So that's Telus, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire and Scotiabank dropping hockey Canada as of now. My bet is the execs and board continue to double down in their stance. The hole they dug is too deep.

  • JimArbuthnot Jim Arbuthnot (@JimArbuthnot) reported

So how many other people will cancel their pre-auth credit card payment with Telus and reinstate their monthly paper bill? I get it, not an environmentally friendly strategy, but Telus already benefits greatly from predictable on-time payments and reduced e-billing costs.

@TELUS 2 hours on hold and you tell me I can buy 6 more gig and I’ll probably be reimbursed? We’ve been in a disaster with no power. I’ve been a customer for over a decade. Where’s your crisis support? Forgive the data this cycle for us please. #fiona #pei @TELUSsupport

  • Heyheydownthes1 Hey, hey, down the street (@Heyheydownthes1) reported

@quarantinebeat @mtnbvan @MerlinofCanada The largest problem is I don’t have a GP. It’s patchwork care at best dealing with Telus Health and their complete lack of follow up. The help I’m getting now was due to the ER dr intervening and making referrals for me last March

  • RyanCartiers RyanCartier (@RyanCartiers) reported

@TELUS Please support customers also. @TELUSsupport wait times 30+ min. currently. Please let customers know how long wait times are, and add a call back option, both can be automated. Curious why these get turned off.

@GailVazOxlade If it's a small merchant at a craft fair (comic show, etc.), then I'm good with it. But companies like Telus? Telus can politely go **** themselves, and their $17 BILLION in revenue. Look at that number again. $17,260,000,000. How long will it take us to make that much?

  • CarloBalassu Carlo Bee (@CarloBalassu) reported

@VancouverSun @TELUS don't need to virtue signal masks for an ad... 🤡

  • d_petre DM Petre (@d_petre) reported

@CBCNews Wouldn't it be nice if one of these companies stepped up and demanded change. Instead they jump ship because they only care about making money. IMO Tim Hortons and Telus are just as guilty. They had no problem being on board for the good times. Now that times are rough..out

@TELUS No luck with customer support. My contract ends next week, if I renew will I be charged the new credit card processing fee? It may inform my decision to remain a @TELUS customer if other providers are not doing so. Thanks.

  • TiffAtLaw Tiffany (@TiffAtLaw) reported

“Telecom provider Telus has already warned its customers that they'll have to pay a surcharge of about $2 per customer on average starting this month, if they pay their bill with a credit card.” God forbid the big-three pay a fee for convenience of on-time & auto-payments 👀
