@BecomingKelsey @TELUS I'm with Koodo, and they typically have pre-orders on release day, but never the actual new Pixels. :-/ So want, too...

@thevinnicks Not directly, and if you want Telus TV then ifbre is a must, but if you don't want Telus TV, or any of the other ancillary services Telus will try to upsell, then you can't beat the reliability of a copper landline. You'll never need to reboot a modem to make a phone call :)

@Melissa051975 Yes, please send us a DM in case you see any charges on the next bill. To avoid this, you can manually select the Telus/Koodo network from your phone's settings.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS my phone was down for hours which I was unable to use, especially for work. Does that mean your giving affected clients a credit? #TelusYouHaveBeenDisappointingTheLastFewYears #ImALoyalCustomerFor19Years

@StoichioGuy @smo49key @TELUS Seems the need to be part of the pack when Rogers went down

@TELUSsupport Might be time to start handing out some monthly contract discounts to your customers, @TELUS has been down a lot this year, it’s ridiculous especially considering what Canadians pay annually for your services. Gouge us and provide half assed coverage. #telusoutages
