    @TELUS worst home internet provider in Canada, so is the customer service experience.

    Notice how Telus Health spokesperson very careful to say their for-fee service doesn’t guarantee faster access to public services like “appointments with specialists or MRIs” Notice they didn’t say anything about not giving faster access to primary care.

    More crappy service from @piktv and @TELUSsupport @TELUS in our area. I’d love to watch hockey but can’t tolerate the inconsistency in the feed.

    So, #FirstWorldProblems. I order a smartwatch through my cellphone provider, @TELUS. They say 3-5 business days that it'll ship out. Today I get an email that it's on backorder 2-3 weeks. This is garbage. If you told me when I had you on the phone YESTERDAY, I wouldn't be angry.

    @jamferg57 I’m a little pissed about the 4G, myself. ... turns out it only works on the Telus network. And don’t even get me started on the roaming charges.
