Talked to a rep and they said “keep an eye on our service outages updates page.” The same one that has said the same thing for 5+ hours? Thanks. I’m working from home, you think Shaw is going to reimburse me lost wages for a whole day?? Lol

    @RapTheRealtor @TELUSsupport I spent 3 hrs with TD the other day. Telus especially should have every call that comes in have the automated call you back service

    @TELUS Tried to times today to make a payment and it keeps saying technical difficulties and passed me to an agent. Problem is minimum one hour wait time just to make a payment. Been using the same card same payment method for several years now.
