    I am expecting a big new tv. Should be good to have a nice screen. It sucks and I sort of feel bad @telus has resolved my problem by agreeing to follow through with the tv promotion as the service agreement states. So thank you @telus, because although I am surprised, I like it..

    @CraveTVHelp why is it that every time I try to watch through my Samsung smart TV I have to sign out and sign in again for it to work? I subscribe through Telus Optik.

    @TELUS worst customer service was supposed to get a call back regarding internet service that has been down for over 12 hours because I cant get an ip address to my router but nothing this is a joke. Gotta take my business elsewhere for internet at this point.
