    @Tonygeheran you make more than 4 million dollars per year but you think it’s ok to cancel a persons cell service (during the season of giving) for owing $134 for 2 weeks. Absolutely despicable! Meanwhile Telus claims to care about people’s health? What B.S. Shame on you!

    @TELUSsupport if there is a clear problem with the telus provider you should be sending reports for people to go in and answer calls nobody can sleep with a beeping noise going off in the middle off the night. I recommend sending some people to work immediately

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport when your situation is resolved it will not pass as ok and you should Reslly work on your costumer service hours because it’s not appropriate for it to be happening at this time of the night. Go send some workers to fix the issue because we are not happy

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport my fibre bill with taxes is $16 higher than what it is supposed to. Also I’m also $150 short on my bill credits as what was agreed on, on my original service agreement

    @TELUSsupport I called multiple times to telus customer service to get service at my address. Every time they said they will create ticket and follow up on same day. Noone called ever for ticket. Spent hours on call every time same answer. It's waste of time with telus services.

    @TELUS service in rural Alberta has been getting worse over the past year. I travel primarily rural for my job and rely heavily on cell service that is non existent in more places than ever. They claim there’s nothing wrong. Something needs to be done. @RealTalkRJ #RealTalkRJ

    @TELUS now I’m being transferred back to have my account cancelled again #wasteoftime this is why I don’t pick up the phone when companies call. I’m 49 minutes and counting to resolve an issue that I didn’t start for a service that hasn’t worked in 18 months
