    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp I hate telus But your internet might send me back to them. I get disconnected multiple times a week or even day. Yes I called customer service and turning on and off the router/restarting gateway can help. But surely I shouldn't have to do this every week?

    @33dBm Here in Canada, Telus and Bell have been sharing base station infrastructure (with separate back-haul and core networks) since they built out their 3G infrastructure, while Rogers runs an independent network (they had the only GSM network, Bell/Telus did CDMA)

    With all the trouble Telus is causing me for my data and wifi, they better not charge me this month for the wifi, nor should the charge me now for data! I NEED MY WIFI!!! IT'S TOO SLOW!!! THEY NO LONGER DESERVE MY MONEY!!! I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CALL TODAY TO RESCHEDULE!!!

    @GirlOnAnIsland @B_E_Bishop Oops! Just remembered that the last time I visited their kiosk, Telus had better deals so they switched our 4 phones. Bell/Telus/Koodo all use Bell's infrastructure, so service is the same.

    @TELUSsupport I will also say that I'm not surprised to have a conversation about a question or concern abruptly end like this. Telus plans and customer service isn't very good, thus me heading to Shaw come the summer for my internet and mobile needs

    Anyone else’s iPhone CONSTANTLY searching for and dropping the Rogers network after updating to 15.3.1? Mum updated hers, but she’s with Telus - no problem. I’ve essentially had a handheld, Wi-Fi only mini-computer since yesterday. Any tips @RogersHelps or @AppleSupport?
