    i give telus $100 a month and a lot of the time, it feels like im in a walmart using the same wireless internet as all the customers there. difference is, im hard wired into my modem and still have absolute garbage service. what a waste of time and money.

    @TELUS so an internet technician was here for the house connected to us and now we have no internet and they said they can’t fix it for 5 days and that they might charge us as there is damage to the wire!Was working fine before the technician came!So now I can’t work for 5 day!?

    @TELUS Waiting for a mobility agent to take my call … taking too long. I thought employing call centres in the Philippines was supposed to keep costs down so head count could be kept up?

    @Shawhelp Our Internet is terrible, really bad. Been especially bad all week with next to no connection every morning. Ookla finally pushes through after about 10 minutes, tells me I'm connected via Telus. So why are we paying for Shaw?
