PSA DO NOT SWITCH TO TELUS I'm neurodivergent and because of that, I sometimes interrupt people when I talk. I explained this to a horrible @TELUS agent named Andrew. Andrew then told me "No, No, No interrupting isn't a symptom of a disability"

@TELUS Telus My 5g signal keeps freezing when browsing. I'm told to drop down to LTE by your tech support. Why am I paying for a Samsung s21 5g capable phone if I can't get 5G properly? It's not cheap. I could have stayed with @FIDO if I wanted LTE at a much better rate 50% less.

I haven't had cell service in almost 3 weeks cause Telus stopped 3g in my area and Bell uses Telus towers for their service Fun times

@telusmobility since switching to Telus Mobility in May, I keep having my S20 Ultra reboot itself (3 times just today) It seems to be fine with other providers SIM cards, or with no SIM card, just wondering if you trigger these restarts some how, or if I have a bad SIM some how

Telecommunications in Canada is a disaster. There’s no loyalty or care for the customer. Prices are outrageous. Someone has to do something about that. Around 25yrs @TELUS and it doesn’t matter a cent.
