FYI #Kelowna #ylw just got off the phone with Telus and there is an outage in the area. For sure internet (that's our issue) but I'm not sure if anything else is impacted. A tech should be on it soon, so hopefully it will be resolved soon/by tomorrow AM.

@TELUS This must be based on the Ontario markets. Because out here in Newfoundland I have 1 bar of service and can't make calls unless I'm on wifi calling lol

@jasonsirianni @keithbaldrey Your social credit score is below the threshold 300 due to jaywalking on April 26th 2024. Telus will be cutting your phone service for 1 week and you can no longer attend The Weekends show at Rogers. VISA has denied your purchase due to the supplier not meeting diversity quotas.

@ValauraV Went through the same hassle. Apparently the number to call for Telus Fibre is 1-888-310-2267. It'll save you the step of getting someone who can't help you. Not that Telus will *tell* you this is the number to call.

Hassled 3 different customer service people from Telus on the phone for an hour and a half and got my monthly phone/cable/internet bill down $80. It pays to be a Pain In The ***.

Covid sucks! Get vaccinated!

@DuhjangoFett It’s not MLB, it’s Sportsnet that put a stop to being able to watch games IN Canada thru MLB Network. But depending on your cable provider, mine is Telus, I can watch games on tv thru my phone when I’m out.

@nationalpost @TELUS “Freedom of the press” in bourgeois society means freedom for the rich systematically, unremittingly, daily, in millions of copies, to deceive, corrupt and fool the exploited and oppressed mass of the people, the poor.
