    I remember leaving Telus and them telling me I won’t have service outside of the “big cities” if I switch to Shaw… I’m in ******* rural Manitoba on a long weekend and have service with no issues.

    @TELUSsupport Complete failure on transferring to Pure Fiber. Service call was booked for today, but they pushed it back to the 15th, however TELUS still processed the complete service transfer. Internet, Phone, and TV all out. Now i am playing the call telus support game. FAIL

    TESTING MESSAGE FOR PYTHON BOT - Hello @TELUS, I have recently been having some issues with my internet speeds. My contract promises 75 Mbps down / 75 Mbps up, however I am only getting 49 Mbps down / 84 Mbps up currently (in Calgary, AB). Can you fix this?

    So @telus security’s business service has been severely lacking. We had a small fires/smoke and our detector was damaged. Asked for replacement last week. Our business is w/o a working smoke alarm. Plus we needed to update contact person so we can have staff access faster in case

    Needed to reup a prescription.. Historically I used Access Virtual for same day video appts. Access has shut down and forwards me to Telus Health.. Next appt available? Two weeks away with a choice of 5 doctors total (for all of BC?)... 1/2
