Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • PoweredbyPoodle CJ Frederick 🇺🇦 (@PoweredbyPoodle) reported

@LTFD_NOIQ We both have phones that send us Amber Alerts, but neither of us (@TELUS network) received an alert. Curious about what went wrong.

  • NorthernStation Pistol Dave - Medium/Rare (@NorthernStation) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell @TELUS This “outage” has been ongoing for close to a month now effecting data access, with zero acknowledgement publicly. Customers receiving speeds of a whopping 5kbps. This is also effecting other companies and other customers who operate on Bell hardware, not just Bell customers.

  • TBengert moth (@TBengert) reported

Sabrina here- telus is a piece of **** and I have not had service at all during this black out and I'm so internet deprived

  • m1kewah0usekey Mr. Wolf (@m1kewah0usekey) reported

@TELUS @Netflix_CA @discoveryplusCA trash service it never works

  • CAMHB5 CAMHB (@CAMHB5) reported

How is increasing the price of a phone I just agreed to purchase just as we are concluding the transaction an acceptable business practice @TELUS? Not sure I’ve ever had a worse customer service experience in my life!

  • NorthernStation Pistol Dave - Medium/Rare (@NorthernStation) reported

@Bell_Support Another reminder, minimum 75 stations are having malfunctions across Ontario (as reported by a phone agent, and not @Bell publicly here or on website.) The towers themselves are not down, @Telus services are fine. Malfunctions are effecting all internet access.

  • craigbond Craig Bond (@craigbond) reported

@TELUSsupport with many people still without power after the severe storm in Ottawa, would you consider giving free data to existing Telus and Koodo customers? I am four days into my monthly data plan and already at 50% and I never use 100%. Your help would be appreciated!

  • Altherevguy Altherevguy (@Altherevguy) reported

Funny how my @TELUS account has no issues and my @Rogers account is spluttering. I am lucky enough to have two mobile services but what about those who aren't?

  • Senturion Spencer Callaghan (@Senturion) reported

I get that big storms are tricky but my work phone from @TELUS has intermittent service while my @Rogers phone is completely useless.

  • FadedEchos Ryan (@FadedEchos) reported

@TELUS Shut off my internet for no reason yesterday. Support's response? Listen, then transfer me to a line that automatically hangs up. Lovely.
