I don't have internet today like i thought i would because @TELUS has piss poor inter-departmental communication, and out of date building records, and the technicians have to wait on hold in order to get anything done. Thanks for the excellent service!!

The wonderful thing is that I have no choice. Telus has the best service where I work and the other companies are also a bunch of thieving bastards.

@TELUS just intercepted a scam call at my parents, trying to get them to send money for a grandkid in jail. Any way to report the ‘blocked call’ number so they get shut down for good? Kinda want to stop the old folks from getting scammed.

AT&T is not that bad compared to Telus or Verizon. A few hiccups along the way. Its current dividend of 8.43% is mighty tempting. When the crash comes, I hope the *** will be 10% or more. I’ll buy some then.

@cbcmarketplace did you do a show on telecoms making it too hard to cancel service? I requested Telus cancel my acct, they didn’t, then they charged me for 5months of service. I refused to pay. It’s now on my credit report 7yrs later, preventing a mortgage.

@TELUSsupport But I would at least like a *(star)number that we can punch in to report a scam? Just to help the authorities shut them down? As of right now the ****** has no doubt called many other Telus clients. Doing nothing feels like letting them win.

@Novusnow The network is acting up again around 6pm 7th April . Download speed is around 15mbps. It was painful to work on it. Now seems recovered. I need stability novus. The recent network seems not quite stable . I am concern. If I have to pay more to Telus , I may have to

@pr0cs @TELUSsupport Watch what you order. Telus advertises refurbished phones as brand new. I order a "brand new" S21+ but the phone stopped working a few weeks later & telus told me it's not their problem. I'm convinced they sold me a refurbished phone as a new one.
