    @CityNewsTO Perhaps if they truly were let one of Canada’s worst companies to the public I’d feel sorry for them but they are worse than Walmart and as bad as Bell, Telus and Rogers.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers convinced me to switch back from @telus but someone made a mistake setting up my plan. No online options available to fix or even cancel(again), so stuck waiting an hour+ wait to get this fixed with no end in sight!

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus support. Telus cancelled a long-distance service without letting me know. The rep said they would correct the over-billing charges, but would not give me that service back, even though it was negotiated as part of a 2 year contract.

    @SamsungCanada Super disappointed with the Flip 4 I got from Telus, poorest Quality phone I've had in many years. Feel stuck with this terrible phone. Take it back in trade for the S23 ultra and I'll be a happy Samsung customer.

    @DebTood @RachelNotley BC NDP allows private fee for service medical clinics that charge up to $10k per person per year. They also allow Telus Health to charge patients directly So will Alberta NDP follow their lead.

    @tristannasaurus @TELUS I called them and spoke with customer retention. They lowered our monthly bill by $100/mo. Just be overly nice to the person cuz I imagine they deal with jerks all day. Good luck with getting some savings.

    @TELUSsupport I can’t login to the new app, keep getting a ‘Login failed, try again later’ error since the upgrade. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, restated, nothing works. I can login fine to the MyTelus & Telus connect apps… old OptikTV worked fine. Anything else I can try?
