I am a @koodo customer. Someone claiming to work for @telus just called my cell and offered me a new koodo plan with reduced rates for the same data, along with a security camera. Is this real or a scam? They seemed to have all my account details already

IT WAS UP AND THEN WENT DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING @TELUS THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I AM DIRECTLY CONNECTED AND NOTHING IS ON WIFI

  • starchoice Steve P (@starchoice) reported

@TELUSsupport My customer number is 700372752. However, as you have seen for yourself, it is not account specific as it originates with a Telus link which doesn’t direct you to the actual page for login but rather provides that insecure connection notification.

@TELUS hi there, there is a telus utility underground box by my house that has water coming out of it which it shouldn’t be doing. Contacted city of surrey and they mentioned this is telus infrastructure. Could you please direct me to someone who can help

@kim_siever I've noticed this too. I thought it was just Telus but it's starting to be other companies too. We have stellar credit and no problems but all of a sudden there are way more reminders.

  • jasontkachuk Farmer J (@jasontkachuk) reported

@TELUSsupport on hold for hours to sort out the fact you're billing me on two separate bills for one business internet service. Anyway, I'll need some billing info for telus, I have about 5 hrs into this so far.

@TELUS Why are your Customer Service Representatives trained to ask for PIN numbers to validate customers??!? That’s like a bank asking for my ATM PIN - it should be private and you should be more careful with sensitive information.

Me talking to a @TELUS employee: Them: It’s weird that your modem wasn’t upgraded when you upgraded your internet speed, since your current modem can’t actually deliver the speeds you’re paying for. Me: So you’re saying I’ve been paying for a service I haven’t been getting?
