    @MondoAlberta Telus notoriously underpays their staff, most of their call centers are in foreign countries to avoid paying a fair, livable wage. How many will be "face time" doctors from foreign clinics? Anyone who thinks this will help wait times has never been on hold with Telus.

    @cbcnewsbc There are many factors that have contributed to our current crisis, but it is clear major changes are urgently required, especially to the delivery of primary care. Enough talking already. And please, don't shut down Telus Health. It's the only way I have found care.

    @TELUSsupport Just got one today, but I paid $21 for a QR code—that’s too much for an eSIM; should be free, since TELUS doesn’t want to support iOS transfers. When I got my voucher two years ago when I upgraded my phone, I got a replacement for free.

    @emd @TELUSsupport I’ve never seen ISP provided hardware preform well. Taking the Telus router out of my stack improved my latency by about a factor of ten.

    @TELUSsupport Yes! It is very insufficient. Instagram struggles to load, google speaker stops playing music intermittently or can't answer, hardwired computer can't load home Depot webpage to look at lighting..... None of the issues are my devices. All of the issues are bad Telus service
