    Felt really bad for someone at @Telus @TELUSsupport when I had a live chat with them. The conversation went down a completely bizarre route, I knew he was incorrect and it took over an hour before being diverted to someone else. Companies MUST train their staff. Sigh.

    @my_name_here85 Rogers is garbage. I did 20 years in telco and would recommend Koodo. Parent is Telus so you are on a strong network.

    @TELUSsupport Was on hold for the ‘next available’ customer service agent at TELUS for just over 3 hrs today and finally gave up… (they said when I called my wait time would be ‘up’ to an hour)… guess they work on a different time clock then most.

    @Girlstar28 @TELUS Yeah huge spike in reports for down service. Telus is probably having issues right now.

    @TELUSsupport When on airplane mode, you can’t access wifi to send any messages. That is non-scensical. Unless Telus is attempting to cause users to incur roaming charges, a solution should be provided.
