    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport If an Indian calls me, I immediately don't take it seriously. Even if it is legit, **** off and get someone that isn't an Indian to call me.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Are you dumb? Option A: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in india. Option B: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in Canada. Once they infiltrate they use extreme nepotism and only hire other Indians. They take a monopoly on certain enterprises. Call centers are one of them.. By using an OG Indian not a Canadian Larping Indian Telus pays 10c/hour vs $16/hour for the exact same thing. It’s just business.

    @ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

    After 38 minutes a computer voice came on and advised me they no service was available and they are closed ! You suck @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @JackieBee_16 @Sportsnet I had this problem with Telus too . I haven’t been with them for a couple years now . Much happier

    @RobWardCGY @JeromyYYC @republic_yyc Telus did a lot of damage and upsetting people last time they were in the upgrade mode. With a sales guy right behind. We know.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Day 2. 8 broken callbacks. My 15yo stranded in Miami due to @Koodo botched port. Billing errors. Wasted store trip on false promise. Jordan M., Management Escalations Team, didn't call back as promised. I need someone with authority to call me tonight. JT
