@Jimatsunrise @dubsndoo That would be the banks decision to not hire enough people. They could fix that, easily. I think the worst ones are the phone companies. Telus, Bell and Rogers have absolutely horrific wait times. Hours and hours. And something they also could fix if they wanted to.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus are runned by criminals. If you asked to cancel your service, they will put you in que on hold for over 2 hours and still waiting. Bunch of criminals running this business. These criminals need to be shut down

There was no reply on email. We keep calling everything single day , no one was able to help from telus business. Very terrible customer service experience so far. No communication till days since last 3 weeks.

...and isn't this just lovely. @telus needs to send a technician out to deal with the problem with our satellite tv. They can be here on Feb 1st!

Come on Mastercard you got to do better. Received a pre paid Mastercard from Telus. Tried 4 times separate occasions doesn’t work. Getting ahold of real person very difficult. Lastnight Saturday got ahold of somebody and have to say the customer service was brutal.

Your CSR refused. Real good customer service right before Christmas. Not our fault or issue it is yours Master Card! Maybe Telus needs to realign there core values with a provider that will uphold the end of agreement. Getting customer what is promised.

Our @Telus satellite tv is not working. We’ve been told they can’t get a technician here to fix it until Feb 1st next year.We’ll be writing to the CRTC about this because this is totally unacceptable. @TELUSsupport
