    @TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing postit notes would work better but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

    @Martyupnorth I have had Rogers, Bell and Telus ; they all have terrible customer service until you call to cancel, then they have plans that save you lots.

    I don’t know why I continue to give Koodo/Telus money when I consistently have 1 bar of service on my neighbourhood. I’m told that’s normal, though 🙄.

    @RodAVanier So even worse. The CTRC (run by Roger’s and Telus) is now making the competitive environment in Canada worse. Who ******* wants this? It’s not good for consumer choice, it’s not good for trade relations, and it creates uncertainty for content providers in Canada. **** THE CTRC

    @Martyupnorth 21 years I was with them. They would never call back on my "do you still want my business" calls and e-mails. Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time
