    @wmpdll @Melkorka12 They don’t care about retention really. New customer acquisition is more important for some reason. Long time telus. Have 6 boxes and at time was only one doing wireless. They had a deal and I was on month to month and they wouldn’t give it to me even if I did a contract.

    So done with @FreedomMobile. Worst coverage in Canada,by FAR. Literally can't WAIT to switch back to @TELUS.

    @SocMedGirlyyj @TELUS @TELUSsupport wow never heard that before. Sounds like Telus has changed. I always thought it strange that a communications provider didn't communicate with customers.

    Anyone else have trouble getting their purchased movies on the #OptikApp? I can get them on the TV but not through the app on my phone or computer. #Telus #OptikTV

    We can’t live in remote communities and utilize the Bring It Back program with Telus. They’ll tell you that you need to be patient with Canada Post delays and then turn around and ding you bc of it, give you no real help and then won’t send the phone back. @TELUSsupport

    @RahRahRaina They do this on purpose. Telus does it ALL THE TIME. If you want to ADD services, they'll pick up within the third ring. Or less than 3 minutes on hold. Anything else and hour or more, WITHOUT call back Service.

    @TELUSsupport Hey Telus , your service sucks. Can’t go online to check my bill . It’s asking enter your address. My address not in your list . What I do ?
