@fanCRTCProfling @TELUS Do we have proof that it benefits @TELUS? I believe that Norton gets 15% of the cut as per the Terms of Service.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@infil00p @TELUS Then yes. I would write a CASL complaint. I'd also write a PrivCom complaint about deception (But deception is also part of CASL). I'd do both.

  • swooper74 Trevor Miller (@swooper74) reported

@erinotoole Oh ffs... They paid Telus to analyze anonymized data that never went near any government agency, why are you acting like one of those conspiracy idiots? Stop making Canada dumber.

  • VishaulDinnana4 Vishaul Dinnanath (@VishaulDinnana4) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Goodmorning , i’m really not satisfy with your services, constant drop calls , network issues . Im annoyed

  • alexwh alexwh (@alexwh) reported

@TELUSsupport The worst aspect of waiting for a person with Telus Tech Support is that one is subjected to ads telling me how great Telus is. I pay for service not to listen to ads.

  • infil00p Joe Bowser (@infil00p) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @TELUS Yeah, I filed the CASL complaint against Telus because they need to sort this **** out. It's pretty clear that this add-on is just Norton with their logo on it, and that they should probably get smacked down for not doing due dilligence.

  • JoelJohnson666 Joel Johnson (@JoelJohnson666) reported

How ******** do you get ahold of @TELUS when your phone has no service? All they do is ask to schedule a call back? Call me on what? My phone is not working……. This is getting stupid.

  • Dmangosing18 Dave Mangosing (@Dmangosing18) reported

@TELUS Is there a internet outage in the area of Surrey, BC??

  • xraydares Darren (@xraydares) reported

@Christyrose760 @TELUSsupport I left Telus after 25 plus years because their customer service got so bad.

  • AlexanderPatton ᴀʟᴇxᴀɴᴅᴇʀ ᴘᴀᴛᴛᴏɴ (@AlexanderPatton) reported

@shadore66 @MacDtrader84 @TELUSsupport It is a Western Canada Telus outage. My Shaw Mobile SIM works fine, just not Telus. Took me 45 minutes on chat to get a freaking answer from them.
