@Mandoline79 @mitchdul @TELUS They have the ability to spoof phone numbers, including making it look like the call is coming from the Service Canada 800 number for SIN's. They busted a phony call centre placing these calls from India last week, apparently it didn't take long to set up another operation.

Wow! @TELUS I join you, day one, THE WORST! First $35 to activate, and told me to just call when I get my sim to activate my Apple Watch. Now trying to charge me another $35 and I already pay extra for the plan that “includes” it. This is why everyone hates the big 3. Scum!

I missed my phone bill &don't have a payment plan so its cut it off, shitty but I have the money... SEE ONLY THING IS I NEED A PHONE TO PAY TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON. BUT EVERYONE AROUD ME IS CONNECTED TO TELUS. SO WHEN I CALL VIA THEIR PHONE IT ONLY GOES TO THEIR ACCOUNTS

@GlobalBC consumer matters. I have been having never ending problems with @TELUS . Was wondering if you would like some material for your newscast. 1 year of internet charges but never turned my internet on. Now the customer service from hell.
