@TELUSsupport Hello! Do you call customers to do service checks? I just had a call from Telus but everything about it felt off and I’m suspicious it wasn’t legitimate.

  • faernestitch Sam🌿 (@faernestitch) reported

Time for the monthly exercise in why is @telus optik not playing volume now even though it was playing volume literally 5 minutes ago Anyways don't sign up for Telus Home TV because its just 8 errors in a trenchcoat

  • FactsYeg YEGFacts (@FactsYeg) reported

@ShaynePark10 Are you a ******* idiot? This was in front of her house not a construction site with signs posted all over. I hope @TELUS has been in contact to apologize.

@fierce__mom @nenshi Umm, I just went and got my vaccine down town at Telus Conference Centre and the parking was free. So Farkas is lying outright. It would seem you're okay with that.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport honestly probably transferring our internet to bell tomorrow, the Wi-Fi is bad with no signs of getting better. 8 ******* months of 300+ ping, and spikes of 2000+ called Telus and all I’m told is “oh it’s our bandwidth just reset” leaving Telus wifi tomorrow-

  • Jclynlrch JACLYN LAROCHE (@Jclynlrch) reported

@TELUSsupport Hi, unfortunately with no phone they cannot call- they only have a cell with a certain number of minutes. There was a Telus van out on their street this morning, and someone is moving out on their street. We think they’ve disconnected service at their house. Rocky vista gardens

  • Skycaptin5 Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, Alberta

I find that @TELUS internet has been incredibly unstable recently, with half speeds since covid started. Disconnects often too now.

  • LethaIVixen Lethal ***** (@LethaIVixen) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m done. I’m absolutely done. I call support and all I’m told is “our bandwidth is overwhelmed right now with the pandemic” I used to say nothing but good about Telus but enough is enough 300+ ping is my average and I spike at 2000 on bad days. And I can’t -

@keithbaldrey @GlobalBC Why are age based vaccinations being cancelled? 2 appointments cancelled. Was told Telus system booking issue. Still no vaccine, over 65!

  • zzyzyman Bruce Payan (@zzyzyman) reported

Gotta love a telecom that removes service previously included as part of an internet plan because it's "no longer able to maintain the infrastructure required to support the service"... without any pricing differential or offer of a replacement service. @TELUS
