    @TELUSsupport We have been trying to confirm our order since August 3 and today spent 1hour and 16 minutes to straighten out issues. We then get an email changing terms when no-one discussed this with us. Boo 😒 Telus teams

    @LGIndia Dear LG customer RNP220817090688 is given to TELUS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS . The engineer is saying compressor is damaged and will take some days to change. Within 2 months of buying LG fridge this happened. I will never recommend to buy LG. I want my money back or new fridge.

    Telus said they would normally route service through a backup fibre line, but those were also impacted by fire. That suggests some level of redundancy. But 911 service has now been knocked out 3 times in the canyon in the last 10 months. Which... does not.

    UPDATE: Telus advises this outage has been revolved and service is restored.

    Hi @TELUS…how long does it take for a call back from your Loyalty team? Waiting on a call back from March and early August- two different issues 🙃
