    @CraveHelp @masconbytelus Why would Crave not list a service provider that sells your Crave+HBO service? When I signed up, I expected to have access to the vault of movies like I had in the past when I had @TELUS as a service provider but this isn't the case. Why not!? Please fix!

    @TELUS was harassed and thrown around to five different people and still didn’t have my issue resolved @TELUSsupport this is the only way i can complain i guess

  • ealculumbre EA (@ealculumbre) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

    As long as I’m on LTE my #Ottawa reception is at 1 bar and reception extremely choppy. When changed to 3G service goes up to 2/3 bars & audio conversations became possible. - We shouldn’t have to choose between the two @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • laura_compton3 Laura Compton (@laura_compton3) reported

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS So far 9 hours of my time + 2 in store reps + 4 chat support reps and NO resolution for an issue that YOU caused. Now I’m told it will take until the end of the month. This is completely unacceptable. #frustratedcustomer #justwantedtoupdatemyphone

  • MrsShinski 🌤 (@MrsShinski) reported

    @DGRealist @TELUS @tamarataggart It's so bad today, not that it's ever good.

  • WriteLinesInk Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported

    @TELUSsupport We are a city owned rental building that was already PROMISED OPTIK TV in Oct 2019. Okay so COVID slows things down but TELUS has NO IDEA IF AT ALL if they will install OPTIK here. It was just a marketing SCAM. We all know it, TELUS knows it and now hopefully TWITTER knows it.

  • jwags79527673 jwags (@jwags79527673) reported

    @Oliver_Trpcic @TELUS Apparently, TELUS received government $$ and now work like government. 2 supervisors for one customer rep. Gotta love progress.

  • chrismitcheldlr Chris Mitchell (@chrismitcheldlr) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

    As a Telus Mobile customer, having wifi in the tunnel is a huge plus. You can check bus connections for PoMo or Burquitlam Station without data (which can be spotty after leaving the tunnel).
