    @TELUS we set our internet up to be moved on the 29th (when we are moving) and you guys shut it off 2 nights ago where we currently still live. When i call i get sent around to 3 different departments who all give me the same stupid answer, can i just have my internet back?

    So we've been having internet connection issues, many around us on Telus have too. They called us to send a tech out to resolve it. There are system wide issues but apparently we are our own issue. He said we were using 90% of our bandwidth and our building doesn't get higher

    I love getting calls from Telus trying to upgrade my phone. I'm sorry but this broke *** ***** need a cheaper phone plan & I have 4 months to find it & if I can't get the phone I want & the rate I can afford then I'm just going to cancel my cell phone. I rarely leave home anyway.

    Thanks alot For damaging my Credit. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE November 15 2021 I told them shut off the account my House was Destroyed in the Merritt flood your own customer service said no problem we will shut off the service I go too buy @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    Not wanting to virtue signal here, just state a fact. If you have Telus Rewards points you can donate them to Ukraine Relief. Just login to your Telus account if you're with Telus. I had enough to donate $60.

    @TELUSsupport DON'T bother. I have had trolls messing with my mobile services for years. It took some Telus people outside Canada to help me.

    @TELUSsupport im just 1 month old with Telus internet and problem started. No internet access in 66th Ave langley. Every now and then internet disconnects or device gets kicked out of wifi. I have been with Novus for 1 year and belv me only once I had an issue.
