I called again, another trailer trash answered the phone again, I hanged up again. Called third time, a filipina answered the phone. And I was like, thank God.

They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.
