@TELUSsupport Hi. Just spoke to my neighbour. Literally just hung up. Their fibre comes out of the same pot as mine on the lawn. His Telus fibre is working 100%. Mine has been down 5hrs plus! What the hell?

  • TopKatGlass 🌱 TopKat_GlassDragon 🌈 (@TopKatGlass) reported

@TerrencePaul5 It is disgusting. Received text last week regarding Telus health - response given was that I would cancel my phone & all other contracts with them if I ever received another.

The @telus phone line is over one hour backed up and the info I need about my own account is hidden from view online What gives @telus? When does my service end?

  • omegamoose Tony (@omegamoose) reported

@PrimeBane Same towers. Just different QoS. You'll still get up to 100Mb/s down on Koodo. Only issue with Koodo is unable to use your smartwatch with it's own plan on Koodo. Telus offers that though.

  • mmck Margaret (@mmck) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m not sure what is going on with your company anymore but I just had the most horrific incident with one of your telephone agents. I was gaslit, lied to, and treated like scum. I’m almost in tears. @Shawhelp can you do better? I give up.

  • plantianxiety dyloff (@plantianxiety) reported

@TELUSsupport Hey Telus! I've been in queue to speak to an agent on the website's live chat for over an hour. I started at position 11 and now I'm in position 3. Is your customer service department just one person?

@steelworkers @USWBat @TELUS Not gonna support your union until you all support the union being mistreated at the Pittsburgh Post Gazette

  • Lynneepooh1 Lynne.e.pooh (@Lynneepooh1) reported

@TELUS is the WORST! They will rip you off, never answer the phone and when they do the “call drops” 🙄 what kind of telecom drops every support call!? #scammers

  • kaclk Kayle Clark (@kaclk) reported

Telus and Bell only have “national networks” because they tower share and roam on each others network. But there’s only actual infrastructure of 2 networks - 1 Rogers and 1 Bell/Telus.

@DiscernDomains Any update on the Edmonton Telus outage?
