@TELUSsupport Telus needs to fix their social engagement process. This is not about my personal account. The is a systemic issue, and all I want to hear is “we will escalate this for further review with our teams”. That’s it. Even if it’s a lie, that’s a proper response. 🤓

My internet got cut out for the moment, I was like "Oh no, Was I late on payment?" To realize the light on my telus machinery went out. It was easily fixed, All I needed to do is restart it.

@virtualizecr @TELUS It's not that Starlink is the best way to solve the problem. It's literally the stupidest, most unbelievably wasteful approach to the problem. But it's also literally the only hope most of us have, because companies like @Telus won't connect us, no matter how much we pay.

@TELUSsupport Our landline in Victoria has been out for two days. Online Telus links for service don't work. Finally found a phone number - now I'm on permanent hold. Horrible, horrible service. I think I'll switch providers.

@TELUS We have been having the most frustrating experience with Telus. We have been trying to get our internet hooked up since November. We have had multiple people come out for service calls who were unable to get the job done. We have spent 20+ hours on the phone with Telus.

@Crackmacs Agree seems sketchy. I’m on Telus with an employee purchase plan and phone paying almost $90 a month (about 50% of that for service and 50% paying for the phone over 2 yrs)

@DanAlbas I live in your riding, Dan. My mobile service is through Telus. I have not changed my plan in 3 years. I am not on a contract with the provider, and my monthly bill went up by $10/month

@Crackmacs If you have more services with Telus your bill goes down. Cell, TV, Internet, security bundles can be very reasonable.
