@TELUSsupport yall be losing a 10 year customer. Every other provider in my area offered free data plans to help those affected by #HurricaneFiona. Just shows how much telus really cares.

@TELUSsupport I can confirm this is happening in #Ottawa area codes starting with K1Y. Please bring this up to management - Telus tech support has already acknowledged the issue and now we’d like to see it resolved. Keep us posted with steps your taking to resolve it.

@lenygetdown I will answer them when I'm expecting a call from a number I may not know (like a callback from doctor/Telus/etc), but for the most part, all spam. Side effects of someone using my number to sign up for a bunch of scammy ****, unfortunately.

@AavcoCup Because our "National" sports networks don't think sawker will sell in Canada.... if you have Telus as your cable provider then OneSoccer is available... otherwise you can stream on OneSoccer, FuBOtv or there is apparently a free stream on a Qatari network...

@TELUSsupport Not to mention that at least once a year the modem goes out or will not talk to my laptop. Believe it or not in my previous laptop it destroyed my network card. Now I can't use that laptop to access the internet. Gee thanks, TELUS

@DrRitaMc @BCFamilyDoctors @DoctorsOfBC Thank you for bringing up this issue. Patients like me without GPs have to jump through hoops to get a referral for an appointment already booked. Easier now using Telus Health, but a waste of money. Fix the billing codes or compensation for regular follow ups!

In true @TELUS fashion, I’ve been on hold for 2hrs & 15min (& counting) waiting to speak to someone about a credit promised in May that still hasn’t been applied to my account. @TELUSsupport, I have been a client for 18 years, I’ve never been so ashamed to be your customer.
