    @DrJayDrNo @AMAcommunity I think Telus has/had a service. It used to be $5/month on my cell phone bill.....I think. Probably whatever Marque your car is will have a service too.

    @TELUSsupport I’m disabled can’t use phone much I need suppliers to have chat and email support. Does Telus have chat support. I couldn’t find any prior. Thanks. Fed up with Rogers years ago, staid because you didn’t have support chat.

    @TELUS any word on a cell outage in and around Lytton BC, I don't see anything on your outage map but haven't had service since about 8:30 this morning.

    People say buying a vehicle is stressful. I say dealing with @TELUS or @koodo is more stressful. Over an hr on phone. They can't help me. Tell me to go online. I do that- Doesn't work. Call back. She tells me oh you can't do that. I just want new phones. Why is this so difficult?

    @riceeeeeeee_ @tldtoday It’s literally Rogers, Telus, and Bell screwing over all of Canada. There’s a monopoly on it and that’s why you have this mess, if the gov won’t step in and actually do something we’ll be stuck with this crap for a long time

    @TerryPlatt5 @TELUS @Shawhelp I had a similar problem when I had Shaw. Turns out old cable has impedance that isn’t compatible with modern digital equipment. Not all technicians know that.
