    @RogersHelps Just switched from Telus since you’re the only carrier with service at my place in downtown Kitchener. Why am I being told to visit a store to change the plan on my Apple Watch? Two reps have told me this. This is a BYOD device.

    this world that consists of people with a narrow focus on one portion of a given field is crashing around us - i am talking with @TELUS @TELUSsupport about ongoing piracy of my signal and know i need to connect with a telecommunications engineer and they say they don't do that.

  • salman_merc Salman Merchant (@salman_merc) reported

    @TELUSsupport not giving me credits that they committed. Also did not refund the charges for the line I returned. Worst customer support. I am getting issues since I have joined TELUS

  • nathangnthr Nate (@nathangnthr) reported

    @TELUS is ******* dog ****. Glad I pay $130 for NO SERVICE

  • zzyzyman Bruce Payan (@zzyzyman) reported

    Q: When my copper landline is eventually forced onto fibre, do I now get a credit on my @TELUS phone bill for a dead landline during a power outage? This wouldn't have been an issue with copper. And – huge emergency preparedness blind spot with TELUS' decision on this.

  • EvanRyer Evan Ryer (@EvanRyer) reported

    I think its time to cancel my @TELUS subscriptions across all of my services. I have been a client for 15+ years, but the company, and their client support have gone completely down hill in recent years.
