@TELUS just FYI we are NOT impressed that a Telus rep came to our house after 9pm. As a Telus customer already there is no reason to send any one to our house.... Instead of having someone on the payroll going door to door take that money and make existing customers bills lower..

@Xplornet I was so glad when I moved to an area where we could also access Telus Smart Hub and xplornet wasn't the only option. Painfully slow and expensive for such tiny data packages.

@TELUS How would you feel when u port a customer over to #telus and then disconnect the phones in 5 days, with no prior notice? And how would you feel when you are being misled just to buy stuff? I am heart broken.

Does Telus actually think it's ok to say they will provide a $200 credit for porting a phone number over 7 months ago and now not pay the money because they don't want to? I shouldn't have to fight to be a customer! Is this the Telus business model? Rip people off?

@TELUS So, someone logged into my account, activated #telusstreamplus and now support tells me that they can't trace it. This is disconcerting, to say the least. Seems like very basic security features to have an audit trail on account changes! Why don't you?
