Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I don't know what's going on at your place with Telus but I've got their Pure Fibre and Optic TV here in Marpole in an older building and I've got rock solid service. TV box is wired into the network and any wifi stuff works fine, maybe you have defective hardware or signal.

Telus pretending it's not a part of a monopoly. I built every technology that came along. 5G is here to control everything you own. I hate this sht now.

Bob Price (@kammornanchor) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Same issue here. I've complained about slow speed...a crew came (contractors)...I got a huge bill...even though they said there would be no charge...and still the problem persists. Searching for a new provider as well. @TELUSsupport
