TELUS be like: You're all set to go! Your new phone is ordered and ready to ship!...oh wait...we have had problems charging your card. Your order is cancelled. But we actually did charge your card and we just hope you didn't notice.

@davidcrow Telus or Bell. Rogers network has terrible pockets without coverage and their network is generally saturated. We’re in a similar area— I switched to Telus 2yr ago no problem.

@TELUS congrats you’ve lost customer. Bill was due today and you disconnected my service this morning without any warning.…I paid my Bill in full this morning, today was pay day. I spent most of my evening trying to reach a rep and now I have to pay the reconnection fee 😡

Anyway Telus said they'd try to schedule something for me this week - then scheduled my appointment for NEXT TUESDAY after failing to show up for my appointment this morning But I went onto their app and was able to reschedule for tomorrow morning? **** all of this

@AlsoKnownAs_AA @CarttCa @TELUS You seem confused by the current regulatory regime. Roaming tariffs don't apply. Rates for MVNOs are unregulated. (Are they regulated anywhere?) If you need further regulatory assistance, let me know. I can refer you to some very good consultants to try to help you

@TELUS @TELUSBusiness @TELUSsupport I got my internet back up because an actual Telus Technician fixed the problem and provided a way more better service than the one who installed my modem. You guys had cost me $5000 of lost profit!
