    My 85-year-old mother in BC spent the entire day trying to get through to the @TELUS managed covid line. After hundred of attempts, she never got to talk to a human or book her vaccination. How is this not elder abuse? Telus couldn’t arrange a fart at a chilli-eating contest.

    Last Sunday, around 1pm, I reached out to @TELUSsupport about our terrible internet quality & was assured that my file had been escalated and I would be contacted by a manager “shortly”... it’s now Thursday at 9pm and no one has called... I get only excuses from #Telus. I’m done.

    @yinca05 @DivCultivator I used to have $BCE. Bought in at $57, sold at beginning of crash last year for $61.78 and have never bought back in. Got into Telus and have liked it.

    My sister’s internet sucks Telus sucks Whenever they “upgrade” someone to fibre optics the wifi gets so weak and terrible that you have to buy the wifi boosters they have been promoting

    @revolutionvote @TELUS Bell did the same thing to me recently. Shaw is pushing their mobile lately, but their prices are fairly similar after the honeymoon phase where they give you huge discounts. We need more competition in the wireless market to make the prices come down.

    For the past 5 minutes the TV is frozen on someone climbing a mountain but the audio continues on the next few scenes. @TELUS Optik TV is a piece of ****!

    @gdmplanning @keithbaldrey @TELUS And the initial group eligible to book was under 100,000 on this rollout and somehow 1.2M calls came in to the system when it opened. Seems like we have an issue with the population not with Telus. We must wait our turn and not flood the system too.
