (huawei) equipment, which has now been installed on some 80 towers and sites in the national capital region.

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo 4/ The list displayed in Netspot, under the ssid heading, is a good indication if dominant neighborhood provider is shaw, telus, or another vendor. Another way to confirm if the signal coming into your home is poor is to connect to the ISP device with an ethernet cable.

  • andrewjulio Andrew Julio (@andrewjulio) reported

@atominable Telus man! I always hear internet issues with Shaw.

  • MissAshee86 Ashley R (@MissAshee86) reported

@ShawInfo Seriously sick of paying $140/month for my cable to never work! “Outages” weekly. @TELUS got any good deals?

  • bree_foxx Bree Foxx 🦊 (@bree_foxx) reported

Second time getting someone to fix my internet and he did it in less than an hour. @TELUS if you trained your people correctly I wouldn’t have had a bad 5 1/2 hour install the first time. Thank god for this second guy.

  • derinderici14 Derin Derici (@derinderici14) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Each agent gives me a different solution regards to my bill. Does it matter from person to person each time? Is this how your customer support works lol once i’m done this bill i am switching to Bell. Worst customer service ever. Nobody is trained.

2/ The professor responsible for the research project said only Cisco or Huawei would put down money for this. I wonder is this some form of hidden indictment on Canada's telecommunication oligopolies: Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc.

The best account closing experiences: Twitter, Spotify, Canadian Tire card, and Telus. The worst? Amazon, Ancestry, Fido, Costco (WTF do they need a death certificate for?) and Ticketmaster.
