    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    I just wanted to inform you @koodo that we are having network issues since we have moved in the new location in south Edmonton. I've reported this several times and nothing has been done to address the issue. Also have internet issues with @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport I called Telus yesterday asking for all monthly bills from 2019. Telus wants to charge 15 dollars per bill to mail out each monthly bill individually. You could put them all in one envelop OR since you are a telco company there is this thing called email. Poor cs

    This is the last time I let my husband pick the phone company. 6 hours and counting on the phone with them discussing the current issue. No remorse, lie after lie, they even gave us misinformation on how to return hardware. Just truly disgusting. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @CheriDiNovo @JanisIrwin Much like Telus health, I will choose not to use the service. If no one uses it, it will fail. Having doctors outside the province is a end round the health act.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus Support. My mom and I were charged an extra $12.00 for Roaming services on January 7th. I have Google Timeline to prove that I had already been back in Canada at 10:30 PM. I had previously called Telus and they could not offer me a dispute / refund.

    I am so throughly disgusted with the lack of customer service provided by Telus. The WORST service provider I have ever had the displeasure of working with. 8 months, 3 major issues and even in the process of cancelling the issues keep on coming. Lies and incompetence all around
