David T.S. Fraser (@privacylawyer) reported@Eric_OTooleMP @MarkJCarney I actually don't have much issue with this confirmation of service demand. It's a yes or no question ... "Hey Telus, do you provide service to 416-555-1212?" Essentially, "if we were to send you a court order about 416-555-1212, are we barking up the wrong tree?"
-
John (@BigDaddyFrom3) reported@BoVanston @PeterMeiszner @TELUS Yes that would literally help if everyone did it?
-
Kwabena Boateng (@startedwithswag) reported@TELUS I haven’t been advised anything. The customer service rep I spoke to couldn’t answer anything. Mind you I ordered this phone on April 30.

Eddie Torrez (@EdInTheBush) reported@ogre_codes Something like the Microsoft example did happen on a Canadian airline WestJet. The worst telecom company in Canada (Telus) gets all the labeling and credit for providing outstanding WiFi with SpaceX and/or Starlink not mentioned anywhere (they are the actual provider).

OlaOlu🌹 (@DRealOlaOlu) reported@ChainPysch @zaddy_moh @richsongocrazy It’s a lot…****** are locked in on the update years ago. Fake IDs, fake verifications, fake workers... Having multiple accounts and risking your IP. People making a lot from AI **** are so busy to be here telling people it’s soft. Check out Telus, Toloka.ia to grab my point

Inspired Aquariums (@InspiredAquaCA) reported"We are getting to a point where not answering your phone is the safest thing to do" These scam calls are so common, and usually involve the scammers spoofing a local number to help fool the victim. Somehow @TELUS is unable (or unwilling) to do anything about number spoofing 😑
