    all you got was nothing for that wifi. that will be fix. new wifi router. telus will not be giving you the password. that is why you do not use cellphone data. they go to the cellphone company and steal all your passwords and hack you. they have the router.

    @mario4thenorth I had SO much trouble with Telus in this past year! I was on the phone with Loyalty prog. for 6 hours. I spoke with one in Guatemala, Philippines & india.🙄🤯

    @TELUSsupport I have so much regrets going to Telus mobility and Telus home service nothing ever works and my complaints never get solved just get put into circle

    @vesperdigital Vesper, actual question here, if this prescribing App or program failed how is it that telus has a full prescription renewal service attached to my pharmacy, is it related and if so who paid for it?

Same script for years: announce shiny 'modernization', blow hundreds of millions via arms-length agencies & favored contractors like TELUS, ignore red flags, hand out fat bonuses anyway, stonewall committees, then quietly shut it down with zero consequences

    @DirtlumpIII As if this we won’t immediately know based on their CSA’s inherent incompetence and poor grammar. Telus have always maintained a low bar, and are always striving to lower it.

    @Telus For the rest of my life, I will NEVER deal with you again. One and a half hours to cancel services and most of that was on hold. You make it extremely difficult to be able to speak to an actual human being and then I could barely understand the person I dealt with.
