Christina Easton (@chreas21) reported from Leduc, Alberta@TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

phantom (@rebellion__scum) reportedsweet Jesus @RogersHelps do something about the amount of spam texts on ur network! Ported from Telus a month ago never or rarely had any, since coming to Rogers that’s spiked to 30+ a day
-
Rishit Singh (@__coderish__) reported@TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow
-
Ash Mishra (@ashwani_avgeek) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport is now making calls, making false claims to reduce your bills, adding new services without asking for your permission and increasing monthly cost in the most unethical way. Beware. In absence of a real person to talk to and when most customer care staff speak in a way that is hard to understand, it is very easy to get scammed.
-
Boo Meester (@BooMeester) reported@NFB_Katja @jodyvance @TELUS I haven’t had problems with the actual technicians, just Telus itself!
-

-
Kathy Steffich Wells (@kittybunbun4) reported@jodyvance @TELUS I hate Telus, they are just the worst in customer service or lack of it. I am with Rodgers and they are great.
-
🇨🇦 Ukraine 🇺🇦 needs more ammo 🇮🇱 (@bcwestmind) reportedI had @Telus Optik TV basic, and internet, for under $100 a month. When my plan ended, I got a bill for a new plan at $330/mo. No lie?!?¿¡!! I phoned them up and got it down to ~$115/mo. When I said no TV just internet, the conversation changed it seems.

j9 (@JanineWils60777) reported@TELUS I will never support you. Piss off with your data centre's.
-
EarnCatalyst (@EarnCatalyst) reported@UnkleHack69 The problem is that the Canadian market is extremely protectionist of Telus and Rogers. It's not even like telecommunications regulations are more strict in Canada and US telecoms just refuse to meet them because they're actually much more lenient than in the US.
