@TELUS support are you out there?

  • raymondsnow raymond snow (He/Him) (@raymondsnow) reported

@bryangcowell @TELUS I wonder how much money does it cost @telus for customer retention in terms of HR and overhead plus the discounts to keep customers. I wonder if they hard better pricing overall and not appear to engage in “drip pricing” would this savings be more than this plan revenue

@SwimandOhmm 1st time since I have been their customer (since 1999 I believe it is) that they have ever done that. I assume it is a new business practice from them. Sketchy to me, and even if others do it, I expect Telus to stick to their usual standards

  • jasonwurz81 Jason Wurz (@jasonwurz81) reported

@TELUS so if it "ONLY" two dollars per customer why bother charging a processing fee I mean its "ONLY" $2 afternoon #crooks

  • BaconbitsRJ BaconbitsRJ (@BaconbitsRJ) reported

Can anyone in @peacecountry recommend a reliable cell service provider? @telus is an absolute joke. No service beyond 2 miles from a tower, randomly dropped calls, lousy switching between towers. I am sick of paying ridiculous prices for garbage service

  • 1ProudCdn Darcey (@1ProudCdn) reported

@RollieSpokes @TELUS @TELUSsupport I manage to get mine working after rebooting my mobile device a few times. It was weird because I never had this issue before.

  • RonStoneman7 Ron Stoneman (@RonStoneman7) reported

@plkatv @Bell @Bell_Support Where in Canada bud. No issues here with Telus Fibre on the west coast.

  • Gasstationchips Regular Lady (@Gasstationchips) reported

@Mr_G_To_You @DanAlbas Already have everything at the cheapest rate Telus is willing to give long term customers, along with the multi service discount.

  • ABClm8 CherM (@ABClm8) reported

@edmontonjournal Ya, it’s called the cost of doing business. Telus doesn’t make enough on it’s crappy product & service? Please…

  • bryangcowell Bryan Cowell (@bryangcowell) reported

@raymondsnow @TELUS I don't disagree. As I said, rather than imposing an additional charge for credit cards they could just as easily give customers who agree to automatic direct debit a small discount. Solves the pay-on-time issue. TMobile & Verizon offered such discounts when I lived in the US.
