@nessie12 @IRPlawyer @TELUS If it was so bad, way more people would be getting it than are. People have been interacting more than any point in the pandemic, yet cases still aren’t close to our peak. Explain that, if it was so bad we’d be at 1000’s of cases a day by now

@TELUSsupport telus has taken over ADT and their services standards have degraded. ADT is security service and lapses in getting resolution should be really concerning for security company. Why Telus is not able to resolve the issue. Escalation manager is giving incorrect info

@TiMoudou @CailinasEirinn Now I don't want you to laugh but it is a land line. I do not own a cell phone. I have a little Telus phone for emergency only when I go out. I am the only person in Vancouver without a cell.

@TELUSsupport theres a line down (what i believe to be a telus line) on highway 16, just west of Hossack rd. contwct me.fir details

  • iservice Ian Service (@iservice) reported

Anyone else notice that @TELUS/@Bell HSPA service is nearly useless recently? It's like they demoted the bandwidth to calls only so if your signal level falls back to HSPA you can't even get a couple hundred Kb/s.

@IRPlawyer @TELUS Cancel the appt and tell Telus you are filing a complaint with the CRTC. It's your house. The problem is that unvaxxed people are also the ijits who won't wear a mask properly. If you do need them to fix it - video them while inside your house to have proof of proper masking.

  • ksavvy31 Karen (@ksavvy31) reported

@IRPlawyer Every @TELUS male technician I have had come into my home has been respectful, polite and professional. Also fully masked and carried wipes and wiped down surfaces … just in the last two months alone while setting up all my services.

@mediamorphis @fanCRTCProfling The terrestrial network combo makes sense-zero overlap network. Rogers will nvr be able add enough fiber in west Canada to deploy a viable 5G network compared to Telus's fiber footprint. Bel-Us have built fiber to mobile sites for a # of yrs. Shaw Cable allows Rogers to catch up.

I have an admission to make. I’ve been sick with a terrible cold for 2 weeks. I couldn’t get in to my family doc and didn’t feel like I was an emergency. After 2 weeks of not getting a whole lot better, I caved and tried the Telus health app…

@ScottTerrioHMA I can only speak from personal experience I don't know the infrastructure. When I would work in Borden,ON. All the Rogers people would hold their phones up to the sky or press the phone against a window to get reception. Telus people were fine. Rogers is also bad in NS
