    .@telus At the first sign of REAL competition from @SpaceXStarlink, after YEARS of ignoring us, stoning a local ISP who's been trying to get fibre down our road, NOW you send a letter saying you're installing fibre "soon". What a bunch of scammers you are! @crtceng is complicit!

    @Voizyyy @Swadebtw @ZilohOnYT nah thats the only fix it used to happen on telus they only fixed it a few months ago. i used to play like 60-90 ping for like 3 months before i found out about exitlag

    @ignitionmatt This has never not worked for me. You may have read at some point (I talk about it a lot) that my grandpa was the pres of what’s now Telus. I grew up knowing that if the slightest thing went wrong, I was to bypass customer service entirely and go straight to the top. 4/

    Oh good, here comes another round of TELUS's "we're gonna slow down your internet so you think you have to upgrade to get the speeds you're actually paying for" schtick. How exciting.

    Not one time in all the times I’ve moved has @TELUS gotten my move right. This time they cut off my internet 24 hours too soon, and the process to fix that would take 24 hours and would screw up the installation at the new place tomorrow. I’m super not impressed.

    @Soulparole @TELUS @Shawhelp Everyone I know who went to Telus left. Shaw, with all its warts has accessible, patient, customer support.
