Online support and going through MyTelus is a joke. Continuous loop of extremely annoying music and reminders that their support is “busy helping others” - not good!!!

Any chance you can sell the business back to @ADT ? I left Telus more than a decade ago because of their horrible support. I’m not happy to be back with you!

Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported@RogersBiz What about Rogers, @Bell and @Telus make a concerted effort to make sure the entirety of major highways like the 1, 3, 5, 16 and 97 all have continuous service in BC? Too many dead spots to count on these major transportation routes.

For example, if you want internet in Camrose, your choice is Telus, or a company leasing Telus' lines.
