    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I called customer service today to ask why my bill increased and see if I can get it fixed. I basically had one of the worst customer service, agent was like I can do a discount then after few seconds unfortunately I can’t do and repeat it again and again.

    @TELUSsupport I took it to Telus near my house here, and she said no, we won’t fix it, will give you a new one. And it works beautifully so thank you Telus very very much.

    @koodo calling support at 866-995-6636 but after confirming phone number, I just get “GOOD BYE.” Called 5x and tried different options… same hang up each time. How do I contact Koodo? Ridiculous. I’m now trying to contact Telus support, but the hold time is over 1 hour!

    @LailaMickelwait @jordanbpeterson Went to Europe this summer, left my Telus sim card in vehicle before flying. Funny how when in the air nearing UK, I received a text from Telus, saying welcome to UK, and letting me know the costs for using Telus there. Never had any govt app on phone. How/why am I tracked?

    @TELUS home services made an account for phone protection. I’m in ON where home services aren’t even offered. Got absolutely screwed & after hours on the phone, nothing. After 10yrs of Telus I expected much better. Hello @Rogers will u at least buy me dinner before you *******?

    @TheRealKeean @randyhillier @ABDanielleSmith But she has no issues with Telus Health myCare having access to your personal medical information. My question is...who contributes more to the UCP? Telus or the Federal Government? I think we all know the answer.

    Well @TELUS you sure know how to piss me off again. Pre-order a phone to get the 'bonus' but don't actually get the bonus because your reps don't tell us poor long term customers those promos aren't for us. Maybe it's time to switch 🤔 #donewiththeshit #justwantedtheearbuds 😥

    @TELUSsupport Yes I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling many times. No luck on any iOS device (iPhone, or Apple TV) Old app worked fine. On the Telus neighbourhood forum they said there may be a “back end”problem with the account on the new app. Haven’t heard anything back from support yet…
