@Crackmacs We had Shaw internet for years - but weren't getting the speeds we pay for, and horrid customer service. Telus Optik not in our neighborhood yet. Tried Teksavvy - awful. Now on Lightspeed - so far so good! good speeds, fair-ish service (So far).

  • Dramatha Dramatha (@Dramatha) reported

@Crackmacs @cluemoviefan Telus likes to tout their fibre optik network but it's not available in half the city. They are ridiculous.

  • Crackmacs cm (@Crackmacs) reported

@Dave_Khan No telus fibre for us either. You'd think the core wouldn't be an issue. So weird

  • surim0n Saurabh Suri (@surim0n) reported

December 29th - 12PM EST. Call into TELUS. They answer. Thank god. Get transferred around a few times, each time describing my problem. Each department tells me to restart my phone and it will work. This does not work.

  • do_da_day JD (@do_da_day) reported

Had an issue that has been bothering me that should’ve been a simple fix. I contacted @TELUSsupport and for the first time they failed miserably. I can no longer refer other people to @TELUS as a result.

@SystemOfaJenn I’m with TELUS and pay $75 for 15 GB of data with the BYOD plan and they don’t charge you if you use more data it just slows down after you hit the limit which is nice. I think they still have Boxing Week deals on now!

  • UbakaOgbogu Dr. Ubaka Ogbogu (@UbakaOgbogu) reported

Telus technician: I prefer not to lie to you. Me: Uhn? Why is that a preference? Still no further than I was after the service call. Time to call Shaw.

  • JohnHanna62 iJohn (@JohnHanna62) reported

@TELUSsupport I transferred to Telus on a recommendation of a friend and I could never be more disappointed. I ordered a new phone and the whole process is very incompetent. I will definitely consider going back to my old network company, same shitty service but at least cheaper.

@CarmenYEG Are you with Telus by chance? They have a free service you can set up to block them.
