    @TELUS Common serious it has been almost 20 days and you guys have still not resolved this issue, The tech guys are calling us and telling us that they can’t come because of cold, can someone please take this seriously and disconnect my services, I don’t need this anymore.

    wow @TELUS and @TELUSsupport have really gone down the gutter with customer loyalty. basically told me they can’t offer me any incentive to come back. looks like i’m sticking with Bell DO NOT SEND ME THOSE “send us a DM so we can help” TWEETS EITHER!

    @TELUSsupport …… the Credit Team has up to ten days to respond!! Ten days! I’m using data because I can’t have Telus internet hooked up until this is resolved. Telecommunications company fail.

    @iPhoneinCanada The problem with promotions like this is that it leaves good, long-time customers that have been on their highest plans for many years feeling left-out & undervalued. Switching to a carrier that wants my business seems attractive right now. @TELUS

    @VikkiLucibello @PWDCAN @CRTCeng Telus, Bell & Rogers have lobbyists and they make sure they shut down any and all competition that wants into Canada and the court s and the #CRTC sit back and allow it. They don't care about Canadians, they've proven that.

    @TerXGamer @EN_BlueArchive which company internet are you using? and where do you live? i live in toronto using rogers, and i cannot login with home wifi, or home internet but i can log in with telus mobile 5g. maybe rogers having some issue?
