    What I'd like to know is how @ShawInfo and @TELUS think it's ok to charge retired people almost $200 a month for their internet and cable. Something needs to be done to help retirees!

    For many years I request paper bills @TELUS @TELUSsupport I need them for my tax accounting. Again they stopped sending me bills. My time, dime and effort I am expected to do the job of the service provider. I send emails, they respond to email saying I need to contact them. Wtf?

    @RogersHelps I’ve called in 15+ times this month. It’s always my iPhone or the 5g network or it’s the 4g or it’s my phone case. Never the Rogers network. I’m burning money for nothing. Can’t wait to go back to Telus.

    Go to the MyTelus app thinking maybe something has changed - card expired, etc. Nope all good. Why can't @TELUS actually KNOW their customers and target notifications, etc. I constantly get offers to add home service to my mobile acct, I already have home service WITH @TELUS

    Looks like somebody managed to get into the Telus system, compromised all her info, and tried to shut down her line and transfer it to somebody else. I'm completely unimpressed by Telus's response so far- they're not sure if she'll lose her number or not.

    So @koodo @TELUS - Nice to know that the stupid chat-bot that takes 5 times to book a callout... Is backed by people who don't answer those callouts. This is frustrating as hell. I didn't get the phone I ordered... FOR the second time. Now I'm being ignored.

    Thank your lucky stars if you are not with @ShawInfo... all tech down all day, still down and the last "live" update posted was at 7.27am. Thankfully, our phone and internet are with @TELUS so... thinking of a switch for live sports television. #shawoutage

    @SpiggyMoon @YouarewhatyouK I always feel bad for the telus people who call and you can tell they reading it off a script, i sometimes let them finish, depending on how bad they struggling

    @koodo Just a heads up to anyone considering switching to koodo from Telus. Be prepared to be charged three times for the same service period. You lr process is garbage.
