@TELUSsupport why is your customer support dogshit?! I’ve been trying since yesterday to talk with an agent, I don’t want a “virtual chat or assistant”. Oddly enough, my wife called on. @TELUS device and the guy hung up on her because of bad reception

@JohnFraserOS @fordnation Yup. Telus health and MAPLE health apps. Not free. I'm fed up with paying for healthcare I can't access. But you can't blame Ford. This is a Canada wide problem.

The Telus technician was by today to set up our internet. It was out of control and he was going to do dumb **** like drill unnecessary holes. I was there watching him to prevent him from doing damage. He dropped his electrical tape on his way out. It's mine now for the headache.

@TELUSHealth I can say that in the Calgary area Telus health is a joke when it comes to patient care. Patient care in my experience is a 0. Follow up for patient support is a 0. Now no one will return calls or emails. Wife and I were told we need to find new doctors.

@jimg674 Yeah I agree there is clearly a problem right now and it’s not going to get any better without new solutions. More profits for Telus or Shoppers/Blahblahs/whoever isn’t the answer though.
