    @VoteCanadaCom I can see Telus hiring browns to go door to door with guns ordering you to buy their service or else. That tracks perfectly with their sense of corporate business ethic and general moral disposition of those in charge of the company.

    @BoomerDivvies @TELUS Amen!! The duopoly situation that CRTC allowed with Rogers and Telus is one of the leading reasons they can get away with such horrific service.

    It's been 8 days of me trying to cancel @TELUSsupport @telus services, and I am still getting nowhere.

    @koodo Last time I was in the Telus store, 1 hour 20 minutes to wait, and the girl preferred to serve 6 guys who just walked in and was flirting with them. Poor system @ Koodo, poor service. Not the first time, but likely the last.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.

    I work a side job for Telus International and I can’t even get support help. I wonder how the average customer feels. **** is so cooked.

    My issues are resolved finally, used a second phone to call Telus again while still on hold and in 15 minutes the other guy solved my problems and restored my confidence in Telus. I may have just gotten a bad employee.
