  Tldr here for $AMPG is that Telus $T.TO allocated 66b to upgrade the network in Canada and in the same time $AMPG gained approval for the equipment that can be used which matches the description. The 2 companies already have a commercial relationship to supply such O RAN radios. Sounds highly likely to me and would result in an instant rerate for $AMPG

  @TELUS What happened to Telus- used to be a great provider. Now it’s a shell of itself. They cancel your service without your approval. Now you have to do all sorts of credit checks to get your service back that they messed up in the first place. What a joke.

  @TELUSsupport Now as a very long time client I feel like I need to cancel Telus as I dont feel this is how I should be treated. It is not acceptable to not notify that they are running late or that there are any delays. I would have been happy to continue my existing plan

  $TU - TELUS CUT ITS DIVIDEND 55% AND RAISED CAPEX. THE FREE CASH FLOW GUIDE FELL A QUARTER. Every rung of the 2026 guide moved at once. Free cash flow to about $1.8 billion from about $2.45 billion; capital expenditures UP to about $2.6 billion from about $2.3 billion; consolidated service revenue growth to flat-to−2% from 2% to 4%; adjusted EBITDA growth to −2% to −4% from 2% to 4%. The quarterly dividend was reset 55% to $0.1875 a share, an annualized $0.75, which TELUS says frees roughly $2.7 billion of cash through 2028 for debt reduction. The payout policy moved to 45–60% of trailing free cash flow from 60–75%, and the discount on the dividend reinvestment plan is gone from October 1 — the company says that reduces shareholder dilution. The leverage target itself never moved. The deadline did: about 3.0 times net debt to adjusted EBITDA by year-end 2028 rather than 2027, from 3.5 times at quarter-end, citing "competitive pricing pressure and reduced subscriber demand amid lower population growth." Mobile phone net additions were 17,000. A carrier that grew by connecting a growing country is repricing for one that isn't. The dividend is what pays for the extra year. Shares fell about 12%.

  My $AMPG plan for the coming weeks. Let's start with what I'm holding: ➟ A company with zero long-term debt. ➟ ~$40M in cash. ➟ A signed LOI pipeline over $100M. And growing. ➟ 48% gross margins. ➟ A flagship radio proven inside NVIDIA's AI-RAN ecosystem. Now the plan. First thing I'm waiting for: NOKIA EARNINGS, July 23. I expect Nokia to guide well on AI-RAN, the sector, and everything it shares with AMPG. That would be bullish for the whole lane. Same logic as when MSFT reports datacenter growth and every datacenter name moves. Category guidance lifts category players. __ After that: TELUS EARNINGS, early August. Maybe they announce something. And given who's on record as their radio supplier, with two of five radios on every converted site, you can guess who'd be involved. And even if they announce nothing, we can deduce plenty: their capex pace on the 1,000-site program IS the demand curve for their vendors. Silence teaches too. __ Then: AMPG EARNINGS, mid-August. They've already signaled Q2 comes in above Q1. And remember everything already on tape from the CEO: ➟ Telus won't stop asking for new configurations, "which we'll be announcing." ➟ Orders came in ABOVE the $40M LOI. By $5-7 million. ➟ The Southeast Asia LOI grew, from $78M to over $100M. ➟ They're now going STRAIGHT to POs, from these MNOs and newer ones, with demand growing. ➟ And scaling isn't a problem: capacity is rented by design. Up when demand rises, down when it doesn't. His words. Everything I just listed is public. On camera or in releases. If you hold this stock and haven't watched the full Maxim interview with the CEO, fix that today. 28 minutes. The plan is simple: three earnings dates, each one a checkpoint. I'll grade every one in public, hits and misses. That's how this works. Oh, and between those dates? Something could always drop. The CEO teased announcements on camera.   @jenglishman @TELUS They no longer provide any type of help to anyone at the Telus stores. I took my elderly mother there to help clear up her bill. We thought we got there early, but there was a line of of little old ladies with walkers, all waiting for the same thing - some help. 1/2
