Been with @TELUS @TELUSsupport almost 20 years..charging 1.5% extra for me to pay you...switching my provider. Plus your website is down right now. Just wont load. Not very good #telus

  • movassat Mohammad Movassat (@movassat) reported

@TELUS Is this going to be extended? The internet is still shutdown and I am using this help to communicate with my family.

  • ireland_89 CJ Ireland (@ireland_89) reported

@TELUS there’s no point in calling and waiting on hold for hours because you’ll tell me it’s my phone, not your network, but it you could figure out how to get service to the parts of rural Alberta that user to have service and now don’t, that would be great.

  • s60long Stephen Long (@s60long) reported

Dear Telus…your wireless TV is crap! I’ve had nothing but problems with trying to watch sports and news…always get “ this channel is unavailable at this time”

  • craig_jasman CJ (@craig_jasman) reported

@ShaneWilk41 Regional blackout here in Alberta. Fak. Wish TSN on Telus would be more clear on these on their guide.

  • peggy_blair Peggy Blair (@peggy_blair) reported

@chicklets_1999 I keep hearing that about Telus, that the service is great everywhere. They must have a good network of towers. Rogers is absolutely dismal at the cottage and I have problems getting it at home. Very difficult for phone calls.

  • SandyMDonald 🇬🇾 Sandaidh mac Ðòmhnaill (@SandyMDonald) reported

@wendibloomenth1 @adriandix Find a small pharmacy with a good customer service ethic; walk through the door; you will be served with both current shots, if requested. @AdrianDix needs to retire - or be retired; pharmacists are being forced to pull the slack for Dix's "interesting" relationship with Telus.

  • Benowyd Beno (@Benowyd) reported

    .@TELUSsupport @TELUS your WIFI's horrible

  • Carebags Carebags (@Carebags) reported

@telus super bad business move to charge a fee for credit card use. Businesses use CC for pain free tracking of expenses. What Credit cards charge you is your cost of doing business - NOT mine. YOU Will LOSE your customer base. We definitely be moving to @FidoSolutions

Anyone in north Edmonton having Telus wifi problems? #edmonton #telus
