@azimuthex @TELUS It’s better then nothing, got to ask the government to chip in and pay the bill. Telus has so much money invested in their network they can’t do it for free.

@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS My reaction was vulgar. It was honest. Let’s unwrap it. First I’m a PWD. My income does not allow me the privilege of renting my own home. I share a house with others. As I suspect most who rely on income support do. 1/

@CanGal_39 @cafreeland @NDP Seniors pension, below the poverty line, disabled person - below the poverty line. Telus, Air Canada, Bell, and Rogers took almost $2 billion in government help and used it to pay dividends to shareholders and bonuses to executives.

@anniegirl1138 I’ve been walking around for 2 weeks, fully vaxxed, had three semis stuck to me. Cancelled my phone plan- I’m generating a signal much better than Telus. My DNA has changed- got a strange call with the phone ID saying X-Men…don’t know what that was about

I miss @TELUS... Wish they had fibre in my building @Shawhelp is just the absolute worst for connectivity. I can count on one hand the amount of times Telus went down on me - lost track of how many times I've had to deal with Shaw being down

@TELUS What if you are a normal income but have, say, maintenance and child support to pay which leaves you more than broke. Would you qualify then….. Not asking for me but for all the parents who are in that boat and use the likes of libraries for their internet / computer needs.

@Mandoline79 @koodo I seriously hate dealing with cell phone companies. They are honestly the worst. They used to care about loyal customers, but they frankly don't give a f**k anymore about loyalty. I was with Telus for over 20 years and they still treated me like ****. None of them are good.

@TinyCroc @allsystemsjo @TELUS As I said very few PWD are the sole users of an internet connection in their residence. Most share. This does nothing to help. Give PWD a similar deal on our cellphones, that would actually help many, not just a few. It’s like free gas for your spaceship.
