@TELUS @FriendlyFuture You don't put your communities or customers first all you do is contract out union jobs and pay ppl overseas a fraction of what you should. Keep Canadian customers money in Canada by paying Canadians, **** telus.

a @TELUS Support employee was pushing a security deal when my family had a technical problem and we were trying politely trying to tell him that we're not interested. Yet, he was continuing to push it and I think that the employee doesn't know no thanks means no thanks

@MUngarian @TELUS I’m not sure how to process this either. They wouldn’t do anything for me. I’m so disappointed in them and it’s super unfortunate, but what else can I do? I’ve fought and complained and nothing so **** them. They don’t care so I’m leaving them.

  • deedar01 DeeRDrr (@deedar01) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS I was a loyal Telus customer for 20+ yrs but left them about 5 yrs ago as they refused to match any deals from the other companies. Since then, I buy my phone outright, go with the best deal and keep an eye out for even better deals.
