    @TELUSsupport very unhappy to realize my purefibre bill had jumped from 90 to 140 with no change in service or overages just a contract expiry which Telus didn't phone me to renew. 60min on hold today and loyalty won't refund. Consider me an ex-customer after 20+ years

    @TELUS has the worst service for internet. I am a loyal customer for 4yrs, and then they take your line for a new client, leaving my family without net for 3days and it’s still counting I’ll change into another ISP if they won’t compensate us for the inconvenience they caused.

    Thinking about switching back over to Telus when I get back to work. This is unbelievable. Another day of trying to log into my account with Koodo and their website keeps being super slow. @koodo

    Has anyone else recently upgraded to Telus fibre? How was your experience? Mine has been less than stellar. Two weeks later and I still can't use the app to control wifi in the house after multiple support calls.
