    We have had the worst experience with @TELUS After cancelling a Bconnect service, confirming by their reps that it is cancelled, we are still getting billed a year after. No matter who we call at Telus, they all ghost us! Absolutely the worst customer service @TELUSsupport

    @DarshanVancity @BCLionsDen @Rogers 🇨🇦💪totally disagree .. sitting at the tip Van Isle , no issues with my Telus at all , could even get Rogers/Shaw , I just pay my bill & see / listen or call anytime ,anywhere/

    I was thinking of switching to #Rogers once my phone was paid off because I was tired of Telus’ network quality being ***. Now I’m thinking I might just suck it up. **** ‘em.

    @BluelineBardown @Rogers If i would i could, Monopoly no telus availble at my address, Just signed 2yr with rogers yesterday, if i new this then no way month to month pay the extra sucks

    @jodyvance @TELUS I finally discovered that it would cost me a lot to cancel Telus with current contracts running until late 2027. I suppose I will have to wait until then.

    I can't wait to cancel @TELUS @TELUSsupport and get @Starlink. Would be nice to have something reliable for once

    @SullyCanuck87 @jodyvance @TELUS I have had 10 techs out in 8 years and gone through 6 modems and rewire and still having issues and each time l am on hold for at least an hour

    @chooseyourwow I should have sold my shares but decided not to be emotional. It was a mistake, Telus has terrible infrastructure outside of their fibre business. They're replacing it because they HAVE to. They're also fools though. They could have pulled a line and retained clients.

    @wyattd09 @TELUS @Rogers If you need a new mobile provider, I’m with Freedom. Genuinely good in-person support. They didn’t try to upsell me and had better plans than Bell
