    @TELUSsupport between July 28 and today Aug 5 I have spoke to at least 8-9 Telus agents to resolve a problem . l've had agents diarize to call me back as follow up ... nothing. Any other business working like this would be bankrupt. Telus is the worst provider choice !!!

    @MeaghieC Pharmacists can do emergency refills in BC. Hopefully you will have some luck with Telus or another telehealth provider. Or show up at an urgent care clinic. Not sure where you live, but the one in Chemainus BC is really good.

    Holy hell Telus ******* sucks, I just wanted to upgrade my internet and they made me feel like i wanted to gouge out my eyes :/ god they just suck, like i would rather be springlocked then go through that again :(

    @FringedCanuck @Starlink Interesting as I had Starlink for several years and never an issue. Telus ran fiber optic out past our place and offered a great price.. so we sucked in and got hooked up. We have been having issues with it cutting in and out the past few days. Strange coincidence

    Bell is honestly terrible. I switched from TELUS after 10 years and the service from Bell makes me regret switching. They charged a payment from my acct without authorization

    It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

    @VeeVeeFreeFox It’s just like when I called Telus for support. I keep hanging up and recalling until I have somebody speaking English clear enough I can understand them.
