@TELUSsupport Worst experience ever. Over a month ago signed up, got tracking# July 22 for my new phone up until now hasn't been delivered, Made several calls to telus, left msg on twitter yet no resolution. I am just fed up now with all this.

Look, if I should ever require additional cable &/or Internet services, I will absolutely investigate what options Telus offers. But calling me over and over for days on end until I finally pick up and politely ask AGAIN to not be called? Not making me feel that customer loyalty.

@TELUS non stop fraud/scam calls to my Telus cell today. What are you doing to keep your subscribers safe? This is out of hand. My other mobile service doesn't have this problem.

Part of me doesn’t want to tell on my upstairs neighbour for smoking inside, because we piggy back off her wifi… but the other part of me hates that my house smells like cigarettes. And I know I’m a grown up who should get my own wifi, but Telus and Shaw won’t service us.

@TELUS Telus pulling the old never returned equipment scam on my daughter. Do a Google search and see how widespread this is. She returned it 2 months ago through Canada post but they are threatening to wreck her credit if she doesn't pay $149 extortion fee.

I was happy with @TELUS internet service UNTIL I tried to cancel it (because the building is being demolished). Now, I'm canceling _all_ my Telus services at once, because I never want to go through this process again.

Just finished a screening call with @TELUS, what an absolute joke. 1st the HR was supposed to call me on Friday, but never had the call and contacted me on wednesday and apologized for not calling me. We got a call today, proposing 23k for a job with a working amplitude

@mistertreevor @TELUSsupport Telus just phoned and they agree the tower location is an issue for the six thousand plus who live in my area. I cannot make a call from my house. Telus rep stated until they change tower location I will have no or little interminent cell usage.
