@DonoYEG We put Netflix under our TV service provider (Telus) account and they kept the bill the same price so I feel like we're getting it for free now. That's one option!

@jjclak @kim_siever I have Telus in metro Vancouver and it sucks It’s the fastest package and lags and cuts off all the time My family (mom and sister) in Kelowna both have issues with Telus lagging and disconnecting. Constantly reseting the modem Pretty sure they throttle it on our purpose

On the phone with Telus because I had my internet **** off for nonpay.. dipped into my rent to put a minimum balance on it but it still didn't get turned on. This ***** on the elevator music is talking about "did you know ppl struggle with paying their rent and eating?"...

@cpechet @TELUS Their mobility support in my 20s was inexcusable. I had two (identical) phones and three batteries, suddenly didn’t work. They said the reason was that I used my (cellular) phone OUTSIDE. Took about 12 people to get a “No, we’re not helping you” answer, too. Never been back! 🤬

@TELUSsupport When my mother hasn't had TV or internet for almost 2 weeks. When I call and get put on hold for more than an hour. When I finally get to speak to someone for less than 5 minutes, and then they put me back on hold for another hour. TELUS SUCKS.
