    I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport explain to me why you told me I had to replace 2 smoke detectors in my house with my alarm upgrade. The tech that took mine down said they were exactly the same as the ones I had installed already at my house. He didn’t know why he was told to change them.

    @telus @TELUSsupport your techs didn’t even try and put the new sensors where the old ones were. Like not even close. How much more damage do you need to do to My house?

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS your customer service is terrible! More cons from the Telus team. Extra charges today we weren’t made aware of. Sounds like fraud to me #fraud
