    If Telus actually was doing an iPhone air deal for my number, I’d take it if the data plan wasn’t stupid I don’t need 250GBs a month 💀 The 90GB plan I already have is too much anyway, 15GB would be fine for me

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport A 30% increase in my monthly bill after being a loyal client since 1991. No changes to my usage, no additional service provided. Explain yourselves. And do a damn good job (while I look into your competitors).

    @TELUSsupport I can provide any information you need for this to be cleared once. I might not like my new provider but Telus pushed a loyal customer away.

    @TELUS after multiple calls and follow up, my current bill is again higher. This is happening again.added fees for the services which has been cancelled. Not sure why i am not getting a permanent solution for this? Very bad customer service for sure.

    @Tablesalt13 So what your saying is, if we track the imie number we can link which members were doing this and if we have Telus phone records for example for the most recent hacks from the big 3 phone companies we could further narrow down providers and who specifically was abusing this. Fyi hacking is fun if used for the betterment of the country, not what they are doing.

    @TELUSsupport Hi, I don't what's the problem with Telus because the customer service is very terrible you can't even present your problem. I switched to another provider on the 24th of February cus of increasing monthly bills which I have tried to resolve but to no avail.

    Not a day goes by in this **** hole of a city that stupid stuff continues and of course Telus is on the grift
